They arrive back at the burned village in the Land of Dragons and walk through town.

"I wonder how everybody's doin'?" Asked Goofy

"Look!" Exclaimed Donald as they see someone in a black cloak at the edge of the town. He runs as Andi follows not far behind him.

"Wait!" Yells Sora as he runs after them.

"Sora!"

"Mulan, hey. No time to talk. We gotta catch that guy!" Explained Sora looking back at Mulan.

"I'm following him, too!" Replied Mulan.

"Then let's go!" Said Donald

They run to the Ridge and look around. Mulan taps Sora's shoulder and points. The cloaked man runs farther up the mountain with Andi not so far behind. They follow them to the Summit.

"Looks like he got away." Said Mulan

"But then where's Andi?" Asked Sora looking for some signs of her.

"She must have been able to stay with him" replied Mulan.

"How come you're after somebody from Organization XIII?" Asked Goofy

"What is that?" Asked Mulan

"The guy in black." Explained Sora turning towards her.

"One of the bad guys!" Replied Donald

"I knew it! There's a rumor in the Imperial City about a spy in black, lurking in the mountains. I'd been up here tracking him, but when you arrived, I lost him." Explained Mulan.

"Sorry!" Apologized Goofy

"Don't apologize. But I do wonder where he went." Replied Mulan.

"Yeah" Agreed Sora

"Look out!" Yelled Andi as the others see her running from a multitude of Rapid Thruster Heartless appear over the edge of the summit.

"Again?" Asked Donald

"Okay, first things first!" Said Sora as he starts to run, but stops. Donald, Goofy, and Mulan continue ahead. Sora turns around and sees the cloaked figure standing in the snow. Sora points his Keyblade at him.

"Hey! You! Quit sneaking around!" Yelled Sora

The figure points past him. Sora turns around and knocks away a Heartless floating near him. The man takes out a wing-like sword. After fighting him,

they stand apart. The man holds up a hand to Sora, then runs back down the mountain. Sora chases him.

"That guy... No... Why...would he? Riku?" Said Sora to himself as he continues to run, but sees no one. Donald and Goofy find him.

"Are you okay, Sora?" Asked Donald

"Did ya get 'im?" Asked Goofy

"Hmm...Oh-he's gone." Replied Sora realizing what they were talking about.

"What!? You lost him?" Exclaimed Donald.

"Hey you guys!" Yells Andi as she runs up to them.

"Where were you?" Asked Donald looking unhappy.

"I tried catching that hooded guy. Once I couldn't catch him I seen the heartless." said Andi crossing her arms.

"Nice goin'" said Donald

"Hey! At least I was able to stay on him for a little while. Where were you? Oh! That's right not there" said Andi crossing her arms at Donald. Donald crosses his arms angrily and taps his foot.

"Anyway...What now?" Asked Sora

" I think that we better get rid of all the Heartless first" suggested Goofy.

Donald uncrosses his arms and nods and there is a rumble in the mountain.

"What was that? Come on, we better get off the mountain." Said Mulan

"Okay." Agreed Sora

Before leaving, Sora takes one more look at the Summit, then turns around and walks to the Ridge. The mountain shakes again and a gigantic Storm Rider Heartless bursts out of the snow and into the air. It roars and flies away from the mountain.

"It's heading for the city! We've got to warn Shang!" Exclaimed Mulan As they run down the mountain.

In the city, Captain Li Shang is knocked to the floor by the figure in black. His winged sword vanishes from his hand and he walks toward the Emperor.

They run through the Mountain Trail, past the Checkpoint, and into Imperial Square.

"Huh? Everything's fine." Said Sora

"Well, now...Look who decided to show up." Said Yao

"What? Is that a problem?" Asked Donald

"Nah!" Replied Ling

"We're just glad you're not in black cloaks." Said Chin-poe

"You saw him?" Asked Mulan

"Yeah-he's in the palace." Replied Yao

Mulan runs to the palace, as Sora, Andi, Donald, and Goofy follow. They are stopped by several Heartless, but they are soon defeated.

"To the palace! Hurry!" Said Mulan

They run to the Palace Gate, which is locked. Sora, Donald, and Goofy bang on the doors.

"Open up!" Yells Sora pulling on the door handles, placing a foot on the door to pull it open. Mulan looks to the pillar next to her.

"Open up!" Shouts Sora again now banging on the door.

"Over here!" Yells Mulan as she runs to the pillar.

"Huh?" Asked Goofy confused.

Donald and Sora follow Andi and Goofy to the pillar. Goofy jumps onto it and starts climbing. Donald jumps on and slides a few inches, then creeps up behind Goofy. Andi starts to climb up following Donald and then Sora tags along behind. Mulan climbs last. Sora looks down to see she's climbing alright and continues. Mulan trips and falls back down the pillar. Sora reaches to catch her, but she finds a hold and starts climbing again. They reach the Antechamber and drop down to the floor. Donald lands on his stomach, but then gets up. They see a cloaked figure at the end of the hall before two doors.

"Wait!" Yells Mulan

The person flinches at the sound and turns to face them. Sora walks slowly toward him

"...Riku?" Asked Sora

Goofy and Donald look at each other in confusion. The man takes off his hood, showing his scar, eyepatch, and long striped hair in a ponytail.

"No. Never heard of him." Replied Xigbar

Sniper Nobodies appear around the group and Sora is distracted. When he looks back to the doors, he sees no one. Xigbar runs from behind him to the Palace Gate in secret. After successfully defeating the Nobodies...

