Brianna got out of the car, scanning the street around the bar. There was loud music coming from the building and bright neon lights flashing in the windows.
"Definitely Mom's type of place." Brianna mumbled as she pushed her keys into his pocket.
Brianna made it into the bar, looking around for her mother.
Going to the bar, she ordered a coke while she waited.
"What the hell are you doing here?" A man asked.
Brianna turned to see John Winchester staring down at her.
"My Mom called, she wanted me to have dinner with her." She looked around. "Here."
"I didn't think you still talked to your Mom." He said, ordering another beer. "Does Bobby know?"
"That I'm having dinner with Mom? He wouldn't have let me come." She took a sip of her coke. "What brings you here?"
"Vampire nest just outside of town." He waved over to a table. "You should go home."
"Mom said she would be here for a few weeks, I wonder if she knows about the vampires."
"She shouldn't have had you meet her here if that was the case. This is ground zero for the victims."
She glanced over at the bartenders. "No one here seems to be acting any different."
"That's worse. Means that anyone could be in on it. Even humans." He finished his beer. "Brian, Your mom isn't here, if she shows up, I'll tell her I sent you on your way."
"I can't believe she stood me up."
"The boys are at a motel about 2 miles west of here, go catch up with them. You can go home in the morning."
She nodded.
"I'll walk you to your car."
Brianna parked the Camaro next to the Impala in the parking lot of the motel. The boys had pulled the blinds shut.
Getting out of the car, she grabbed her overnight bag from the backseat.
"Brian?"
Her hand went to the bowie knife under her shirt as she looked up. "Mom?"
"Hey, baby, you really should have stayed at the bar."
"What are you talking about? You weren't there."
"Of course not, John Winchester was there." Her mom stepped closer. "I sent one of my friends to talk to you, but of course John didn't let that happen."
"Mom, what are you talking about?"
"I wanted to introduce you to my new boyfriend."
Brianna ran a hand through her hair. "Of course, you do. Nice to see you haven't changed, Mom."
"I have changed plenty, Brian."
"I drove all the way out here for you to introduce me to another man, Mom. Honestly, I would rather just go to sleep." She walked off towards the hotel room.
Someone grabbed her bag and jerked her around in a circle.
"This is William."
A man was standing between her and her mother. He was around her height, slim and roughly late twenties. "It's very rude to talk to your mother that way." He growled.
"Didn't know Mom was a cougar, but I guess I'm not surprised." She calculated the time it would take her to get into the Winchester's hotel room versus handling this on her own.
He held up her knife. "Looking for this?"
She checked her belt and realized it was gone.
"Fuck." She mumbled, sliding her bag off of her shoulder. "A fucking vampire."
"Well, you're brighter than your mom."
Brian threw her bag at the import parked behind her, perfectly landing it to set off the car alarm.
The vampire cursed when the lights and beeping went off across the quiet motel parking lot.
Jennifer was suddenly behind her daughter, applying pressure to her throat.
William swooped in to pick her up and the three of them disappeared as motel doors began to open.
A door on the second floor opened enough for an arm to swing out and silence the alarm.
Another door opened and Dean looked out, his pistol in his hand.
After a quick glance around the parking lot, he tucked the gun back into his pants.
He walked across the parking lot to the impala, stopping as he saw the Camaro parked next to it. "Brian?" He checked the windows in the car, finding nothing there.
Looking around the parking lot he saw a green duffle bag on the ground.
He picked it up and walked back to his hotel room.
"What's that?" Sam asked.
"Brian's Camaro is outside and this was on the ground." He ribbed open the bag, shuffling through it. He produced a green bow. "Why would Brian have come all the way here, to drop her bag and disappear?"
"Unless she didn't just disappear?"
"I'll call Dad." Dean volunteered.
