Short Stories (As of volume 4)
*Story 1: Monster Tennis*
It was a hot summer day, All of those in the club were doing things of their own. Kiba and Xenovia were playing chess with Koneko, Raynare and Mittelt watching them, waiting for their turns. Gasper was in his box playing the Nintendo Switch I bought for him, and Asia was watching him play. Meanwhile, I was chatting with Alex, who recently arrived for a visit.
"So how's the settling in, Alex? Was there any problem?", I asked.
"Nah, just have to wait a couple long ass human world paper procedures before I can officially join your class. I already went through education in Heaven, but I want to return to the human world. After all, the air suits me better", said Alex shrugging.
"Human procedures indeed can be nauseous at times. Besides, you don't have to force yourself to join my class.", I agreed with him.
"Now don't say that, remember the time when we both passionately talk about robots and structures as if they were toys and games? I still have that passion in me, so joining the class here is just the obvious choice. Besides, sitting in the same class with you is more fun", he said with a smile.
"Hmph, sure, do what you like", I plainly replied.
"By the way, I've heard that you are a star in both Kuoh Academy and University"
"For more than one reason, yeah", I replied in tired manner.
"Kukuku, I'm glad you actually went in for a relationship, even if it's a harem", said Alex as I see the girls blushed lightly.
"*Sigh*, you heard from Azazel, didn't you?", I asked.
"Hahaha! Relax, I'm just messing with ya. Though seriously, you need to get at least a girlfriend", said Alex as I facepalmed.
Ha ha, very funny, old friend.
"So what about that Angel girl back in the conference, she seems to look at you a lot", I said.
"Oh, that's Isabella, she was my caretaker when I was a novice Angel, and also the one to help me to communicate with you. Like me, she's one Michael-sama's attendants, my senior you can call", replied Alex.
"You sure that she's just a senior?", I teased him. I hope I did it right.
"Bruh", he said with his eyes half-shut. I can see that his cheeks were red a little.
Huh, guess I did do it right.
"By the way, Rias is late, what is she doing?", I asked as I changed the topic.
"Buchou and Kaichou might be discussing something very serious. By the way Vergil-san and Asia-chan, would both of you like green tea?", said Akeno as she poured tea for me and Asia.
All of the members in the Occult Research Club are waiting for Rias' return since she went to the student council room.
"Oute. It's my win.", said Kiba.
"Muu, I have no more options. Looks like it is my loss.", said Xenovia.
"…With this, it's Xenovia's five losing streak.", said Koneko who is watching.
"Alright, my turn next", said Raynare as she took Xenovia's place.
"Do you also want green tea Gasper-kun?"
Akeno talked to the box in the corner of the room.
"T-Thank you very muccccch!"
"Gasper, get out of the box and drink the green tea."
I said that while making a sigh, but the kid just cried.
"I'm s-sorrrrrrry! No! Not outside!"
Like this, he is afraid of other people so he's always inside the box. He's a troublesome junior indeed.
"I'm back. I just returned now."
The one who entered the room is Rias.
"Well, I have to go now, have fun with Club activities, Dark Angel-san", said Alex as he activates the teleportation magic formation, and left.
Yeah yeah, real funny.
With Rias return, that makes everyone present now.
*Later*
"I have to hand in the club activity report.", said Rias with a troubled face.
"You're an exchange student on the school roster after all. Normally, you would have to go to school in the Underworld. But with you here, you need to fulfill some credits to stay here", I said.
"Yes, What I submitted just now is the report for the actual club activity based on "The relation between UFO and Devils". The problem is the report based on our activity as devils. So many things happened lately that I forgot all about it. Unlike last year, the due date for it is earlier this year."
"The devil club activity report… you say."
Kiba then explains it to me.
"Buchou who is a pure-devil is actually required to attend the school in the Underworld for High-class devils. She's studying in Japan as a special privilege student. If she doesn't attain the units for the devil school at Kuou Academy, then she will be forced to return to the Underworld."
Akeno then gives additional explanation.
"Attaining credits. In Buchou's case, other than making a pact with humans she can also attain them in other means such as researching about types of monsters and youkai in Japan. The truth is we, her servants, were also allowed a bit of freedom by helping her with the research."
So that's why she builts the Occult Research Club.
What a hassle… but I guess that this is the inconvenience I have to endure for now.
"That's why I will create the report which needs to be submitted to the Underworld now. That's why I want to know the present state of the monsters and youkai living in this town. As usual, let's go and ask the knowledgeable Kappa who lives in the swamp located on the outskirts of town."
A Kappa… an amphibious Youkai in Japanese folklore… typically depicted as green, human-like beings with webbed hands and feet and a turtle-like carapace on their backs.
Kiba then puts his hand up.
"Buchou, that Kappa returned to his homeland. He said that he will inherit the family business to cultivate cucumbers."
"…So he returned to his homeland. That would be a more stable future, rather than aiming to become a rapper."
?
What is this? A rapping Kappa?
Seeing my doubted face, Kiba answered.
"The Kappa left its home because it didn't want to inherit the family cucumber business and started living in this town. It was fond of rapping. I often listened to his song. 'Shirikodama Rhapsody."
I then heard Koneko rapping.
"...The light of the town which dries my plate, my anger which cannot be conveyed, I will just take your shirikodama."
That some weird lyrics.
"Koneko-chan was his fan."
Uh huh, well she can like what she like, no matter how ridiculous it is, it's none of my concern.
"But it seems like he went to his homeland because his father got a 'plate shortening disease'. His family has a rare and old youkai way of cultivating cucumber, so with this they would be able to pass on the traditions."
Well, A Kappa do have a depression on its head, called its' "dish", that retains water, and if this is damaged or its liquid is lost (either through spilling or drying up), the kappa is severely weakened.
"Then it looks like we have to ask the gossip loving Dullahan that lives in the old mansion located in the fourth district."
"Dullahans huh… that's nostalgic", I said.
"You know of them, Vergil?", asked Xenovia.
"I had more than my share back in Temen-ni-gru. Cowardice Demons, constantly hide behind their shields and then rush in blind. They're annoyance at best", I casually replied.
"Well this guy is different, he's not as violent as his kind, he's like a stray", said Rias.
Don't trust those things so easily, you don't know when they'll spook. I had too much experience with Demons to let my guard down against even one.
"That Dullahan had a serious hernia a few days ago and is hospitalised now."
Akeno tells Rias, while reading the documents in her hands.
"I see, looks like Dullahan is also having difficulties.", she sighed.
"How about you submit a report about a rare 'Vampire in a box'? I don't think there are any vampires who go inside a box rather than a coffin."
"S-S-Senpaiiiiiiiiiiiiiii! W-What are you sayinnnnng!"
"I mean a 'Dhampir in a box'. That should be considered rare. It would be interesting if he was submitted with the report."
"Uwaaaaaaaaan! I... I will be shipped away by Vergil-senpaaaaaaaaai!", cried Gasper.
"Geez, let's find another way then.", said Rias making a sigh.
"Anything in mind?", I asked.
"There is a human who is very knowledgeable about monsters in this academy."
*Tennis Court*
We were now at the tennis court. I guess the person we're looking for is here.
"Hey hey, it's Takeru-senpai"
"Kyaaa, he's so handsome"
"Is he with Rias-oneesama? Kyaaa! They look so good together"
Words like that came from the female students who are playing in the court. I didn't mind as I continued to walk with the ORC. I can see that Rias was blushing a little.
"Rias, does this individual knows that you're a Devil?", I asked to change her mood.
"Tentatively. This campus also takes in humans that are from special backgrounds and that have good relations with devils. So they should be told about the devils who have this school as their base."
This Academy holds more secrets than I thought.
"Ohohohohohoho! How are you doing, Rias-san! It's very rare for you to come here! So I welcome you!"
A woman appeared while making a big laugh on top of a big black horse. She has her brown hair twirled in a roll elegantly. Reminds me of the little princess of the house of Phoenix.
Why is she riding a horse in the middle of school?
"Hiheeeeeeeeeeeeeeen!"
The black horse's cry. Its' eyes are glittering and are giving a suspicious glow. Its' nose is breathing hard. But the figure behind the woman was the one that caught my eyes the most: A headless black knight. Why is it holding a watermelon?
The woman gets off the horse and calms it down. At the same time, the headless knight also gets off its' horse.
Huh, this Dullahan is more docile than I thought.
"Ufufu, it's a good horse don't you think? A few days ago, the head of Dullahan, Mr Smith, was hospitalised. So I was asked to look after it in the meantime. And this is Mr Smith's body", the woman said.
"Ara, bringing in a monster within the campus is against school rules.", said Rias.
"And you are…?", I asked.
"Oh, Ver… Takeru, you haven't known her yet. This is Kiyome Abe, the captain of Kuoh Academy's tennis club", answered Rias.
Kiyome Abe huh. So what about her special background info? Rias did say that she is knowledgeable about monsters.
"During the time that its head is hospitalised, the body-kun can act by himself, correct? That's why I'm taking care of it along with the horse. But I thought giving them free food won't be good, so I gave them jobs to do. As the tennis club's mascot character! Dullahan, the "Headless Honda-kun"! The watermelon is a replacement for his head! Don't you think it fits with the season for summer?", said Kiyome Abe.
"Well, we can't help it if it is a mascot.", said Rias.
Yeah, sure, let's go with that. I don't care.
"Kyaa! Honda-kun! Your western armour is also shinning today!"
"A headless mascot is a new type of vibe indeed! So cute!"
He started receiving cheers from the girls over the fences. The Dullahan responds back by wavering his hands.
Kiyome Abe then asked Rias.
"So then, Rias-san. What business do you have with me?"
"The captain of the tennis club, Abe Kiyome-san. I'm sorry to bother you, but may I interview you who is a beast tamer? I would also be happy if you would tell me a few things about the monsters and youkai that you have under your control."
"No, I don't want to."
An immediate refusal.
"Why do I have to explain myself to you who is a devil? I'm grateful for having been accepted on this campus when I am from a special background, but this and that would be two different things correct? It also seems like Rias-san has connections with many people from different industries, so there won't be any reason for you to interview me specifically, correct?"
Rias continued calmly.
"So won't having a connection with me be beneficial then?"
Kiyome Abe laughed.
loudly, while putting her hand on her mouth, like an "Ojou-sama".
"Ohohohohohohohoho! You have quite the confidence in yourself! But having a connection with you feels like it will become scary afterwards! So at the same time I would also like to have a relationship with Kaichou while distancing ourselves. A trade with a devil needs to be done carefully or else I might have my soul taken away, correct?"

