'Vali! I will kick your ass next time!?' Issei mentally thought with a scowl.
"Somethings wrong!" Koneko suddenly said with shock.
Then everything have disappeared as Issei then falls down to the valley, screaming as he then landed hard. Issei groaned as he woke up on his stomach when he opened his eyes, quickly stood up.
"Where are we?" Issei questions, looking around. "Force teleportation?"
Everyone except Rias, Virgil, Kalawarner, Mittelt, and Kuroka were with him on the ground start to get up. They weren't on the train anymore which they were in the rock valley.
"Where is Rias, Virgil, Kalawarner, Mittelt, and Kuroka?" Asia asks with worry.
"I don't see them." Akeno said.
"Azazel's missing too!" Gasper gasped.
"Be quiet!" Xenovia snapped, leaving Gasper panicked.
The ground then started to rumble and felt like the earth was breaking apart with every shake.
"That's not good!" Tosca said as the source of the commotion and violently shaking came into the view.
And everyone felt fear enter their hearts when they heard the roar.
The dragon has an appearance of a fifteen meters tall, gigantic western Dragon. With the exception of the lower body, specifically his belly, the inner portions of his long tail and legs that are beige in color, a majority of the dragons body is covered in dark purple dragonic scales. Also, the dragon has a triangular head with yellow horns, a pair of large keen eyes with lavender sclera, and serrated yet sharp canine teeth. He also has claws with long sharp yellow nails on his hands and large bat-like wings with rigid tips. Additionaly, he wears black armored black pauldrons that extended down to his arms and loincloth decorated with metallic accessories.
The dragon then roared at the group with glowing eyes.
"A dragon!?" Issei exclaimed with shock.
With that, Tannin then attack them with a large breath of fire. Issei grabbed Asia while he and Gasper jumped out of the way of the fire.
"So, I'm going to assume this guy isn't friendly?!" Kiba exclaimed, summoned his Sword of Betrayer.
"Duh! Ya think so?" Xenovia questions, summed her Durandal.
"Was that even a question?" Tosca asked, drew out her Sword of Light and her Holy Gun.
Koneko then used her Youki to enhance her ability, activating her nekoshou ability as she then threw her fireballs at Tannin, but no effect. Koneko then rush towards Tannin.
"Koneko, watch out!" Akeno shouts.
Koneko didn't listen as she started up the side of the mountain near the dragon. She then launched herself at that dragon and prepared to punch it, but the dragon swatted her with its tail, sending her smashing into the mountain, but she manage to recover as she landed with her feet and landed on the ground.
"That was reckless of you!" Xenovia snapped at her.
The dragon was preparing to unleash another breath of fire.
"Blizzaga: Arctic Blizzard" Asia then fires her ice magic, sending the blizzard at the dragon to extinguish the fire.
Akeno then flew into the sky and magically change her school attire into a shrine maiden attire.
"Since Rias isn't here, it is my duty to take the lead!" Akeno yelled with a hand stretched out, sounding confident and in command. "Kiba! Xenovia! Tosca! Do whatever you can to distract the dragon! Issei, focus on activating your Sacred Gear! Asia! Koneko! Keep Gasper safe! I will give orders to coordinate our respond!"
"You got it, Akeno!" Everyone yelled.
"Let's rock some, Boosted Gear!" Issei yelled when he activated his Boosted Gear, gained power.
[BOOST!]
The dragon turned its attention to Issei when it heard that sound, causing him to yelp.
"Uh, a little help here!" Issei yelled before Akeno unleashed lightning at the dragon's head.
"I love dishing out punishment!" Akeno said with her sadistic smile.
"Hey Scaley, over here!" Xenovia yelled as she rushed towards it along with Kiba and Tosca.
Both girls and Kiba jumped high at the dragons head, but surprisingly, the horns of the dragon elongated and blocked their swords. It then pushed them away with a simple head move.
"It was able to deflect Durandal!?" Xenovia shouted as she fell down.
Tosca then tried to shoot the dragon with her Holy Gun, firing three bullets which the dragon deflect them with its black pauldron, leaving her shocked as Koneko then threw some fireballs at it while Asia then used Fira at the dragon.
"Now Kiba!" Akeno yelled.
"You got it!" Kiba quickly turned his sword upside down, stabbed it into the ground and yelled. "Sword Birth!"
A red magical circle shined under him as his power moved through the ground under the dragon. Then hundreds of swords started coming out, but the dragon shatter the swords with the swung of its tail. It then unleashed a breath of fire at Kiba.
