The Final Battle Between Light and Dark: Pledge of Love for the Future
Inside his dark fortress, Death Phantom stood with Ultimecia as they looked upon the Malefic Black Crystal.
"The time has come to destroy this world! I am Death Phantom, and it will be my pleasure to turn this world into darkness!" the dark lord said with a cruel chuckle.
From outside, Luna, Artemis, and the Spirit of Master Eraqus stood a safe distance away from the Crystal, as purple lightning surged towards it.
"The power of the Malefic Black Crystal is becoming much stronger," said the light-colored cat.
"We're running out of time. Do we know if Chibiusa's been rescued?" Luna asked worriedly.
"Not yet, Luna. You must have faith in both Sailor Moon, Sora, and their friends to try and save her from the darkness. Even if the darkness of Nemesis is fired towards this world, even if it is about to face it's destruction, they'll be sure to avenge it. That's the reason why the darkness will never win forever," explained Eraqus.
"In that case, we have to win," agreed Luna.
In the heart of the Dark Gate, Sora, Sailor Moon, and their companions stood before Black Lady who was now radiating with dark power.
"Release the power of the Malefic Black Crystal!" Chibiusa's dark side called to the sky above.
Several beams of dark power surged towards the four tips of the gate around them, and soon they began to feed Black Lady with even greater power.
"It is time, the dark gate will open soon. Proceed Wiseman, send in the power of the Malefic Black Crystal. Once you have done so, I will channel that power, and turn this world into dust," she said.
"She can't be serious," gasped Sailor Mars.
"I know, even she can't even handle that much power," agreed Sailor Mercury.
"Chibiusa, you have to stop this! If you let the power of darkness control you, you'll be destroyed by it!" called Riku.
"Riku's right, if you do this you'll die as well," agreed Sailor Moon.
"Then so be it. I don't fear death, darkness is all that exists in this world. I would rather destroy this world than live in something that refuses to love me," counterd Black Lady.
"You've been tricked into thinking that!" argued Sailor Moon.
"Chibiusa!" called Tuxedo Mask.
"What are you talking about? I know that none of you have ever cared about what happens to me!" snapped Black Lady.
"You know that's not true, Chibiusa. Everyone of us cared about you, even me, little sister," argued Riku.
"SILENCE! STOP TALKING!" screamed Chibiusa's dark side.
She blasted them all back with dark power, but Riku used his Dark Shield to protect himself.
"I can't stand listening to you, so you'll be the first to go," Black Lady said angrily.
"We only wanted to show you kindness! We never expected to teach it to someone like you, little sister!" argued Riku.
"That's your failing, not mine, Big Brother," replied Black Lady.
"Perhaps we did fail you, but we'd never abandon you to the darkness!" said Riku.
"That's not your decision to make!" barked Chibiusa.
"Chibiusa," called Sailor Mars.
"Don't do it!" begged Sailor Mercury.
"Darkness is not the way," added Terra.
"We're asking you, Chibiusa. Don't let Wiseman's lies get to you," called Sora.
Chibiusa," cried Sailor Jupiter.
"Please, stop this!" called Sailor Venus.
"You mustn't prevent your birth!" said Kairi.
"Doing that means, Wiseman wins!" agreed Namine.
"RETURN TO DARKNESS!" shouted Black Lady.
But instead of striking Sailor Moon down, Tuxedo Mask jumped in the way of the blast, and took it's full force, which caused his mask and hat to fly off of him.
"Are you alright, Mamo?" Sailor Moon asked fearfully.
"That's it Chibiusa! Friend or not, we're gonna help you see the truth!" snapped Sora.
"Don't make me kill you, Sora," growled Black Lady.
"And not all the power of darkness you wield can stop us!" countered the Spiky-haired brunette, as he deflected an attack meant for him.
"But that's impossible, he was willing to sacrifice himself, just to save her?" Black Lady asked, in shock and confusion.
"That's right, Chibiusa. But now that Wiseman has control of you, you've forgotten the importance of our bond, thanks to his lies," replied Riku.
"Yes, we would do anything for each other," agreed Sailor Mercury.
"What sentimental Garbage," argued Black Lady.
