Nighteye's Test and Enemy Overhaul Appears...

"Heyo! I brought that 1st year student I mentioned." Mirio said.
"HAHAHAHAHAHA!" Bubble Girl was crying and laughing by a machine called Tickle Hell.
"Papa? What's going on?" Eri asked.
"I don't know... What is going on here Mirio?" Izuku asked.
"I guess Bubble Girl didn't make him laugh." Mirio said as Sir Nighteye turned his head and stared at Izuku.
"Crap his glare is like a Conqueror User. Okay make him laugh." Izuku thought as he plans to use his AllMight Impression of the Vinegar Incident.
"...ZZZZZZZZZZ…." Izuku was snoring?
"He fell asleep?" Sir Nighteye thought as he was never in a situation like this before.
(Present)
"Mirio... is this the student you want me to join my Agency?" Nighteye asked.
"Yes sir! Although, I can't tell if he's actually asleep or he's faking it." Mirio saluted.
Then Eri started to poke Izuku's leg.
"I have an idea!" Eri said.
Then Eri breathed deeply and said.
"DADDY! SOMEONE IS TRYING TO KISS MAMA!" Eri shouted.
"That's not going to work-" Nighteye thought.
Just then…
"WHAT?! WHO IS IT?! I'LL KILL THEM!" Izuku yelled with fire in his eyes as he woke up.
"Eh? He woke up?" Nighteye thought in shock.
"Wait...Eri did you lie?" Izuku asked.
"Maybe…" Eri said.
"We're going to have this talk later…" Izuku stared at Eri.
"I'm sorry Sir Nighteye...I have Narcolepsy, so I sleep at random times." Izuku said as he bowed.
"It's alright boy but despite this...it really was a good attempt to make me laugh if it was planned. So, boy what is your plan?" Nighteye asked.
"So you want to laugh? Well, I'll have to use my secret weapon…" Izuku mumbled to himself.
"HI! I'M PORTGAS D. IZUKU! AND I AM HERE!" Izuku said with his All Might face then Eri laughed.
"HAHAHA!" Eri laughed uncontrollably.
But Nighteye wasn't laughing.
"How dare you make me laugh with that failure of an imitation." Nighteye glared at Izuku as he dropped his All Might impression.
"Huh? But I thought I made a good impression of the Vinegar Incident All Might?" Izuku said in confusion.
"Vinegar Incident? That's right! All Might saved a boy that can change water into chemicals or in this case vinegar. I can't believe I missed that? But this boy…" Nighteye thought.
"Okay, boy why are you here? Other than the impression of All Might which would be considered clever since I had forgotten the "Vinegar Incident"." Nighteye said as Mirio freed Bubble Girl from Tickle Hell.
"So Mirio? Who's that?" Bubble GIrl asked.
"That's Portgas D. Izuku the Super Rookie," Mirio said.
"He may have failed to make him laugh but at least he impressed Sir." Mirio thought.
"So boy why are you here?" Nighteye asked.
"Well, I'm here because I feel I can get stronger if I serve under you," Izuku said.
"Stronger? Aren't you happy with the strength you have already?" Nighteye asked.
"Yes, that's true but I must get stronger to protect and save everyone!" Izuku said.
"Hmm...well first we need to make a contract," Nighteye said.
"I already got one," Izuku said as he pulled out a contract.
"Don't interrupt me…" Nighteye said.
"Sorry, Nighteye," Izuku said.
"But know this you are responsible for your grades in exchange for minimum wage and experiences," Nighteye said.
"I understand sir! But if I worry about what others think I'll be blind to my own actions!" Izuku said.
BAM!
Then Sir Nighteye stamped on the desk?
"Huh?" Eri thought.
"Umm… Sir? You didn't stamp the contract." Izuku said.
"Yes, I know because I am not improving this contract.." Nighteye said as he continued to tap his desk with the stamp.
"What?! But-" Izuku was about to protest but Nighteye made an argument of his own.