Rias put on an astonished face.
"Nowadays, we don't do such serious things you know? I will just invite you for tea or dinner normally. Will you still not accept it?", she made a bitter smile saying that.
"And no, you're not the dinner.", I added. Though if it were Demons, they would love it the way the captain of the tennis club thought.
"...Right. The tea made by Akeno-san is the best!", said Kiyome. She made a bitter smile at my remark.
Then Kiyome Abe seemed like she thought of something and put on a lecherous smile.
"Ufufufu, I just thought of something interesting. It won't be fun if we do this for free. So how about this? Let's have a tennis match between me and the monsters under my control against Rias-san and the Occult Research Club? How about if the loser has to obey whatever the winner says for free?"
"Ara, that seems interesting. I also know how to play tennis. So, if we win, how about you cooperate with the interview for our report then? So what would you desire if you win, Kiyome-san?"
She then looks at me as she asked.
"…By the way, are you the famous [Welsh Dragon] rumored in the business world who is also known as Sekiryuutei?"
"I don't know about whatever the rumors are, but yes, I am the current Sekiryuutei", I replied.
"Ara, such a cold reply", she said.
"I have decided. If I win, then can I borrow him? A rare dragon would be the best indeed! He is a servant of a devil, so having him would be impossible. But how about borrowing him for a while-"
"No."
Rias rejected immediately.
"This is my important servant. If it's a wish like that, then I won't let you touch him."
Seeing Rias' reaction, Kiyome makes a sigh.
"Then, lets make it that we never had this discussion—"
"We agree with your condition."
It was Akeno who boldly said that. Are they using me as a trophy? What are these kids thinking? Then I noticed that the Dullahan, Honda patted my shoulder and felt sympathy for me. Sympathy from a Demon… what a rare sight.
"Hold on Akeno!", said Rias arguing with her [Queen].
"Buchou, we just have to win. If we win, then everything will be solved.", said Akeno as Rias tried to say something, but she made a sigh and nods.
"Yes, I understand.", said Rias as Kiyome laughs loudly.
"Ohohohohohoho! Then it is settled! The truth is, it would be foolish for you to challenge me who is the captain of the tennis club! So train as much as you can! My adorable monsters that I am in control of can play tennis perfectly as well!"
"I will show you how high-class devils play tennis. I won't hand over my handsome Takeru to you!"
"I'm looking forward to it! Ufufu. Oh yes, if I get Takeru Silver-san, then I will adore him in a different way." said Kiyome.
Did you all really just decide without my consent?
"I'm sorry Takeru-san", said Akeno as she hugged me.
"If I didn't say that, then Buchou's objective wouldn't progress at all. I will also do my best for the tennis match."