"Search your feelings, you know it to be true," said Roxas.
"That's right kid, everyone of us has been your friend, even before you fell into darkness," added Axel.
"What that means is that we'd risk our lives to protect you too, Chibiusa," agreed Sailor Jupiter.
"Because you never asked for this. To listen to the lies of someone who's pure evil. We should be free to choose. Not just light, not just darkness. We decide what we are," said Ventus.
"I am one of your friends?" Black Lady asked in confusion.
"Of course we are," replied Namine.
"You've always been a good friend to us, and we couldn't stand to lose you," said Sailor Moon, who cradled Mamoru in her arms.
"The truth is, we love you, more than you know," added Mamoru.
Black Lady looked in shock, as everyone called to her, but suddenly she heard another voice in her head.
"Black Lady! Do not listen to their nonsense! The truth lies in total darkness! Receive its power, Black Lady, I will send you the energy of the Malefic Black Crystal once again!" Wiseman said.
Then a powerful burst of darkness emerged behind Black Lady.
"Wiseman's right, I won't allow you to fool me," she said.
"Chbiusa, you mustn't let this evil power possess you," called Mamoru.
"This world will turn into darkness, and I won't let any of you interfere!" Black Lady said with evil triumph.

Then she unleashed a dark burst at them, but they braced themselves for the attack, as Sailor Moon suddenly King Endymions words about how they had to win this battle with a true happy love rather than a half love, as she took Mamoru's hand, and allowed Sora and Riku to stand beside them.
"I've just begun, I'll fill this world with darkness!" laughed Black Lady.
"We'll find a way to save you, no matter what it takes," Sailor Moon said bravely.
"Sailor Moon, I'll help you," Mamoru said to his beloved ally.
"And we will too. Together, love, friendship, and respect will conquer the darkness, and help Chibiusa see the light," agreed Sora and Riku.
"All right," replied Sailor Moon.
Together the four of them stood up, and looked firmly at Black Lady.
"Chibusa, we're gonna save you. The evil energy that possesses you, we're going to remove it," Sailor Moon said as she opened her brooch.
"I will not let you defeat me, bring it on!" countered Black Lady.
"Do it!" called Sora.
"Moon Crystal Power!" cried Sailor Moon.
A burst of light soon countered the darkness, as Neo-Queen Serenity's spirit resonated with Sailor Moon's heart. When it faded, Black Lady was surprised to see Neo-Queen Serenity standing in Sailor Moon's place, but Sora was amazed to see it with his own eyes.
"She's," Sailor Mercury said.
"No longer Sailor Moon," finished Sailor Venus.
"Gawrsh is that Neo-Queen Serenity?" asked Goofy.
"It sure is Goofy," replied Mickey.
"No way," gasped Black Lady.
"Yes way," countered Sora.
"Listen to me, Small Lady, try to remember back to when you were just a child," Neo-Queen Serenity said.
Soon memories of Chibiusa soon began to awaken within Black Lady's head. First the moment where she fell and tried to ask her parents to help her stand up.
"Chibiusa, do you understand why we didn't help you up back then? It's because you needed the strength to stand up on your own. We held back because we wanted to raise you to be the kind of girl who can meet any challenge, no matter how difficult it might be," explained Serenity.
"It was out of love?" Black Lady asked.
"Yeah," replied Sora.
"What a poor love-starved bunny you are, don't be fooled by their sweet words," Wiseman's voice said in her mind.
The darkness engulfed Sora, Usagi, Mamoru, and Riku, until they were now inside of it.
"You mustn't trust anyone. Humans are born alone, and in the end they die alone. The only thing you can trust is the darkness," continued Wiseman.
"I was born alone, and I'll die alone. I can only trust the darkness," Black Lady said, repeating the same words Wiseman said to her.
"You see the truth, you were always alone," declared Wiseman.
"Yes, you have always been alone," repeated Black Lady.
"That's only an illusion!" called Sora and Serenity.
"They're right! Don't be tricked!" Mamoru and Riku called as well.
"The memories are clear, I was always alone, and nothing you can say can change that!" replied Black Lady, as she unleashed dark lightning against them.
