"Okay! Okina city, here we come!" Chie shouts with enthusiasm as Francis looks at her run from behind.

"At the end of the day, there's really nothing in the town after all. So let's go to the city!" Chie says excited as the two get on the train.

As they sit down beside one another, Francis takes time to study Chie in casual wear. She has a green jacket covering a yellow shirt, with a high cut skirt revealing her legs.

"So…" Francis says sarcastically, "Nice jacket," He then looks away while covering his mouth, chuckling as he does, "Green."

He looks back, seeing Chie scowling at him. She then looks to the side, pouting and blushing. Her arms are crossed while her face is turned.

"I just checked my wardrobe and realized it's really all green…" Chie replies awkwardly while looking away. As she talks, Francis notices a small smile from the side.

"There's a clothing shop in Okina, but I am not sure I can afford a jacket." Chie says with disappointment, her arms relaxing and turning back to Francis as she does.

"Maybe we should go back to the TV after all." Francis jests while grinning kindly.

"You are pretty casual about the possibility of dying." Chie says annoyingly, a scowl on her face.

"You said you wanted to kick Shadow ass." Francis says guiltily, with confusion mixed in his tone as well.

Chie sighs. "Fine. But be careful." She then looks away.

"Did I worry you? Sorry." Francis apologizes.

Chire replies with fear in her eyes, face averted while her head drops. "I guess. That was before I thought of the possibility of you dying, so I just said it out loud. Now that you almost died, I am scared."

Francis puts his hand on Chie's shoulder, who looks at him. He then speaks with confidence. "I won't die. Nothing will happen to you as well."

Chie looks away awkwardly.

"You…" She pauses. "Never mind."

"Chie…" Francis says weakly.

"Truth be told, I don't mind anything happening to me. Not after seeing all you have done." Chies goes on in a contemplative tone.

"I…" Chie pauses and blushes. She then looks to Francis with a smile. "I wanna be someone who can stand by your side."

The two look at one another for a while, as if unwilling to avert their eyes. They avert their eyes after a while, with Francis fanning himself with his shirt.

"Oh ya." Chie says cheerfully. "Maybe you can teach me some English words."

"Sure." Francis replies Chie cheerfully as well. "Shoot me."

"Hmmmmm." Chie thinks while looking around. "Seeing we are on a train, how do you say 'train' in English?"

"Train."

"Tureyn?" Chis says awkwardly.

"Train. Get rid of the 'u' after T." Francis says calmly.

"Ummmm…" Chie stammers with a sour expression. "Tu...Treyn?"

"That's better." Francis compliments Chie, who smiles happily while blushing.

"Treyn. Treyn. Treyn." Chie repeats, trying to master it. Her eyes then widen. "Huh, it sounds like training."

"Ya. They both use the same base word in English, albeit with different meanings." Francis explains as Chie listens attentively.

"Hmmm." Chie contemplates while looking at Francis. She then keeps practicing. "Treyn…"

Francis teaches Chie to say 'training' afterwards, and she practices as they are on the train.

"Treyn. Treynin." Chie rehearses as they get off the 'treyn'.

At the side, Francis chuckles, feeling his heart beats swiftly and a weak smile on his face.

"By the way, there's a word I kinda learned how to say. I keep hearing you say it, after all." Chie says humorously.

"Really?" Francis asks with curiosity while looking at her.

"F*ku." Chie says while grinning mischievously, her tone matching her grin.

"Well, you don't need to say that. Just know when somebody's saying it." Francis replies with awkwardness and guilt, smiling as he does.

"Does it have another meaning? Or is it just a swear word?" Chie asks curiously with an impish grin.

"Well, it has multiple meanings. It can express joy, means to mess someone up, questioning them, and...uh" Francis stammers before coming to a pause.

"And what?" Chie asks inquisitively and cheerfully, with a grin to match her tone in cheer.

"S….s….s…." Francis stammers in Japanese. He tries to collect himself, fanning himself with his shirt as he does. "S**."

"S**?" Chie repeats the English word with surprising accuracy. Seeing her do so, Francis looks at her with wide eyes, blushing as he does. Chie then continues asking inquisitively. "What's that mean?"

Francis looks at Chie embarrassingly.

"Why are you blushing?" Chie asks, smiling and blushing as she does. She asks cheerfully. "Is it romantic?"