"*Sigh*, you bunch are really helpless", I said as I give in.
*Day of the match*
"Ufufu. I will applaud you for not running away.", said Kiyome as she had a suspicious smile. I saw on the other side of the fence there were lots of monsters glaring at us. So those are monsters and youkai that are under her control. There are quite a number of them.
The mascot character, the Dullahan's body Honda, waves his hand at me.
"We willl have ourselves win today.", said Rias confidently.
"There would be two single matches and one double match. The team who gets two victories win. Rias-san and I will have to participate. The remaining players will be determined by drawing lots."
Everyone from the club minus Azazel showed up for the match.
We were drawing lots prepared by Kiyome. She sure has good preparations. If the tip is blue, it's singles, if red, doubles.
"Singles."
"Singles."
Looks like Akeno and Xenovia pulled out.
"Doubles."
Rias is in doubles. Now who will be her partner? Hopefully it's Koneko or Kiba, because I have no intention to play this game. I might have thought about playing had it not been for this dumb bet.
Okay, moment of truth…
I pulled out my ticket, and… the tip was red.
"Looks like my partner is Takeru. Let's do our best!", said Rias with a smile. Great…
Moving on, For the first match, Akeno's opponent is...
"Let's do our best."
A girl with wings for arms and bird like legs. A Harpy.
"So it's a harpy. It's a winged monster. Majority of them are females.", said Rias.
Normally found in Greek myth. They and their subspecies are humanoid birds.
I doubt Akeno can lose, I can already see that her skill is way higher than the Harpy's.
"Ara ara. You are full of openings, Harpy-chan!"
"Iyaaaan! This devil onee-san is so strong!"
The match ended with Akeno dominating the match. We got the first blood.
If Xenovia wins her match next, not only do I not have to play, but this ridiculous bet will be over.
"Now, it's my turn.", said Xenovia as she headed to the court, spinning her racket. She doesn't have much experience in sports involving balls, but she does have good athletic ability.
"Pleased to have you challenge me."
Her opponent was a woman with a lower snake half. So this time it's a Lamia.
"Lamia tribe, I see. Like I thought, majority of her kind must be females.", said Rias.
Then Honda the Dullahan came and served the watermelon. Why are you serving the thing that is your replacement head? Don't you need it?
"Mggh! You are pretty good!"
This is bad. She's having a hard time with her opponent.
"Over there!"
The lamia was much stronger and her control of her body gives her an advantage.
"I'm sorry; it was due to me being weak.", said Xenovia as she apologized to Rias. At the end of the match, Xenovia lost.
Guess I have to play in the end huh…
"It won't be a problem since Takeru and I will settle this! So all of you don't have to worry about anything!", said Rias.
Let's end this quick and go home.
"I ended up coming out for the doubles match as well. My partner is...Yuki-onna. Come here, my adorable Yuki-onna-chan!", said Kiyome.
"Hokyooooooooooooooooooooooou!"
Then a white gorilla makes a howl in front of me.
BANG BANG BANG BANG BANG BANG BANG BANG!
It started banging on its chest with its thick arms like a drum. Abe-senpai then introduces the gorilla.
"I will introduce you to her. She is Christie a Yuki-onna and also known as a Yeti(Female)."
…
What is this foolishness? How is that a Yuki-onna?
"That is a gorilla. Are you blind, Kiyome Abe?", I said with my eyes half-shut.
She then got mad.
"How rude! Christie is a splendid Yuki-onna! This girl's mother was a very fine Yuki-onna that drove away groups of mountain climbers to protect the mountain!"
"I've met Yuki-onnas before and this is clearly not one. Besides, of course those mountain climbers will run away, it's a freaking angry gorilla attack them.", I said.
"Uho-uho."
It even said uho-uho. Now how is that NOT a Gorilla? You tell me.
"Takeru! Yuki-onna's freezing breath is powerful! If you get hit by it, you will turn into a statue of ice!"
I facepalmed at her statement.
"You all need serious retcon of your knowledge…", I muttered.
"It seems that Takeru-san is denying your existence, Christie", said Kiyome.
the gorilla took a good look at me…
"Uhoho(LOL)"
It laughed and put on a smile as if it looked down on me.
"Think you're tough huh?"
I said as I glared back at it while slightly unleashed my aura, making its' massive body shrimp down. Not just the oversize ape, but also all the monster surrounding the fences were cowering in fear.
"Such pressure… so this is the Sekiryuutei…"
Said Kiyome as she struggled a bit to stand.
"Takeru-san, I will be cheering for you! Please don't lose against Christie-chan!"
"Do your best, Takeru-san. I'm waiting to see your amazing side."
"Senpai, do your best!"
Asia, Akeno and Raynare are cheering for me.
…
My irritation seems to have calm down a bit.
*Sigh*, guess I can't disappoint them now.
Then, something unimaginable appears in my sight.
"Why does that gorilla have a giant racket?", I asked as the racket it held is bigger than its' body.
"It's a specially made racket."
For an oversize ape? You've got to be kidding me…
After that, Rias won the coin toss and chose the serve order, and Kiyome got the right to choose which side of the court to use.
BOUNCE BOUNCE BOUNCE
As Rias bounces the ball on the ground a few times, she throws it up and smashes it.
It bounced to Kiyome as she then hit back. Their rally started. I saw the ball go back and forth between both Rias and Kiyome as both the Gorilla and I didn't do anything.
This is boring.
"Christie! The ball went your way!", shouted Kiyome.
BANG!
The explosive sound echoes throughout the court as the ape swung its' racket.