"You're not alone, Chibiusa!" called Sora, as he blocked it with his shield spell.
"I can see the truth!" she yelled back at him.
"No! All you're seeing are lies, Little Sister!" Riku called back to his soul sister.
"Small Lady, listen to me, please! You have to leave this place immediately! It's dangerous, not just for your mind, but your body as well!" added Serenity.
"The same goes for you. If you stay here much longer, you are sure to die! So go ahead and leave while you can!" barked Black Lady.
"Chibiusa! Wiseman is evil!" called Sora.
"From my point of view, the light is evil!" Chibiusa's dark side yelled back.
"WELL IF YOU KILL YOUR OWN PARENTS IN THIS TIME! YOU'LL PREVENT YOUR OWN BIRTH!" shouted Sora.
"This isn't the way! We know you feel powerful right now, like you can have everything you want. I've been where you are, I've made the same mistakes you're making. I listened to Maleficent, and just like you, I gave myself over to darkness. I thought it could help me attain greater power," said Riku, as he placed his hand on Sora's shoulder and looked up at his soul sister.
"Oh, you're wrong. Unlike you, I will always welcome darkness as my friend, Big Brother!" countered Black Lady.
"No you can't Chibiusa! Cause even with all that darkness, you'll gain nothing but death," argued Sora.
"It is futile, your Keyblades and the Silver Crystal, cannot seal the Dark Gate," replied Chibiusa's dark side.
Then she reached out towards the dark vortex.
"Mighty Wiseman! Fill me with the power of darkness! SUPREME DARKNESS! DARKNESS TO ERASE THESE BLIGHTS WHO HAVE FORSAKEN ME FOR THEMSELVES!" she called out to the dark gate.
"It's not my life that's important! The only thing that matters is that you survive. Remember, Small Lady, everybody experiences pain and sadness within their lives. There are times when you feel like burying yourself in your sadness, but you have to bear the strength and move forward. Despite everything that's happened to us, we must hold on to our memories of love. Please, try to remember," Serenity said, as the light of the Silver Crystal engulfed her.
Then Black Lady soon felt herself beginning to remember the happy times she had with the people she knew so well as her friends as Chibiusa.
"Those happy memories you shared with everyone, I know those times were not illusions. They were real experiences filled by real feelings," explained Serenity.
Then a memory of Usagi telling Chibiusa that she'd never be alone, echoed in her mind, as she felt her future parents taking her hands and holding her.
"So warm," she said.
"What you're feeling right now, is the deep emotional connection that human beings share," continued Serenity.
"Tell me something, why do you care so much about me?" Chibiusa asked as she slowly began to return to normal.
"Because I have always loved you, and I always will, Chibiusa," replied Serenity.
"And I'll love you as well, my little soul sister. Because we'll always be with you, in your heart," added Riku.
"I believe you now, and it warms my heart," said Chibiusa, who hugged her parents.
Sora and watched as Black Lady stood near Usagi and Mamoru with his friends at his side. As a pillar of darkness erupted into the sky above the Malefic Black Crystal. Black Lady collapsed onto the ground, but Usagi and Mamoru ran towards her as she slowly rose up onto her knees.
"Chibiusa!" her future parents called to her as they ran to her side and knelt beside her.
"Mommy… Daddy…" Black Lady said through labored breaths as she sat on her knees.
"Chibiusa, please…" Usagi said to her future daughter.
"Come back… Chibiusa!" Mamoru added.
But the Darkside of Chibiusa clutched at her head as she felt the Black Moon Clan's symbol on her forehead burning her furiously.
"Do not listen to them Black Lady! Remember that light must expire and Darkness must prevail. As it was written, in the Book of the Stone!" Wiseman's voice said in her mind.
"Chibiusa! Your family's here!" Called Sora.
But Black Lady suddenly screamed so loudly that black chains wrapped around Sora, Usagi, and Mamoru, and lifted them up into the air, as the
darkness burst out around her body. They struggled to break free, but they found that the chains were too strong for them to break out of, as they saw Black Lady rise up onto her own feet with a maniacal grin on her face.
"Chibiusa!" cried Usagi.
