Hi everyone! I'm back with new chapters!

"The mist is back." Susan announced overlooking the island. She had seen it coming from the trees, the others noticed it as well. Lucy shivered at the sight, warding off the tension spiking through her body.

The ship suddenly slowed its pace once they reached the inner parts of the Island. Edmund quickly pulled out his torch and shakenly switched it on searching to find anything lifelike. He would hope to find nothing of the sort.

"Wait." Lucy touched his arm when the light fell upon a huge boulder and reflected off of a shiny surface.

"Is that…?" Susan started.

"Lord Rhoop." Caspian answered her question, right away recognising the sigil on the shield next to his skeleton.

"Oh he must be dead for years then." Peter announced, though he knew everyone had already understood it.

"Poor Lord," Lucy whispered.

"There's the sword!" Ed extended his arm, pointing it out in the Lord's hands. The mist starts rapidly surrounding them, rushing past them as the wind would.

"Men, prepare your weapons! We do not know what we will face." Caspian shouted.

"Do not think" Drinian warned. "Do not let it know your fears, or it will become them. This Island has many tales situated to it."

"Oh no." Edmund murmured immediately, his eyes closed.

"Edmund, what did you think of?" Lucy asked him frightenedly.

"I'm sorry," he said while rushing to the side of the ship scanning for any sign of horror.

"Edmund…" Peter started.

"Peter, you should know this better than anyone." Edmund stated and couldn't stop. "I have an impulse to not do as I am told. You can't tell me to do things and expect me not to do the opposite! In fact, you've asked me 'when are you going to learn to do as you're told?' And the answer is still unclear, but probably not going to happen any time soon."

"What are you even looking for?" Susan asked.

Her question was answered when a sea serpent launched itself out of the water firing itself down at the ship. "That." Edmund replied stunned by how terrifying it was.

"Fire the arrows!" Caspian shouted to his men. "Keep the crossbows at the ready!"

As the crew members sent arrows after arrows into the serpent, Caspian ran over to the wheel attempting to steer the ship away from the creature. Susan looks to help him as Peter and Lucy run towards the archers. Edmund stood there unable to think of a plan. He knew he caused it, so he would have to fix it. "A distraction." He thought to himself as he grabbed his torch and started through the heavy rain towards the head of the ship.

"We'll ramp the serpent, smash her into the rocks!" Caspian shouted once he sensed Ed's plans.

"Steer her to port. We'll keep it on the prow!" He shouted as he hastily ran to the look out.

Edmund climbed onto the slippery head of the ship and stood out of the dragon's head, steadying himself. He realized that after all this time, he really still needed to give Peter's sword back...probably after the sea serpent. He switched on his torchlight and attempted to blind the creature. Once he got its attention he shouted at the serpent, "I'm here! Come and get me!"

The serpent shrieked as it charged forward and attacked the lookout, "Ed!" Lucy screamed attempting to run towards him but slipped in the process. But before she could get up, Susan took her bow and shot the creature hitting right at the eye of the serpent.

The serpent withered in pain crashing into the waves. The serpent immediately rose once again and threw itself at the main deck ripping off a piece of the ship with its razor sharp teeth. Caspian was knocked into the stairs of his ship, a jolt of pain raged in the back of his head. He stumbled, failing to stand up, unaware that the sea serpent was surrounding him, about to take the final blow and kill him.

"Caspian!" Susan screamed as the sea serpent charged at him with full speed, its knives for teeth reaching for Caspian's flesh.

Caspian braced himself, but the attack never came. Reep had jumped in the way, slicing the jaw of the sea serpent.

"Reep, no!" Lucy screamed over the sound of the pouring rain and crashing waves,

"Leave, Your Majesties!" He screamed back as he continued to stab the serpent with his rapier.

"Reepicheep, come back!" Susan shouted.

"Go!" Reepicheep yelled as the serpent tried to ramp him against the huge boulder. "Leave! It's okay, my Kings and Queens." He dodged the tail of the serpent as he stood on top of the boulder. He pointed to the sword and said, "I'm doing my job, The job Alsan gave me!"

The serpent tried to shake off the mouse but Reep had too firm of a grip. He cut off one of the serpent's tentacles when he knew...he knew how to defeat the serpent and to save the others.

"Take the sword and leave, Your Majesties!" Reep shouted.

"I'll go." Edmund volunteered.

"Ed-" Caspian started.

"I'm the faster swimmer," Susan offered.

"It is my fault that we are here right now and there is no time to argue!"

Edmund stood on the rim of the ship, holding on to the hanging ropes. It was his fault, his nightmare, he needed to do this. "Be safe." Peter clapped his shoulders, steadying him.

Edmund looked into the deep eyes of his brother, even in the dark they gleamed a bold blue. "I will, I promise."

Edmund dove into the fast rapid waters. Coughing up seawater, he scanned his surroundings. Spotting the sword, he swam as fast as he could towards the boulder it laid upon.

Reepicheep climbed once again onto the face of the serpent. Staring at the face of death he dove into the mouth of the serpent and drove his rapier straight through the throat of the creature. The leader of the Talking Mice of Narnia took his last breath as the serpent dissolved into the water.

"No!" Lucy screamed, tears streaming down her face.

Edmund reached the boulder and stared in horror at the broken body floating on the top layer of seawater. "No." He fell down to his knees and hoisted the mouse from the water. "Oh, Reep." He attempted to control his tears as he carried Reep and the sword back to the ship.

"Reep." Caspian mumbled as Edmund set him down on the top deck.

"We need to…" Susan started.

"We need to send him off." Caspian ordered. "Properly. Find something to set him on. A coracle, preferably."

The crew was dumbstruck but obeyed their king and found a coracle below deck. They decorated it with the flowers that they could find and brought it to the younger queen, who was brushing the sea weeds off of their dear little friend.

"Your Majesty." They handed it to Caspian and guilt washed over his eyes.

"Ed." Susan put a hand on his shoulder as she noticed his tight grip on the sword.

"He finally tasted the water growing sweet." He informed everyone but none of them could hear him over their sorrow.

"Where the sky and water meet,

Where the waves grow sweet,

Doubt not, Reepicheep,

To find all you seek,

There is the utter East." Lucy sang to him. "Where is East?" She asked Drinian.

"We will send him off there, Your Majesty." He replied and she nodded.

The final and the seventh sword was onboard the Dawn Treader, but at what cost?

On a nearby island, Camus started towards the camp of soldiers. "Who goes there?" The head of the army asked, his menacing eyes glaring at Camus.

"Relax Sopesian." He smirked.

"How do you-" The head started.

"I have heard a great deal about you and would like to propose an offer."

"What could you possibly offer me?" Sopesian snarled.

"Revenge." He smiled.
