Here is the new chapter. I hope you all enjoy it. School is finally done and I graduate this month. I am hoping to finish up this story over the summer.

Chapter 29

"I call Samantha Morgan to the stand," Alexis said.

Sam walked up to the witness box, giving Elizabeth a menacing glare.

After the bailiff swore her in, Alexis started her question.

"Ms. Morgan how long were you with the decease, Jason Morgan?" she asked.

"We were together off and on since 2005 and married just over one glorious year," Sam said, tearing up.

Elizabeth looked at her on the stand and mentally shook her head, knowing she was lying. She turned to Diane and whispered something to her.

"Was Elizabeth around?" Alexis asked.

"Yes, she was always butting her head in Jason's business. Always dangling her son, Jake, in his face. She would not leave him alone," Sam said.

"When did Jason write his new will?" Alexis asked.

"About a month before he died," Sam told her.

Alexis turned to the judge and said, "No more questions your honor." She turned to Diane and said, "Your witness."

Diane stood up and smiled at Sam. "Mrs. Morgan, you said you had an off and on relationship with Mr. Morgan since 2005, is that correct?" She asked.

"That is correct, maybe 2004," Sam answered.

"That was when you were forced upon Jason Morgan by his business partner, Sonny Corinthos, because Mr. Corinthos did not want to deal with his baby?" Diane asked.

"Objection," Alexis yelled.

"I will allow it. Miss. Miller, please tell me this is going somewhere," the honor said.

"It is your honor," Diane said, turning back to Sam, waiting for her to answer.

"No Jason was with me because he loved me," Sam said.

"And you said you were married for one glorious year? Then why were you separated from Mr. Morgan for the last part of that year and weren't you dating an FBI agent, John McBain?" Diane countered.

"A moment of weakness because Ms. Webber was always lurking around," Sam said, bitterly.

"Your honor, I have been Mr. Morgan's attorney for almost a decade, and I would like to submit to you a copy of every will Jason Morgan has had me do up, and in not one of those wills was Samantha McCall/Morgan written in to. I have a couple more questions. Ms. Morgan, when did you learn your son was alive?" Diane asked.

"A day or so before Jason died, why?" Sam asked.

"If you all believed your son had died, which he passed a few months before Mr. Morgan's untimely death, then why was your deceased son in the will?"

"Ummmm. I…We…." Sam started.

"No more questions," Diane said, and went to sit down.

The judge turned to Sam, and said, "You may step down."

Diane stood back up and said, "Your honor. My last witness is here, and they will be able to shed some light on to this whole fiasco. May I call them.?"

"You may," the judge said.

"I would like to call Jason Morgan to the stand," Diane said, and she heard a big gasp.