"Chibiusa!" called Mamoru.
"You have to fight the darkness!" pleaded Sora.
Black Lady still had her hand over her face, as she grinned maniacally.
"You'll never be able to break these chains. They're our bonds," Black Lady said coldly.
She extended her hands outwards towards her foes and began to swing Usagi and Mamoru with her telekinetic powers, almost as if she were conducting an orchestra in a concert hall.
"You have no power over me!" She cackled with evil triumph.
"Stop Chibiusa!" cried Sora, who was struggling against the chains that bound him.
But Black Lady didn't hear him.
"Please, stop it!" Sora cried out again.
Black Lady chuckled as Mamoru and Usagi were about to lose consciousness after being flung around like broken marrianets with their strings cut, and were now hovering near Sora. They were soon separated as Black Lady still had her hand extended towards them.
"Farewell, my traitorous parents!" she said darkly.
Sora watched in desperation along with his friends as Uusagi and Mamoru were raised up even higher into the sky above.
"NO!" screamed Sora.
Black Lady stood grinning maniacally once more at them.
"Chibiusa… we've always loved you," Mamoru said weakly as a tear fell from his eye.
They were about to hit the floor of the Black Crystal through Black Lady's powers, when the dark figure resembling the Guardian that served two of Xehanort's incarnations burst out from behind Black Lady, and surged towards Usagi and Mamoru. It caught them in its arms and held the chain tightly in it's other hand. Black Lady was aghast as she looked behind her, only to realize too late, that the dark figure broke the chains that bound them through hatred as she looked upon it with shock and rage that distorted her features. Sora also watched as he heard a loud crunch, and at once he realized the chains had at last been broken, by the figure. Landing in a crouch he saw the figure laying Usagi and Mamoru on the ground, as it faced Black Lady.
"HOW!?" she shouted, as it had her full attention.
The dark figure held out its hand towards her.
"You fell into the dark-!" Black Lady said with unrelenting fury, but the figure grabbed her face to silence her.
It began making strange sounds that seemed to emanate from it's vocal chords as it struggled to break the bandages that were keeping it from speaking. Sora soon realized that he was hearing Chibiusa's voice struggling to speak freely as it broke the bandages, coughed once, and began to breathe normally.
"One day… I… will… set… this… right…" The dark figure said with a little girl's voice.
Black Lady tried to struggle free, but the figure held her outwards to Sora who soon realized that it was Chibiusa speaking through the figure's mouth.
"One day… I will set… this right… I will return to this land… and protect… my family!" Chibiusa said.
Summoning his Keyblade, Sora pointed it at Black Lady.
"Chibiusa! NOW!" he shouted, and fired a beam of pure light that combined with the Silver Crystal's power.
The two powers combined and struck Black Lady from behind, and in that instant, Chibiusa's heart left the dark figure, and returned to its rightful home by engulfing her dark side with a pure silver/gold aura. Soon Chibiusa landed on the ground and collapsed into Usagi and Mamoru's arms after they had seen what happened.
"Chibiusa!" Rei said with relief.
"She's back to her former self," Ami added.
"They did it!" Makoto said proudly.
"Thank goodness!" Minako said as she looked admirably at Sora who ran up to them.
They saw Chibiusa now resting in Usagi's arms with a content smile as a young girl once again. Then everyone raced to Usagi, Mamoru, and Chibiusa's side.
"Chibiusa, Chibiusa, can you hear me? Please wake up!" Usagi said to the pinkette.
"Sailor Moon, Sora, is that you?" Chibiusa asked them.
"Yep, it's good to have you back with us again," Sora said to her.
"Chibiusa, is it you?" Riku asked.
"Yeah. You never stopped lighting my way back, Big Brother," Chibiusa replied, looking upon her soul-brother.
I'm glad you've returned," Terra added.
"I heard you too, Terra. You all found me, just like you, Usagi, and Mamo promised." the pinkette said to the brunette Keyblade Master, as a tear of joy rolled down her cheek.
The five of them soon hugged each other tightly.
"Thank you for saving me. I understand now, I'm not alone. You've all been with me the whole time. And knowing that, made me find my way back to the light in my heart, " she whispered softly.
