Abhijeet hastily opened the door of study room as it was just closed with a call "Sir…!"

And he just stopped on threshold for a second gulping down his scare just looking at Acp sir's seating stature, he was seating on chair, his back towards the door and his head placed on table where his files spreading openly. His left hand on table near his head where the right hand hanging down from hand rest..,

With moistened eyes Abhijeet just ran inside controlling his fear while calling "sir…"

Abhijeet stood beside Acp sir's chair and just kept his both hands on chair's right hand rest and relaxed his knees down on the floor. His breathing told him, his sir was fine. Abhijeet released his held breath and his heart calmed down which was racing like a horse from last few moments.

Tears about to fall from his eyes but he closed his eyes to send them back and rested his forehead on his hands thanking God silently.

Where Riya entered silently inside. Her eyes automatically gets moist slightly seeing Abhijeet like this. Freddy told her how much he loves his Acp sir today she was witnessing just a little part of that where Ramu kaka still standing on threshold of study room.

Fortunately his Acp sir was safe and sound. He was just sleeping but his sleep disturbed feeling someone's presence around him as when Abhijeet hold the chair, his chair jerked and he opened his eyes and looked around to see what it was while seating straight and found Abhijeet, who was seating down, he gets surprised and just called him worriedly "Abhijeet..."

Hearing Acp sir's call Abhijeet opened his eyes which contains fire for those who put their evil eyes on his nation and family and uttered angrily in his mind "iss Vikral ko toh main chodunga nhi.."

But before that Abhijeet have another work to do so first he wiped his tears and looked up at Acp sir who asked "kya hua...?"

Abhijeet stood up with hurt and snub him without thinking anything "koi aise sota hai kya..? (Acp sir stood up in confusion) Aur yaha chair pe so hi kyun rahe hai aap..?"

Acp sir answered casually "arey yaha kaam kar raha tha files padhte padhte nind aa gai (while closing those files asked) toh so gaya yahi pe..."

Abhijeet again scold him "Bachhe hai kya aap (Acp sir's eyes popped out where he continued) chair pe koi sota hai kya..?"

Riya was taken aback seeing her Charlie scolding her uncle too where Ramu kaka was just smiling as he was used to this type of sweet snubbing session of Abhijeet Daya.

Acp sir replied back mockingly keeping that files on one side "tum sofe pe so sakte ho main chair pe nhi so sakta kya..."

Abhijeet ignored his taunt and asked in straight tone "aap ka mobile kaha hai...?"

Acp sir asked standing "kyun..? (carelessly) shayad mere room mai hai..."

Abhijeet said disppointely "kitne careless ho gaye hai sir aap.. (Acp sir's eyes widened at this where Abhijeet continued helplessly) pata hai kab se aap ko call kar raha hoon..."

Acp sir asked in normal tone "kyun..? Kya hua..? koi kaam tha..."

Abhijeet asked directly "kyun.., Bina kaam k main aap ko call nhi kar sakta kya.. (in almost teary tone) aap ko pata hai main Kitna dar gaya tha.., mujhe kitni fikar..." And he couldn't complete looking away because of lump in his throat which he was trying to gulp.

Acp sir sighed looking at his son and after a pause told his helper "Ramu, Abhijeet sir k liye thoda thanda pani leke aana, inka dimag garam ho raha hai.."

Abhijeet just gave a tough look to his father who instantly looked at Ramu "jao Ramu, jaldi..." who said with smile "main pani lekar aata hoon sahab..." And he left.

Then Acp sir asked quietly "ab bataoge hua kya hai Abhijeet...?"

Abhijeet about to answer his question but his eyes went on Acp sir's small earphone which was on his study table that means he didn't hear the conversation with Vikral. So he refused the idea of telling about Vikral's threat to him as don't want to disturb him and now it's no use to tell him. So..,

Abhijeet answered simply "kuch nhi hua hai.."

