The man in a mask had stepped outside into the cold began dealing with the shipwrights guarding the bedroom.

One floor down, some shipwrights were discussing the current situation.

"Damn, whether they run off to?"

"I don't know. All that I know is that we are looking for four people and one animal."

"Think we should go guard the bedroom?"

"Nah, I'm sure the foreman can handle it."

"There's no such thing as too much security; let's go back them up."

They heard something fall down the steps and saw a single rifle hit the floor. Realising there was trouble upstairs, they slowly and carefully made their way up the stairs.

One of the shipwrights then bravely raised his head from above the steps and saw that every single shit right had been knocked to the ground."

"W-what the hell is going on?" he screamed. "We need help over here on the third floor! Somebody come to the bedroom real quick; the guards have been wiped out. I need backup!"

Tilestone had reached the bottom of the steps. "What you mean wiped out?"

"Tilestone?"

"Silvernose and Lael should be there," said Tilestone.

"Well, come see."

"What?"

Tilestone reached the top of the steps; he discovered that Silvernose and Lael had been taken out and covered in blood, to his horror. The man in the bear master simply is that at the middle chair as if waiting for someone to challenge him.

"What? No way!" Tilestone stared.

The masked man then pulled out a transponder snail. "Still no word. I'm getting tired of dealing with all these idiots."

"How dare you!" Tilestone roared as he lifted his hammer. "I'll kill you bastard!"

"Your noisy one, aren't you?" said the masked man rising to his feet.

"If you played a single finger on Mr Iceberg out, tear you limb from limb!" Tilestone roared as he charged at him."

"I'd like to see you try," he said as he clenched his fist. "Iron Body!"

Tilestone then swung his hammer, and the masked man merely raised his fist to intercept the attack. Then to everyone's shock, he completely dent the hammer without budging an inch, causing the handle to snap.

"The cross that giant hammer," said one of the shipwrights.

"That's not good."

"You!" Tilestone roared. The masked man then grabbed his arm. "Get your hands off me!"

"Hmm, are those muscles just for show?" he asked as he raised his fist.

Tilestone tried to break free, but his grip was like an iron vice. 'I can't move my arm. How is this guy stronger than me?'

The master man then punched him hard in the face, so hard in fact that he slammed him into the wall calling the floorboards to break. The shipwrights just stood there in horror, not surprising considering they had just witnessed this guy take out one of their strongest fighters in the blink of an eye.

"He's taken out three foremen, all on his own?"

They then ran away as the masked man turned to face them.

"We'll get reinforcements from downstairs."

"Shave!" said the masked man.

He then disappeared and appeared before the two shipwrights and knocked them out instantly.

Outside Astrid and the others had to deal with the shipwrights that were guarding the front door.

"Then they are!"

"It's Astrid and Toothless!"

"They finally showed up, don't let them get away!"

"Those twins are one of them too!"

"After them!

The shipwrights immediately fired their guns, and the five of them were running as quickly as they could.

"Another fine mess you two have gotten us into!" Astrid snapped at the twins.

"Hey, it's not like we expected this many shipwrights to be outside," said Ruffnut.

"We're outside the front door. How many shipwrights were you expecting to guard it?" Toothless staring at them in bewilderment.

"So what do we do now?" Tuffnut asked.

"Well, they've already found us, so there's no point in trying to be sneaky," said Astrid.

"Agreed, the only thing to do now is to go on the offensive," Toothless nodded.

Astrid and Toothless then quickly spun around and pulled out their weapons.

"What are you two doing?" Chopper asked.

"We can't just keep on running around in circles; it'll get us nowhere," said Astrid. "The only way to find Heather is to force our way through."

"But those are just shipwrights; they're not the bad guys," Chopper reminded them.

"Don't worry what, only knock them out," said Toothless as he placed Light Fury into his mouth.

Astrid and Toothless then quickly charge the shipwrights used the flat of their blades to knock the shipwright out cold.

"You guys wanted a fight; you got one," said Astrid.

Meanwhile, Heather was still looking down at Iceberg.

"Well, what a surprise; after all this time, I never thought we would be meeting here, Heather Owson," said Iceberg clutching his shoulder.

"Am I supposed to know you?" Heather asked.

"No, last night was the first time we met, but for a long time, I've wanted to see you. I even put your wanted poster up in my room so I would never forget."

"Shall I give you an autograph then?"

Iceberg chuckled as his hand reached into his pocket. "If you sign it… in blood."

He immediately pulled out a pistol and aimed it directly at Heather's head, but she was more than ready. She quickly created an extra pair of arms and held a pistol in each one, pointing directly at him.

"You wanted to kill me?" said Heather.

"That's right before you destroy the world. Tell me, why are you looking for the Runeglyphs? You must know the risk; for as long as anyone can remember, the World Government has made it a serious crime to research them. Why is that knowledge so important?"

