RAW is WAR: 1/2/1999

RAW is WAR was live at the Phoenix Convention Center in Phoenix, Arizona. In the arena, D-Lo Brown's music hits and he comes out as Howard Finkel announces. "The following contest is scheduled for one-fall with a 20 minute time limit, Introducing first. Making his way to the ring, accompanied by PMS, weighing 260 lbs...D-Lo Brown!"

The young man entered the ring and pounded his chest as his theme dies down and he waits for his opponent.

OOOOOOWHOOOOOO!

Jim Johnston's Dark Side plays as Fire goes off on the stage and the lights change to dark red and dark blue as the Bladewolf walks out to a loud pop from the fans, Kane at his side.

"And his opponent, accompanied by Kane, from Death Valley, weighing 310 lbs...THE BLADEWOLF!" Howard Finkel announces before leaving the ring as the two brothers make their way towards the ring.

"What a awesome yet scary sight." Michael Cole says. "Step for step, brother with brother, side by side once more."

"These two monsters will be unstoppable against anyone who steps up in front of them." Jerry Lawler says.

Cole nodded. "Indeed you are right, King, last week saw the return of the Bladewolf after being gone since Survivor Series, he saved his brother from publicly humiliating himself, reunited with him and the two laid waste to the entire Corporation before leaving the ring. If these two became the World Wrestling Federation Tag Team Champions, may God have mercy on those who face them."

Bladewolf climbs onto the ring apron and steps over the top rope while Kane remains outside. Bladewolf stares D-Lo Brown down as the lights return to normal and Bladewolf's theme dies down. He takes off his trench coat, dumping it to the outside and adjusts his elbow pads as the referee calls for the bell.

'Ding! Ding! Ding!'

Bladewolf charges right over and tackles Brown into the corner where the Demon Wolf unloads with an attack of lefts and rights to the midsection then an uppercut that floors Brown. Bladeowlf keeps up the assault before relenting when the referee reaches 4 during the count. Bladewolf backs up a bit and adjusts his right elbow pad briefly, watching Brown try to recover from the surprise assault.

Bladewolf walks over and places his boot onto Brown's neck and pushes, causing Brown to yell as he tries pushing the boot off him. The referee steps into tell Bladewolf off and he does so but not before scaring the referee off with a few steps towards him. Bladewolf then turns and runs at Brown who was lucky enough to move out the way, causing Bladewolf to hit the turnbuckles and stumble back a little.

Brown throws a punch at Bladewolf's gut then kicks him in the gut before he Irish whips Bladewolf off the ropes and takes the big monster man down with a clothesline but Bladewolf sits up right away and gets to his feet, flipping his hair back before he grabs Brown with both hands then lift him up into a military press, displaying his strength and power before he slams Brown onto his back.

Bladeowlf goes for the cover but Brown kicks out at two and a half. Bladewolf gets to his feet, rebounds off the ropes and comes back with a leg drop across Brown's throat. Bladewolf picks Brown up then tosses him right out of the ring, Bladewolf following him afterwards. Bladewolf goes to grab him when Brown knees the Demon Wolf in the stomach then delivers a forearm to the back of Bladewolf, bringing the big man to a knee. Brown then nails a knee to the side of the head, sending Bladewolf down.

Brown grabs Bladewolf then Irish whips him straight into the steel steps. Brown goes towards Bladewolf only to back off quickly when Kane takes a few steps towards him and stands in front of Bladewolf.

Bladewolf gets to his feet and rolls back into the ring as does Brown when the referee reaches a count of 9. Brown runs at Bladewolf but is met with a hard clothesline. Bladeowlf then begins hammering away at Brown with hard right shots to the forehead, intent on busting Brown open and watching him bleed. Bladewolf relents and gets to his feet, watching Brown groan and recover before slowly raising his right hand to a pop from the fans.

"I think we all know that the right hand raising means." Cole says. "A Chokeslam is looming for D-Lo Brown."

Brown gets to his feet and turns around only to be grabbed by the throat, lifted up...THEN PLANTED TO THE MAT HARD WITH A CHOKESLAM!

"Chokeslam!" Cole exclaims.

Bladewolf flips his hair back before grabbing Brown, hoists him onto his right shoulder then positions Brown in front of him upside down...AND HITS THE TOMBSTONE PILEDRIVER!

