Stannis Baratheon

A unreadable look was in the face of the lord of Storm's End. Stannis wasn't a man of many words, he considered himself a man of honor and duty. He always kept his word and was always loyal to his king.

The only time that Stannis wasn't loyal was when, King Aerys Targaryen II ordered for his brother Robert Baratheon to be executed. For Stannis was hard to disobey his king dispite knowing that the king wanted to execute his brother for no good reason. After all there was a good reason why everyone called him 'The Mad King' .

Stannis didn't knew Prince Rhaegar very well but always had doubts that what Robert was saying for him was true. Stannis had tried to talk with Jon Arryn about that, but the old fool considered Lord Stark and his brother as his own sons. And when Robert fell in the trident, Stannis had let a tear roll down his cheek for his lost brother.

When Stannis find out the truth about what really happened, he was furious but not with prince Rhaegar but with lord Tully for hiding the truth from everyone just so there was a chance that his fish blood would sit on the iron throne. Lord Stark had send many letters to Stannis and telling him that he was sorry about what had happened to Robert. Stannis didn't cared that much for Lord Stark. His brother was gone and no point to cry for things you can't change.

With how things ended Stannis knew that peace would not last that long, Tywin Lannister was a proud lion and would not stand not having his lion blood on the iron throne. House Tully would find any excuse they can to start a war.

But thankfully all that stopped when the lost prince showed up out of nowhere with a dragon on his back, and not just any dragon but 'Cannibal' . Stannis never really cared to read about dragons but even he had heard about The Dragon Cannibal.

Now it has been four years since the dragons had returned, at first Stannis was only concerned that the new prince might want the throne for himself, but the way how he acted around his family. Stannis could see he wasn't cocky or thinking that everyone was beneath him because he has a dragon. He was surprised that the new prince actually looked at his brother and father as he was beneath them.

Stannis didn't know why but was sure that it was because he was raised as a bastard. He wasn't sure and as long as there was peace he didn't cared. But his brother had other ideas for some reasons.

He still remembered when he returned from the Tourney of Harrenhal.

' Stannis walked inside his castle, guards standing on his sides. Behind him was his daughter and wife. He moved with his chest up and showing authority to everyone around him.

"I need to go to my solar" Stannis ordered with authority, his wife took their daughter's hand and lead her to her bed chamber, Stannis gave his daughter a small smile before she left, she returned the smile and walked away following her mother.

Stannis reached his solar and decided to talk with his brother.

"Tell my brother to come here" Stannis ordered quietly but still his voice send shivers of fear in the spine of his soldier. The soldier nodded without hesitation and left to find his brother.

Stannis rested his head on his hands and thinking what do with Renly, his brother still wasn't married and didn't looked to care to marry anytime soon. Usually that wouldn't be a problem, but Stannis knew that his brother spend a lot of gold on jewelry, clothes, even more than many lord's wifes. But most of all Stannis didn't liked that his brother spend time with that little flower Loras Tyrell. Stannis knew house Tyrell were House Lannister but with flowers.

They were greedy house and always wanted more and was never enough. It didn't take long and the door opened, Stannis looked at his brother who walked inside with a grin on his face.

Stannis studied his face and noticed his lips were swallowed, his cheek were a bit red and his hair were a mess. He sighed and pointed his hand to a chair near his desk.

"What can I do for you brother?" Renly asked kindly with a smile not leaving his face. Stannis wondered why he was smiling so much but left that thought at the back of his mind, he had more important things to worry about.

"Renly soon will be the name day of my daughter Shireen, ladies and lords of our land will come to celebrate" as soon as Stannis said that, Renly's smiled disappeared and instead he frowned, knowing what his brother had in mind for him.

Stannis noticed but didn't care, his brother needed to marry and stop playing around like a kid. "I want you to try and talk with any of the ladies, and perhaps find a bride" Stannis said with authority leaving no place for arguments.

Renly left out a frustrated sighed, and just nodded without saying anything. Stannis waited for a minute and understood he wasn't going to say anything.

"Good, you can leave now" Stannis commanded but before he could return to his duties.

"Brother, you aren't going to talk about the dragons" Renly asked slightly surprised.

Stannis turned his eyes to him. "What about them? They are the dragons of our king and the royal family" Stannis said slightly bored with his brother.