"Blizzaga: Ice Wall" Asia then unleashed her ice magic, formed a wall at the ground to protect Kiba, but it won't hold for long as he then jumped out of the way.
But it was enough to distract the dragon when Issei ran behind it while gained power from the Boosted Gear. However, his cover was blown when the dragon turned around to glare at Issei, caused him to stop in his tracks since he needed more power to take down the dragon.
"Hurry, Issei!" Asia yelled.
"I'm still powerless. I haven't generated enough energy to take this thing down yet!?" Issei exclaimed, gained more power.
[BOOST!]
The dragon then roared and was about to attack him, until Akeno used her lightning magic to fire at the dragon, but it unleash the breath of fire at the Priestess of Thunder, causing her to dodge the attack quickly, flying out of the way of the flames.
'Why does it keep reacting to Issei's Sacred Gear?' Akeno thought with a question.
Tosca continued to fire at the dragons head before her Holy Gun was empty. As she then change her magazine, she noticed Gasper walking over to stand next to her.
"What are you doing?" Tosca questions.
"I...I have to do something." Gasper said, trying to put on a brave face. "I've got too! After all...It is my responsibility as a man!"
He closed his eyes and opened them, activating his Forbidden Balor View.
"Time Kaleidoscope!" Tosca then activates her Sacred Gear.
With their combined powers of time, they successfully freeze the dragon as it was about to come after Issei.
"Nicely done, Gasper!" Issei praised him, giving him a thumb up.
"Nice job, Tosca." Kiba praised his girlfriend with a smile.
But then Tosca was struggling, trying to hold on the dragon with her Sacred Gear, but the dragon shattered it as Tosca was then pushed back, leaving Kiba caught her.
"Are you alright?" Kiba questions with worry, earned a nod from her.
"I'm sorry! He's too scary! I can't get focused!" Gasper cried, collapse down to the ground, leaving Koneko staring him with deadpan expression.
"Then I'll try this. Blizzaga: Ice Tomb" Asia then unleash her ice magic, binding the dragon with ice. "Hurry, Issei!"
[EXPLOSION!]
Issei grinned and readied his Boosted Gear as Akeno spoke.
"Time to strike!" Akeno yelled as she then readied her lightning magic. "Attack!"
She then struck down a powerful lightning attack at the dragon.
"Dragon Shot" Issei then fires the beam of light.
The combined powerful attacks on the dragon created a massive explosion. Some of them have to brace themselves against the wind of explosion for it would've taken from them off their feet and set them a few meters back. When the black cloud of smoke clears, the dragon roars.
"You're kidding!?" Issei shouts.
"No way!" Akeno added with shock.
The dragon then stomped the ground, causing a fissure as Issei then collapse down to the ground, looking up the danger as it then prepared another breath of fire. Ready to end him. Xenovia, Kiba, and Tosca then leap towards after the dragon.
"Stop! That'll Be Enough!" The voice of Azazel told the dragon, causing it to cancel the fire breath as Issei and the others to turned their heads towards the voice, shocked to see Azazel standing on the cliff with Rias, Virgil, Kalawarner, Kuroka, and Mittelt next to him.
"You guys are here?" Issei shouts with a question. "Dude! What the hell!?"
With that, Azazel, Rias, Kalawarner, Virgil, Kuroka, and Mittelt were floating down towards the ground while everyone gather around. Azazel then began explain this situation.
"This dragon is a Devil! That's awesome!" Issei exclaims.
"Thought I'd recognize you, Ddriag!" The Dragon said, seemed surprisingly friendly.
[Yes. Good to see you again, Tannin.]
"It spoke." Issei said shockingly that Tannin spoke as he then look at the Boosted Gear. "And apparently, you know each other."
"Blaze Meteor Dragon AKA Devil-Dragon, Tannin, Vassel to the Former Dragon Emperor." Azazel introduced him. "He allowed himself to be turned into a Devil, for reasons I don't feel like going into now."
"A dragons that's become a Devil." Kiba said with shock.
"Just how awesomely powerful can he get?!" Issei exclaimed.
"The big guy has come down to help you out with yout training, children." Azazel told them, placing his hands inside his pockets.
"Is it special training with a full-on montage?" Xenovia asked with her arm raised.
"I don't know what that means, but Sirzechs asked me to come help." Tannin said, not getting the reference. "And from what I've seen, each of you needs a lot of work."
