Uncharted waters, this is the farthest I have seen in canon...

"Awesome! You got to face actual villains?" Ashido asked, "I'm super jealous!"

"Well, I didn't fight. All I did was help people evacuate and provide logistical support," Jiro replied.

"But it still sounds like so much fun," Ashido said.

"I spent basically the whole time training and cleaning the ship deck. Though there was this one day we caught a bunch of drug smugglers," Asui told them.

"Okay, that's cool!" Ahsido and Jiro said.

"What about you, Ochaco? How was your week?" Asui asked.

"I'd say it was very enlightening," Uraraka replied, punching the air in front of her. "I learned a lot, I can't wait to use it against Izuku!"

"Oh, yeah, speaking off, The Hero Killer! I can't beleive you guys beat him!" Sero said to Izuku, who had been quietly watching his class while they chattered up.

"Glad you guys made it back alive. Seriously," Kirishima told them.

"I worried about you, too," Momo said to Izuku, her eyes soft and sweet. "How did you manage to best him?"

Izuku sighed. "Lot's of luck, a mix of skill and effort, and a wonderful Sedative. Luck was the biggest part... well that and his utterly cracked mind."

"Did you guys hear the news about the Hero Killer? Everyone's been saying that he was somehow connected to the League of Villains. Can you imagine how frightening it would've been if that creep had been there when they attacked the USJ?" Ojiro asked.

"He's scary, yeah. But did you see him in that weird video? It's all over the internet," Kaminari said.

"I didn't even know there was a video of him," Ojiro told him.

"Yeah. Stain's a pretty evil villain, but, like, super tenacious. He's almost kinda cool, don't you guys think?" Kaminari asked.

"Kaminari," Izuku growled. "He butchered almost two dozen and maimed even more... seriously? That is cool to you?"

"Uh... Oh! Dude!" Kaminari said.

"No, it's okay. You're fine. It is true that he's quite a tenacious villain. I understand why people might think he was cool. But instead of helping the world, his beliefs led him to cold-blooded murder. No matter his motives, killing cannot be condoned. To keep anyone else from suffering like me, well, I promise: I will strive to be the perfect hero," Iida told everyone, looking at his left arm. "It's time for class to begin! Everyone, please take your seats," Iida told everyone.

"He's back," Tokoyami said.

"This is your fault for talking about weird stuff," Jiro told Kaminari.

"Sorry. I'm gonna keep my mouth shut," he replied.

Izuku frowned, remembering his friends previous stupdidity... 'It feels so wrong being here, after the tournament and the Stain thing... this feels almost... reductive. It's the strangest thing.'

About twenty minutes later, dressed in their costumes, they were all in front of All Might at Field Gamma.

"I am here. Hope you're ready to return to our lessons. Today it's Hero Basic Training. Feels like I haven't seen you in a while. Welcome back. Now then. Listen carefully for what's in store. We're going to be conducting a little race. Take everything you've learned from you're internships and apply it to this rescue training," All Might told them.

"If it's rescue training, then shouldn't we be at the USJ instead?" Iida asked wisely, asking what Izuku was thinking.

"Ah, that facility specialized in disasters. As I said, earlier this is a race. So prepare. You're about to step into Field Gamma! Inside is an area full of factories that form an intricate labyrinth, so good luck finding your way around. You'll be competing in groups of five. Each person starts from a different location on the outskirts of the model city. I'll send a distress signal, and you do what you must to rescue me. Whoever finds me first wins! But try to keep the property damage to a bare minimum, please," All Might told them, pointing at Bakugo.

To everyone's shock, Bakugo just rolled his eyes. "Yeah, whatever."

"All right. First group, get to your places," All Might ordered. Izuku, Ojiro, Iida, Sero, and Ashido all went into Field Gamma while the rest of the class went to watch the race on a giant screen.

"Iida hasn't completely recovered yet, right? He should sit this one out," Kaminari said.

"Man, everyone in this group has really good mobility," Kirishima pointed out.

"Huh. I'd say Midoriya is at a heavy disadvantage against those four," Yaoyorozu said.

"That's what I think. His parkour is epic, but in sheer speed everyone here has an advantage." Jiro agreed.

"Who's your pick?" Kirishima asked, "I'm bettin' on Sero."

"Oh yeah? I got odds on Ojiro," Kaminari replied.

"I know Izuku will get at least in second place. He dominated the Obstacle course, sans quirks, and despite a lot of powerful people fighting against him. It is stupid to go against that." Bakugo announced.

"Even if he's still recovering, I think Iida's got this one," Uraraka said.

"Mhm!" Asui agreed.