"Brother, we have to do something, if we leave the monsters to . . ." Renly was interrupted when Stannis slammed his hand on the desk. Renly flinched and looked nervous, Stannis pointed a finger at him. "This is the last time you talk like that, are we clear? Robert is dead and we can't bring him back by starting a stupid war" Stannis furiously and shouting.

Since Renly started spending time with Loras Tyrell, he started saying that they could avenge their brother.

Renly lowered his head and didn't dare to look at Stannis. "Leave. Now" Stannis ordered and he just left without saying much of a whisper.

Unknown to Stannis, Loras had told Renly that he has the support of House Tyrell in anything.

Stannis and Renly hadn't talked since that day unless it was necessary. Stannis right now was sending a letter to Jon Arryn.

Tyrion Lannister

It was a beautiful day outside, the sun was high in the sky, it was a hot day but Tyrion knew it was getting colder. Tyrion knew Winter would come soon but right now wasn't the time to worry about that.

For four years Tyrion had read books about dragons and Valyria. His father was convinced that they couldn't afford to let the dragons live. That would ensure House Targaryen superiority.

The only thing Tyrion could find was that dragon's skin wasn't strong enough to resist bolts and big arrows until they reached 10 years old. Wildfire was dangerous even for dragons, Tyrion was sure that Wildfire was the only thing to do damage cannibal.

Usually people knew Tyrion as a kind lord who wanted no problems, but Tyrion wanted his family to rise and would do that to ensure that House Lannister would grow. Tyrion didn't liked his father or his sister but he would never betray his family despite everything.

Living alone in Castely Rock was boring, his brother was busy playing king's guard. Cersei was busy complaining everyday that her precious son Joffrey had lost the seat of Riverrun.

Tyrion still remembered when Joffrey had been defeated so bad in a spar, that his left hand was broken and wasn't healed for months. Tyrion and Cersei were at King's landing at the time. Cersei had asked why her precious Joffrey was beaten like that, but Prince Aegon and Prince Jaehaerys had only responded that it was a spar.

Tyrion had heard about the servant that Joffrey had beaten and couldn't help but agree with what the dragon prince and Prince Aegon had done.

Tyrion had burst out laughing when he had seen Joffrey with a broken hand, Cersei immediately yelled at him to 'Get Out'.

He knew that Joffrey was send in King's landing in hopes to seduce Princess Rhaenys or Princess Daenerys. Tyrion knew that would never happen not even in a milion years. Myrcella despite having a good head on her shoulders and showing signs of a beautiful young lady, was very young for the dragon prince.

Tyrion had noticed the looks both Princess gave prince Jaehaerys, he knew that look.

His father had told him they could use that to make the followers of The Seven against them. Tyrion knew that but still as long as they had dragons, that wouldn't make much of a difference.

When word came about a foolish man claiming that his son had been burned by the dragons and then hearing that it was a lie. Tyrion wondered who was foolish enough to think of that idea.

When he asked his father, he had looked at Tyrion like he had just grown a second head.

"Only a fool would think that would work, from what I know it could be the followers of the seven 'or Cersei' " his father murmured in the end but Tyrion had heard him.

The king had made a law for Wildlife to never be made, the books which were written on how to make Wildfire were all burn. But Tyrion knew a few maesters who knew how to make wildfire.

Tyrion drink from his cup with wine and heard the door opening.

"So?" Tyrion asked when he saw the little bird walking inside with her little legs. She didn't say anything and just rushed at him with a scroll on her hands. She gave to him and Tyrion gave her a coin and she immediately left.

Tyrion always wondered why it was necessary to never talk.

He shrugged that thought off and opened the scroll.

" A Dragon will fly to a nest with snakes"

Tyrion raised his eyebrows. And a snake always has poison.

Arya Stark

She was making her way inside the castle of House Mormont. Before Arya arrived on Bear Island she had read about House Mormont and their story and where they live.

According to legend, in ancient times, Bear Island was ruled by House Woodfoot, who were wiped out when the ironborn conquered the island. Bear Island is home mostly to woodsmen, crofters and fisherfolk, as well as the bears that give the island its name.

There is a warrior woman tradition on Bear Island, because with all of the husbands and fathers away for long periods of time on fishing boats or working in the fields, the local women of the island had to be prepared to defend their homes and children from raids at a moment's notice raids from both the ironborn further south, and from wildlings who avoided the Wall entirely by using boats to cross the bay from the Frozen Shore on the other side.