The ball came straight at me with also explosive speed…
But to me… it's so slow.
BANG!
I swung my racket and it hit the ball back while not moving an inch.
The ball passed both Kiyome and the ape. Upon colliding with the ground behind…
BAAAAAAAAAANGGG!
Part of the court was completely destroyed.
"The ball… blew up… in one hit?", said Kiyome Abe.
As she and the ape looked at me with surprise, I pointed my racket towards them as I said.
"Is that all? How disappointing."
As I catched a replacement ball thrown to me.
"It's our turn"
"Well said, Takeru! As expected from my servant", said Rias.
We got back to the match. The Gorilla then opened its' mouth wide and a blizzard was blowing in, freezing our feet.
Ice huh… now this does bring back memories.
"Ohohohohoho! Looks like it is our victory!", said Kiyome as she laughs loudly while putting her hand on her mouth. How naïve.
It was then the headless knight, Honda, approached me.
"What are you doing?"
Honda then makes strange gestures… Is it telling me to wear it?
"Are you telling me to wear the armor?"
Honda puts its' thumb up and gives me a sign language, saying "That is correct".
"Why? We are enemies you know?"
Honda took out a panel like thing, and writes something with a marker pen.
[I'm also mad that the Yuki-onna is a female Yeti. Please let me participate as well]
…
You are willing to cooperate with me because of such trivial thing?
I then look at Rias and the other members of ORC. Noisy memories of them passed through my mind like a tape film.
…
I guess this is what people called the "Spirit of the youth"…
"Very well", I consented.
Upon my confirmation, Honda turns itself into energy and wraps around me, before changing back to its' original armored form. The merge broke the ice restraining my legs easily.
"Takeru?", said s surprised Rias.
"Rias, stand back, I got this"
"Y-Yes, you are right...", said Rias as she was pushed back by the pressure I was giving out.
"A dragon-knight with a head! It's burning with something passionate!"
"To be expected from Ve…Takeru-senpai! He sure does unexpected things, like wearing the armour of Dullahan!"
"… It looks cool but also uncool."
Xenovia and Gapser were getting heated up with my appearance, and Koneko is tilting her head.
After that, I, in the Honda armor, dominated the game with our combined strength. In the end, it was our victory.
*After the Match*
"It is our loss. It can't be helped, I will participate in your interview.", said Kiyome while finding it dull.
Finally, now to get this armor off.
Dullahan's armor possesses a curse that render the wearer unable to separate from it. In some case, the curse is permanent. Therefore, it's necessary to use Reverse Magic in order to remove it.
"U-umm, Takeru Silver-san?"
Kiyome called me.
"Kiyome Abe? What is it?", I inquired.
"I realized that the Yuki-onnas you said to have seen, which is also the ones in folklore, are part of the special subspecies of Yuki-onna who took on a more human-like form. I was at fault for lacking knowledge. I'm sorry", she said as she bowed.
"I was also at fault for being rude, you don't have to apologize", I said as I waved my hand.
It's true, I was irritated by the bet the two girls made. I should have been more composed.
"No, but…"
"We both made mistakes, what's important that we both learnt from it. So raise your head. It's okay"
I said as she nodded. Why is she blushing?
"Now then, if you excuse me…"
As I was about to cast the magic formation.
"Ah wait", she stopped me.
"What is it?"
"Can you stay like this for a while? Honda-kun still has work to do", Kiyome said.
"If you're worry about Honda then don't be. Once the separation is complete, you'll have your mascot back without incident", I assured her.
"I see…", she replied, slightly saddened.
After I casted the Spell, Honda was successfully separated from me. I bid them farewell as I returned to the ORC. For some reason, the girls' cheeks were swelling heavily as they had displeased expressions. What did I do?
Once again, I still have no idea of the thoughts of women…
*Story 2: Hell Teacher Azazel*
I woke up in the morning to find a very precarious situation in front of me.
"Verchil, carry me."
The crimson haired little girl asks me to lift her up.
"Uu, carry me…."
Next to her, a blonde little girl is crying.
Little girls resembling Rias and Asia are in front of me, Also, Rias and Asia themselves aren't anywhere in the house.
When I was being suspicious of this situation….
KNOCK KNOCK
Someone was knocking on the door.
"Vergil-san, Rias, Asia-chan, it's morning you know?"
The one who enters my room is Akeno.
"Ara-ara… so many children."
That was her response after seeing this scene.
"What the hell is this?", I said.
Right now, I am getting my cheeks pulled and having my hair messed up by the two little girls.
Akeno puts her hand on her cheek and thought for a while.
"It's summer holiday, but let's gather everyone to this house."
Like this, it was decided to have an emergency meeting of the Occult Research Club.
*Living room*
With the call from Akeno, the ORC members gathered in the living room of my house.
Everyone is looking at the children with weird expressions. The girl who looks like Asia is hiding behind me, and the girl who looks like Rias is sitting on my lap.
"But, they sure do look like Buchou and Asia."
Xenovia looks at the two little girls while tilting her head.
"More like, I think they are Buchou and Asia-san."
Kiba says.
"Are you sure?", I asked as he nodded.
But, why did they turn into little girls? It Looks like that they lost their memories as well. However, I don't think they've completely lost their memories since they called me "Verchil"
"…I think there was a technique that turns you into little girls."
Koneko-chan said it quietly as if she remembered something.
Hmmm…