Acp sir leaning against his study table with his back said "toh itni raat ko main kaise so raha hoon (while crossing his arms on midriff) mera mobile kaha pe hai, ye dekhne aaye ho tum yaha..."

Meanwhile Ramu came there with three glasses of water in a tray and walked inside where Acp sir said signalling towards Abhijeet "sahab ko do..."

Riya couldn't help from chuckling at this but quickly gets quite receiving glare from her Charlie who replied in demanding tone "mujhe yaha aane ke liye aap ko reason dena padega..."

Ramu stepped towards Abhijeet who picked up the glass and drank the whole water as he was really scared then placed the glass on tray when..,

Acp sir answered "bilkul nhi.., (raising his eyebrow suspiciously continued teasingly) par jaisi tumhari aur Daya ki harkate hoti hai (Abhijeet looked away at this) reason toh dena padega na Acp Pradyuman k ghar bewaqt aane k liye Abhijeet sir..."

And his this tease reminds that time when He and his buddy stormed in Acp sir's home along with Dcp sir. And the next day his boss takes very good class of their.

So Abhijeet thought to give his senior a reason knowing that his Acp sir definitely will try to know what happened but it's not right time to told him that too in front of Riya. He can tell him later.

Abhijeet looked at Riya and instantly get the idea so replied "vo Riya... (hearing her name Riya jumped on her place where Abhijeet continued with) Riya ko aap se milna tha isiliye aaya tha main, socha pehle aap ko phone lagau par aap phone hi nhi utha rahe the.."

Riya just looked at Abhijeet with 'what..?' look who just give her 'help me' look and she nodded in no..,

Acp sir nodded somehow though not convinced and just stood straight and asked "kya kaam tha Riya..."

Riya jerked at this and looked at Abhijeet who just gave her cold gaze and the result is..,

Riya stammered with "vo.. un.. uncle, hum khana khane gaye the.. toh yahi se ja rahe the hum, toh socha aap se mil loon, isiliye aaye the hum (shrugging) aise hi, nothing serious uncle..."

Where Ramu stepped towards Riya too who hurriedly took the glass and drank the water in haste. He asked Acp sir but he denied.

Acp sir said caringly at Riya who was coughing a little "aaram se Riya..."

Riya nodded in scare and murmur to herself 'never lie to Acp Pradyuman' and placed the glass in tray and for a while Ramu place the tray on side table where..,

Acp sir again glancing at Abhijeet asked "toh tum yaha Riya ko mujh se milwane laye the.."

Abhijeet replied hiding his eyes "Haan..."

Acp sir said teasingly "arey waah.., (looking at Riya) mujhe pata nhi tha Riya ye tumhari itni baat manta hai (looking at his officer) jo tumhare ek bar kehne pe ye tumhe yaha mujh se milane leke aaya..."

Acp sir's this tone clearly means he is still not convinced but knowing the situation he understood there's must be another reason which Abhijeet definitely don't want to tell now..,

Abhijeet just said "sir aap baat mat badaliye (looking at opened window) dekhiye khidki bhi khuli rakh k so gaye aap..."

Acp sir just gave him 'look who's talking' glance where Abhijeet getting that looked down and his..,

Acp sir again mocked him "tum ghar ka darwaja khol k sote ho (smiling) uske mukable ye kuch bhi nhi hai Abhijeet..."

Abhijeet gets embarrassed a little. He can argue with Acp Pradyuman but not with his father where Riya again laughed where Abhijeet just looked at her disppointely who changing the topic said to Ramu "Kya kaka aap ko toh dhyan rakhna chahiye na..."

Ramu answered "beta, main vahi sab dekhne ja raha tha sahab k room par aap log aa gaye..."

Acp sir said with smile "koi baat nhi Ramu abhi kar do.., nhi toh inn sahab ko nind nhi aayegi aaj..."

And Ramu nodded with smile and closed all the windows of room then walked out to do the same thing in other rooms where..,

Abhijeet said but it sounded like order "sir aap jaiye apne room aur mobile apne pas hi rakhiye..."