The Mormonts' seat is a huge wooden hall, defended by an earthen palisade.

According to legend, King Rodrik Stark won the island in a wrestling match with the ironborn lord who held the island at the time and appointed the Mormonts to rule there.

Bear Island is beautiful, but also icy, cold and remote. The Mormont "castle" is a large, comfortable but still relatively primitive wooden longhouse due to a lack of stone on the island. Bears still prowl the woods of the island, giving the Mormonts their sigil. The people of Bear Island are fierce, hardy and strong.

Arya reached the great hall of the castle of House Mormont. The floor was made of wood, around the floor was the symbol of House Mormont. The high table was made of strong wood which looked darker than brown.

"Dacey, why are we going to Winterfell?" Arya asked.

"We will meet someone there" Dacey Mormont replied eating bear meat.

Arya felt happy to return to Winterfell. She had not seen her home for so many years. She wondered how Robb and Sansa looked like now. How Bran, her little brother looked like. She asked herself if he still remembered her or maybe he would see her as a stranger.

Arya knew that baby Rickon had no memories of her. Arya then thought about Jon, her brother. Is he happy without us, without me? She asked herself and felt tears in his eyes when she thought of Jon. The brother who would always call her little sister.

She had heard rumors about him throughout the years, people calling him 'The Father of Dragons'. Arya knew the dragons that House Targaryen had now was all because of Jon.

"Who are we meeting?" Arya asked and took a seat close to Dacey. Richard was sitting close to Dacey on the other side of the table.

When Arya asked the question, Richard stopped eating and leaned closer to hear what Dacey would say.

"We will meet Lord Karstark" she replied.

Arya wondered why they would meet him but in the end just shrugged her shoulders not caring why they would meet him.

"Be ready. We will leave tomorrow morning"

Ned Stark

The straw on the floor stank of urine. There was no window, no bed, not even a slop bucket. He remembered walls of pale red stone festooned with patches of nitre, a grey door of splintered wood, four inches thick and studded with iron. He had seen them, briefly, a quick glimpse as they shoved him inside. Once the door had slammed shut, he had seen no more. The door would open only to give him food. And shut again leaving in the darkness. The dark was absolute. He had as well been blind.

The dungeon was under the Red Keep, deeper than he dared imagine. He remembered the old stories about Maegor the Cruel, who murdered all the masons who labored on his castle, so they might never reveal its secrets.

When he kept very still, his leg did not hurt so much, so he did his best to lie unmoving. For how long he could not say. There was no sun and no moon. He could not see to mark the walls. Ned closed his eyes and opened them; it made no difference. He slept and woke and slept again. He did not know which was more painful, the waking or the sleeping.

When he slept, he dreamed: dark disturbing dreams of blood and broken promises. When he woke, there was nothing to do but think, and his waking thoughts were worse than nightmares. The thought of Cat was as painful as a bed of nettles. He wondered where she was, what she was doing. He wondered whether he would ever see her again.

At first he would bite his skin of his arms to know if he was sleeping or awake, then his dreams would hunt him of himself biting the skin to the bone. The blood on his mouth smelled real, the skin felt real.

Am I going mad? Ned had asked himself.

He didn't know the answer, he couldn't tell the nightmare between life anymore. He begged for his life to end. This is no life Ned thought. This is a nightmare.

He didn't know how long he had been here. 6 months, a year, 10 years or an eternity he didn't know. He knew the soldiers that guarded his door talked. But he couldn't hear anything. He never heard anything. Even soldiers that would come to give him the food would come when he was sleeping. Ned crawled around the dark cell, to search for the food that sometimes wasn't even there.

Ned wondered Am I dead? Is this my hell? A dark cell to Rot?! Poetic he thought with a bitter laughter.

Ned closed his eyes, and he saw the beauty of his life, the woman he had wanted, the woman he always wanted. It was not Catelyn Stark but Ashara Dayne. Her hunting Violet eyes looking at his soul. Judging him for his crimes.

Ned opened his eyes but couldn't see anything, sometimes he wondered if his eyes were even open. He had forgotten how the world was out there, he desperately tried to remember the faces of his children.

Robb, Sansa, Arya, Brandon and Rickon he knew those names but he wasn't sure what they meant for him anymore.

He sometimes wondered if Ned Stark was only a dream. He didn't know anymore.

He sobbed quietly in the abyss of his guilty.

I'm sorry
