Chapter 30. When You Wish Upon A Star
Adam Prince
Adam stood with his brothers in line to graduate as Principal Merlin called the names of the senior class. He turned to see Belle in the crowd. We waved to her and she waved back from her seat.
"Adam Prince." Merlin called.
Adam couldn't believe this moment finally came. With Belle's help he had not only graduated but got into college. He was going to Boston University to study Business. All this after spending half of his second senior year as a Beast.
His heart skipped a beat as Principal Merlin handed him a diploma.
After the diploma he took pictures with the Triplets who were also graduating.
"Look at all my handsome sons graduating." His dad, Hubert, boasted as the hired photographer snapped pictures of the four brothers in their graduation regalia.
"Look out world, the Prince brothers are coming." Philip shouted, gripping his brothers' shoulders.
"Now take pictures with their beautiful girlfriends." Hubert waved to the girls who were snapping pics with their phones.
Belle, Aurora, Ella and Snow got next to their boyfriends and smiled for the camera. Adam was glad Belle got to be a part of his special day.
"I'm really proud of you." She smiled up at him.
"I wouldn't be here if it wasn't for you." Adam replied.
"Stop talking. You're ruining the picture." Hubert snapped.
Adam just smiled at his demanding father. After everything he had faced, his father didn't seem like such a big deal.
Cinderella Tremaine
Tony's was packed with Senior Graduation Dinners. Hubert Prince had insisted that they get the best table in the house. It was a packed table. Hubert sat at the head of the table. Adam, Belle, Philip, Aurora, Ferdinand, Snow, Eric, Ariel, Jim and Hans sat on the sides of the table while Charles and Ella were perched at the end.
Ella had some Eggplant Parmesan while Charles had some chicken alfredo.
"So are you excited to leave for your New York internship?" Charles asked between bites.
"I'm nervous. The city is so intimidating and you won't be there." Ella sighed.
"You can handle it. You can handle anything." Charles squeezed her knee. "It's a shame that we'll be missing each other by a few weeks. I don't start at NYU until September."
"Yes, but I'll let you know all the best places to get food in New York." Ella grinned.
"I think we have a bright future ahead of us." Charles smiled.
"If we can dream it, we can do it." Ella raised a glass of sparkling grape juice and Charles clinked his glass to hers.
As Ella looked into his sweet brown eyes she knew that Dreams Come True.
Ariel Triton
Ariel snaked on some watermelon by the pool at the Prince grad party. It was the social event of the summer and the last time everyone would be together before Philip and Briar headed for Europe and Ella headed to New York and Pocahontas and Elsa left for the Amazon.
Moana emerged from the pool and took a seat next to Ariel.
"You can still turn into a mermaid right?" She asked.
"Yeah, I can." Ariel nodded.
"Cuz, I've been thinking of starting a nonprofit focused on cleaning up the ocean and I think having a literal mermaid would be an asset." Moana explained.
"I'd never thought of that." Ariel perked up. "I should use my abilities to help the world, get to the root of what caused a rift between my parents."
"You could do a lot of good." Moana smiled.
"Consider me on board." Ariel smiled.
"CANNONBALL!" Eric shouted as he leapt into the pool, sending wet showers all over the two girls.
"Oh, don't you go having all the fun without me." Ariel grinned and ran towards the pool.
Flynn Rider
Flynn was drying off upstairs after a swim with Eric and Aladdin.
"So Rapunzel's parents have offered to let me live with them." Flynn told his friends.
"That's awesome, bro." Aladdin smiled.
Philip was walking by with Charles, Kristoff and Kenai, also in swimsuits.
"Nice speedo." Flynn laughed at the blue speedo Charles was wearing.
"Nice ass." Philip pulled Flynn's swim shorts down.
Flynn felt the cold A/C on his lower half and panicked, pulling his shorts up.
The guys burst out laughing. Philip gave Flynn a bear hug.
"Your face right then was the best graduation present ever."
"I suppose I deserve that." Flynn laughed. "Too bad you won't be around for me to prank next year."
"I'll have my new teammates for that." Philip shrugged.
Flynn turned to Aladdin and Eric who were still giggling.
"Keep laughing boys, just see what pranks I pull next year." Flynn grinned wickedly.
Anna Arendelle
Anna stood outside the airport while Kristoff unloaded the luggage.
Anna gave Elsa a big hug. "I'm going to miss you."
"I'm going to miss you too. But there's facetime and facebook and instagram. We'll stay in touch." Elsa held her close.
"I know. I'm so proud of you, Elsa." Anna let go of the hug. "Now go save the world."
"We'll try." Pocahontas offered Elsa her hand.
Elsa took it and the two girls took their luggage and walked towards the airport. Elsa turned back to wave and Anna let the tears flow.
"I'm going to miss her so much." Anna sobbed.
"She had to grow up. It happens to us all." Kristoff hugged her.
"I know. I'm glad we're finally close though and I'm glad I have you." Anna looked up at her blond hunk.
"Me too." Kristoff kissed her.