"And I hope you realize that you'll always be first in Neo-Queen Serenity's heart," Usagi assured her future daughter.
Chibiusa nodded at her future mother.
"I'm so glad that you're alright," she added happily.
Sora smiled at them as he ran a finger underneath his nose. He saw Usagi almost faint, until Mamoru caught her in his arms.
"Sailor Moon's usage of the Silver Crystal combined with my Keyblade magic must have drained her. Chibiusa, look after her and Mamoru," Sora told her.
"It's okay, I'm fine," she assured them.
But Mamoru looked at him, as he knew Sora was right.
"No Sora, you helped us save Chibiusa. We can stop Wiseman now that his pawns are no longer a concern," Mamoru told him.
"That's what he wants. For us to make a mistake. Listen to the same lies he put in Chibiusa's mind and heart," Sora told them.
Minako now knew that Sora was very much like Usagi, but she still chose to keep her feelings in check until it was time to confess her love to him.
"Sora, we'll take him together. But this time as a true family," she said.
"Right, we got this," Sora said with a smirk.
But they didn't have to wait long as they felt the area around them begin to shake violently.
"What's happening?" asked Mamoru.
"You may have stopped Black Lady, but the dark gate has already opened," Death Phantom said.
"What's that mean?" demanded Sora.
"Soon the Malefic Black Crystal will reach Earth, and this time there will be no stopping it. The destruction of this world is at hand!" Death Phantom replied with a cruel chuckle.
"Not if we can help it," countered Sailor Mars.
"Fools! You people will be destroyed along with this cursed planet!" cried Death Phantom.
He sent a powerful burst of darkness upon the gathered heroes causing them immense pain. As he did so, the entire Juban district was now being engulfed in darkness.
"What's that?" asked Luna.
"The Dark Gate is about to open!" replied Artemis.
"It looks like we were too late," Luna said sadly.
"No, Luna. Don't give up hope. Never give up hope, ever. The darkness wins by making us think we are alone. We are not alone. Not while Sora, Sailor Moon, and the people they cherish with their hearts believe in love, light, friendship, respect, trust, and redemption," countered Master Eraqus.
As everyone struggled against Death Phantom's power, Mamoru soon looked up at them.
"We have to do something quickly or the world will be consumed by darkness," he said.
"I won't let it happen," declared Sailor Moon.
"And neither will I!" agreed Sora.
With a burst of light, the darkness vanished thanks to the Silver Crystal.
"I will use all my power to prevent it!" she said.
"What?" Death Phantom asked in dismay.
"I love this planet, and everyone on it. This world is filled with so many memories, I can't let it just disappear. The people who live here must be protected at any cost. This threat ends now!" explained Sailor Moon.
"That's right, Death Phantom! It's pointless of you to take everything away from us! It will always live on inside our hearts!" Sora said as well.
"You're in no condition to use the Silver Crystal!" called Sailor Mercury.
"She's right!" agreed Sailor Mars.
"Sailor Moon!" cried Mamoru.
"You'll die!" pleaded Sailor Jupiter.
"Don't do it!" begged Sailor Venus.
"You're silver Crystal is no match for my awesome power!" roared Death Phantom.
He sent another burst of darkness down towards Sailor Moon just as Sora prepared himself for battle. But instead of dying, Sailor Moon became Neo-Queen Serenity once again, and the X-Blade materialized in Sora's hand in the place of his own Keyblade, attaining his God Drive Form.
"All right, Serenity. Let's do this!" he said.
As he spoke those words, both he, Death Phantom, and Neo-Queen Serenity engaged in a fierce power struggle with the light of the Silver Crystal, the power of the X-Blade, and the Malefic Black Crystal.
"You're wasting your time! now that the Dark Gate is opened, the Silver Crystal is powerless!" Death Phantom said.
"Don't give up, Serenity!" Sora assured her.
"She's too weak!" cried Sailor Mercury.
"Sailor Moon!" called Sailor Mars.
"We have to help!" declared Sailor Jupiter.
"How?" asked Sailor Venus.
"That's simple, we lend them our power," replied Riku.
