-Judy pov-

Being in a home full of musically talented people has taught me one thing...be ready for songs. Even a day like Christmas you can't be too safe. I'm awake early and ready for anything.

I know something is coming. Maribel is gonna regret being in bed late. After a few minutes I think I'm starting to be wrong. Can they actually be quiet for once?

I mean I enjoy their singing but sometimes it's too much. Since they aren't singing I think I'm gonna sleep. I start closing my eyes when I hear a hum. I knew it was too good to be true.

"Well I think it's done" We get up and open the door to see our moms "Hello"

"I'm gonna kill your future daughter in law" Marisol looks at us with wild hair that looks like Maribels "Why would anyone think singing is how you wake up?"

"That was your granddaughter actually" Marisol sighs "It usually is just one song and that's it"

They groan and we all head downstairs. I'm immediately wrong when Lucy opens her mouth. Why does it have to be my daughter? Why couldn't it be Rachel?

"For the love of god!" Diana walks over toward them "You started with out me!"

"I haven't sang the old song" Shelby looks at her mom "Can mom join?"

"That sounds great" Diana grabs Alice's hands "Let's do this!"

Alice looks at us for help as she gets dragged away. I was not gonna get dragged in too.

"Alright!" Marisol runs a hand through her hair then smiles "Are we ever opening presents?"

"PRESENTS!" The teenagers run over to the tree "We got presents to open!"

"You'd think they were little kids" I chuckle and pull Maribel into me "I'm glad everyone is having fun though"

"Agreed" I give her a chaste kiss "Let's go over and make sure no one gets the wrong thing"

-Time skip-Sugar pov-

We went through all the gifts the moms gave. We are about to start on special gifts when I see the trio talking. They pull out a square box that looks familiar.

"We got two gifts!" Brittany smiles brightly "We may be stepmoms in the future so..we wanted to get Rachel and Beth something!"

"Aw" Shelby smiles "Thank you three"

They hand out the two boxes and I watch Beth get helped. I look at the trio confused when I see the cup I bought. What's in my box then? When did they switch them around?

"I told you I'd help" Brittany gives a small smile "You were so happy when you saw it"

"I" I smile and shake my head "Thank you"

She nods and I look back at Beth. She smiles and shakes the cup around. We all laugh and I look over at Rachel. It's the bracelet they got for her.

It has music nite charms on it. It looks so beautiful. It has nothing on the wearer though. Nothing has a chance of beating her beauty.

"You hearts are showing" I jump and look up at Elaine "You love her dont you?"

"Yeah" I smile and look back at Rachel "I love her a lot"

"I can tell" Elaine takes a sip of her coffee "She loves you too..you can see it"

I smile wider hearing that. I know she does but it's great to hear it said. It's always great to know you're loved. It's even better to know others can see it too.

"Alright!" Shelby stands up "Special gifts now!"

They cheer and I smile. Beth gets the teddy bear and hugs it tightly. I look to see Rachel holding my handmade star sign. It has hearts all over it.

"Sugar?" I feel nervous now "Did you make this?"

"I didn't know if you'd like my other gift" I rub my hands together nervously "Do you like that one?"

"It's wonderful" She smiles brightly "I'm gonna hang it above my bed!"

I smile and bring her into a hug "I'm glad you like it" She wraps her arms around me and I sigh "I love you"

"I love you" Theres some cheers and we pull apart blushing "Jerks"

Everyone laughs and I look down at the ground. I smile when I feel a hand in mine. I look up to see Rachel smiling. This Christmas has been the best one yet.

I hope we are together for many more in the future.