I see…
"So it's the Devils' rejuvenation spell…", I said as I facepalmed.
"Indeed, but even in those cases you don't lose your memories…"
Akeno puts her hand on her forehead while having a troubled expression.
"This is the rebound of the technique."
Azazel says while drinking tea.
"When someone with a high richness of demonic power uses a technique that they are not familiar with, sometimes they make a big mistake with it. So, the techniques come back at them."
"Then Rias failed at using the technique? It also seems like they lost their memories."
"It seems like it. Because of the kickback of the technique, they also had their memories sealed along with temporarily turning into children. But for a devil such as Rias to make a mistake... She probably imagined something else strongly while activating the technique. Anyway, to revert them back to normal we either have to wait for a while or we need to have someone with the power of anti-spell."
Seriously, what the hell were these two up to?
I then look at mini-Rias sitting on my lap, she just tilts her head dubiously.
"Rochas, you have a weird face."
"Uu, Asia also wants to sit...", said Asia as she was teary-eyed from looking at mini-Rias sitting on my lap, with envious eyes.
"B-Buchou and Asia-sempai...they are so adorable..."
"Think you can make them laugh?", I asked Gasper as he nodded. He then takes out the mask I gave him.
"Look, Buchou, Asia-sempai. It's a special mask. You get a hundred times more courage when you wear this.", said Gasper as his red eyes sparkled from the mask.