"I can see why you want to join my agency to see what I'm offering, but what do you offer me in return? This agency is already running smoothly with two sidekicks and one Work-Studies student. So tell me what do you offer me?" Nighteye asked.
Izuku realized what Nighteye was asking.
"All Might was a beacon of strength and hope to the innocent and fear to the criminals. He had humor as well to draw in the people who looked up to him. But when he attempted to beat All For One that beacon was snuffed out. But the New Worst Generation appeared and caused a raging hellfire that spread across the world." Nighteye said.
"Wait what?" Izuku and Eri were confused.
"I have read articles about the New Worst Generation… They said that the New Worst Generation will become beacons for the next generation whether it's heroes, villains, marines, or pirates." Nighteye said as he got up from his desk.
"Let's see if you are going to be worthy of what the people say. I'll give you three minutes if you can either impress me or take this seal from me like the pirate you are." Nighteye said.
Izuku was shocked but smirked.
"Challenge accepted! Mirio, will you take Eri outside..." Izuku said with a grin.
"Mirio, Bubble Girl you two wait outside." Nighteye said
"Good luck! Papa!" Eri cheered as she left the room along with Bubble Girl and Mirio.
SLAM!
The door slammed.
[Meanwhile with Eri]
"Hey Mirio, did you have to do some tests like Portgas?" Bubble Girl asked.
"No not really Sir Nighteye asked for me specifically," Mirio said.
"Sounds like you are his favorite for some reason…" Bubble Girl complained.
"Mirio! Will Papa be alright?" Eri asked.
"I'm sure he's going to be fine… I think…" Mirio said who then thought about Nighteye's reason for this test.
"Although his future just went up in smoke if Sir uses his quirk or his haki." Mirio thought.
[Back with Izuku]
"I will take no offense at this time. You may even wreck this room as you please. Just come and get it, Gold Roger's descendant." Nighteye said.
Then Izuku used One For All Full Cowling and lunged himself towards Nighteye.
"An attack from the front. But it was a mere fake and a grab from the ground." Nighteye said as he dodged Izuku.
"Then another jump attack with no avail… listen boy I can see your fate and you won't get this seal." Nighteye said.
"Tch...Knew it you have a future sight quirk and Future Sight Haki don't you?" Izuku said.
[Back with Eri]
A can of soda came out from the vending machine.
"Thank you!" Eri said with a smile as she drank her drink.
"Sounds like a party right now." Bubble Girl said.
"I know right? Is Sir Nighteye really not going to accept Portgas?" Mirio said and thought.
"Papa will get that stamp thingy..." Eri thought as her eyes flashed red.
[Back with Izuku]
"One minute passes… You back up and breathe nervously. Finally understanding you can't beat me… With my quirk: Foresight and Future Sight Haki what I see in the future is guaranteed." Nighteye said.
"So with your Foresight and Future Sight Haki you're almost untouchable," Izuku said.
"You know I had high expectations of you. But your skills are disappointing… You wield the most powerful Quirk since the dawn of Quirks and you couldn't use it at its full potential. Meanwhile Villains and Pirates are making dark plans. All Might chose wrong after all." Nighteye said.
"Geez… Everyone has their own opinions…" Izuku said.
"Don't get me wrong I respect All Might but I don't understand how you could succeed him?" Nighteye said.
"Tch...Mirio is strong but still...why do I get a feeling even if Mirio gets One For All...he won't survive One For All itself…" Izuku thought.
"But still did All Might actually choose Mirio with Nighteye? I guess that means Mirio was a considered candidate." Izuku thought.
"Are you still thinking or are you tired? Out of ideas? When Mirio said he wanted to introduce you to me, I was surprised...Shall I give it to you straight? Mirio is more worthy to inherit One For All. So I cannot acknowledge you." Nighteye said.
"Grr…" Izuku growled softly as he balled up his fist.
"When All Might told me that he gave away One For All to a pirate's child I was shocked." Nighteye said.