Philip Prince
Philip was sore as hell after another intense practice. He really needed to work on his German too. Most of his teammates spoke English but German was their first language.
He shuffled out of the stadium, legs sore, bag in hand. He saw a small press conference. Aurora stood before news reporters and flashing paparazzi in a tea-length pink gown. She has a tiara on and she wore a sash with medals.
"I just wanted to introduce the world to my boyfriend." She turned and gestured for Philip to join her.
He waddled over, his athletic clothes covered with dirt and sweat while she was clean and immaculate and smelled like peaches.
She took his hand. "This is my boyfriend, Philip Prince of the Liechtenstein Football Club and Waltville, U.S.A.. He's the love of my life and we are officially dating so I hope you give him a warm welcome."
Philip put on a big smile and waved to the flashing cameras. Aurora planted a big kiss on his lips and the cameras flashed even faster.
The reporters shouted questions and his teammates hollered but he didn't hear them, he was perfectly, blissfully, happy.
So what happened to the Dreamers of Waltville?
Anastasia and Drizella Tremaine would move away from Waltville and marry wealthy businessmen. Anastasia would stay in touch with Ella, while Drizella wouldn't.
Peter Pan's strange magic would mean he would never grow up. He eventually disappeared from human society. Wendy Darling would say that he discovered a dimension called Neverland and that he would sometimes visit her. Wendy would go on to become a wife and mother.
Taran would go on to become a College European History Professor. He would marry Eilonwy who became a Gynecologist.
Vanessa Benson would go on to become a Travel Vlogger. Gaston would disappear with Hook and Cruella, never to be heard from again.
Merida would become an Olympic Archer.
Phoebus and Esmeralda would go on to get married and have a son named Zephyr. Phoebus would become a lawyer and Esmeralda would run a dance studio.
Quasimodo would become an architect, marry a circus performer and design churches notable for their grand bell towers.
Hercules and Meg would become a sort of supernatural crime-fighting team and travel the world stopping supernatural threats like the one they faced as teens.
Kenai would shift between the animal and human worlds and become a conservationist in Alaska.
Jim and Hans would stay together. Jim Hawkins would join the Marines while Hans would become a Real Estate Agent.
Mulan would go on to become a personal trainer and would marry Li Shang, her former coach, several years after she graduated high school. They'd have a daughter named Lonnie.
Tiana would go to culinary school and Naveen would go to LSU. Tiana would run a successful restaurant known as Tiana's place and Naveen would help her run it.
Snow White would study Political Science at Yale and would go on to become Mayor of Waltville. She would marry Ferdinand who became a successful artist. They would have two daughters named Winter and Apple.
Aladdin would go on to become a Pilot while Jasmine would become a successful business woman. They were an international power couple. They'd get married and have a son named Aziz.
Adam would study Business at Boston University and become a business consultant. Belle would become a librarian at the Library of Congress. They would get married in the Prince family Library.
Flynn would start going by Eugene and become an accountant. Rapunzel would become a famous painter. They would have a big wedding and go on to have twin boys, Flynn and Eugene.
Anna would go on to run her parent's company and lead it in a more eco-friendly direction. Kristoff would become a carpenter and metal-worker. They would get married and have three children: Olaf, Sven and Iduna.
Elsa and Pocahontas would continue to do environmental work after college. They would adopt several children and become major advocates for fighting climate change and keeping the world's natural beauty.
Moana would start a nonprofit focused on cleaning the oceans. Ariel would become her co-president and Eric would also work for there. Ariel and Eric would get married right after college and have a daughter named Melody.
Ella would excel at her internship, study fashion at Columbia University, and go on to start her own line at Andalasia fashions called Cinders. Charles would graduate NYU and become a Broadway star. They had a massive wedding at St. Patrick's cathedral and would have a daughter named Ashlynn and a son named Carlos.
Aurora and Philip would get married in Liechtenstein after Aurora finished university. They had a grand royal wedding and all their Waltville friends were invited. Their wedding was the talk of Europe. Philip would have his trouble jumping between the worlds of professional football and the royal echelons of Europe but he eventually found his way. Aurora would go on to be an influential Queen with numerous charitable programs and several effective and compassionate reforms. Philip was known as her handsome jock trophy husband but he was beloved by the people. Aurora was beloved too. They would have a daughter named Dawn and a son named Day.
All the friends of Waltville High would stay in touch, bound by their traumatic experience with the supernatural. They would support each other through life's ups and downs and be there for each other's milestones.
Love and friendship forged in fire is strong. And Dreams that weather storms are powerful. The dreams of these dreamers came true and so can yours as long as you believe in courage, kindness and that True Love, in all its forms, Conquers All.
A/N: We did it! We completed this story. It took years but it's finally over. I want to thank all you readers for inspiring me and making this possible. Your comments and reviews gave me life. I've had so much fun writing Dreamers of Waltiville and I'll definitely miss it but it's on to bigger and better things in my writing career. Maybe, I'll write a novel.