"Well, I will look for a way to dispel it. You guys also look for a way. You guys would be in trouble if it stays like this right? Let's call each other when we find out something, so we'll split up temporarily.", said Azazel as he stood up.

The club members all responded.
"I will start by checking back from the traces of Rias' demonic powers. I will check Vergil-san's room, which was the place the technique was activated.", said Akeno as she heads to my room.
"Then, how about Koneko-chan and I start looking from other places then."
"Yes."
Kiba and Koneko also leave.
"We'll check the library and see what we can find.", said Raynare as she and Mittelt left.
"Fumu. I don't understand anything about demonic powers. Then, I will train Gasper. Hey, vampire. Come out of the cardboard box. If not, I will cut you."

Xenovia exits the room with the box.

I nodded and carry both of them. Looks like this is going to take a while.

I was outside with them, holding their hands. They take interest on anything in front of us and pull me towards it. They wanted to go outside, so I decided to go out and buy them ice cream. It's weird to see Rias as a normal little girl and Asia acting spoiled and disobedient. But they are kids at the moment, so it can't be helped.

I heard a familiar voice from another direction. When I looked, it was Saji.
"What are you doing... Wait, children!? Don't tell me…"
"Before you get any funny ideas, this is Rias and Asia, there was an accident, they got caught and this is the current situation"

After coming back from the convenience store, I sat down with mini-Rias and mini-Asia who were eating ice cream.

Hopefully, a solution will be found soon. Having these two stayed like this is troubling.
"I found a way to dispel it.", said Zazy as he appeared in front of us. He was dressed as an explorer.
"We will gather ingredients with the power of darkness within them. There is a medicine which will dispell the spell on them by mixing those ingredients. That's why, Vergil, let's get going!"
"Huh? Go? To where?"
I was full of suspicions, and Kiba comes in and explains.
"We found the way to turn Buchou and Asia-san back to normal. First, we found the magic-spell used from the trace of demonic-power in your room, and we are currently finding the way to dispell it by reading the spell backwards. This was also mentioned in one of the documents Sensei brought, so it would be okay if Akeno-san or I am present. It's just a matter of time."

Azazel then adds additional explanation.
"That alone would be enough, but we decided to make a medicine to dispell the spell as well. But for that we need ingredients, so you and I will be gathering them."
"You say gathering ingredients but where are we going?"
"To various locations. Akeno, you come as well. If you and I go, we can support Vergil."
Akeno put on an unpleasant face after being called by Azazel. Is their relationship so strained?
"… I don't feel satisfied by having you say that to me, but this is all for Buchou, Asia-chan, and Vergil-san. I will go with you."
"Sensei, how about me?"
Xenovia asks while dragging Gasper.
"You train Gasper."
"Roger. Now let's go, Gasper. Next we will train on how to dodge the wave of the holy sword Durandal."

Xenovia leaves while dragging Gasper who had a pale-white face. Xenovia, you seem to be enjoying it. Gasper, get stronger.

Rias and Asia pull on my pants. No point leaving them behind as everyone else is busy or coming with us.

So we managed to go far with Fallen Angel Style transport magic circle. The location… seems to be somewhere in Crete. However…

A dangerous roar is aimed at me.
In the depths of the mountain of the land. I was confronting a Minotaur.
carnivorous half-man half-bull monsters. This one is about 4 to 5 meters in height, it has a muscular body with the head of a bull with fangs.

A sound vibrated through the air. The battle-axe that the Minotaur has was bigger than me. It swung towards my direction, but I avoided it with ease.
"Hey, Vergil. Go all out!", shouted Azazel.
"Oh you're welcome to switch places with me!", I retorted.
"Senpai, do your best!", Raynare cheered for me.
"Azazel-sensei, I have cut the ingredients.", said Akeno.
"Oh, Akeno, thanks. We now have to wait for him to beat the bull. It would be okay if he gets its liver. Let's eat the other parts then."
"I haven't eaten Minotaur's meat before."
"The Minotaur from around here taste amazing. Once you eat it, you will get addicted to it. I even think it is the same as Matsusaka beef. Hey, Rias and Asia, here are your plates."

'Are they seriously opening a barbeque here?', I thought.
Then, I felt the Minotaur' axe coming near.
Alright, enough of this.
In that split of a second, I caught the axe's blade with two of my fingers. The Minotaur tried to break free, but to no avail.

I said coldly as I punched the beast, its' whole body exploded into pieces due to the force of my fist, luckily, the liver survived. Apparently, the first ingredient is a Minotaur's liver, so I only left it intact.

It seems that my physical strength is returning even more…
Guess the battle with Vali does gave me something after all.
"Oooh, nice job!", Azazel gives me a thumb-up.
"Just shut up and take the damn liver", I said as I throw the bloody liver to the annoying Governor.

In all of a sudden, I heard the earth shaking violently.
When I looked…a group of Minotaur are heading this way.
"Ara-ara, it came in a herd."
Akeno said with a troubled face.
I pulled out Blackgrave and imbued it with Demonic power.

