It had taken a lot of effort to escape. More effort than he cared to admit or ever would admit, nor would he admit that seeing that girl's eyes had raised something inside him. Was it fear? No. That was stupid. Only idiots ever felt fear and he was anything but one of those mindless worms. No, he wouldn't feel fear. He'd put fear into these imbeciles that walked around like nothing bad could ever happen. The world would know despair someday soon and he'd be the one to do it, he'd show everyone who stupid they all were for believing in these so called heroes.
He gripped his neck tight, and quickly stumbled into a service alley that this shopping mall had between some of the larger stores. It took more effort than really needed to get through the crowds and into a secluded place like this. It was like wasting action points for a task that meant absolutely nothing to the game as a whole. It pissed him off. Almost as much as those brats had pissed him off.
"Go figure," he said to himself in his crackly rasp. "I go out for a walk to get some perspective and I get lucky running into Midoriya of all people. Then again, it was stupid of me to think he would be all alone. Stupid girl. We were just having a nice little chat and she had to go and cut in on my fun."
With his free hand, he reached into his hoodie and pulled out one of his most prized possessions. It always did help him think and right now, he had to think of a way to send that half black mutt into game over. He stared at the dismembered hand and put it on, let the weight of it calm his nerves enough to begin coming up with a strategy.
He had a firm goal now to look forward to. He was going to kill All Might, crush hero society, and then sit back and enjoy watching the chaos unfold. It would be like setting the events of a triple A cinematic game or a big budget blockbuster into sequence in real life. No need for a console or getting an overpriced ticket. It was perfect. And in the end, he'd show everyone, including that idiot Stain, what it really meant to be a villain. A real villain. Someone even the Master could be proud of.
"Yeah, we'll make him proud, right father?" he asked himself, cackling softly as he looked backwards down the alley way to see the crowd all focused on the scene he'd escaped.
His cackling seemed to echo more than it should have in this small alley and he knew it. He readied his free hand and turned around quickly, lunging at whoever was laughing at him. They'd pay for laughing at him and he'd laugh as he watched their corpse crumpled into dust. He laughed as he threw himself forward to kill whoever was behind him and then stopped and stared at his hand as he came to a complete stop. He had another itch swelling, he needed to scratch it, and killing was the only way to cure it but he couldn't. He stared at his hand as he tried everything he could to touch who was grabbing him.
They'd done their homework apparently.
"Heh, hehe, is that anyway to treat an ally," the girl, who held his arm away from her just out of his reach, chimed with a sing-songy voice. She was grinning wide and it nearly matched the one he'd seen in the mirror a few times. Only there was one difference, this grin had fangs.
"An ally huh? And what makes you think we're allies," he growled at her, trying to push his wrist towards her. He didn't budge. Apparently this girl was strong.
He watched the girl's eyes and realized they were heterochromatic, one pupil being a silver blue that nearly matched his hair, the other being bright pink. He also made several more observations in a second's worth of time. Her eyes were similar to the brat that had left the scratches on his throat, there was no white around her pupils. The oily black of her sclera made the colors of her pupils stand out with amazing contrast. Second was her hair. Her hair was the same shaggy length and shade of silver blue as his, the same as one of her pupils. Most of it anyway. There were clumps and streaks of pink mixed in like she had decided to dye it pink at some point and did an absolute shit job at it, changed her mind after a few streaks, or just got abso-fucking-lutely bored. Maybe all three.
His third observation from his quick glance over her was that she wasn't much older than that Toga girl that had come by the hideout earlier today. He pegged her at nineteen at most. She had to be at least eighteen to get the tattoo she had on the left side of her neck. He wasn't sure of what the symbol was or meant but he also judged her age around there because of the vast amount of body jewelry she was wearing. Her earlobes were stretched and he noticed a symbol on either plug, one was a scribbled smiley face with the mouth stitched, the other was a frown.
"Aww, he doesn't want to be friends after all."
The quickness in the way her face changed from the wild grin to a pouty little girl made his head spin. It annoyed him. Even her voice changed and all he could think of was that bozo Giran brought in last night, she was just like that guy, Twice or whatever. Great, like he needed another nutcase like him.
"It's because he hasn't seen what we can do," she said in her original voice, the one that had made him think she was older. It was still crazed, but it had a mature depth to it. "But I'm sure we'd be able to fix that with a demonstration."
"Ooo, yes! Yes!" her voice flipped and so did her face, her wide grin coming back to the point she nearly drooled. "Kill. We should kill everyone here," she said in a low voice with a stifled laughter coming through each word. "That'd be so much fun, right Tomura?"
"What the hell is your deal?" he sneered back and tried to push away from the girl's grip. He couldn't break her hold. He removed his hand from his neck and reached for her hand on his arm. "Let me go, or else I'll turn you to dust and bone."
What she did next made Shigaraki freeze in bewilderment because her eyes instantly saw him coming and she grabbed the other hand with the same amount of strength. He was unable to move and it looked like the effort to hold him still was nothing. He stared at her with disgust as she did something so appalling, she made sure not to get touched by all five fingers at the same time and instead began lapping. She flicked her tongue along his palm and his fingers, cleaning them of his blood and he heard the girl audibly and loudly voice her pleasure from the act. She moaned and whined happily as her long, tapered tongue slipped between each finger before taking each one at a time and suckled at them.