Acp sir nodded with "thik hai sir aur kuch..."

Abhijeet nodded at him and answered "jee nhi, aap apna khayal rakhiye aur jake so jaiye, koi jarurat nhi hai itne raat tak kaam karne ki aap ko, toh so jaiye (stressing on every word) par apne room mai aur apne bed pe.., (in low tone) waise bhi aap ki umar nhi hai kahi pe bhi sone ki..."

Acp sir gets angry and just uttered "Abhijeet tum..."

At this Abhijeet gets alert and quickly walked towards the door with "chalo Riya..." before his Acp sir will blast on him.

But Riya ignored and stepped towards Acp sir with "uncle ye aap ko bhi dante hai kya..?"

Acp sir nodded with smile "Haan kabhi kabhi (looking at Abhijeet's back) par kam dant'ta hai ye..."

Riya gets surprised with "ye kam hai uncle (asking curiously) toh jyada Kaun dant'ta hai aap ko..?"

Acp sir chuckled with "Daya..."

Riya nodded with "ohhh.., par aap..."

But Abhijeet turned back and spot Riya still standing and talking with Acp sir, so said teasingly "Riya ji aap ko alag se invitation dena padega..."

Riya protested "arey uncle se milne laye ho, ab milne toh do..."

Abhijeet said in cold tone "bahot mil liya aaj, ab chalo..."

Riya gets furious at this and just blurt out in anger "uncle ye Mr. Charlie aap se jhoot bol rahe the..."

Abhijeet gets shock and before she would say something Acp sir said simply "pata hai..."

Riya was more surprised. She looked at Abhijeet who smirked at her, who getting angry asked "you know uncle and still you are not saying anything to him.., aap bhi dant'tiye na inko.., ye mujhe Kitna dant'ta hai aap k samne bhi..."

Acp sir just smiled and instead of Acp sir, Abhijeet replied "vo mujhe achhe se jante hai isiliye nhi bol rahe hai.. (warned her) ab chalo jaldi se nhi toh phir se dant padegi aur aaj se tumhara bahar jana bhi completely band kar dunga main.."

Riya looked at him shockingly and stamped her foot as she don't have any option so compliant with "uncle aap ka ye officer bahot khadus hai..."

Abhijeet just said while walking out from room completely "Riya I'm going... (and wishing his Acp sir) good night sir...'

At this Riya hurriedly said "uncle bye main phir kabhi milne aaungi aap se jab ye Charlie jayega tab, byeee.., good night take care uncle.."

Saying this she ran behind Abhijeet leaving laughing Acp sir behind then quickly picked up his earphone and wear it.

Riya looked down and just ran down on stairs and finally matching pace with her Charlie said huffing "you know..? You are very bad.."

Abhijeet replied walking out from hall "I know.. (carelessly) tell me something new which I don't know..."

They came out and the door closed by Ramu who was smiling at them.

They reached near Abhijeet's car and at the same time his mobile again ringed.

Riya just looked at him angrily where Abhijeet said picking up phone "aise ghuro mat mujhe, jake gadi mai baitho..."

But this time she didn't obey him and stood there, was just listening his talks. And

Abhijeet thinking she sat in car gets busy on call "Hello..."

And other side someone was just laughing evilly which was enough to raise senior inspector Abhijeet's anger bar as he know who's on other side.

Vikral asked teasingly "kya hua Mr. Abhijeet..? Mazak achha nhi laga..."

Abhijeet said gritting his teeth's "ye mazak tumhe bahot mehnga padega Vikral..."

Vikral replied stiffly "Vikral sasti chejon ka shok bhi nhi rakhta Inspector Abhijeet.., mujhe achhe se pata hai tumhare sathi hi tumhari kamjori hai.., waise sahi kaha tha tumne, Acp Pradyuman ko hath lagana itna aasan nhi hai.., par ye mat samjhna main kuch kar nhi sakta.. (giving warning) iss bar mazak hai, ho sakta hai agali bar sach ho.."

