Hey guys, it's been awhile.
I haven't given up! Not on the story as a whole, at least. I've been trying to get the time and motivation to work on the rewrite for a long time now, and I haven't really been able to, with all the stressful goings on in the world generally and my life specifically.
I'm posting this as a small call for you all- despite that the manga has disappeared completely from the internet, and my local library was closed down, I'm still poking away at the rewrite and almost have the first chapter finished.
With that information in mind, the rewrite is going to be, in addition to a fic rewrite, acanonrewrite as well, seeing as I don't have access to the original material, only my own fic and the notes for it.
Keep your eyes open for the first chapter of the rewrite- it's going to be posted sometime this week, come hell or high water, both here and on AO3.
EDIT:yes, I know about manganelo. However, that site is missing some chapters and the typesetting and translations are very inconsistent and I don't feel comfortable using it for anything other than checking major timeline events.