His eyes went wider still as she lunged upwards at him, her eyes filled with lust and hunger. He stepped backwards, trying to rip his arms from her grip to no avail. He snarled at her, trying to force his hands down so that he could turn this crazy woman to dust.
"I said let go!"
She stopped mid motion as she pressed herself to him, laying the long, slim line of her body against his. She was just short of his neck when she looked into his eyes and let a wide smirk curl onto her lips. She began cackling again, almost hysterically as she watched him and his reaction. It amused the hell out her and pissed him the fuck off.
"Aww, I'm sorry. Your blood was just so yummy and delicious I got a little carried away. I didn't even think to ask if you were into girls. I mean, I like everyone. Mostly. If I had known you were into dudes, I woulda asked if I could drink your blood. But you smelled super yummy and I thought you were offering so I just kinda... heh, hehe, hehehe," she winked as she licked her tongue over her top teeth and began laughing maniacally.
She then blew him a kiss as she let go of his arms and quickly took a stride backwards to avoid his touch if he got the idea to attack her at that second. He watched her movements, watched her grin as she clasped her hands together behind her back. He knew that she looked like she was letting her guard but in fact she was just as guarded and ready for a fight as he was. This bitch was crazy, probably more so than the most recent candidates for the league but…
"For the record, I don't have time for that sort of thing. I don't have a preference because it's a waste of my time," Tomura narrowed his eyes at her as he watched the crazed girl.
She shrugged and pursed her lips as she looked him up and down like he was some prized collectible to be had.
"Fine with me. I wouldn't mind giving you a go if you change your mind. Hehe. If-"
"I'll pass. No get out of my way. I'm sure the cops and pros are looking for me so if you don't mind, let's skip this cutscene."
"Hehe, we'll just make it bonus content then. You just gotta unlock me~"
She grinned wide again, throwing his own lingo in his face. It both pissed off Shigaraki and intrigued him all at the same time. He stared at her for a moment longer, her eyes and fangs intrigued him not because of her herself but because they were so similar to the brat that had cut him up and forced him to run away like he had. She also knew who he was so it was obvious she had mutual connections in some facet. So she wanted to be an unlockable player in his arsenal, what made her worth unlocking? Was she going to be a worthless DLC?
"All right fine," he started walking and strode past her, pushing his hands into his hoodie and starting to walk down the sidewalk away from the mall, the crowds, and, most importantly, the cops and pro heroes. No sense in staying to get caught. "Give me a reason why you're worth my time. What's in it for me and what's in it for you?"
She cackled happily and spun on her heels as he passed by her then continued the conversation. She gave a few happy claps to herself as she started striding after him then moved up to walk side by side. The sidewalk was mostly empty which meant they didn't have to speak in tongues and whispers. Just a casual business walk.
"I get the benefit because I get to be around other hoodlums with the penchant for blood, guts, catastrophe, and violence. In short, Handyman, I get to be around my kinda' people." Her voice swayed and bounced in tone and pitch like a roller coast as she spoke. Every other word came out as giggling and chuckling and it was clear she wasn't all there. Which made her all the more dangerous. "People who know what it's like to be looked at by everyone and want to rip their fucking throats out and shower in their nummy blood. Oh oh, have you ever had a bloodbath before? Heh! You should so try it! It'll do wonders for that skin of yours, hehehe~"
"That still doesn't tell me why you're worth my time. What do you bring to the game?" Shigaraki was getting more and more annoyed with this girl. Hell, he still didn't even know her name. Maybe he should just turn her to dust and get it all over with.
"I can tell you that you're lucky that girl is a hybrid, cause if she was one or the other you should be really worried about what'll happen on the full moon later this week. And you should take me more seriously than you are right now. You can try and use your Quirk on me but you'd be dead before you were able to do any damage I couldn't heal. You see, I know that we're going the opposite way to your hideout. I knew exactly where to find you because I've been tailing you for almost a month now. Had you even noticed?"
Shigaraki froze in his tracks and turned to stare at the girl. She simply smirked back at him and for the first time he saw the real monster that was standing in front of him. And now he couldn't tell which was which. He thought this girl was just another crazy person that had somehow been drawn to the league, yet another croney that he wanted nothing to do with. He had tried to load up on pawns and it hadn't worked, he needed worthwhile teammates. He had written her off as a pawn, now he was second guessing himself.
That wasn't like him.
His silence made her grin even wider and begin to snicker like a mad woman.
"Tell me, does your party have a queen or a huntress? Because I'm both of those things and so much more. You have no idea what we can do," she spoke with a wicked, almost maniacal confidence. And her voice did something that made Shigaraki step back from her; it doubled. Her voice came out in an eerie echo of itself, like two people, both equally dangerous, speaking in unison.
"What are you? And who the hell are you? Really," Shigaraki responded with a sharp rasp.
"Technically I'm Quirkless. But really, that'd just be cheating to give a Quirk to one of the monsters, wouldn't it?"
Shigaraki stepped back again. Because this girl in front of him was what that other brat was and he wanted no part in it. No. He and the Master were supposed to be the only monsters in this world. Now there were two more and the one in front of him was deciding whether he was a good enough monster or if he was outclassed beyond belief.
"And me? Hehehe," she began cackling again and then stopped. She grinned wide, maniacally, smoothed her hair back and gave him a curtsey. "Gemini. At your service."
A/N: I'm excited to have my very own villain in play now. I want to say I hope you guys like her but really she should be someone you hate because you're going to. Unless you're her kind of crazy.