Abhijeet uttered coldly "agar mere kisi bhi sathi ko kuch bhi hua toh..."

Vikral said cutting him teasingly "ye sab tum pe depend karta hai Abhijeet ki tumhare sathi sahi salamat honge ya vo ladki., isiliye agli bar mujh tak pahunchne se pehle ye baat jarur dhyan mai rakhna.., nhi toh agla mazak tumhare dost Daya k sath hoga.."

And he just cut the call leaving silent yet angry Abhijeet in pool of many thoughts. He put his hand down silently clutching his mobile in tight fist. He can't take Vikral like a easy target. So..,

Abhijeet quickly dialled number of his informer and attached his mobile to ear with "Hello Raghu..."

And he told him to keep eye on Acp sir 24/7 then cut the call then to make sure his buddy's safety too, he called his another informer 'Ramesh' and told him the same thing which he told to Raghu that look on Daya too and if find any suspicious man near to them inform me.

Then cut the call and just turned back and unknowingly looked up where he found his Acp sir was standing in balcony.

His hand on earphone told Abhijeet that he heard the conversation and Acp sir understood the whole thing without asking him that why Abhijeet came here.

Acp sir just smiled simply nodding at him who just turned looking away. His Abhijeet can do anything for him, Daya and his fellow officers to save them.

Abhijeet looked at Riya and scolded "I told you na seat inside..."

Where Riya, who was standing there quietly asked as she heard the conversation "vo log meri vajah se uncle ko bhi..." And she couldn't complete it don't why..,

That fear on her face which that Vikral wanted. And on every step he was gradually wining in it, to make Riya frighten.

Abhijeet with smile told her "tumhari vajah se kuch nhi hai, waise bhi tumhare uncle ko aisi dhamkiya na Jane kitni bar milti hai par aaj tak koi unka kuch bhi nhi bigad paya iss bar bhi kuch nhi hoga unhe..."

Riya asked silently "agar unhone sach mai mujhe mar diya toh..."

This thing literally shivered him. She's not having fear of loosing her life and it was scaring him more. The way she asked simply. It was just her question. And her this thinking questions scaring him a lot. He can will sacrifice his life but he can't let happen anything wrong with her at any cost.

Abhijeet said determinedly "main aisa hone dunga tab na.. (to divert her mind he said quickly) ab jaldi se gadi mai baitho mujhe nind aa rahi hai..."

Riya walked across the car silently and Abhijeet while seating on driving seat said teasingly "waise bhi tumhari vajah se main thik se so bhi nhi pata..."

And this was enough for her to start a war with him "Hellooo, you are my bodyguard okay, tumhe toh na sona bhi allowed nhi hona chahiye (while tieing seat belt) wait next time main uncle ko complaint karti hoon tumhari..."

Abhijeet instantly stopped her doing the same thing with "arey nhi madam, sir ko complain karne ki koi jarurat nhi hai meri ninde undane k liye tum hi kafi ho..."

Acp sir just laughing hearing their conversation. Abhijeet just glanced at him with small smile and start his car then moved from there where Acp sir too moved inside to get good sleep and finally Abhijeet's car left Acp sir's home in the direction of..,

Kapoor Mansion..,

At night around 10 PM, in Abhijeet's room...,

Abhijeet came out from bathroom in night clothes after freshening up in his bedroom and just sat down sighing "kya din tha yaar, kitna kuch ho gaya..."

He tiredly just sat in his own thoughts then again Vikral's words rings in his ear. So he just picked up his phone which was on bed and dialled one number and attached to his ear as soon as call connected the voice "Haan bolo boss..." comfort his heart.

Abhijeet on call "kaise ho Daya...?"

This is rare that his buddy will ask him something like this normally.

Daya questioned him back "kya bat hai Abhijeet, tum thik toh ho..."