Each word reminded Izuku why his father was executed.
"But I remembered hearing the words I needed to hear on that day…" Izuku thought.
{Flashback}
"Young Midoriya you can be a hero. And next, it is your turn." All Might exclaims.
{End Flashback}
"Surpass it…! Surpass!" Izuku thought as he jumped around the room like Gran Torino.
BOOM!
"Right, it all depends on your response time! AND YOU WILL ACKNOWLEDGE ME!" Izuku said as he jumped on the walls.
"All I need to do is to be faster than him. Faster than he reacts!" Izuku thought.
"You're using moves from Gran Torino but you're slower than him…" Nighteye said as Izuku picked up speed.
Then Izuku disappeared in a flash as he jumped all over the place.
"What? He's faster than I predicted…but..." Nighteye was caught off guard at this speed. Then his Future Sight Haki kicked in.
FLASH!
He sees that he's about to get punched in the face but...
PUNCH!
Nighteye dodges but Izuku grazes his cheek.
"You said I would acknowledge you but I'm still unimpressed. Two minutes from now you will not have the seal." Nighteye said with a bleeding scratch.
"Yeah, but I did scratch you, that means I have to be faster!" Izuku said went for the Seal again.
"But you're beginning to doubt yourself. All Might taught you this right?" Nighteye asked.
"Actually I had to work on this on my own really," Izuku said.
"Yes but, your high-end training is leading up to this moment if you even come close to surpassing Mirio. Fear and indecision are things a pro can not afford. With those in mind, someone with those thoughts will always have vision and purpose. All Might should also have said this as well. But in the end, you choke..." Nighteye said as he dodged Izuku's attempts.
"To make it worse, All Might is betting the future on you of all people." Nighteye berates Izuku.
"SHUT UP!" Izuku unleashed Conqueror's Haki.
VRRRMMM!
The wave hits Nighteye.
"Gugh!" Nighteye groan.
"You sound like every person that my dad knew when he asked this: "What if Gold Roger had a son?" Do you know what's their answer? Kill him, turn him over to the Marines, or he wished he had never been born." Izuku said with venom in his voice.
"I never knew Portgas had this darkness in him. So did he act nearly the same when Ace was a kid?" Nighteye thought.
"But then he appeared and he told me I can be a hero that my father and grandfathers can be proud of!" Izuku yelled as flames surrounded him.
"Who said that? Your friends?" Nighteye said.
"No, it was ALL MIGHT!" Izuku said.
"What?" Nighteye was shocked at the words Izuku spoke as he past Nighteye and prepare his final attack.
"FIRE FIST!" Izuku yelled.
"Wait a minute he only used One For All in this fight… No devil fruit, no flames, and no quakes. He's been holding back…" Sir Nighteye thought.
BOOM!
An explosion covered the room and Izuku had the seal in hand.
"Am I not worthy?" Izuku said with a smile and seal in hand.
"Hmmm...I know you're strong don't get me wrong but look at you you're tired…" Nighteye said.
"I know I almost stepped on the All Might Poster, the one that was never released," Izuku said.
"What?" Nighteye thought as he took a look at the room and saw that every single All Might merchandise wasn't stepped on or burned.
"Heh...maybe you are worthy but time will tell…" Nighteye thought.
Just then…
Mirio, Bubble Girl, and Eri with arms up opened up the door.
"We are here!" Eri cheered.
"With a well-timed returned," Mirio said.
"That loud bang sounds final so it must be the end." Bubble Girl said.
"Togata, Portgas proved to me that he can join the Agency." Nighteye said as Izuku smirked.
"Thank you! Mr. Suitman!" Eri hugged Nighteye's leg.
"I can't believe you pulled it off Portgas." Mirio commented.
"But know this. I will challenge you to see if you are worthy of your title and role." Nighteye said, hinting at One For All.
"Look, us pirates take it as a challenge." Izuku said.
