With a light chuckle The Soul King looked at him, "When would you like to speak with him?"

"Well for starts we don't recruit from the academy, Shinigami who has served for five years and completed at least 3 to 5 missions" Ichigo explained.

With a slight smirk Ichigo looked at The Soul King and The Captain Commander, "All my officers undergo the same training as everyone else."

10 minutes after that he looked at the old dragon, "Every member of a team is cross trained in the others specialty, so if a member goes down…"

He would have the best of the best all under one roof. "You have my attention!" Yamamoto stated in the tenor of a Battle-Hardened Captain Commander.

"Well with each mission unit would be organized as follows, A Team leader and a second in command, one member of The Kido Corps, One Member of The Medical Corps, plus three other Shinigami"

"Every member of The Division must be highly intelligent, Highly Adaptable, and in peak condition"

"My thought was a rapid response team, that could deploy at a moment's notice."

Both, The Old Dragon's eyes opened, "Group of Shinigami organized like that!"

"They have!"

"The second has it's intelligence pool, The Division has its intelligence pool."

In an instant The Aged Captain Commander saw the problem, "But no way to share resources?"

"Exactly!" Ichigo said, "I want to set up a kind of joint operational area, but each squad keeps its independence!"

What an intriguing idea, The Old Dragon eyed him, "You've come a long way from the boy that invaded Soul Society."
