Match Card
1. Goldust vs Bluedust in a singles match.
2. Bob Holly vs Al Snow w/Head in a Hardcore match for the vacant WWF Hardcore Championship.
3. Big Boss Man vs Mideon in a singles match.
4. Owen Hart and Jeff Jarrett (c) w/Debra vs The Brothers of Destruction (Bladewolf and Kane) in a tag team match for the WWF World Tag Team Championships.
5. Ken Shamrock (c) vs Val Venis w/Ryan Shamrock in a singles match for the WWF Intercontinental Championship with Billy Gunn as special guest referee.
6. Mankind (c) vs The Rock in a Last Man Standing match for the WWF Championship.
7. Stone Cold Steve Austin vs Vince McMahon in a Steel Cage match to determine the #1 contender for the WWF Championship at WrestleMania 15.
WWF St. Valentine's Day Massacre: In Your House was live at the Memphis Pyramid in Memphis, Tennessee. Before the pay-per-view went to air, two matches were contested on Sunday Night Heat. Corporate member Test was disqualified in a match against Ministry of Darkness member Viscera. Tiger Ali Singh's match against Billy Gunn would go to a no contest.
The opening match began with Goldust delivering a spinebuster to Bluedust. Bluedust's attempt to back body drop his opponent to reverse affairs was met with a punch in the face, causing him to flee until Goldust brought him back into the ring and tried to deliver Shattered Dreams but Bluedust escaped the position and kicked a running Goldust to the ground. His attempt at a Meaniesault miscued and when he rose to his feet, Goldust used the Curtain Call to pin him then successfully delivering Shattered Dreams after the pinfall.
The hardcore match between the two J.O.B. Squad members began with Al Snow throwing Bob Holly out of the ring and hitting him with a chair before throwing him into the crowd. By the first tier of fans Holly managed to reverse things, finding a chair to strike Snow with before blinding him with a fire extinguisher and breaking a glass jar over Snow's head. Snow returned with a blast from the fire extinguisher going through to the backstage area where he was thrown into technical boxes. Holly then found floor tiles to break over Snow's head as well as a beer cooler. Snow managed to escape into the car park, using mop handles to break over Holly's back. The two found their way past the car park onto the banks of the Mississippi River. Snow kicked Holly to the floor and choked him before throwing him into the river, Snow being dragged into the river soon after. Snow escaped the river but Holly chased him, tripping him over to wrap Snow in a chain fence, making it virtually impossible to kick out of the pin fall.
The third match began with Big Boss Man gaining an advantage by delivering a low blow to Mideon. He then chased him out the ring with a chair but hit it against the ring post after which Mideon countered by biting Boss Man's fingers. Inside the ring Boss Man dominated Mideon, throwing him round and jumping on him, using the ropes to choke him and jump on him. Although Mideon offered some attempts at fighting back, he ran into a Big Boss Slam and was pinned. As the match ended, the ring was surrounded by the Ministry of Darkness and the lights then went off as The Undertaker made his way to the ring. When the lights came back on Boss Man was being held down in the ring while Viscera delivered three big splashes to him before being carried away by the Ministry
Next up was the tag team match for the WWF World Tag Team Championships.
Backstage, Kevin Kelly stood with the current World Tag Team Champions to interview them.
"Owen Hart, Jeff Jarrett, tonight you defend your World Tag Team Titles against the Bladewolf and Kane, a team that many state are unstoppable. Care to comment?" Kevin asks.
"Sure." Owen says. "I have something to say anyway. Bladewolf, you and me have had great matches last year, but tonight goes differently. You and your brother get a shot at us and the gold, but you won't be walking out this arena with the belts."
Kevin looks at Jarrett. "What about you, Jeff?"
"I've been in that ring with Bladewolf, and I admit facing him and Kane will be the hardest match for us because those two care for destroying any man in their path but I am confident that me and Owen will retain our titles and prove these two monsters aren't invincible." Jarrett said. "Now excuse us, we have a match to get to."
The Champs walk away.
In the arena, Jeff Jarrett's music plays as Howard Finkel begins announcements. "The following tag team contest is scheduled for one-fall and it is for the World Wrestling Federation World Tag Team Championship! Introducing first. Accompanied by Debra, at a combined weight of 461 lbs, they are the WWF World Tag Team Champions...OWEN HART AND JEFF JARRETT!"
"This is going to be one heck of a match for the Champs, don't you think King? King?" Cole looks at his partner to see him eyeing Debra.
He snapped out of his daydream. "Sorry what? What did you say, Michael? I was captivated by Debra. Woo! She's hot!"
Cole rolled his eyes. "That much is obvious."
OOOOOOWHOOOOOO!
Jim Johnston's Dark Side plays as Fire goes off on the stage and the lights change to dark red and dark blue as the Bladewolf and Kane walk out, getting a loud pop from the fans.
