Kenickie's POV
3 Days later, I hid the guys in the trunk and we arrived at the drive-in and so I got out and walked to open the back trunk to let them out.
"Move your butt Putz." I heard Sonny says.
Then Putzie stood up.
"Ow." I heard Putzie muttered.
"Ok, let's find the girls." I said as I shuts my trunk and we walked off.
I felt Putzie grabbed my arm.
"Kenickie, I'm scared." He told me, about the mooning.
"Look Putzie, we're gonna do everything to get this over with, I promise you that I won't let anyone take you or the guys." I promised.
"Thanks Kenick!" He smiled.
"Anytime kid." I said patting the back of his head. "Now, I'm gonna go find Rizzo." I winked at him, making him chuckled.
"Alright, I'mma find Rizzo, Kay boys." I said to the boys.
"Ok Kenickie!" I heard Doody called out.
I walked off to find Rizzo, but I didn't see her at all.
"Shit." I muttered.
I saw Marty walking pass me with Sonny running towards us.
"She's still playing hard to get." He said.
"Sonny my boy, forget her." I told her.
"Kenickie…" He started.
"No Sonny, I mean it." I said. "I am not liking the way that chick is treating ya."
"I'll be fine, I promise." He said.
"Alright." I said.
Then he ran off.
"Hey Marty, wait up!" Sonny called out.
"There's better chicks for you, brother." I said to myself.
I walked around, looking for Rizzo and I saw one of my classmate who was also a greaser, his name was Ryan.
"Hey, Ry." I called out.
He stuck his head.
"Oh, hello Kenickie!" He said getting out. "What can I do for a legendary?"
I laughs.
"A legendary." I said. "That's true."
We laughed.
"Anyway have you seen Rizzo?" I asked him.
"No, I'm sorry Kenickie." He said. "Are you guys gonna go all the way?" He grinned making me laugh.
"Ryan." I warned.
"Sorry Sir." He said. "But I'll get you when I see her."
"Thanks man." I said as he got in his car.
I walked off, grabbing my pack out to pull out a cigarettes to smokes, I felt someone taps me in the arm and I leaned into to hear him.
"Rizzo's knocked up." The kid told me.
She's what? I stood up and turned to see Rizzo walking, so I walked over to gently turned her around.
"Rizzo, I hear you're knocked up." I told her.
"You do, huh?" She asks.
"Yeah." I replied.
"Boy, good news really travels fast." Rizzo said, shooting Marty a death glare.
"Why didn't you tell me about it?" I asked her as we walked away from Marty.
"What's it to you?" She asked me.
"I thought I might be able to do something." I told her.
"You did enough." She said.
"I don't run away from my mistakes." I tell her.
"Hey, don't worry about it, Kenickie. It was somebody else's mistake." She said coldly to me.
I clenched my jaw and let out a fake laugh to avoid to looking like I was hurt. Not me! Not Kenickie Murdoch!
"Thanks a lot, kid." I said walking away.
"Anytime." I heard her called out.
Boy I should've listened to Zuko! Why! I mean why me?! I'm Kenickie freakin' Murdoch for crying out loud! So I walked by the gate of the entrance of the drive-in and I started kicking, shaking and pounding the gate out of angry. I let out a big breath of anger.
"Kenickie!" I saw Sonny running over to me.
I quickly wiped the tears away, I don't want ANYBODY to see me crying. Epically not my boys! Besides Sonny looks up to me like a freakin' hero.
"Hey, you alright?" He asked.
I let out a sigh.
"You and Rizzo had a fight?" He asks.
"No, she's just…" I started as I gave the gate one last smack. "How about you Sonny? Anything?"
"No." He answers, as he shook his head. "Like always. Ignoring me like I don't even exist." He adds.
I felt my heart broke for the kid.
"Ya know what, that's it!" I started. "I've had it when these kind of chicks, EPICALLY the Pink Ladies."
"Kenickie." I heard Sonny said.
"No, I'mma give that girl a piece of my mind for rejecting my boy!" I said.
"No, Kenickie please." He begged. "It's…it's fine."
I let out a sigh as I leaned on the gate.
"Kenickie…" I heard Sonny started. "Am I'm…really that bad?"
I looked over at him.
"Is that why chicks always reject me?" He asks.
I can see innocence in his eyes.
"No you're not my boy." I told him, putting an comfort hand on his shoulder. "C'mon, let's go get my car and have a bros' night."
We walked back in the drive-in to get in my car and we drove off, to have a bros' night just the two of us.