"It means s**." Francis explains in Japanese awkwardly while looking away. Hearing no response, he looks back in concern.

Chie is smiling, staring in front as she does.

"Chie?" Francis checks up on Chie.

"Chie?" Francis waves his hands in front of Chie.

'Chie!?" Francis shouts with concern.

As he does, Chie looks down, blushing as she does. "Let's not say the word. Both F* and S*."

Francis takes a deep breath. "Oh my god." He says in English before switching back. "You had me worried sick."

"Ou mai goto." Chie repeats. She looks away for a bit, blushing as she does. She then looks back, with a scowl and red flushed face. "Please don't tell me this one's perverted too."

"No!" Francis shouts awkwardly. "It's just us…" He thinks for a bit. "It's just an expression of shock and worry, and other emotions."

"Worry, huh…" Chie says bashfully while turned away from Francis.

In front of the cinema, Francis checks on the movies being played.

"Guess you are going for that one?" Francis points to the poster of a Kungfu movie.

"Well…" Chie says bashfully while looking away. "Usually I would, but I kinda want something different today…"

Francis realizes Chie is pointing at a poster for a romance movie.

"Huh…" Francis says awkwardly. He looks over to Chie, who blushes and smiles awkwardly at him.

"I wanna watch it with you…" Chie says bashfully.

As they are purchasing the tickets, Chie insists to pay Francis back for the teppanyaki. Seeing Chie's persistence, Francis sighs and lets her pay. As she does, Francis feels a smile on his face.

"The movie is starting soon and we have a couple's seat left. You two wanna take it?" The clerk asks as they are buying the tickets.

Francis looks at Chie, who nods her head while looking away.

"Sure." Francis replies to the clerk with embarrassment.

As they sit on their seats, Chie's and Francis' shoulders touch one another.

Feeling hot, Francis takes off his jacket. He notices Chie doing the same. Without their jackets, Francis is able to feel his skin touching Chie's.

"Somehow it got hotter, huh?" Francis jests with a mix of both awkwardness and suave.

"I don't mind the heat." Chie says bashfully.

As they watch the movie, Francis' hand somehow ends up holding Chie's. The two look at one another. Through the dim lighting provided by the movie, Francis makes out Chie smiling blissfully, sensing the same smile on his face.

Damnnnnn.

"Shut up." Francis thinks in English in response to his inner voice.

After the movie finishes, Francis makes his way out of the cinema, holding onto both his and Chie's jacket as he does.

"That was actually a pretty weird experience." Chie comments once they are outside.

Feeling himself grasping something, Francis looks to his hand.

"Oh." Francis remarks awkwardly seeing him and Chie still holding hands.

"Sori." Chie apologizes in English.

The two stare at their hands.

"Uh… Donto… um…" Chie stammers embarrassedly.

"Don't let go?" Francis says suavely in English, feeling himself burn up as he does.

"Donto reto…"

"Don't let go."

"Donto reto gou…"

"I love you." Francis blurts out in English with shocking confidence.

Chie stares at him, dumbfounded.

Before he realizes it, Francis gets closer.

"No wait!" Chie shouts out panickedly in Japanese, her other hand pushing Francis away by the shoulder.

As Chie backs off slightly, Francis stands frozen.

"No, I mean. Damnit." Chie curses in Japanese.

"It's okay." Francis says in English. Realizing what he's doing, he switches. 'It's okay. I suppose that was too soon."

"F*ku. No. I mean. Damnit." Chie goes off angrily, speaking English in the first half and Japanese in the second.

As Francis is about to let go of her hand, Chie squeezes him tight.

"No! Donto reto gou!" Chie shouts off in broken English while holding his hand tight.

Francis feels a slight pain, but merely stares at Chie. As Chie looks at him with apologetic eyes, Francis averts his gaze.

The two stand there for a while, looking away as they hold hands. As Francis looks to the side, he feels lightheaded.

After a while, Francis feels better. As he is more collected now, he looks back to Chie.

To his surprise, he sees tears coming out of her eyes.

"Sh*t. I am sorry, Chie. I didn't mean to…" Francis switches to Japanese. "I mean, sor…"

'It's okay." Chie says kindly as she wipes her tears.