"But I would like to apologize about what I said about your blood. The Symbol of Peace is gone and the people need a new and bright star to light the way. And you still have ways to go." Nighteye said.
"It's alright Nighteye...So when do I start?" Izuku said as he stamped the contract.
[Meanwhile with Rising Pluto]
A room with 14 seats and 14 holo-screens. Most of the seats were empty and some were on screen.
{"So… Theodor? Why did you call up this meeting?" Vulcan Heph asked from a screen.}
"Yes, why did you call?" Mifune asked in person.
"Oiy! This better be important!" Venus Hawkins asked in person.
{"It must be otherwise this wouldn't be an important call." Meteora said from a screen.}
{"Is it about the canceled treaty?" Eric Note asked while tuning his guitar from a screen.}
Then Florence held a card that said "No." in person.
{"Look I am needed at the temple so make this quick." Texas said as held a skull on screen.}
"Is the food ready yet?" Envy and Hanjian asked in person.
{"THAT'S WHAT YOU ARE WORRIED ABOUT?!" Rin yelled from screen cooking from the kitchen.}
"SILENCE!" Yamato yelled in person.
Just then Achilles was electrocuted!?
BBBZZZTT!
"Thanks, Big Sis. So Theodor why the meeting?" Achilles asked covered in soot.
"I have made a huge discovery involving the Devil Quirks," Theodor said.
"Really?" Achilles said.
"Yes, I went over Shanks II, Viper, Izuku, Katakuri II, Jackson, Pez, Angel and etc-" Theodor said.
Then Florence took out a card that said: "Speed it up".
"Sorry, hun. I discovered that they all have the extra bone in their pinky toes." Theodor said.
"So?" Everyone said.
"Groan… It means most of our kids were quirkless officially! I tested and compared D.N.A. to others like Katsuki, Shoto, and Oars 4th and I found their cells lack any Quirk Factor!" Theodor said.
"Wait, he's right… we never actually check if they were getting quirks or not… so the question remains… if the children don't have the "Quirk Factor'' then where did these powers come from?" Mifune asked.
[Later…]
[UA High Dorm 1-A]
"Portgas! You found an Agency that will work with you?" Shanks II asked.
"Yeah, I am placed with Sir Nighteye." Izuku said.
"Nighteye he used to be a sidekick with All Might just like David Shield." Ryuma said.
"That's my dad!" Melissa said.
"So where's the rest of the guys?" Erza/Ezra asked as he/she looked around.
"Well, Himiko and Ghidorah are with the Neo Rocks Pirates right now. Katakuri is cooking in the kitchen, Stone is with his parents in Republic City, and we have no idea where Corazon and Angel are… no one has seen them for a week." Mune said.
"Yeah, but don't know how we are going to compete though," Kaminari said.
"It's impressive if you know what I'd mean. I mean Togata recommended you to Sir Nighteye." Sato said.
"The distance between us just became wider… we got to catch up." Shoto said.
"Geez… way to say the obvious!" Katsuki said as Olivia kissed him on the cheek.
"Ah, man, I don't have any Work Studies yet. And Gunhead can't accept Work Studies Students." Ochako said.
"I know what you mean Tiger and I wanted to go to Selkie's but that's out too." Tsuyu said.
"I know Fourth Kind can't do it either." Kirishima said.
"It seems this time around it will be harder than before…" Shanks II said.
"Yeah all these requirements took out a lot of agencies," Kaminari said.
"Yeah, but don't you forget you must pick an agency that can handle powerful criminals. Otherwise it survival, the strong lives and the weak dies." Mune said as he ate a carrot.
"That's right only professionals will take you rookies on." Aizawa said as he came into the room.
"Mr. Aizawa." Kirishima said.
"Speaking of pros, Tokoyami you got an offer from Hawks the #3 Hero." Aizawa said.
"No way! Hawks?!" Sero said in shock.
"But he's the #3 Hero!" Sato said in shock.
