Mike AZ 2: Yeah, I also didn't like how they don't explain the Black Knight's survival in RD too. It's even dumber in the Japanese version where the game tells you that the Black Knight had a Warp Powder malfunction and it's just the Black Knight's 'spirit' Ike was fighting... I WISH I was making that up.

And yeah, I agree that the Black Knight had MORE than enough time to recover in the Japanese version, but instead, we have the "You only fought my spirit because the warp powder malfunctioned" bullcrap it gave us... 'Black Knight holding back because he found out he didn't actually fight Griel' FTW!

I LIIIIIIIIIIIVE! School and final exams were both kicking my ass and I ended up with more moments of myself risking COVID for college than I actually should. But I'm done, so I don't have to worry about it anymore.

I actually had this chapter done for a while, but my editor also had schooling that required all of their attention. Lots of online work, so I wasn't going to bother the editor until they were fully done. But this chapter is now done, and I can focus on finishing this fic!

Lady Leanne has been rescued thanks to the efforts of King Naesala of Kivias (Don't give him money). And Melior is finally within sight and so is the end of this war (Hallelujah!).

Devdan- I DID have plans for those Spirt Dusts… You're not getting the Flame Lance because Ilyana is getting the Flame Lance. Die mad about it.

Gatrie- Because Astrid keeps drooling at you while you're naked, your punishment's been lifted. But if I see you charging in without your armour on tomorrow, you're getting tied back up, and then hanged from a support beam. You don't want to know by which extremity.

Geoffrey- Elincia spent the last year and a half fighting for her life in several battles. Trust me, she's capable of taking care of herself…. Okay, fine, it's because we have absolutely no way of stopping her, are you happy?

Giffca- Welcome to the army Lord Giffca. Your task tomorrow is that you track down and kill any escapees from Daien that try to flee Crimea…. What do you mean you and His Majesty already cleaned out and liberated most of the Crimean land from Daien?! Why am I learning of this now?! "Sorry… I forgot to inform you about that earlier, but King Caineghis helped liberate Crimean land in my name on his way to Marhaut Range.- Elincia." …. Telling me this earlier would have been nice…. Harr- Are you asking Volke to help you kill Makal- Okay seriously! What did he do?!

Ike- Yes, we all saw that you mastered Aether by killing Feral Dragons. But after the third time you did it, I stopped paying attention.

Ilyana- Yes, we all know how giddy you are for obtaining that Rexbolt tome. Please stop gloating over it, or I'm taking it away and giving it to Soren.

Janaff- I know you're extremely angry, but until we find the one responsible, we have to settle for the next best thing, and that's Ashnard. So please rest so you can scout ahead at dawn.

Jill- Your magical ability is nowhere near strong enough for you to use that Bolt Axe to its full power. So, you're going to have to try something else… I'm NOT fetching Urvan for you! That axe was Griel's, and it's staying with his grave! Just take one of Largo's Killer Axes.

Largo- Please don't hog all of the Killer Axes just for you to use in tomorrow's battle. There're others who need one or two as well.

Leanne- Welcome to the army. We'll be sure to have a translator accompany you whenever you're not in battle…. No, we're not going to yell… why are you asking? "If you value your sanity, don't worry about it." Noted.

Lethe- I know you're extremely angry, but until we find the one responsible, we have to settle for killing Ashnard to death. Go… cuddle with Ike or something.

Lucia- While it was nice of you to offer to grant us royal peerages for our part in this war, it carries a LOT of potential dangers to Elincia's life because of what the court might do.

Makalov- Save the drinking binge until after the war ends. Also, Harr wants a word with you… alongside Bastian… And Astrid- What did you do?! "Conversations I shouldn't have started. Please leave at that." Fine, but you're still going to them right now and take full responsibility for your mess. "Yes Ma'am."

Marcia- If you find the beaten and unconscious body of Makalov the next morning, know that- oh, you're aware of what he did? Carry on, then.

Mia- You cannot challenge Stefan for the right to use Vague Katti. He'll just kill you if you try it.