Abhijeet smiled with "mujhe kya hoga yaar.. (caringly) tu.., tum thik ho na.., koi problem toh nhi hai, dekho Daya koi bhi laparwahi mat karo, kuch bhi ho toh call karna mujhe turant thik hai..."

And this making Daya more worried. He instantly got something wrong with his buddy.

Daya just uttered "Abhi kya hua hai...?"

Abhijeet said silently "kuch nhi yaar bas aise hi, tum bas apna khayal rakhna..."

And now Daya understand his buddy's talks. As Acp sir also called him just a hour ago. His Acp sir told all the happenings.

These three ! Like their lives dwell in each other only.

Daya smiled and just relaxed his buddy saying "Abhijeet main thik hoon, jyada pareshaan mat ho.. (to lighten his buddy's mood) tumse phir se koi aisa mazak karega na toh uski zindgi mazak bana k rakh dunga main..."

Abhijeet chuckled at this as his talking told him that he knows all so said with "phir bhi dhyan rakhna yaar..."

Their understanding each other's unsaid words is on another level which no one can get except them.

Daya said in smiley tone assuring him "Haan Abhi tum fikar mat karo, tum bas apna aur Riya ka khayal rakhna.., so jao ab shanti se aur kal ready rehna..."

Abhijeet just asked confusingly "ready...? Kis liye..."

Daya just answered naughtily "tumhe ek jhapad jo lagana hai mujhe..."

Abhijeet got what he was asking and laughed with "yaar tum apna ye hunar criminals tak hi rakho mujh par mat aajmao samjhe, main taiyar hi hoon..."

Daya laughed with "achhi bat hai boss, so jao ab good night..."

And Abhijeet cut the call with "night..."

Finally he was relaxed talking with his buddy. But Daya's line 'Riya ka khayal rakhna' remind him something and he have to tell her about that farmhouse night, have to talk with her not for her only but for himself too.

Abhijeet looked at the wall clock which showing 10:25 PM. He thought to talk tomorrow but some feelings nagging him that he have to clear it now. So he said to himself while standing "ye madam kaha itni jaldi soti hai.., jake ek bar dekhta hoon..."

So he moved out from his room and stepped towards her room. He about to knock the door but he saw the room door was open. He frowned and slightly open the door and found 'His miss bat'tdmiz angel' was in her dreamland.

Lying on her king-size bed like princess, wrapped in light pink coloured soft sheet which unknowingly brought small smile on his face.

He just nodded at her. She was looking cute baby who sleeping carelessly like not having any worries. He thought his first idea talking with her tomorrow was right. So he just closed the door again and went back to his room and just lie down on his bed looking at ceiling.

Riya's every thing always made him think about his Tarika. After talking with Riya. He definitely goanna talk with Tarika or say tell or confess in front of her about all his messed and confused feelings of him which was disturbing him.

Coz tomorrow, that cheap in his body goanna remove as he get strict order from his buddy.

He was really missing her. He had hurt her a lot unknowing but for her safety only. His hand quickly moved towards his mobile and wanted to talk with her right now but, but that tracker stopped him. He is very protective about her that he can't even take risk of messaging her. So he took his hand back. Yes he already make sure about her safety but he can't neglect the wrong possibilities.

He felt like just go and hug her tightly coz it's long time he was stopping himself from even talking with her. But he don't have any complaints as still her safety comes first. And for that he can go far from her too.

Thinking about Tarika when he slept he don't have idea.

In the morning..,

Around 8 AM, Abhijeet came out from bathroom in towel only which was around his west and while wiping his wet hairs with another towel.

But the same time Riya barged in his room with "hey Charlie..."

But stopped on her place still with wide eyes and slightly open mouth where Abhijeet hearing her voice gets alert and saw her with shocking eyes and just uttered "Tum..." as he was not expecting her entry in his room that too this early as per her routine.