As a silhouette of Hawks appeared in the shadows with his wings out.
"I respectfully accept," Tokoyami said.
"Good, oh Tiger, Kirishima. It seems Amaijiki wants you two to join him. That goes to you too Asui, Uraraka. Hado wants you two to join with Ryukyu." Aiziwa said.
"Wait? Isn't Ryukyu the #13 Hero?" Ochako asked.
"Yeah, she's near the top of the charts." Tsuyu said.
"Whatever you can talk to them today or tomorrow…" Aizawa said as he left.
"Tomorrow? Heck no! I'm going there now!" Tiger said as he left for the 3rd Years' dorm.
"I'm coming too!/I can't wait for tomorrow Kero." Kirishima/Tsuyu said to follow Tiger.
"Deku, I guess both of us have Work Studies now." Ochako said.
"YAY! MAMA AND PAPA HAVE JOBS!" Eri cheered.
"We really, really-" Shoto said.
"PURUPURUPURUPURU!" a transponder snail ranged.
"Hello?" Izuku answered.
"Who is it?" Olivia asked.
"It's for Shoto," Izuku said as he gave the snail to Shoto.
"Umm...hello?" Shoto said into the snail.
{"SHUT THE HELL UP!" Ghidorah/Kaido and Himiko yelled.}
"CL-ANK!" The snail went back to sleep.
"...How the hell did he hear that?" Mineta asked.
[Meanwhile with All Might]
"Oh boy, things are about to get awkward between me and Portgas aren't they?" All Might told himself.
[One Day Later]
[Sir Nighteye Agency]
Eri, Izuku, Bubble Girl, and Mirio stood in front of Nighteye's desk.
"Okay, today we're just going for surveillance today. Bubble Girl, you're with me and Mirio you go with Portgas and Eri today." Nighteye said.
"Surveillance on who?" Izuku asked.
"Yeah, we're watching a Yakuza Group that could shift the balance of quirks forever." Bubble Girl said.
"The Shie Hassakai led by Kai Chisaki or known as Overhaul. He is identified by his plague mask." Nighteye said as he showed a picture of him to Izuku and Eri.
{Flashback}
Then, Ryuma cut off Izuku/Bullet's arm separating the two.
"GAAAHHH!" Izuku/Bullet screamed in pain as he was clutching his arm.
Then Kaido/Ghidorah grabbed Izuku/Bullet's head and slammed him to the ground.
Just then the signal for the end of the exam sounded.
"It's over…" Melissa said.
Just then… Izuku/Bullet's body glows light yellow as he fades. Izuku/Portgas saw this and ran to the other Izuku.
"Hey! What's happening?!" Izuku/Portgas asked the other Izuku.
"Well, it seems that this universe knows I'm not from here so it's time for me to return home." Izuku/Bullet said as half of his body faded away.
"Hey, Portgas… I got to tell you something before I leave… watch out for the Shie Hassaikai… Overhaul will try to take back Eri…" Izuku/Bullet said as he disappeared.
"Overhaul?" Izuku/Portgas said to himself.
{Flashback ends}
"Overhaul...I remembered the other version of me told me that I should watch out for a man called Overhaul…" Izuku said out loud.
"Yes, Nezu told me about that…Umm...Portgas? Your daughter is trembling." Nighteye said.
"Huh? Eri are you alright?" Izuku asked Eri.
(Eri's mind)
"Eri you cursed being," a man with a bird mask said, one that matches Overhaul's appearance.
(Reality)
"PAPA! Don't let the bird people get me!" Eri cried and hugged Izuku.
"Does this have something to do with the men she ran from months ago?" Izuku thought.
"Don't worry Eri. Your Papa and I will protect you." Mirio said as he ruffled Eri's hair as she calmed down.
"But isn't the Yakuza broken up?" Izuku asked.
"Yes, but just like Achilles predicted in his speech. Those in the shadows will come to the light...The Shie Hassakai works in grey areas but if we can get some concrete evidence we can arrest them." Nighteye said.