"Guess it wasn't Riku." Said Goofy

"Sorry, Sora. I can't stay. I'm worried about Shang." Said Mulan

"Oh! Right!" Replied Sora

They enter the Throne Room and see the Emperor sitting upon his throne, Shang standing nearby.

"Your Excellency! Shang! Something terrible has happened! We saw a huge monster fly out of the mountains and toward the city!" Explained Mulan

"Ahh. So it is as the young man said. Isn't that right, Captain?" Asked the Emperor

"Y-yes, Your Excellency." Replied Shang

"You see, a young stranger visited us not long ago. The Captain fought the visitor, but was quickly defeated." Explained the Emperor.

"To my dishonor" said Shang

"It seems that young man was the one in black that I have heard whispers about." Continued the Emperor

"Did he mention the name Riku?" Asked Sora

"He didn't offer his name. He was rather rude."

"Rude? Then it WAS Riku!" Exclaimed Sora happily.

"Riku's in the Organization?" Asked Donald to Goofy

"Gawrsh..." said Goofy

"But why would he come here?" Asked Mulan

A huge rumble shakes the palace. As everyone tries to keep their balance.

"I'll check outside." Said Mulan when they turn to leave.

"Mulan!" Yells Shang

"Shang-guard the Emperor! I'll be fine-with them!"

"Th-that's right!" Said Sora

"Indeed. That is true: We need not worry while you protect us." Said the Emperor

"Hurry!" Yelled Donald

They return to the Antechamber. Mulan opens the gate and the Storm Rider flies up to it, frightening her. She backs away from it. Sora places a hand on her shoulder as it flies away from the gate. They run outside, where it's gliding in the sky above the Square. It gathers strength and swoops down over them. They dodge to the ground.

"Whoa!" Said Goofy.

Sora gets up and races toward it, grabbing onto its tail. Mulan, Andi, Donald, and Goofy do the same. The Heartless flies high into the air. After a long battle, the Storm Rider Heartless starts to fall to the ground directly over Mulan.

"Mulan!" Yells Shang when he runs to Mulan, just as the Heartless comes down. A giant heart flies out of the creature and disappears into the sky. The Heartless vanishes, leaving Shang holding Mulan.

"Way to go!" Yells Sora celebrating.

Shang helps Mulan up and they smile at each other. They look over at Sora, Andi, Donald, and Goofy, then back at each other. Realizing they're still holding hands, they look away embarrassed. Fireworks blaze above the palace. They return to the Throne Room.

"Once again, you have served China well. It would please me to reward you."

Donald shakes his hands together gleefully.

"What is it that you wish?"' Asks the Emperor

Goofy's stomach rumbles.

"Well... You say a guy in black came to see you. What did he say?" Asked Sora

"That is all you request?" Questioned the Emperor

Donald and Goofy try to say something but Sora already answered; "Yes."

Donald and Goofy hang their heads.

"Dragons have crossed our land and left a great web of paths. These dragons wield much power, and they are the source of many gifts to both man and nature. But it would seem someone of evil intent disturbed one of our dragons, and transformed it into what you call a Heartless. It is my belief that this young man came to warn me of that danger. Then, I could alert and prepare my troops." Answered the Emperor

"Did you?" Asked Sora

The Emperor chuckled, "I was about to, but he told me the situation had changed."

"He said four "wise guys" had arrived, and they would take care of things." Continued Shang

"That's gotta be Riku!" Said Sora

"But what's he doin' hangin' out with Organization XIII?" Asked Goofy worried

"No idea. But at least I finally know he's okay. That's good enough." Replies Sora

"Yeah, that's good!" Said Donald

"Now then, Fa Mulan. Do you have a request?" Asks he Emperor

"I'd like Shang...I-I mean...well...The Captain..." stuttered Mulan trying to bring up her request.

"Yes, yes, my dear. What is it?"

"Could the Captain have a vacation, please?" Blurted Mulan

Shang is surprised.

The Emperor chuckled; "I hardly expected such humble requests. In this case, I'm afraid I must refuse. Captain Li's responsibility is to protect the Emperor. And yet, Mulan...Would you like to serve alongside him and protect me?" Requested the Emperor

"Huh?" Said Shang

"What?" Asked Mulan in disbelief.

"Two reeds together are stronger than one. But the choice is yours alone."

"Thank you, Your Excellency!" Said Mulan

Shang walks up to her and smiles. Sora seems to be just a little teary-eyed. He wipes his eyes, as Donald, Andi and Goofy walk over to him. He stops them and looks to Mulan and Shang. Shang places an arm around Mulan's shoulder, and they look into each other's eyes and nod. Donald and Goofy walk into the Gummi ship as Andi about walks in she turns to look at Sora who looks a little upset.

"He's going to be ok" said Andi

Sora turns to look at her. "He's made it this far right? About the Organization Xlll...I'm sure there is more of a reason to it. Maybe he's spying?" suggested Andi trying to make things better.

"Thanks" replied Sora

Andi gave a small smile and they both headed out of Land of Dragons...

Author's Notes: Sorry guys that I've been MIA. It has been crazy and this chapter have me the biggest writer's block hopefully the other chapters will go a lot faster and easier. Land of Dragons is not an easy world to mix your own twist while trying to stick with most of the main story of Kingdom Hearts. I hoped you enjoyed this chapter and I'll post another one as soon as I can.
