Hey y'all! Welcome back to 50 Nobleshipping Drabbles! I just thought this would be a cute chapter to write. I'm going to include a bit of humor in this as well that any younger siblings will be able to relate to. I hope you guys enjoy this chapter and the rest of them!
Disclaimer: Yu-Gi-Oh and all of it's characters belong to Takahashi Kazuki-sama. I only own the prompts and the one-shots.
Prompt #29: Pet Names. Rating: K
"Liebe, can you come help me real quick?" called Zigfried from the kitchen. Critias walked in and headed over to him. "What is it?" he asked as he arrived. "Can you help my cut the vegetables for the stew?" the German asked, gesturing to the vegetables nearby on the counter. Critias smiled and nodded. "Of course love…" he said, kissing the amaranth-haired male's cheek. Zigfried chuckled as he continued what he was doing. Leon rolled his and got up from the stool he had been sitting on, leaving the room.
A couple of hours, the three of them were in the gardens. Zigfried was tending to the flowers while Critias and Leon were raking the leaves that had fallen off of the tree. Zigfried suddenly hissed and yanked his hand back from the blackberry bush he had been tending to. "Are you alright!?" asked Leon as Critias ran over to the aqua-eyed male. "Y-Yes, just pricked my finger on zhe brambles of zhe bush….." said Zigfried, smiling at them. "Just glad you're alright, my lovely rose~…" said Critias, nuzzling Zigfried. Leon stuck out his tongue and went back to raking.
Leon had soon moved to the library to read, his brother and the Atlantean following as Zigfried needed to find a book. "Hey! Leon, look vhat I found!" said Zigfried, holding up a book that looked old and dusty. "Oh wow! My old book of fairytales! I thought we lost that ages ago!" said Leon, grinning as he ran over and gently took the old book from his brother. "Vell, looks like it had just fallen behind zhe ozher books on zhe shelf!" said Zigfried, smiling. Leon opened the book and flipped through the pages. "I remember all of these stories! Dragons, princesses, and even knights!" he said, his smile widening. Zigfried chuckled. "Vell, ve have our own knight in shining armor~…." Zigfried said, Leon groaning and facepalming.
As the sun was setting Leon decided the three of them should sit down and watch a movie. Zigfried and Critias agreed, gathering some snacks and drinks for the movie. Leon grabbed one and put it in, sitting on the floor. Halfway through the movie they watch a scene of the hero fighting a dragon in a cave full of treasure. "I never understood why people always depict dragons guarding treasure…. Many are attracted to jewels, yes, but we don't guard hoards of it…." said Critias, shaking his head. "You never guarded treasure in your dragon form?" asked Zigfried, looking at him in surprise. "No, but then again I never had to...… I have my treasure right here~..…." he said, nuzzling Zigfried, who giggled. Leon felt his eye twitch.
"Oh come on!"
XD I'm sure almost every person who has an older sibling with a significant other has felt like Leon does.