Azazel simply shrugs, agreeing with the dragon. Virgil, Kalawarner, Kuroka, and Mittelt also agrees since they saw the whole battle.
"What the hell, Virgil! Where were you when we needed the most!?" Issei shouted with teary eyes, angry at him.
"Azazel's orders, he told us to stay out of it." Virgil shrugs. "Tannin's right about one thing, you need a lot of work between combat and magic."
Issei then face fault down to the ground with teary eyes.
"I hope he didn't hurt you too badly. Rias said gently. "I'm so sorry, I never wanted to play a trick on you. I was against the ambush ploy from the start, but my big brother can be rather insistent."
"I can sum up why your revenue isn't improving." Azazel said to Rias in a level tone. "Besides a tendency towards spoiling them, you act with uncertainty."
"What 'uncertainty'?" Rias questions, feel offended.
"I wanted to gauge that kind of power you can muster when surprised, and trust me, I've learn plenty. This fight showed me what kind of training regiment you most needed." Azazel said with a wry smile.
"Exactly the plan a Fallen Angel would come up with." Akeno said with her venomous tone.
"Says a Half-Fallen Angel." Kalawarner retorts.
Virgil then uses two gunblades to point at between the two, not wanted to let them fight.
"I'll do whatever it takes to make you kids stronger." Azazel said, looked mockingly hurt and winked, placing a hand over his heart. "I am your teacher after all."
Virgil then cause his gunblade to disappear while placing the other on his holster while Issei then staring at the Boosted Gear as he spoke.
"Were you on this too, Ddriag? Why didn't you pipe-up if you knew him?" Issei questions with a scowl.
[I lived for years beyond counting, I've learned those who spoil charades are the worst.]
"Wait, charades?" Issei asked surprisingly.
[It was all an act! Tannin wasn't even using one-thousandth of his strength.]
"I can't very well take you all home scraped up like that. So, it's time for our obligatory bath." Rias told them with a smile.
The group was then led to one of many houses that was owned by Rias which turned out to be a bathhouse. It was luxuriously build out of pure marble with hot pouring into the multiple baths. All the males were going to be in the bath at the bottom section while the females were in the bath at the top section.
"No really, it's fine!" Gasper whined as Issei drag him over to the water. "I can just go in later!"
"Calm down, we're both boys! So what are you so embarrassed about?!" Issei exclaimed when he tugged his arm. He then noticed the way that the dhampir was holding his towel around his body. "Gasper, you're a dude! So, you don't need to cover up like that. It's making me uncomfortable."
"What, seriously!? I never thought you notice me that way." Gasper said, making Kiba chuckle while Virgil sighed with annoyance, lounging in the bath.
"Dude! Not even!?" Issei exclaimed.
High up in the girls bath, Akeno looked over the side and smiled at Issei.
"Oh Issei, you should be sexually harassing poor sweet Gasper like that." Akeno teased.
"Akeno!?" Issei shouts, noticed Akeno. "Whoa, the girls bath is up there?!"
Issei was thinking something perverted since he knew those girls were up there. Virgil knew this would happen when he saw Azazel stretched his arms out and leaned back against the side of the L-shaped bath.
"Add a bottle or three sake and hot spring would be paradise." Azazel sighed with contentment. He then looked at Virgil with a smirk on his face. "Say, I've been meaning to ask you."
That got Virgil's attention as he spoke.
"If it's something about Kalawarner and Kuroka, it's not your business." Virgil told him seriously.
"Ouch! I'm that obvious, huh?" Azazel said, felt embarrassed as he cleared his throat. "Anyway that aside, I've got something that Hope and I have spruced up a few days ago."
"Really, like what?" Virgil asked curiously.
"It's a gunblade, but just any gunblade. It can give you some boost while it divides your enemies power." Azazel told him. "I was lucky enough to gather some shards of the White Dragon Emperor's armor. So, we put those together and it turned into a gunblade. I was planning to give it you, but it'll be tomorrow since Sirzechs wanted to have some discussions with you."
Virgil then give him a nod with an understanding.
"Oh yeah, I've been meaning to ask you, Issei." Azazel said, turned his head to him.
"What's up?" Issei questions.
"Tell me. Rias' melons, have you got a good squeezing in?" Azazel asked, making a squeeze motion with his hand, causing Issei to blush.
Virgil then decided to leave the bathhouse since he doesn't want to take any part of his perversion. However, what he was really worried about was those two monsters that caused spatial time distortion which he needs answers about them of how they manage to get there in the Underworld.