I said as I pulled the trigger a few times.

Pieces of flesh and blood flying around like rain. Azazel conjured a massive magic formation that acts as out umbrella. Good, no need to take a long shower after this.

*Somewhere in North Europe*
We now went somewhere else after getting the Minotaur liver. This time, Akeno is up. She is wearing a thin cloth.
"Is this okay?", I asked.
"Yeah, unicorns only open up to pure virgins.", said Azazel.
Just like he said, we came to get a Unicorn's horn this time. We are in a forest, in front of a beautiful lake. Unicorns appear before pure girls without any bit of filth.
As such, Akeno was selected for this role, and we are hiding in the shadows, killing our breath while waiting for the Unicorn to appear. Apparently that thin cloth is something which keeps in the demonic-power of a devil. It was prepared by Azazel because he thought that Unicorns might not approach a devil woman. Akeno stood in front of the lake, and we looked at her from the shadows. Rias and Asia are sitting on my lap quietly.
Azazel then said something quietly.
"Hmm, it might be weird if it's coming from me, but I do think Akeno has quite the erotic body. Raynare-chan as well"
"Does it have to do with the fallen angel blood?"
"Yeah, it's one of the jobs to fascinate men from another kind. Their body becomes something which would be highly craved by men. But, even if you compare them, Akeno is exceptional. And I noticed that Raynare-chan had some growth recently. You, if you can get those two, then definitely take them."
"I don't know if I'm worthy of them… But at least, I'll watch over them for as long as I can", I replied.
"Yeah. Even if I'm like this, I also have the role to watch over her. I feel relieved after hearing you say that."

Suddenly, a white creature caught my eyes. It's a Unicorn.

In front of me right now is probably the most difficult material to get.
GOBAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!
The creature that is standing in front of me is a huge Dragon with red scales, a Flame Dragon, it's about 15 meters tall.
"This is a Flame Dragon. A dragon which represents fire. The scales growing from its back is the last ingredient we are looking for", said Azazel.
"Whatever, let's get this quick, so the medicine would be ready", I said as I readied my stance.
"Wait", Azazel stopped me.
What now, dumbass? I'm busy.
"I think you'll like this. Come ouuuuuuuuut!", said the annoying Governor.
Suddenly a gigantic magic-circle appears on the ground. A vague, but massive humanoid silhouette appears from it while emitting black pulses.
"What the hell…?", I said.
For what that appeared from the magic circle and is now in front of me, is a gigantic mech that is the same size as the flame dragon. Its' appearance resembles super robots of those Tokusatsu Super Sentai shows.
"When did you make this thing?"
"Impressive, right? I made this a while ago and put it in the secret basement under Kuoh Academy! That's the promised setting right!"
Azazel says it while making a wink.

I facepalmed after hearing that it is stored under the Academy.
"Really? Of all the place you can put this thing and you choose the basement of the goddamn Academy?"
Azazel only brushed his hand.
"Don't sweat the small stuff. What's important is the flow and how you do things. This is a devil-helping robot and I created it using fallen-angels technology! It's the Maouga! I was asked by Sirzechs! It's powered by the hatred of humans which is flowing within the whole World! Hatred is overflowing in this world, so this is ecology!"
Fueled by hatred… he must have used the Sacred Gear research to develop this mech, considering that Sacred Gears use strong emotions for power… Impressive.
"Let's go, Maouga! Absorb the hate of people! You are the master piece created by this world of darkness!"
The Maouga then aimed at the dragon at the Governor's command.
"Eat this! Rocket punch!", shouted Azazel.
GOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO…
The rocket punch, which despite went ahead at supersonic speed, was easily dodged by the Dragon
But the fist didn't stop, it went into the clouds… and disappear.
"Azazel, where did that thing go?", I asked.
Azazel closes his eyes for a while at my question.
"….. Like this, the hatred in the World disappeared."

I then unfurled my Devil wings as the Boosted Gear manifested on my left arm.
"Ddraig, it seems we'll have to test it here"

"Resolving your potential mess", I said as the all the magic formations glowed brightly.

Huh… he's right, by the time we're back, the dragon might be gone.

"What is it?", asked Azazel.
"Just sit here and draw its' attention, I'll be back"

[Here goes!], said Ddraig.