Mist- Even if we did go back for it, which we're not, you're not trained enough with swords in order to even USE Alondite. But if it helps, Elincia had both Volke and Sothe break into her old villa and grab this sword 'Florete' as a gift for you.

Mordicai- I know you're extremely angry, but until we find the one responsible, we have to settle for Ashnard. Rest up so you can go full Chewbacca on Daien.

Muarim- I know you're extremely angry, but—actually... You're watching Tormod, so in tomorrow's battle, feel free to throw him at enemies.

Naesala- You cannot demand Daien to give you reimbursement because I'm fairly certain that most of Daein's economy is in shambles right now.

Nasir- While your reasons are understandable, you still gave Ashnard the medallion that, until finding out the truth, was a keepsake of Elena for Mist. Don't expect forgiveness anytime soon.

Nephenee- For showing your prowess with lances, and because giving this to Oscar would be a bad idea, I'm giving you the Wishblade for tomorrow's battle… Oh, Tauroneo gave it to me to hold onto. He said he's just going to suplex enemies tomorrow.

Oscar- It's bad enough that Zihark tied to do this, but we don't need another Tauroneo in our ranks. Just stick to critical killing axe users with lances instead of suplexing.

Ranulf- Okay, forget what I said about you being optimistic. I'll allow you and Lethe to execute the Feral One handlers we've captured. Maybe one of them will confess the creator's name in an attempt to save his skin.

Reyson- I did warn you about whiskey.

Rhys- For keeping your sanity intact (and for not going on strike) throughout this whole ordeal, I bestow the 'Rexaura' tome to you to use for tomorrow's battle.

Rolf- Because I'm doing it entirely out of spite towards Shinon, you're keeping that Double Bow for tomorrow's battle. Also, stop trying to ride horses or I'm taking it away and giving it to Makalov.

Shiharam- Anything you can tell us about Daien's elite guard would be greatly appreciated. Also, I thank you for continuing to stay with us, even though you had no reason to do so after you killed Petrine.

Shinon- Oh, get over yourself. Consider yourself lucky that I'm not so spiteful as to bench you completely despite your skill. Make your own "super awesome bow" if you're so jealous.

Soren- Since I'm still angry at you, you're staying on the back lines and helping direct the main force and with healing duty tomorrow. Here's your Physic Staff.

Sothe- Elincia only asked you two to grab that sword. It does not include everything else that isn't nailed down! PUT IT BACK.

Stefan- I really didn't need to hear about how you're going to 'destroy every single blood cell and do ungodly horrible things' to whoever is responsible for the Feral One process… I threw up twice now thanks to that explanation...

Tanith- So if I have this right. You, Marica, and Elincia got together and created your own version of the Triangle Attack while we were gone…. Well, after seeing your demonstration of it, it's somehow more efficient than what Boyd, Oscar, and Rolf came up with. But the problems with it are still there, so you should only use it when you need to…. No, you still can't have Elincia join the Holy Knights, Crimea still needs a ruler.

Tauroneo- I really didn't need to know that you got your suplexing people skills by spending your entire knighthood suplexing 100 soldiers a day… You gave Zihark, Boyd, and Oscar the determination to try to be you… so thanks for that…

Tibarn- Your army will be guarding the skies tomorrow to prevent Daein soldiers from escaping. If any of them leave, it'll cause more problems later, so take no prisoners… CLEAN deaths you psycho! I'll not tolerate dismemberment!

Tormod- Because I'm doing this purely out of spite towards you. You're going to be Muriam's battering ram tomorrow. Oh shush, it's not like you have anything other than rocks in your head anyway.

Ulki- I know you're extremely angry, but chances of the culprit still being here in Crimea is really low, even with your hearing. So, until any of us can start finding a lead on the guy, we'll have to finish this war first.

Volke- So Bastian hired you for a new job after the war ends…? Okay that's fine, but why did Bastian- "He's a bad liar and the details are going to be secret. Unless you want to pay me for that information." I'll pass.

Zihark- I ALSO didn't need to hear from YOU about all of the 'horrible things you're going to do to the madman responsible for Feral Ones'.