Mamoru and Chibiusa were watching the struggling Sora and Sailor Moon giving it all they had, but the young girl suddenly felt remorseful of her actions.
"I'm sorry! It's my fault! I'm the one who caused all of this!" she cried.
"Chibiusa," Mamoru said.
"If it wasn't for me, you'd be safe. What have I done?" she said sadly.
But suddenly, her tears soon produced the Silver Crystal she found, and it glowed brightly in her hands.
"So the SIlver Crystal of the future was with Chibiusa this entire time. It didn't disappear after all," Terra said as he noticed the bright light.
And Chibiusa saw that he was right. She remembered how it suddenly became part of her when she touched it, due to the blood of Usagi flowing through her veins, so she straightened and turned to her future mother and Sora.
"What are you doing?" Mamoru asked.
"Listen Mamo, I'm going to use the Silver Crystal to protect everyone," Chibiusa said.
Chibiusa, if you use the Silver Crystal, you might die," protested Mamoru.
"It doesn't matter, you all risked your lives to protect me," she replied.
"And now, it's her turn to take a stand," added Riku.
Chibiusa nodded at Riku's words, and Mamoru agreed to help her defeat Death Phantom once and for all. Everyone else was in agreement as they stood up, and declared that all dark destinies would no longer come to pass.
"Forget it, you're wasting your time!" snapped Death Phantom as he increased the intensity of his attack.
But then he noticed another light burst out, and Chibiusa was now dressed in a similar royal raiment like her own mother, as she prayed to her Silver Crystal to grant her the power to protect those that she cherished with her heart.
"What? A second Silver Crystal!?" Death Phantom asked in shock and disbelief.
"And that's not all, Death Phantom! We also have the light of KIngdom Hearts on our side!" replied Sora.
Sora and Usagi glanced back at the Chibiusa, as she called on her friends to lend her, Usagi, and Sora their power. Then together, with the power of their friends, Sora, Chibiusa and Usagi now floated together as the light of the two Silver Crystals and the X-blade combined into one super powered beam of light, they were preparing to unleash.
"Now! As one! We will not be broken!" he said in a mighty voice.
"BECAUSE OUR FAMILY IS OUR POWER!" Sora, Usagi, and Chibiusa said together.
"I won't succumb to the power of the Silver Crystal!" protested Death Phantom.
"Your reign of terror is finally over! The time has come for all of us to fulfill our destiny, and rid the world of your evil, ONCE AND FOR ALL!" called Sora.
"EVIL POWER BEGONE FROM THIS WORLD!" Usagi and Chibiusa said together.
"This can't be happening! I am Death Phantom! The Ruler of Darkness!" yelled Death Phantom.
"And in the end, as the darkness takes you, you are nothing!" replied Sora.
Then the beam of light obliterated him and the Malefic Black Crystal forevermore.
"What happened to us? Did we die and become one with Kingdom Hearts?" asked Usagi.
"Not quite, Usagi," replied Sora.
"Oh well, at least we were able to protect everyone, right you guys?" she said contentedly.
"Yeah/uh-huh," Chibiusa and Sora replied.
"Listen to me, neither of you are dead. The two Silver Crystals answered your strong desires, along with the light of Kingdom Hearts, of wanting to protect everything you cherish, and brought about a miracle," Neo-Queen Serenity's voice said.
"Mommy?" asked Chibiusa.
"Everyone is waiting for you. It's time to go back home," continued Neo-Queen Serenity.
As soon as the light faded, everyone was doing their best to wake up both Sora, Chibiusa, and Usagi who were unconscious.
"Mamo," Usagi said.
"I'm right here," replied Mamoru.
"Hey there," she said to her friends.
But she wanted to know if Chibiusa was okay, and she was happy to know that she was okay.
"Usagi?" she asked.
"I'm so relieved, "Usagi said, her eyes filled with tears of joy, just as Sora awoke as well.
"Hey Minako," he said.
"Thank goodness you're okay, Sora," Minako replied.
Then she gently kissed his lips, happy to know that the battle was finally over. Then Luna, Artemis, and Eraqus watched as the Malefic Black Crystal faded away along with the Dark Gate, and the sky was now a bright beautiful blue once again.
