"Hello there." Said Shinso "If you don't mind me and my friend Saiko here are going to have to destroy this town. Okay?"

"Like hell! I'll never let you!" Yelled Asta.

"So that's how it is?" Said Shinso "boy, you are aware that you have a parasite, correct?"

Shinso then teleported directly in front of Asta, grabbing his grimoire and throwing a needle into Asta's arm. Shinso looked closely at Asta's grimoire.

'Hatred, fear, loneliness, despair, and some other aspects make these things.' Thought Shinso 'they are filthy, horrible, and disgusting things. I haven't seen one in a while. It's still as ugly and pitiful as always.'

'What's wrong my body can't move!' Thought Asta looking at his arm

"Hmm? Oh right, you can't move because of the needle in your arm. Well no matter. I will just kill you now." Said Shinso throwing down his grimoire on the ground "you have an incurable parasite. The parasite attached to you and as a result of that, it won't let you use magic. What a pitiful thing."

Shinso covered his arm in fire and went to strike Asta. Suddenly a gust of wind blew Shinso away from Asta. Yuno was standing there with his hand in their direction. Shinso looked at him intrigued.

'By the way that he was laying down on the ground earlier he should've been knocked out. On top of that, those gloves that Saiko is wearing give a semi-toxic liquid that knocks out whoever gets touched by it.' Thought Shinso 'well well well, this little place is getting more interesting by the minute.'

"Who are you?" Asked Shinso

"I'm the guy who's gonna beat you." Said the prince putting his hand up.

"Nope sorry." Said Shinso throwing a needle into Yuno's chest "you think I'll just let you attack me?"

Yuno fell to the ground unconscious. Struggling to stay awake Yuno punched the ground as his eyes slowly fell down.

'This guy...he's a worry for the future. I had to use a needle that's normally used for putting down rank three monsters.' Thought Shinso looking at Yuno 'interesting...I'll remember that.'

"Yuno!" Yelled Asta

"Saiko, go collect what we came for." Said Shinso

"On it!" Yelled Saiko rushing off only to get stopped by shots of fire. "Oh? What's this?!"

"You are way too loud." Said Mereoleona "hasn't anyone ever told you that you're too much of a loudmouth?"

"IT'S YOU AGAIN!" Yelled Saiko "DAMMIT I DON'T HAVE TIME FOR THIS!"

Saiko swung his sword creating a purple slash of magic. Mereoleona hit it with a flurry of fast fire punches. Saiko jumped forwards and swung his sword down, almost hitting her. Mereloena parried the attack and jumped to the left. She then used Caldius Brachium barrage and started hitting Saiko again and again.

"Well this is entertaining." Said Shinso "but I think I'll just go and grab what we came here for."

"No! I'm not letting you get away!" Said Mereoleona using another barrage of punches

Shinso easily avoided them by making the punches go through him. Shinso then dissolved into the air, dropping a few black and silver marbles on the ground. The marbles then went into the ground without a sound. Saiko then chuckled slightly and rushed towards Mereloena once more. Saiko hit Mereoleona in the side. Mereoleona ducked under the swing of his sword and hit him in the chest with a fire punch launching him back.

"Three...two...one." Said Saiko standing up and

raising a hand.

He then smacked his hand down on the ground and unleashed an immense amount of magic, making the ground shake. After a few seconds giant arms came up from the ground. Most of them having different color arms. Monsters came from the ground, screaming in what seemed to be pain.

'These things again?' Thought Mereleona

"Kill them! Eat them!" Laughed Saiko pointing at the magic knights that were on the ground.

Asta stood up from the ground, with his sword helping him stand up. He activated his demon power once more, his limit being half of his full power.

"I'm not gonna let you!" Yelled Asta

"You don't seem surprised that there are monsters." Said Saiko "WHAT A SURPRISE! HERE I THOUGHT YOU'D BE THE ONE TO BE SURPRISED!"

One of the monsters threw a punch at Asta. Asta jumped onto its arm and cut it off, making the monster screech in pain. The monster's arm grew back with a bit of smoke coming out of the new arm. Asta then ran up the monster's arm and sliced at its shoulder. Asta jumped back off the monster and used bull thrust making a hole in the center of the monster.

