Chapter 34th
Once Doctor Confalone had left his room. She had ran into Doctor Cyril Taft the one person she wishes to speak to in regard to Special Agent Gibbs. Doctor Taft had another chart with him from another patient having had open heart surgery a few days ago.
Listing his head up to see his own therapist as well. She walked over to him with a half baked expression on her face. "What's wrong? Did Special Agent Gibbs give you a hard time with the session? I was given the heads up by my secretary." Taft needed to say.
"Yeah, he did Cyril. And I need to discuss with you about his physical condition." she replied with Taft moving away from the nurses station so not to have others listening to their conversation.
"Gibbs is getting there with his own health with the physical therapy. As for when he's going to be released from the hospital I have no idea at the moment. I believe you're trying to tell me that it had to do something with his mental state?" Doctor Taft had to take a guess at what was on her mind in the first place.
"Differently Cyril. He needs the additional time to relax before he's able to go back to work. Even though he had been cleared by Director Vance and SECNAV. However Gibbs hasn't been exactly able to recover from this past year except for when he and Marcie were married by justice of the peace. Even though he did mention that he was going to ask Marcie to plan for a much bigger wedding down by the lake behind the main offices of the Naval Yards."
"Sounds like a great idea. But they are going to be needing a lot of help since she and her husband won't be able to do everything themselves. Jethro needs to slow down once he's out of the hospital between all of the injuries and his left heart valve having been replaced. His energy levels will basically be the same for when he came back to work when Luke Harris had shot him. A lot of his agents and friends had said that he looked just awful and I agreed when I told him this at the diner. He was being stubborn as always Grace?"
"Of course he was Cyril! However now is a different story when his mind and body is telling him a different story. He's not able to cope with his anger building in his gut." she commented.
"If he doesn't stop this anger. He's going to be hurting himself further along with Vance to change his mind about going back to work or even at the Acamdey and gun range as a teacher." She had to say with her emotions getting in the way.
