Yachi couldn't remember what happened after she word-vomit and cried to her senpai. But she remembered getting back home with the third years as they made sure she gets home safely. Her mother was informed of what happened when the third years came to Yachi's apartement and her mother was so distraught for what happened.
Yachi's mother thanked the third years for watching over Yachi.
Yachi spend the night drinking sweet hot chocolate drink and sleeping with her mother warmly. She wondered when she had felt so comforted before.
The next day, her mother tells her things that she needs to watch out in the neighborhood and the local area so she can be a lot safer. She also tells that Yachi needs to depend on her friends and senpai if she ever feels unsafe like yesterday.
Yachi nodded obediently to her mother words as she took it to heart. She needs to be more careful and avoid being alone in empty areas from now on. At least she needs to be more secure with herself if she were on her own. One time was enough experience and she never wants to through something like that again.
The next time she meets her team again was during the night time at school where they were all preparing to board for their journey to Tokyo for the second training camp. Since it was Hinata's first time going at night, he couldn't stop expressing his excitement as he gathered with the rest of the members.
"Taking off in the middle of the night is pretty exciting!" Hinata exclaimed excitedly as he looked at the bus in awe.
Tanaka nodded towards Hinata, "Well, you guys were late last time."
Tsukishima walks by them and added, "Being an idiot must be so nice, you can even sleep on a bus easily."
This made Tanaka and Hinata snapped at his remark. "What'd you say?!"
It was by this time that Takeda-sensei calls the group over. "Gather around everyone. We'll be arriving at our destination early in the morning once again. Ukai-kun and I will take turns in driving."
"Sorry if I nod off." Ukai added with a sleepy yawn.
"Thank you!" Daichi and the rest of the members saluted in gratitude with their loud voices.
Takeda-sensei winces at their loudness and hurriedly reply, "It's in the middle of the night, so please try not be to be too loud."
"Oh – sorry, sensei. It's habit." Daichi apologizes in return.
The members then started to board on to the bus as Takeda-sensei rounds them up. "Do you guys have everything? Make sure you double check."
"Yes, sensei." The members replied back as they entered the bus.
Yachi take a look around the area and followed Kiyoko as she went into the bus. They both manage to grab the seats from the front row so they settled comfortably. As Yachi was settling comfortably on her seat while she took out her travel blanket she brought from home, she felt taps on her shoulder as she looked up and saw Hinata towering over her seat.
"Everything okay, Yachi-san?"
Yachi nodded at him, "I got everything settled, Hinata."
"Great! I'm kind of excited since this is my first time going to Tokyo altogether like this. Too bad it's night time so we all have to sleep during the ride."
Yachi chuckled, "It's probably the best if we take our time to rest during the ride. I believe practice will start right away once we get to arrive to Tokyo so might as well use the time to rest comfortably."
Hinata hummed, "Hmm, I guess you're right. Then, I'll leave you be. Goodnight, Yachi-san! Ah – Shimizu-senpai, goodnight!"
Kiyoko who had just placed her belongings on the cabin above smiled at Hinata. "Rest well, Hinata-kun. We have a long day ahead."
Hinata nodded enthusiastically before he lowered himself and settled comfortably on his own seat.
It didn't take a long time for Yachi's eyes to start drooping during the ride and she was off in her dreamland soon after.
It turns out that the summer training camp are usually held in Shinzen since the place is quite and cooler for summer weather. The whole Karasuno team members were greeted by Nekoma team members as they welcomed them to Shinzen.
"It's good to see you again, Kenma!" Hinata brightly greeted his setter friend.
"Shoyo. Yachi-san. It's good to see that you're both doing well." Kenma greeted back.
Hinata couldn't contain his excitement as he kept looking around and commenting everything he sees. He even mistook the transmission tower in the distance as Tokyo Tower, something that made the Nekoma members laughed, meanwhile the Karasuno members who had already gone through this, cringed at the embarrassment.
All in all, Yachi felt great when she arrived here. The weather was cool, the atmosphere was fresh and she is actually excited and looked forward to the training camp.
"Hello, Yachi-chan. Miss me?" Yachi was caught off guard by the sudden appearance of the Nekoma captain who suddenly walked next to her as they were walking their way towards the school building.
"Ah – Hello Kuroo-san! It's good to see you again." Yachi greeted brightly towards the third year captain of the Nekoma team. He was dressed in black shirt and red uniformed shorts. Very casual, but it doesn't make him less handsome than usual.
Sometimes Yachi forgets how good looking the people she befriends with are once she sees them again face to face.
Seeing Yachi's smile again, Kuroo couldn't help but smiled widely. "As expected, it's really nice to see your smile again directly. Don't you miss me a lot, Yachi-chan?"
Yachi could tell that Kuroo was in his usual teasing moods again, "What am I supposed to answer to that, Kuroo-san?" She asked sheepishly.
Kuroo hummed as he made a thinking pose, placing his finger on his chin. "Hmm…something like 'Oh Kuroo-san, I missed you so much that I dreamt of you every night!' or something alike."
Yachi couldn't help but puff out small giggles at his words. What a funny guy. He never fails to entertain Yachi in such odd ways despite him being very playful.
"Oh, Kuroo-san. You never fail to impress me with your silly words."
"Haha – I'm going to take that as a compliment instead." Kuroo chuckles in return and patted Yachi's head fondly.
This gesture, of course, was seen by other Karasuno members. In this case, Sugawara cleared his throat obnoxiously and smoothly slipped his way between Yachi and Kuroo as he casually placed his arm around Yachi.