Mereoloena used Caldius Brachium Purgatory against multiple of the monsters. The monsters burned with screams and yells of pain. Many of the smaller ones turning into ash.

'Blue flames? Interesting.'Thought Saiko 'she's more skilled than what I originally gave her credit for. She could end up being a pain.'

"BUT CAN YOU BOTH DEFEND AGAINST THE MONSTERS AND ME?!" Yelled Saiko rushing towards Asta, taking out his short sword along with his bigger sword

Asta turned around and caught Saiko's sword in the cross guard. He pushed back Saiko's sword making Saiko jump back. A monster then went and swung at Asta launching him into one of the shields. Asta looked up to see Saiko already jumping onto him, pinning him down.

"Now it's time...TO DIE!" Yelled Saiko swinging his sword down "DIE! YOU PARASITE!"

'Crap I can't get there in time!' Thought Mereoleona looking towards Asta

As the sword was about to hit Asta, a large black and blue mist surrounded Asta and destroyed Saiko's sword, shattering it. The black mist then launched Saiko back into the ground, making a giant crater where he landed.

'How?! HOW IS IT STILL ACTIVE?!' Thought Saiko 'RYOTO IS...'

The black and blue mist then took shape. It took the shape of a large black bird. The bird had black feathers that seemed to be a very dark blue in the moonlight. It's eyes glowed a powerful blue color. It stood on top of Asta's arm.

The bird spread its wings and shot feathers at the monsters making some of them wither away. The bird then shrank and as Asta stood up and landed on top of his head. The bird closed its eyes and started to lightly snore.

'What is it with birds always landing on my head?!' Thought Asta 'But what just happened?'

As Saiko stood up he looked on top of Asta's head with disgust.

'Great! Another parasite!' Thought Saiko 'as much as I hate to admit it, I can't defeat him with that thing on top of his head. There's no way of killing it.'

"Then I guess I'll just have to go with the next best thing." Whispered Saiko taking large needles from his cloak. "I GUESS I'LL I JUST MAKE YOU SLEEP FOR A LONG WHILE!"

Saiko threw the needles at Asta. The needles went faster than what Asta could see. As the needle hit Asta's arms and chest, pain shot throughout his body. Asta closed his eyes falling unconscious onto the ground. The bird then made a circular shield around Asta, protecting him from any outside attacks.

"I'm basically done here. By now Shinso has collected him and is most likely already heading back to regroup with the others." Whispered Saiko to himself as he left

The same thing that happened in the cave was currently happening now. The monsters were becoming resistant to her fire. So much so that the fire didn't even burn them anymore. Mereoleona used Hellfire Incarnate. Fire surrounded Mereoleona as she started to punch the monsters. The monster's injuries started to heal quickly. The attacks began to do less and less each time.

'What the hell?' Thought Mereoleona 'if I don't think of something quick then all my attacks will become useless!'

As Mereoleona was about to punch a monster, another monster grabbed her arm and swung her into the ground. As she looked up a hand that was about to crush her. She jumped to the side and punched the monster's arm. The monster then spit multiple acid shots at her. At the same time multiple other monsters were beginning to notice the other magic knights that were knocked unconscious.

'Crap! I can't let them get to the others!' Thought Mereoleona

'It's fine' said a voice in Mereoleonas head

A black and blue flame then made its way to the others and extended over their unconscious bodies. As the monsters tried to hit through the flame, their hands turned to ash.

'What the hell?!' Thought Mereoleona as she looked towards the acid spit that was being shot at her 'No time to think about it.'

She dodged it and then shot fire into the mouths of the monsters. The monsters swallowed the flames without issue. The rest of the monsters turned their attention towards the great source of mana. The monsters shot acid towards Mereoleona from all sides.

'Crap! Nothing left! I guess I should just give it all I've got then.' Thought Mereoleona using even more of her mana

Suddenly water surrounded the shots of acid and purified the acid in the water making it disappear. The water then surrounded the monsters lifting them up into the air. Some of the flames coming from Mereoleona went into the air and were shot down at the monsters.

'Ryoto?' Thought Mereoleona

"Seems like you could use a bit of help."