"And their opponents, at a combined weight of 636 lbs, the Bladewolf and Kane...THE BROTHERS OF DESTRUCTION!"
"These two brothers earned this shot on HEAT." Cole reminds the folks at home who didn't watch Sunday Night HEAT.
The two brothers walk down towards the ring, both climbing onto the ring apron then go over the top rope. Bladewolf stares down Hart and Jarrett while Kane raises his arms then throws them down, causing fire to shoot up from the turnbuckles in an explosion. Bladewolf removes his trench coat without taking his eyes off the Champs.
"Bladewolf is not taking his eyes off the Tag Team Champions." Cole said. "No doubt he's watched previous tag team matches featuring Hart and Jarrett, watched them use Debra to their advantage to win a match."
"Can you blame them? Debra is...woah baby." Lawler shakes his head.
Cole shakes his head. "I don't think Debra's womanly charms will have an effect on these two monsters of destruction."
Bladewolf's theme dies down as Bladewolf and Kane stare down the Champs who stood outside the ring before eventually they entered and hand their titles to the referee who holds them up before giving them to someone at ringside. The referee then called for the bell.
'Ding! Ding! Ding!'
Kane starts the match off with Jeff Jarrett while their partners get out onto the ring apron and watch. Jarrett throws some punches at the Big Red Monster that don't faze him before Kane retaliates with an uppercut that floors Jarrett. Kane grabs Jarrett and Irish whips him off the ropes and nails him with a big boot. Kane delivers a few stomps on the Tag Team Champion, then misses a running elbow drop as Jarrett rolls out the way but Kane quickly shakes it off.
"Kane in control here, but Jarrett may need to use anything he can to take control." Cole stated. Jarrett attacks the masked man's leg, delivering kicks to it, trying to take out Kane's legs which would take out the power. "Jarrett trying to take out the legs it seems."
"Good strategy there." Jerry nods. "Take out the legs means taking out the power."
Jarrett stops attacking the legs to run, rebounds off the ropes and try to clothesline Kane but it barely fazed the Big Red Machine who stood still like a hard brick wall. Jarrett repeats this two more times and his eyes go wide as Kane barely moves.
"Kane is like Superman!" Jerry said. "You can't move him without Kryptonite!"
Jarrett goes for a fourth but Kane picks him up and hits a sideslam, hooking the leg but Jarrett kicks out at two. Kane grabs Jarrett and drags him over to his corner where he tags in Bladewolf to a pop from the fans.
"Oh here we go." Cole said. "You hear that cheer?"
"I did." Jerry nods.
Bladewolf enters the ring and boots Jarrett in the stomach when Kane held him there. Kane gets onto the ring apron as Bladewolf stomps away on Jarrett a few time sbefore picking him up and hits a suplex before tagging Kane back in and holds Jarrett down, allowing Kane to rebound off the ropes and hit a running elbow drop on Jarrett's chest.
"Kane and Bladewolf working well here." Cole stated as Bladewolf gets back onto the ring apron.
"Of course they are, they are brothers after all!" Jerry said.
Kane locks in a headlock on Jarrett, but Jarrett fights his way to his feet and relentlessly elbows Kane in the stomach until the Big Red Monster lets go of him, allowing Jarrett to rebound off the ropes and run for another clothesline but Kane caught him by the throat!
"Kane looking for a Chokeslam here?!" Cole said before Jarrett boots Kane in the gut time and time again. "No, Jarrett fighting back."
Jarrett right hooks Kane before booting him in the gut and hits a DDT on the 7ft monster. Jarrett makes the tag to his partner who come sin and both stomp away on Kane a few times before Jarrett gets onto the apron. Hart picks Kane up and gets him into the corner where Hart unloads on Kane with lefts and rights until Kane suddenly grabs Hart with both hands and tosses Hart into the corner, unloading with lefts and rights then uppercuts Hart, causing him to stumble near Bladewolf.
Kane pushes Hart into the corner before tagging in his brother. Kane holds Hart's arms up, allowing Bladewolf to nail a hard right hook into Hart's ribs. Bladewolf pulls Hart close and hits a Belly-to-Belly suplex.
"Kane and Bladewolf are dominant so far in this match." Cole said when Debra got onto the ring apron and seductively begins unbuttoning her blouse. "uh oh."
"Debra, not to him!" Jerry shouts.
Bladewolf stares at Debra before he dismissively turns away from her, making the crowd laugh and Debra go red with anger that her charms didn't work, she knew she was smoking hot and it didn't effect Bladewolf?!
"How dare he?!" Jerry too was angry.
"He has a match to focus on, King." Cole said with amusement. "Why don't you go in there and tell him off?"
Jerry's mind flashed back to the beating he got from Bladewolf last year. "No thank you."