"Yachi-chan, are you still tired from the ride? You can rest a bit after this before we start our practice." As Sugawara talked to Yachi, he smoothly moves them away from Kuroo – separating the two with a wide gap between Kuroo and Yachi.
Kuroo furrowed his eyebrows and made a 'are you kidding?' look towards Sugawara as the Karasuno third year setter talked animatedly to Yachi as they talked about what they'll do for this week's training camp.
Meanwhile, several Karasuno members laughs behind Kuroo's back as they watched the whole spectacle of Sugawara saving Yachi from Kuroo very subtly.
"Nice, Suga-san." Nishinoya gave thumbs up to the third year setter in pride.
On the other hand, Tsukishima grunted with embarrassment as he covered his face with his hand, wondering why this team is so dramatic.
"Hello everyone." Kiyoko and Yachi greeted as they entered the dorm. The girls from the other schools brightened when they saw the two newcomers into the room.
"Hey girls! Oh, it's been awhile – it's nice to see you again." Kaori greeted as the girls welcomed them into the room.
Yachi bowed to the girls and greeted them warmly. "It's nice to see you all again."
Eri bounced towards Yachi and quickly hugged her. "Ah~ this softness, I will never forget it." She commented as she hugs Yachi in her arms.
Yachi somehow felt a little ticklish and amused by the whole scene as she hugs Eri back. "It's good to see you again, Eri-san."
"Hn! It feels so much better when we have the two of you here. Our superstars! We're going to ace this whole week with our new managers!" Eri exclaimed excitedly.
Kiyoko laughs as she watches Eri dotes on Yachi even more. Seeing that this scene was somehow familiar to the last time she saw the managers from the other schools. Of course, they couldn't help but be charmed by Yachi's cuteness and double softness.
"Let's do our best this week, everyone." Yukie commented and the rest of the girls cheered in the same reaction.
Like in the previous camp, they were going to have the managers rotate to different teams. This time Yachi had similar schedule like the previous one but this time she was able to have a day with the Shinzen team as well.
Yachi starts her day in refreshing herself and getting ready for the team as she fills in the water bottles and prepare the fresh towels. She also prepared the bug sprays since the boys started to groan about the bug marks they received ever since they arrived here.
In this moment, Yachi felt like she was extra prepared since she was looking forward to this week. Although the difference in this time was the fact that Hinata and Kageyama aren't really speaking on a normal basis and they haven't really reconciled – it worries her a little bit since it's going to affect the team's training.
Yachi prays with a hopeful thought in her mind, wishing that Hinata and Kageyama can reconcile soon in this training camp.
As Yachi was standing on the side with her notebook, a sudden whirl suddenly appeared next to her and greeted her excitedly.
"Hello Yacchan!"
Yachi looked to the side and saw the ever bright-third-year-captain of Fukurodani happily greeted her as he bounces on his feet.
Even with his bright smile like this, she couldn't help but smile in return from his happy aura. "Bokuto-san! Hello!"
"Ahaha! It's so good to see you! I see you've grown taller since last time, that's great!" Bokuto commented with ease as he patted Yachi's head affectionately.
"Bokuto-san, I've told you before that it's insensitive to talk about height so carelessly." Akaashi came by and scolded his captain before he smiles warmly towards Yachi. "Hello, Yachi-san. How are you?"
Somehow seeing the faces of people from this training camp made her feel a little giddy and excited. Yachi somehow feels happy after seeing Bokuto and Akaashi again.
"Hello, Akaashi-san. I'm doing great! I'm looking forward to this week's training camp. Yoroshiku onegaishimasu!1 " Yachi lightly bowed to the Fukurodani boys.
"Yes, yes! Yoroshiku!" Bokuto chirped in reply.
Akaashi on the other hand smiled wider in a soft expression to Yachi's bow which he returns with his own. "Yoroshiku onegaishimasu."
At this point, the coaches of Fukurodani and Karasuno called the team to gather around and Yachi smiles towards Bokuto and Akaashi as they went to their own teams while mouthing 'Good luck!'.
The training camp for this week started with the first match of Karasuno going against Fukurodani for the first set. As coach Ukai briefed the team on the details of what they had to look out for, coach reminded them that they need to play with their new skills out in the open so that they can play better in the next matches.
"We're going to switch out members constantly this time around, so be prepared!"
"Yes, coach!" The team echoed their reply as the referee rings out for the first set.
Yachi clicks her mechanical pencil as she notes down Fukurodani and Karasuno in her page. With the tremble of new excitement in this training camp, she looks expectantly at the court with bright eyes as she watches the match starts.
1 Yoroshiku onegaishimasu (よろしくお願いします) – this means something like, 'Please take care of me', 'please treat me favorably' but in this case it can mean to 'let's work/cooperate with each other' in a positive manner.

I updated three chapters at once, wohooo! Yeay! Now I can finally take a break again haha.
I'm so excited for this summer camp since it's summer holidays and exciting things happen during summer holidays. Yachi is in for new experience and hopefully new events ohohoho. Writing the scenes where she met the other members felt really nice to me. Kenma, Kuroo, Bokuto and Akaashi - hehehe so exciting! It feels the warmth in my heart.
Yachi is in for the new camp and I have some things planned out for this arc. As for summer holidays, I've asked you all before but what do you guys think will happen during summer holidays with Yachi in Tokyo? All I could think is that there is going to be a lot of crazy things happening - haha idk why but lol, summer = craziness? haha.