"You wanna sit down for a bit?" Francis asks. As he does, he tries to be as kind as he can while he feels dizzy.

As the two sit, they continue to hold hands.

"You feeling better?" Francis asks kindly, feeling more stable than before.

Chie looks at him with eyes of guilt, blushing.

"Take a rest, okay? I will be with you." Francis says kindly, smiling as he does.

As Chie rests, her gaze shifts constantly. One minute she's staring Francis in the eye, another she averts it.

Seeing Chie look away, Francis does the same. After a while, their gazes match again. As they do, they both smile kindly at one another.

At one point while their gazes match, Chie slowly looks down.

"My jacket…" Chie says with embarrassment. "It's getting kinda cold…"

When Francis hands her jacket over, Chie asks embarrassedly. "Can you put it on for me?"

The two let go of one another's hands and Chie turns away from Francis. As Francis puts the jacket on, she keeps talking.

"Sorry, I got scared. I just can't believe we almost kissed." Chie says gently. "I… I want to kiss you, but I am not ready."

After Francis puts her jacket on, Chie turns back to face him.

While facing him, Chie's gaze is averted while her face is covered in red. However, Francis notices a bashful grin spread widely across her face.

"Can you say the three words in English again?" Chie asks in embarrassment while still looking away.

"I-I-I….."

Francis goes on and on, unable to say it.

"Sorry. I am too embarrassed." Francis apologizes in Japanese. As he does, Chie chuckles while blushing.

"Guess you ain't the only one." Francis jests.

Chie then turns to face him. As their gazes match, both of their faces are red. While staring at one another, Chie speaks with wit.

"Guess not."

As Francis is about to put his jacket on, Chie stops him.

"Let me do it." Chie says kindly.

Francis stares at her with a perplexed look.

"Feel's like this is kinda a guy thing." Francis says with humor.

"And I am a tomboy." Chie jests.

"Well, I am a guy as well, so…" Francis says embarrassedly.

Chie crosses her arms and pout. "Fine. Guess you won't let me do something so simple."

Francis sighs, feeling a smile on his face, before giving his jacket to Chie. Before he turns around, he notices Chie smiling blissfully, prompting him to do the same.

Afterwards, Chie suggests they go check up a coffee shop.

"I heard they have a special blend." Chie says with excitement.

In front of the shop, Francis decides to check the shop online before going in.

"The coffee is good, but the special blend is way too much!" Francis reads one of the comments with humor, chuckling as he does.

"Wanna challenge it, my dear Chie?" Francis asks suavely.

"Hmmm." Chie thinks. "Maybe we can order one and….." She stammers before coming to a pause. "Uh... share it."

"You okay with an indirect kiss?" Francis teases Chie, who is now covered in red.

"We are being economical!" Chie shouts with embarrassment.

"I am just teasing you. I think that's a great idea." Francis says humorously.

As they check the pricing, they find it quite expensive.

"I can treat you." Francis says kindly.

"It's fine. We can split it." Chie insists.

"I kinda wanna treat you though." Francis keeps on going.

"You can… in the future." Chie says blissfully while blushing. "For now, let's just pay by ourselves."

Francis stares at Chie for a bit, who smiles at him while blushing.

"I kinda wanna marry you." Francis blurts out.

"You and me what?" Chie asks curiously, making Francis realize what he did.

"Never mind. Let's split the bill." Francis says embarrassedly before the two go in.

"Cafe Chagall." Chie reads the shop name as the two wait for their coffee. "Any idea what that means?"

"Let me look for it." Francis says before looking at his phone.

"Doesn't look like it means anything. There seems to be another cafe of the same name in Europe though." Francis says as their coffee comes.

While Francis gestures to Chie to go first, she decides to have him go first.

"I...I wanna go after you…." She says while blushing and smiling, averting her gaze as she does.

Francis smiles and takes a sip. Then another. And one more.

He then puts the cup back on the cupholder and gestures to Chie to have a drink. Chie reaches for it, blushing and smiling as she does. She sips, and puts the cup back.

"I will order another coffee." She says before turning over to gesture for the waiter.

As the waiter comes, Francis keeps drinking.

"Can I have another taste?" Chie asks as the waiter arrives.

Francis puts the coffee back as Chie orders another coffee. Chie reaches for the cup and turns it, putting her lip on where Francis has drank.