Shoto just stood behind everyone smirking, not saying a word.

After hiding in the center of the training field, All Might called out. "Is everyone ready? Begin!"

All at once everyone let off at blinding speeds. Sero wrapped a piece of his tape around a piece of metal hanging there and yanked himself away. Ashido skated on her acid across a pipe, making quick time towards the center. Ojiro wisely used his tail to jump around Field Gamma, blasting around. Iida naturally ran along the ground of Field Gamma.

"Look at 'im go! In a maze like this, it makes sense to be above everything else," Kirishima said.

"So that means Sero's at an advantage because he can take to the sky," Shoji pointed out.

Then they watched Izuku zip right past Sero, hoping from pipe to pipe like a monkey. His gloved hands preventing any burns from the pipes, his natural parkour skills outstripping even Sero's tapping speed. Practiced ease and an understanding of what to look for giving him a serious edge.

Across in the training field, All Might was watching the kids on his own telepromter. He wasn't entirely shocked to see Sero in first place, this kind of race was almost made for the kid... He gasped as he saw Midoriya pass Sero. The Quirkless boy hoping and leaping, swinging and thrusting his way with a level of skill that was enviable.

'Maybe we should offer classes on Parkour, just a year made Midoriya almost untouchable in speed and agility... I think the boy has the right idea for training. Might have to get him to talk to Nezu. ' An idea blossomed in All Might's mind. 'Maybe he can help Young Mirio master his powers... that might be it, what we've been missing. I know his analyitical skills are incredible, who knows what he could manage.'

Shuddering a little at that thought, All Might watched as Midoriya and Sero landed at once, both managing to tie comfortably on the ground. Sero was pouting a little, but Midoriya was huffing.

"I so need to use this place to practice parkour, so many options to better myself and my skills... It's the perfect obstacle course!"

"And it's over. Thanks, heroes! And congratulations!" All Might said, smiling at both boys just as the other three managed to make their way to the center where he was standing.

"All right!" Sero cheered.

Midoriya just smiled, nodding comfortably and only a tiny bit out of breathe.

"Darn it!" Ashido said.

"Young Sero and Midoriya may have come in first, but compared to the start of the year, you all showed some incredible improvements. Keep working and preparing for your upcoming final exams!" All Might told them.

"Sir!" the students replied

"Group One, leave the field. You're up, Group Two!" All Might announced. He then walked over to where Midoriya was turning around and said, "You surprised me. That was incredible. Find me after class. We need to talk."

Midoriya frowned. "Sir?"

"You are not in trouble... but there is something I may need your aid with. We will go to Nezu's office to work on it, a side project with a great level of... potential, if you will."

The boy smiled. "Okay, anything you need, sir. "

"Good lad, now off you go, it is time for the next group."

""".

"It's me, All Might, Nezu sir." Izuku said, knocking on the door. He opened the door and saw All Might, in his skinny form, sitting on the couch. Nezu was sitting across from him at his desk, looking perky and happy as usual. There was another student, big and handsome with a goofy smile and blonde hair. He waved as Izuku as he walked in.

"Come have a seat," All Might told him and so he did. "Midoriya, as you may remember, I shared with you the secret of my lesser form and my injury... what I did not tell you is even more vital. I am going to tell you the secret of my power, and ask that you keep this too quiet. To put it simply, this secret is in a way even more important then my injury. Can we trust you?"

Izuku nodded. "Of course." Naturally he was curious.

All Might swallowed, looking actually nervous but it was Nezu who decided to speak up. "In a nutshell... his quirk... is transferable. The power has been passed on for nearly a century and it grows with each passing. Young Mirio here is the current vessel, though had All Might been able to find you after the Slime Incident he would have passed it to you.

The power has massively increased this time, causing Mirio stress fractures each time he uses it. His body is incredibly strong, which is needed to master the power in the first place... and yet he is still suffering ill effects. We are asking you, with your understanding of Quirks, to aid us in finding a safer way to master the power and more fully use it without ill effects. Can you help us? "

Slowly, very slowly, Izuku nodded. "It... I... my brain hurts." He groaned, as his brain tried to get around the mere idea being presented to him. "Ugh... okay... I'll need to see it in action, get some verbal statements from Mirio and All Might on how it feels to use... and I guess I need to know more about the Quirk in question, like what is it's name? So many questions, I barely know where to start past that.

And to be clear, I am not jealous... well not mostly, the breaking bones thing is pretty awful enough to stem any jealousy. I wouldn't have remade myself without being quirkless, so in a way I am glad... now, let's do this, shall we?"

Chapter end, tell me what you think in the reviews.

This was simple but fun.