Hart stumbles to his feet and turns around into a hard right from Bladewolf who gets Hart into the corner and unloads with lefts and rights into Hart's midsection before hitting an uppercut, then pulls Hart close and nails a DDT. Bladewolf hooks the leg but Jarrett comes in and breaks it up at two before quickly sliding out the ring.
"Jarrett breaking the count there." Coke stated. "Bladewolf not too happy about that."
Bladewolf drags Hart over to the corner and tags in Kane. Bladewolf holds Hart down, allowing Kane to nail an elbow drop on Hart's chest. Bladewolf gets out onto the apron as Kane stomps away on Hart a few times before picking him up and tosses him off the ropes and into a big boot. Kane tags Bladewolf back in and Bladewolf comes over to Hart while Kane gets onto the apron.
Hart suddenly nails a right hook into Bladewolf's gut that barely fazed Bladewolf except for a small grunt. Hart unloads with right hooks into Bladewolf's gut before he kicks him hard in the stomach, hooks his head and nails a DDT on the Demon Wolf.
"DDT on the Demon Wolf there!" Cole said.
Hart hooks the leg! ONE! TWO-! Bladewolf kicks out with power and authority. Hart quickly tags in Jarrett and both hit elbow drops on Bladewolf and stomp away on him before Hart gets out onto the ring apron. Jarrett continues stomping away on Bladewolf before he nails a knee to the chest of Bladewolf and goes for the cover but Bladewolf kicks out at two once more.
Jarrett gets to his feet and picks Bladewolf up, getting him in the corner. Jarrett runs for a turnbuckle clothesline...BUT IS MET WITH A SPEAR!
"Spear! Right out of nowhere!" Cole exclaims.
Bladewolf gets to his feet and flips his hair back before he grabs Jarrett by the throat, lifts him straight into the air...AND PLANTS HIM WITH A CHOKESLAM! Bladewolf stands tall before doing the cutthroat taunt when Debra gets onto the ring apron again and fully takes off her blouse to reveal her black bra and teases taking that off, it had the effect of causing Bladewolf to pause, and the referee to try and get her down, allowing Hart to come in...AND NAIL THE LOW BLOW!
"Good God!" Cole exclaims. "The distraction by Debra paid off!"
"Haha! And you say Bladewolf isn't effected by it." Jerry chuckles.
Jarrett gets his arm over Bladewolf's chest for the cover! ONE! TWO! THR-! BLADEWOLF KICKS OUT! Jarrett flips out and slaps the mat in frustration before getting to his feet and yells down at Bladewolf, calling him names...WHEN BLADEWOLF'S RIGHT HAND GRABS HIM BY THE THROAT!
"Uh Oh!" Cole shouts. "Jarrett caught!"
Bladewolf gets to his feet, about to Chokeslam Jarrett when Hart comes in from behind and clobbers him but it barely fazes Bladewolf who releases Jarrett and turns around. Kane comes in and attacks Hart from behind, stomping away on him.
"This got out of control!" Jerry said.
Jarrett grabs his guitar, slides into the ring and raises it to smack Bladewolf but he whirls around and nails Jarrett with an uppercut.
"That's not working today!" Cole chuckles.
Bladewolf grabs Jarrett by the throat while Kane grabs Hart by the throat. The two brothers nod at each other before lifting them up...AND NAIL DOUBLE CHOKESLAMS!
"Double Chokeslam!" Cole exclaims.
"Oh my!" Jerry added.
Bladewolf does the cutthroat taunt before grabbing Jarrett while Kane grabs Hart, they hoist them onto their shoulders, hold them upside down in front of them...AND HIT DOUBLE TOMBSTONE PILEDRIVERS BLADEWOLF GOES FOR THE COVER! ONE! TWO! THREE! WE HAVE NEW TAG TEAM CHAMPIONS!
'Ding! Ding! Ding!'
Dark Side plays as the two brothers get to their feet. "Here are your winners and the NEW! WWF Tag Team Champions...KANE AND THE BLADEWOLF!" Howard Finkel announces.
The referee hands the two brothers the World Tag Team Championships and they stare at them.
"They did it. Kane and the Bladewolf are now Tag Team Champions." Cole said before shaking his head. "May God have mercy on the souls of every duo who challenges them for those titles."
Bladewolf goes to a knee and does the Undertaker salute with his Tag Team Title in hand while Kane raises his arms and throws them down, four Lightning bolts hit the turnbuckles and fire shoots up from them in response. Bladewolf stands up and the brothers place the title over their shoulders before leaving the ring and head to the back as Debra tends to Jarrett and Hart.
"I thought the Champs had it won, but that was clearly not the case." Jerry said.
"They underestimated Bladewolf and Kane, thinking Debra's charm would work." Cole said. "But the fact of the matter is...The Brothers of Destruction are now the World Tag Team Champions."
And that's it for this chapter. The Brothers of Destruction are the Tag Team Champs.