"And now a Tombstone!" Lawler exclaims.

Bladewolf goes for the cover! ONE! TWO! THREE! THE BLADEWOLF WINS!

'Ding! Ding! Ding!'

Dark Side plays as Bladewolf gets to his feet. "Here is your winner...THE BLADEWOLF!"

"What a dominating performance in his first match back." Cole said. "Bladewolf showing no ring rust after his time away, Brown had no chance against someone like Bladewolf."

"Do you think anyone will stand a chance against both Bladewolf and Kane?" Lawler asks.

"I don't, King. These two monsters will destroy anyone in their path to get to whatever their goal is." Cole said with a shake of his head.

Bladewolf raises his arms before throwing them down, causing four Lightning bolts to strike the turnbuckles, causing fire to shoot out afterwards. Bladewolf then leaves the ring and heads up the ramp with Kane.

Later

It was time for the Main Event which was Triple H vs Kane in a Steel Cage match. In the arena, D-Generation X's theme hits and out comes Triple H.

"The following contest is a Steel Cage match! Making his way to the ring, from Greenwich, Conneticut, weighing 260 lbs...TRIPLE H!" Howard Finkel announced. Triple H enters the ring and does the DX Chop as the cage lowers.

"This match will not be for the faint of heart." Cole shakes his head. "Triple H will be locked inside that cage with Kane."

The lights go out and Kane's theme begins playing before the stage pyro explodes and out comes Kane with Bladewolf at his side.

"And his opponent, accompanied by the Bladewolf, weighing 326 lbs...KANE!" Howard Finkel announces as the Big Red Machine makes his way towards the ring that was now surrounded by the Steel Cage.

Kane enters the ring while Bladewolf stays outside, crossing his arms. He was wearing his trench coat again and had the hood up, watching closely. Kane was barely in the ring when Triple H went on the attack, causing the referee to ring the bell and start the match as the door was locked.

'Ding! Ding! Ding!'

Kane misses a right and Triple H counters with a right hook of his own then keeps up the attack until he eventually gets Kane down to a knee. Triple H rebounds off the ropes but Kane caught him then thrusts him into the cage wall followed by a hard right hand from the Big Red Monster. Kane brings Triple H over to the corner where he punches Triple H down until he was down on the bottom turnbuckle, then pulls Triple H to his feet by pulling his hair before Kane floors Triple H with a nasty uppercut.

Triple H uses the ropes to pull himself up and kicks Kane in the stomach, then nails a right hand yet these do not have any effect on Kane who does a knee thrust into Triple H's stomach and knocks him off his feet. Using raw power, Kane executes a vertical suplex and misses an elbow drop across Triple H's chest that Kane quickly shakes off.

Triple H goes on the attack against the masked man and goes to toss him into the cage wall but Kane stops himself with a boot to the cage wall then grabs Triple H and brings his face into the steel. Kane raises his arms slowly before bringing them down, causing fire to shoot up form the turnbuckles and the lights to change to a blood red.

Now in control of the match, Kane grabs Triple H and grinds his face against the steel wall, causing Triple H to yell in pain. Triple H tries to fight back using knee thrusts but Kane stops him with a headbutt. Triple H tries to crawl out the door but Kane stops him by dragging him into the middle of the ring and away from the door then assaults Triple H across the cage.

Triple H then begins making a comeback, slamming Kane into the cage walls before attempting to escape through the door but Kane stops him again. He drops the elbow on Triple H's inner thigh and climbs to the top rope, waits for Triple H to get to his feet before jumping off...AND HITS A FLYING CLOTHESLINE!

"Flying Clothesline from the Big Red Monster!" Cole exclaims.

The match continues to go back and fourth between Kane and Triple H, Bladewolf had not moved from his position, looking almost like a statue as he watches Kane dish out punishment on Triple H.

Kane hits Triple H with a Chokeslam and begins crawling his way towards the door when X-Pac runs down the ramp towards the cage...BUT IS MET WITH A SPEAR FROM BLADEWOLF!

"Spear out of nowhere!" Lawler exclaims.

Kane makes it to the door and crawls out to the floor, causing the referee to call for the bell.

'Ding! Ding! Ding!'

Kane's theme plays as he stands up. "Here is your winner...KANE!" Kane walks over to his brother who nods in approval before the two siblings begin making their way up the ramp to the stage...