"If they're so bad, why do you know about them?" Heather asked.

"Knowing that the Runeglyphs exists is hardly a crime, but deciphering them is another matter. And you are the only person in the world who's capable of that. That's why the World Government such a large bounty on your head, even though you were only eight years old at the time. They fear what you are capable of because you alone have the power to revive the ancient weapons."

"So you already know."

"Yes, but I never would have thought that CP-9 was actually real, and if that's the case, that means you've already left the Dragon Riders, and you're helping the World Government now. A strange choice for a woman who's been on their most wanted list for 10 years, but I suppose that's not my concern. If you deciphered the Runeglyphs and rebuilt one of the weapons, it doesn't matter if the person uses it is good or evil; it's all the same in the end. A weapon can never be used to bring peace to this world; all it can bring is destruction. We have buried the evils of the past, now let them lie."

"You may be right, and I don't disagree, but you don't know why I am doing this," said Heather. "You have no right to tell me what I am allowed to do or not do with my research or what knowledge I can and cannot learn."

"I see what you mean, but the truth is we might have more in common than you think," Iceberg smiled. "Perhaps you didn't know, but I possess the blueprints for the ancient weapon known as Odin."

Heather's eyes widened in shock. "So they still exist?"

"Odin is the name of a battleship built on this island many years in the past. The shipwrights who created the weapon passed on the blueprints as a sort of insurance policy; they fear that another battleship of equal power would be necessary if Odin ever fell into the wrong hands. Thankfully the ship is lost to history before that could happen, and now the Government wants to revive that power when there's no poor strong enough to oppose it. A part of me hopes that you didn't know that when you agreed to help them out, but that really doesn't matter now.

A man named Tom entrusted those blueprints to me, and he also told me about a young girl who was the sole survivor of the Oaker incident 10 years ago. He said despite her age, she was still dangerous because she had the same ideologies as the devils of Oaker and in honour of Tom. And the others shipwrights, it is my responsibility to stop you. Of course, now that the Government knows the blueprints exist, the logical solution would be to burn them and have done with this mess, but I can't do that because so long as you're alive, there's a chance the weapon can be rebuilt."

He was about to pull the trigger on his pistol, but a hand grew on his palm and grabbed the trigger before he had a chance. Then suddenly, several arms sprouted around his body and then pinned him down to the floor. When he looked up, he saw that Heather was now kneeling above him, pointing her pistol directly at his head.

"Is that all you want to say before you die?" said Heather. "Oh, and with all due respect, even if you had killed me, nothing would have changed. The Government doesn't need me to steal the blueprints from you; I'm sure they will be accomplished that anyway."

"Let's not get ahead of ourselves here," Iceberg smiled. "You're the ones who have fallen from my trip."

Hiccup, meanwhile, was flying around the Galley Law building in his dragon form, trying to figure out where Iceberg was located, but it was difficult to tell. Every single curtain in all the windows had been drawn, and lights were on in the majority of them.

"I can't keep flying around forever," he said, looking at each and every window. "I'm going to have to make a decision soon. Heather and that masked guy are probably already inside. I guess I get out the hope that I'm lucky."

Hiccup then flew down towards one of the windows as quickly as he could.

At the same time, Palmer was on his knees, blood trickling from several wounds across his body. The two mask men had defeated him easily without a scratch on them; they were clearly very well trained.

"I'm afraid you're no match for our martial arts," said the man in the bull mask. "Now stop resisting and hand us the document before you soil it with your blood."

Palmer wanted to fight more, but his body didn't comply. 'Dammit! I really thought I could beat him.'

He then collapsed headfirst onto the floor, dropping the blueprints. The man in the bull mask then bent down and picked them up.

"I should have known better; this was all my idea," said Palmer. "Iceberg and didn't tell me to fight; he told me to get the hell out of here. To run and leave the blueprints behind. You know why? Because those are nothing but fakes."

The two masked men then immediately turned on him.

"What?" they said.

"He can't be serious," said the man in the skull mask.

"What a waste of time."

"I don't know who you are, but this means your plan is a bust, huh?" Palmer smiled. "Too bad. Sucks to be you. The funny thing is I don't even know what you bastards were looking for in the first place."

"If you think you've outwitted CP-9, you're wrong," said the man in the bull mask. "You're merely delaying the inevitable. At any rate, even though you are only a decoy, now that you know the truth, we can't let you live."

He then began making his way towards Palmer to deal the final blow, but then Hiccup smashed right through the window at an incredible speed and landed on the floor in his hybrid form.

"Dragon?" Palmer stared.

"You're one of the foremen," said Hiccup looking at him. "You don't look so good; you're covered in blood. After many, I'm surprised to find you here."

"Look who's talking; you're the one who crashed through a window again," said Palmer.

"Dragon Conqueror Hiccup," said the man in the bull mask. "How kind of you to take the blame for the crime."

