Okay. Here we are with chapter 33! Percy admitted he was in LOVE! Woah!

"Hey, Perce?" Annabeth called from his bed.

They were in his bed. Annabeth just told him that his mom left with just a goodbye and her memories. She cried for a long time. Percy offered her the blue cookies his mom baked.

"Yeah?" He answered.

She sniffled before answering. Her face and nose were red. Her eyes were swollen. Percy didn't want her to be like this.

"If I ever make a mistake in love, please stop me from messing up my life." She said.

"Okay."

"Promise?"

"Promise."

Percy:

"Surprise!" We yelled as mom and Paul entered the house.

"So this was your plan?" Mom asked Paul.

Mom smiled so wide. She hugged each and everyone, enquiring them about how they were and if they wanted snacks.

"Mom, we got everything covered. Just relax, birthday girl." I said as I hugged her.

"I love this Percy, thank you!" She said and there were unfallen tears in her eyes.

"Don't cry, mommy." Tyson said as the twins hugged her.

"I'm just happy." She said and hugged them back.

"LET'S PARTAYYYYY!' Leo yelled as he flipped off the sofa.

"There's no alcohol, right?" Mom asked, worriedly glancing at Leo.

"Only wine for the adults and punch for the kids." Annabeth confirmed. "Now, go on and have fun with your friends, Sally."

She pushed my mom and dad towards their friends from college and some of the neighbors.

"This is- Where's Luke?" Annabeth asked, looking for him in the tangled bodies.

I shrugged. She took out her phone and tried to call him but he didn't answer.

"Can you help me find him?" Annabeth asked and I nodded.

We struggled through the bodies and looked for him on the makeshift dancefloor/living room. Leo was busy being the DJ.

"LEO, DID YOU SEE LUKE ANYWHERE?" I yelled over the music. Fortunately he heard.

"NO!" He answered and went back to DJing. I found Thalia bobbing her head to the music having a conversation with Nico. Frank and Hazel were awkwardly dancing. Cally, Piper and Jason were dancing.

No sign of Luke.

I walked up the stairs, hoping he might be up somewhere. I knocked on the bathroom and opened it, it was empty. Hmm.

I opened some more doors and suddenly heard a noise from the guest room. I slowly walked over there and opened the door slowly. I peeked in.

There was Luke and-

The fuck is happening?

Annabeth:

Where is he? I look through the people. Surely he's gotta be here somewhere.

"Annabeth!" Someone yelled. I whipped my head in the direction of my name.

Piper waved her hands. The girls were all gathered. That's when I noticed the song. This was our dance song!

I forgot all about Luke and joined my girls on the dancefloor.

"WOO!" Thalia yelled as we danced. The music picked up and we were dancing our heads off. We were all smiles and giggles.

This was what I wanted. My best friends with me.

Suddenly we heard a loud shriek. Everyone stopped. But then the music resumed and they ignored the sound. There was a loud thump.

It was coming from upstairs. We glanced at each other. The guys were no where to be seen, even Leo, that's when I realized that something was truly wrong. Leo is not one to wander away from a party.

I ran upstairs in panic. Is Percy okay?

The girls followed me. The sound was coming from the guest room. I ran to the door and opened it to see Percy held back by Jason and Frank. Leo and Nico were trying to calm them both down.

Luke had a bloody nose and beside him was a girl- a girl half-naked- covering up with a blanket. Luke was without a shirt on and there were lipstick marks on his chest and face.

No.

"Annabeth! Someone get her out of here!" Percy yelled. "Annabeth, please go. You don't have to see this." He pleaded.

No. Abandoned again. For someone else.

No.

I glanced at Luke, who smirked with no hint of remorse or regret. The girl was embarrassed.

This can't be happening.

"Piper, please take Annabeth out of here." Percy said.

The tears started to build up in my eyes. I looked at Percy who had given up fighting and trying to get to me.

I walked over to Luke.

End it with a bang.

I reeled my hand backward and punched him with all the strength I had left.

And then I walked out of there with my tears falling down.

Okay. Woah. What a chapter.