I took a deep breath…
"3… 2… 1… NOW!"
[EXPLOSION!]
BOOOOOOOOOOM!
The screaming sound of the Boosted Gear echoed throughout the area as I rocketed to the sky with terrific speed.
In mere seconds, I catched up with the Maouga's rocket punch. Upon being in parallel with the fist's armor surface, I grabbed onto a rising edge.
"Ddraig! Seize the ignition!", I shouted as the magic formation dispersed and the boosted power got cut off.
I climbed my way on the rocket punch. Using "Elemental Senses", I located the energy supply circuits and disable them.
The rocket punch's thrusters seized. The punch's speed slowly decreased as it's still going using pre-build up momentum.
It finally stopped after a good 5 minutes, surprisingly, it went all the way to the Stratosphere. And now, both me and the rocket punch, are free falling. The outer layer is supposed to be super-heated right now due to the increased friction, but I prevented it by a layer of magic protection.
'Ok, second phase. We'll drop this thing onto the Dragon itself. Azazel can collect the scraps later"
[Indeed, though you're quite bold, you know? To use my power in such a way]
'Well, your special power, Boost, basically doubling one's power until it reaches the personal satisfactory condition or limit, yes? By transferring the doubled power to the anti-gravitation magic circles, the output just simply increase, but not performance. So I thought: What if we latch the magic circles to the doubling magic circuit itself?'
[And we concluded that in theory, not just the output of the magic will be amplified, but also its' conceptual effects.]
'And with [Explosion], the effects will be even further amplified'
[And with the test being successful, the idea is proven… To be honest, I didn't think that it would work]
'Theories exists to be proven, after all. This might open a whole new set of possibilities to use your powers. Now, let's see if this works'
I then once again use "Elemental senses" to locate the Flame Dragon. I see that it is attacking Azazel relentlessly, who is casually avoiding its' fangs and flames.
'Alright… 3… 2… 1, re-ignition!"
As I said it, I restarted the energy circuit of the punch, sending the mass of metal into a suicide dive bomb attack. It took a few seconds for us to return to the location
As I got close, the Dragon became surprise as it began to turn to us. By the time it noticed the rocket punch… it was already too late.
"Open wide!", I said as I let go of the fist. As it struck the dragon, both of them plummet to the ground, causing a massive explosion of pressure and dirt.
As the dust settled, the Dragon, while survived, was considerably injured and unconscious.
I landed as Azazel landed next to me.
"You know? You're rather crazy yourself", he said.
"I'm not the fool who recklessly tried to send a mechanical creation from the supernatural to space now am I?", I retorted.
With that conclusion, we managed to get the scales, which is the final ingredient for the medicine. With this, Rias and Asia can return to normal.
*Home*
We finally returned home after such a chaotic quest. Rias and Asia was made to sit in the centre of a dispell magic-circle, and we had them drink the fluid which had the ingredients we gathered crushed in it.
"Bitter~"
"Ueeeen~"
Both of them drank the fluid while having teary eyes.
"Now, what's left is for me to activate the spell, and return both of them back to normal."
Akeno sent her demonic-powers to the magic circle, and the magic-circle glowed.
As I sit down, Azazel asked me.
"Hey, Vergil"
"Hmmm?"
"What would you do if you could only revert one of them back to normal, due to the medicine and solution for dispelling?"
Hmmm, it would have been a difficult choice had I not discovered the theory. I answered right away.
"Then I'll double it using the Boosted Gear, doubled potency means only half a dose is needed for each"
"Hahahaha! So you answer like that! Good answer! Yeah, that's exactly right. You are capable of doing that. If you are a legendary dragon, then you can save both of them."
Then, I heard a scream.
"Hiiiiiiiiiii! Vergil-senpai! Please save meeeeeeee! I'm going to be killed by Xenovia-senpai~!"
The one who suddenly entered the room was Gasper. It seems like he was being chased around by Xenovia….
"Mu! Don't run! I'm just telling you to drink a nutrient juice with lots of garlic inside!"
Xenovia came chasing after Gasper while holding a cup of creepy coloured juice.
Wait! Gasper is running this way!
"Vergil-senpai save meeeeeee!"

I get pushed back to the magic-circle with the tackle from Gasper and Xenovia!

The magic-circle glowed, and it releases a single flash.
After that, the ones who appear at the centre of the magic-circle are the usual Rias and Asia.
"…..Looks like we were able to revert back to normal."
"Auuu, I'm back to normal."
"So why did this happen?", asked Azazel.
"…..For quite some time, Asia and I were very interested about Vergil when he was a child. And there was a spell which could turn a person into a child temporarily….", said Rias as she and Asia looked at each other shyly.
"You tried it, and the spell rebounded huh. Geez.", said Azazel as he sighed.
"I'm sorry."
"I'm sorry."
They both bowed their heads.
"It's fine, you two are back to normal, and that's what counts", I replied as I snapped back to reality.
"Vergil...We still have our memory from when we were turned into children."
"Yes. Vergil-san treated us very importantly."
"You worked so hard for us. Though the events were rather brutal. It was so much fun."
"I was happy..."
"I just did what needs to be… Hold on… Why are all of you taller than me?", I said as I look at myself.
"So, this time it is your turn huh. Hahahaha, you are tiny!"
"Shut up! How the hell did this happen!?", I asked.
"Just now, when you were pushed into the magic circle, it seems like a weird spell was activated."

I facepalmed as I glared at Xenovia, who is looking to the side while whistling, and Gasper who yelled "Eeeeek!".
"It looks like the spell worked on you properly. You are lucky, Rias, Asia.", said Azazel as I look at everyone else.

"Iyaaaaaaan! Vergil! You are cute like I thought!", said Rias as she hugs me tightly. I'm not a doll!
"Bu-Buchou-san! Please let me hug him as well!", said Asia.
"Ara ara, then please allow me after Asia-chan."
"Then I'm after Akeno.", said Raynare.
"Vergil, I think you are cute as well."