"Judging from your attire, I'm guessing you're the ones that are forcing Heather to do all this," said Hiccup.

"Tempest Kick!" said the man in the skull mask.

He then swung his leg upwards and then spun around and swung it sideways, and Hiccup saw something heading his way. He quickly rolled out of the way, and a good thing because the wall got sliced apart in the window shattered. Hiccup flew around him and appeared behind him, completely stunned by the attack.

"He cut right through the wall," said Hiccup.

"Hey, behind you!" Palmer yelled.

A split second later, the man in the bull mask kicked him in the face and slammed him to the ground pinning him down by his throat. Then before Hiccup had time to recover, he pinned him to the floor with metal U-shaped stakes, locking his arms, wings and tail in place.

"So fast," said Hiccup, unable to move.

"This is an emergency situation; we don't have time to deal with you," said the man in the bull mask. He then turned his partner. "Restrain Palmer, too; he's given us enough trouble already."

"Right," he nodded and trapped Palmer in the same manner as Hiccup.

With that done, he immediately contacted the others with their transponder snails.

"It's me; we've hit a snag in the plan," said the man in the bull mask. "Everybody head to the bedroom immediately. Don't shoot Iceberg yet, you understand? I absolutely need him alive."

The woman outside had been fighting against Lasse in the courtyard when she received a message.

"This has been a delight, but I'm afraid our time is up," she said. "You see, I have a pressing matter to attend to."

"Running away, are you?" said Lasse.

"Not at all," she said.

She then suddenly disappeared, then reappeared directly in front of him and punched him hard in the chest. The blow was strong enough to knock the wind right out of him, and he collapsed to the ground.

"I'm just finishing you quickly, that's all," she said and then flew up into the air like a rocket.

Hiccup and Palmer were still trapped, unable to move.

"Hey, you are right?" he asked.

"I'm good, though that move of theirs took me by surprise," he said.

"No kidding, those guys are tough," said Palmer. "So why did you come here in the first place? Everybody still thinks that you're the ones that attacked Iceberg. Sorry about that, by the way. I realise I might have jumped the gun."

"No big deal, we are pirates after all," said Hiccup. "Anyway, the point is those guys in the masks to one of our crew. So we're here to get her back."

"Heather Owson," Palmer assumed. "So you're good at fighting, aren't you?"

"I like to think so," said Hiccup.

"Then you can beat those guys, huh?"

"I'm certainly going to give it a try."

"Good, we can do this thing together because I'm ready to fight."

"You sure you're up to it?" Hiccup asked, taking note of his injuries.

"Of course I am; I mean, you think that I'm just going to let some weirdos waltzing out of nowhere kick my ass and kill Iceberg! Not a chance! Who do these punks think they are anyway?"

"CP-9," said Hiccup.

Palmer looked at him. "You know them?"

"Only from what my father told me, they're a secret Government agency that specialises in assassinations and sabotage, all in the name of justice. Now the World Government does not acknowledge their existence, but at the same time, they don't deny it either."

"To hell with this secret agent crap!" Palmer yelled. "Iceberg… Iceberg is more than just my boss; he's my teacher. He made me a shipwright. I can't let him die!"

"You're barely able to move, let alone stand," said Hiccup.

"I told you I'm ready to fight those bastards, and I'm not giving up! I don't care what happens to me as long as I can save Iceberg! But I can't even move because I'm stuck to the floor! This sucks!"

" Tell me about it," said Hiccup.

Meanwhile, the members of CP-9 had all gathered inside Iceberg's bedroom. Heather had released him, allowing him to set up, though his situation wasn't any better.

"Go home," he said, wincing in pain. "I have nothing to give you people."

"Then we have a problem, don't wake," said the man in the bull mask. He then slowly began to remove his mask. "What does one say to a man who's marked for death?" Iceberg's eyes widened because he was none other than Lael. "Let me be frank, you disappoint me."

"Lael?" Iceberg stared.

"This is your own fault," said the man in the skull mask. He then also began to remove his mask, revealing himself to be none other than Silvernose. "You should've hand over the blueprints when the Government asked nicely."

"Silvernose?"

The two bodies outside were clearly lookalikes made to look almost exactly like the toward off any kind of suspicion.

The woman then revealed her face to be none other than Kala. "Pity, I was hoping we could walk away from this story without resorting to violence."

"Kala?"

The man in the bear mask revealed himself to be Burl. "It's a shame that you are as hardheaded as your master."

"Burl from the bar?" said Iceberg staring at them. "That means… you've been with the Government all this time?"

"Indeed," said Lael. "Needless to say, going undercover was like second nature to us. Now since everyone is being so honest with each other, let's try this again. I don't have time to play games. Tell me before someone else gets hurt. Where is it? Where are the blueprints for the agent weapon Odin?"