Riya, who was in light yellow coloured floral frock, was just gazing at him without blinking her twinkling eyes, heard his voice who first called her in loud tone "Riya..." to brought her back in normal from standing statue and she jerked when..,

Abhijeet just said "turn around madam..." And she instantly turned with "sorry..., (teased him) but I have seen you like this already.."

Where Abhijeet replied coldly "still don't turn... (and asked her confusingly "well what are you doing here..?"

Riya answered simply "to call you for breakfast.."

Abhijeet asked while opening the cupboard for his clothes "Achha..! And where is your mom...? Aaj unki jagah tum kaise aa gai..."

Riya replied shortly "she's busy..."

Abhijeet after wearing his jeans asked teasingly "waise aaj tum jaldi kaise uth gai..? And can't you knock door before entering in my room.. (intentionally adding) manners hai ya nhi tumhe..."

And this was enough for Riya, who burned her in anger and while turning said "manners k bare mai tum bat na hi karo toh achha hai samjhe.., (while stepping towards him who was wearing his orange coloured shirt) knock karne k liye door band bhi hona chahiye, so first learn to close the door okay.."

And Abhijeet realized that last night he didn't close the door. Where,

Riya continued pointing finger at him "and this is my home ! main kyun knock karu..?"

Abhijeet walked towards mirror and replied sternly "madam ye ghar jarur aap ka hai (while combing his hairs) par ye room mera hai, jab tak main yaha hoon samjhi.. (then he again moved back to her after setting his hairs) that's why next time darwaja open ho ya close knock kar k aana understand..."

Riya said stubbornly "ab toh main har bar bina knock kiye hi aaungi..."

Abhijeet nodded removing his coat from cupboard with "of course you are miss bat'tdmiz angel na..."

Riya said angrily "see Mr. Charlie..."

But Abhijeet cut her while placing that coat on his bed with "breakfast karna hai ya aaj mera dimag khake hi pet bharna hai tumhe..."

Riya replied with stern smile "No thank you, I'm pure vegetarian..."

Saying this she left the room in anger where Abhijeet laughed nodding his head and followed her downstairs.

On dining table where Alok and Meghna already sat wished him "Good morning beta..."

Abhijeet too gritted them while seating on chair in front of Riya who just looked away with slight voice "hunhh" which brought smile on all faces.

They all do their breakfast in light chitchat except Riya who was still looking puffy.

After breakfast Abhijeet and Riya again back to their respective rooms where others got busy in their works.

Abhijeet came out from his room while wearing his brown coat. He was going downstairs but last night's thing came in his mind and he took back steps towards Riya's room..,

Abhijeet knocked the door and even called her with her name but she was in her own world. So he slowly peeped in and find out..,

Riya was busy with her headphones while seating on chair and hearing music where her laptop was present in front of her on table. Seems she was checking something.

Abhijeet nodded and walked inside, standing behind her tapped on her shoulder who looked at him and stood up with "Tum..? (and snubbed him with) ab kaha gaye tumhare manners.., tum knock nhi kar sakte..."

Abhijeet smiled and replied "maine kiya tha..."

But she didn't as headphones on. She could see that his lips were moving only so uttered confusingly "kya..?"

Abhijeet gave her disappointed look and he himself removed her headphones while saying "ye nikalogi toh sunai dega na kuch... (while placing that headphones on table continued shrugging) maine knock kiya tha but you didn't reply so aa gaya main andar..."

Riya looked away biting her tongue with "Achha achha thik hai.., (annoyingly asked) now what YOU are doing here..?"

Abhijeet just asked with smile "ab bhi naraj ho..."

Riya nodded with "yes.. (while seating on her said) isiliye jo bolna hai jaldi bolo mere pas time nhi hai..."

Abhijeet said moving out "thik hai toh main jata hoon..."

Riya asked surprisingly "arey kyun...?"

Abhijeet stopped and answered with "abhi tumne hi toh kaha time nhi hai mere pas..."

Riya stood up and blurt out softly with "all my time is, for you only..!"