"The Dark Power of the Malefic Black Crystal has vanished. Everyone has saved both this world and Planet Nemesis," Artemis said happily.
"Thank goodness," sighed Luna.
"Queen Serenity would be very proud of them, just as you are, Luna and Artemis," agreed Eraqus.
A few days later, Usagi, Sora, and all their friends were now gathered at Juban Park with Chibiusa.
"Thank you for everything," the young girl said.
"Thank you, Chibiusa. I guess it's time for goodbye," replied Rei.
"More like, see you around, kid," agreed Axel.
"I'm gonna miss you telling your fortune," Chibiusa said to the raven-haired shrine maiden.
"Take good care of yourself," Ami said.
"Because we'll always be with you, wherever you go," added Aqua.
"Thank you for helping me with my homework," Chibiusa said to Ami.
"Be sure and give our best to the Sailor Guardians of the future," smiled Makoto.

"I won't forget about all the good lunches you made,' the young girl said to the ponytailed brunette.
"Will you remember not to soak your bed?" asked Minako.
"Aw come on, Minako. Did you have to bring that up again?" groaned Roxas, in a hushed tone.
"Oh those days are so over, but I'm gonna miss playing with you," replied Chibiusa.
"Well, I just want ya to know that no matter what happens, your heart shall be your guiding key, always," said Mickey.
"So remember, no frowning, no sad faces," added Donald.
"Yeah, you need to look funny like us," agreed Goofy.
"All ships run on happy faces," continued Donald.
"And if you ever feel like coming back to visit, just be sure to let us know your parents are saying hello to us," said Kairi.
"That's right, we're also part of your family," agreed Namine.
"Look sharp," said Ventus.
"We'll be sure to keep in touch," agreed Xion.
"We'll see each other again, Little Sister," said Riku.
Chibiusa nodded at each of them, but she looked sadly at Usagi who was also sad to see her go.
"Go on, Usako," assured Mamoru.
Usagi nodded slowly, then walked up to her. Both she and Chibiusa looked into each other's eyes, but Usagi seemed hesitant.
"Usagi, it's your turn to say goodbye," said Rei.
"Yeah, just let Chibiusa know that we'll see each other again," agreed Sora.
Usagi nodded, then she and Chibiusa hugged each other.
"I love you, mommy," the young pinkett said to her future mother.
But as she walked off, Sora stepped forward.
"Hey, Chibiusa, before you go, I've got a few things to say to you. Just some basic stuff first," he said.
"Okay, Sora," replied Chibiusa.
"Never be cruel. Never be cowardly. And never, ever eat carrots. Remember, hate is always foolish, and love is always wise. Always try to be nice, but never fail to be kind. Oh, and you mustn't tell anyone where you come from. No one would understand it, anyway. Except, for your family. Your family can hear it sometimes, if their hearts are in the right place, and the stars are, too. Your family can hear where you come from. But nobody else... Nobody else, ever. Laugh hard. Run fast. Be kind," explained Sora.
Chibiusa nodded at him, gave him a gently hug, then stepped back with her time key in one hand, and Luna P tucked under her left arm.
"Chibiusa Tsukino, may your heart be your guiding key," finished Sora.
"See you around, everyone," replied Chibusa.
Then in a brilliant flash of light, she was gone.
"Goodbye for now, Chibiusa," Usagi said sadly to herself.
But Mamoru gently placed his hand on her shoulder and assured her that they'd see her again. In the now fully restored Crystal Tokyo, Chibiusa was now running through a field of flowers, until she saw her mother, father, the Guardian Deities, Skylight, Serlena, Scarlet, Ivory, Verona, and the blonde Rei standing before her with proud smiles on their faces. Then for the first time in her life, Chibiusa slowly walked forward, then courtside before them. But then she cried tears of joy as she hugged Neo-Queen Serenity, who was happy to see her daughter once again.
"Welcome home," she said to the pinkette who cried tears of joy, as Skylight looked to the Crystal palace.
Peace had finally returned to the two timelines, and in no small part due to the efforts, of his father, Sora Lucis Caelum.