"But recently they had a meeting with the League of Villains which didn't end well. Monet a spy for the Neo Rocks Pirates was killed and her body was left there…" Bubble Girl said.
Izuku and Eri paled.
"What's wrong?" Mirio asked as he noticed the two's reaction.
"Monet's dead?" Izuku said in shock.
"Angel's mommy is gone?" Eri teared up.
"I thought you knew this?" Nighteye said in confusion.
"No we didn't, no one has seen Corazon and Angel for a week...Eri please don't tell anyone, everyone...I don't want their fun ruined by death…" Izuku said.
"I promised…" Eri said.
"I'm so sorry for your loss but you can mourn later…" Nighteye said as he never considered Angel Newgate never told them or anyone…
[Later]
Izuku, Eri, and Mirio were walking down the street. Izuku and Eri were slightly depressed because of the sudden news of Monet's death.
"I can't believe Aunty Monet is dead. She seems so kind and nice to me" Eri thought.
'Why didn't Angel tell me I would have understood…" Izuku thought.
"Hey! Cheer up! Monet wouldn't want you two to be glum! She would want you two to smile and follow your dreams right?" Mirio said in an attempt to cheer the two up.
Izuku and Eri smiled at Mirio words.
"Thanks...so what's your hero name anyway?" Izuku asked.
"Oh, it's Lemillion!" Mirio said with a smile.
"Lemillion?" Eri asked.
"Yep! My goal is to save a million people! What's yours?" Mirio asked.
"Deku Badguy." Izuku answered.
"Deku Badguy? What a strange name!" Mirio jokes.
"Don't you insult papa's name lemon!" Eri pouted.
"Heheh, anyway do you want anything from a food stand Eri?" Izuku asked.
"Yes! Please!" Eri cheered.
"Okay if we don't see anything then I can buy you a caramel apple." Izuku said.
"YAY!" Eri cheer as she then ran.
"Eri! Slow down!" Izuku and Mirio yelled.
BUMP!
Just then Eri bumps into someone, a certain someone…
"Ow...Sorry, sir-" Eri apologized but then looked up and saw him.
"No, I'm the one who should be sorry...Eri." Overhaul said.
And thus a clash between titans will happen once again just like what happens with Bullet but the difference will be explained.

Midnight or Nemuri Kayama was surrounded on all sides and didn't have enough strength to go on.
"KILL HER!" A Villain charged at her.
"I'm sorry my students...I won't be able to see you all grow..." Midnight thought as she accepted death.
SLICE!
CLASH!
Midnight waited for impact but when she looks up a man wearing Feudal Japanese Style Clothing, a white hat with black spots, and wield a long sword.
"Who are you?" Midnight asked.
"Names Law. Trafalgar Water D. Law." Law said coldly.
"I DON'T CARE WHO YOU ARE! THAT BITCH WILL BE DEAD AND WE'LL HAVE OUR WAY!" a villain yelled and then charged.
"Room." Law said as he made his "Room".
Then Law cut the villain in half but did not bleed.
"AHHH!" the villain screamed in terror.
"WAIT WHAT?! I'M STILL ALIVE?!" The villain panicked.
"KILL HIM!" Another villain yelled as many villains were chopped into pieces.
"AUGH!" all the villains screamed.
"How are you doing that?" Midnight asked.
"I ate the Ope-Ope fruit. Thus I can create rooms for operations like this." Law said as he smiles at her which made Midnight blushed?
"Why am I blushing?! In the middle of battle too?!" Midnight thought.
Then Law put together the villains randomly.
"Operation complete..." Law said.
"GAH! YOU HAVE MY ARMS!/YOU HAVE TOO MANY CHESTS!/ I KNOW!/MY LEG!" the Villains screamed in horror.
"So what's your name?" Law asked.
"I'm...Nemrui Kayama but you can call me Midnight..." Midnight smiled.
