Chapter 29 – Are You Safe?
(Earth-1610)
River Road, Hudson Valley (7:00pm)
The road was bumpy and slow. Cindy's heart was egging to bust open her ribcages, as she squirms, and was grinning like a child. She gazes at Andy and her smile fades. His eyes were dry, and his skin was scared, red. and pale.
Andy eyes were droopy, his heave eyelids shut. The Car drifts across the yellow line, as Cindy snatches the wheel and straightens the car.
"Hey. Hey!" Andy ssees back control, "Why'd you do that?!"
"Unten sa sete"
Andy raises his eyebrows.
"Let me drive." she said in English.
Andy chuckles. "Absolutely not."
Andy kept his heavy eyelids on the road, as Cindy gave him a stare, and sighs.
"Anata wa shinikakete iru"
"If you're gonna speak like that I'm not gonna listen." He said.
"You are dying. You want to die. Tobey told me."
Andy just stared at the road, with eyes that look like water, "I'm fiddle as a fucking feather alright?"
Cindy snatches the wheel and pulls the car into the ditch.
"Hey!" Andy attempts to seizes back control, but Cindy was too strong, as she snatches the keys from the startup. The engine sputters before becoming silent.
"Rest. Now."
Andy stares out past Cindy, deep in space, before leaning, closing his eyes, lying on her lap, and never opened them again.
A few minutes later, his head cuddled on Cindy's lap. She lifts his head and opens the door. She enters the driver side. She pushes his legs and grabs the keys. She starts the minivan and turns back on the pavement. A few miles later she turns onto a dirt road, passing a sign, displaying no trespassing.

One River Road (7:30pm)
Andy gasp, and bolts up. He stares at the sun setting once again. He finds Cindy nowhere. He stumbles out of the van and finds a large facility, overgrown, dusty, and dilapidated. He finds the rusted, dusty, destroyed sign that displays, Alchemax.
"Koko ni kite!" Cindy calls from the front door. She smiles and waves her hands.
Andy stares at her. He takes a step forward and raises an eyebrow. She was still smiling and waving her hand.
"Where are we?" he yells that made his voice echo across the force field.
"Andy?" A voice echoes from the entrances.
Andy retreats a little back to the van, but he saw Tom stepping out of the shadow, his face with his chin dipping his chest.
"Tom?"
"Wh- Where were you?" He stutters, "Why did you?"
"Just, tell me where we are." said Andy.
"You're safe." A Girl speaks from the shadows. A group of young Japanese girls and boys alike, revealing themselves from the shadows inside the building. The rest of Spider-Gang injured and bruised, all reveals themselves as well. Four kids stood out of all of them.
Andy stares at a girl, who seemed to be leading the pack of kids, had long black hair covering half of her face. She curls her long black hair and clenches her hands.
"We are very grateful that you have brought Cindy Moon back to us. Your reward will be generous on my part. After all. She is my friend. My name is Jessica Drew. It is nice to meet you, Andy Parker."
"Holy fuck…" Andy collapses on the asphalt.