The knight is rising.

As the inner voice comments in English, Francis heats up.

While Francis and Chie wait for Chie's coffee, she asks him to keep drinking.

"Don't want your coffee going cold." Chie says cheerfully, with a hint of humor.

Chie's coffee soon arrives. As it does, Francis finishes his.

While Chie drinks her coffee, Francis feels something shift.

"Dammit, inner voice, not now…." Francis feels his consciousness fading.

"Francis?" Chie asks with concern seeing Francis close his eyes.

As Francis slumps over, Chie shouts. "Francis!"

Seeing Francis passed out, Chie runs to his side and checks on him.

The waiter quickly brings the owner, who is a bald big sized man wearing sunglasses. As Chie glares at him, he simply stares at Francis with a stern face.

A grin cracks across the owner's face.

"He's fine, young lady." He says with a booming voice. "Been way too long since I have seen someone who can truly enjoy my coffee. The taste might be a bit too much for a young man like him, however."

"If anything happens to him…" Chie says angrily while holding onto Francis.

"It's coffee. Unless he's allergic, it won't hurt him." The owner says confidently. He then orders the waiters to go back to work.

"I wanna stay and watch." He says with excitement.

"Coffee?"

A familiar voice of a girl speaks sarcastically in English.

"After everything that tried to kill him, he gets done in by motherf*…"

"Language." A familiar regal voice cuts off the other one.

"We are in his soul. Not like anybody's gonna hear us." The playful voice says whiningly.

Francis opens his eyes, seeing Izanagi and Chie before him, with the latter wearing the green tracksuit she wears to school.

"Chie?" Francis eyes her curiously.

Chie blushes and smiles at Francis. She then walks up to him and speaks bashfully in Japanese. "Hi."

"Hi." Francis responds in a similar manner.

As Chie eyes him with adoration, Francis quickly looks to Izanagi and asks him in Japanese.

"What's happening here?"

"We are inside you." Chie says happily. She then continues with shyness. "Kinda like how we want you inside me."

Francis stares at Chie dumbly. He then looks away.

Izanagi speaks up majestically. "Please stop playing with him. We art out of time."

Chie moves herself to where Francis is looking and speaks playfully. "Sorry, my love."

Mist then covers her and she somehow becomes another Francis. Francis stares at the other him with sharp eyes. He then sighs.

"That is something I would do." He then switches, continuing to speak calmly in English. "So we are inside me." Something then hits him, making him panic. 'Wait, am I been-"

"Not inside in that manner." Izanagi corrects the Francises with his regal tone, speaking English as he does.

"Right. In my soul." Francis says with humor.

"The coffee seems to have allowed thou to look deep inside thy soul, bringing thou here." Izanagi explains.

Francis sighs and continues with disbelief. "I know Chie told me to cut down on the F word but…" He then shouts. "Really?"

"Really." The other Francis replies in Japanese. He then switches. "And let's be honest here, you do wanna go inside Satonaka's soul."

Francis stares with embarrassment, he talks with a matching tone. "I do."

After regaining his composure, he questions the other him. "Who are you?"

"I cannot tell you." Francis V2 says playfully.

"Why?" Francis asks with humor.

"Because once you know who I am, you can wield me. And I am so powerful that once you wield me…"

"I will die?" Francis cuts the figure off, humor still present in his tone.

"Anyways…" Izanagi butts in. "I am sure thou hast many questions, and those questions and more will be answered. For now, let's finish our business here."

A card appears and floats into Francis's hand. Upon inspection, Francis can tell it's a skill card.

"Dia?" Francis complains.

"I have like five other healing Personas and you give me Dia?"

"Technically you only have two." Francis V2 says playfully.

"Not my point." Francis says with irritation.

"Once thou have gained more power, thou gainest a greater chance of obtaining more powerful cards." Izanagi explains regally.

Francis sighs.

"Well, it is good to see you, old friend." Francis says kindly to Izanagi, who nods his head.

"Francis?" Chie looks at Francis with concern. Remembering the conversation he had, Francis blushes.

"Are you okay? Is there anything wrong with you?" Chie checks up on Francis with panic, placing her hand over his forehead and taking close looks at him.

"I will tell you later." Francis replies awkwardly.
