SURPRISE
"Did the Underground say what this package is?" Carter asked.
Newkirk shrugged. "We'll find out soon enough."
The two crept to the barn. There would be no meeting- just in and out to grab the package.
They looked everywhere. Then, in a pile of hay, they found it with a note.
"Bloody hell."
"Wait, that's it?"
"Seems so."
Carter looked at Newkirk with a mixture of surprise and horror. "But…"
"The Colonel will have someone's gizzard."
"But…"
"Come on, we can't leave it here. Let's grab it and go."
"But Newkirk! What are we going to do with a baby?!"
