He blindfolded her to show her the room because she wasn't able to do much after the doctor threatened to put her on bed rest. "You ready Mrs. Stone '' he asked, "yes I am this better not be something nasty you are setting me up for because I will be mad and turned on" Reya answered.

And that picture is one of my favorites from our baby shower because you look absolutely gorgeous and the way you're holding our kids I will never forget. But right here I want to put our first family picture here when the twins are born" he says.

He stepped out to take care of some of his business as she settled into the house smiling. At the picture of them at her baby shower his family was more than welcoming to her and Teddy.

She wasn't even expecting it either but she knew it was Morgan and Reya's doing. They had got some many things for the boys Teddy included; they completely spoiled him.

After everything she' been through she could honestly say she was truly happy Francisco had been everything. She'd ever dreamed of ,he was smarter, protective and he made her laugh and only had eyes for her.

There was no doubt she spent the last few months getting to know him and he never hid. Anything from her even if it hurt her feelings sometimes she felt like the rug was going to be pulled out from under.

I need you to meet me at the hospital no Morgan and Reya are coming to get me" she said. Just then"Sabs we're here donde estas mamita"Reya shouted,"in here i just got Cisco" Sabrina replied. As they rushed over grabbing her things then getting her to the car quickly.

Fifteen minutes later they were at the hospital with the doctors rushing her to the maternity ward. Not soon after Cisco rushed in with Teddy in his arms passing the sleeping boy to Reign. "Where's Sabrina" he asked, they took her upstairs Reya went with her she told them she was her sister.

So get in there mijo" Lissel says as he went towards the room as they all waited for the news. When they brought Reya out Morgan rushed over as well as her mother did. "You okay babe the doctor told you to take it easy" he said.

Shaking her head " No I'm okay just feeling a little dizzy is all and Cisco wanted to be there" she answered. That's when her mother smirked"you saw what's gonna happen and it took you by surprise. Reya you are very precise mija nothing freaks you out your like you're father in that way.

And you saw her having that baby and you said oh shit that's how it's done. But trust me Nena you're gonna do just fine"Lissel said as her Morgan stood confused. When her grandmother came over taking her hand" your mother is right chula I know you guys didn't make it this far the last time.

Trust that you'll be ready when the time comes"Josefa said kissing her on the cheek. Then both women hugged, easing her fear meanwhile" Sabrina" he said rushing over to her. Kissing her on the forehead"Cisco is Reya okay ohhh shitttt"she asked.

When a contraction came on"shush mi Reina Rey Rey is fine you ready"Cisco says. As she grabs his hand tighter screaming as another contraction hits her. "Okay Mrs. Villanueva, are you ready the baby is almost here now push" Emelda said. That's when she screams, pushing a death grip on Cisco's hand.

But he never flinched as he looked on after several minutes. That's when they heard the baby cry. " He's here" Emy says, putting the baby onto Sabrina's chest who cried as she did. "Hi there little Miguelito welcome to the world" Sabrina whispered.

As she looks up at Francisco who was staring at her in awe as he ran his hands through her hair. Before kissing her on top of her head at that moment she knew what real love was. The way he looked at her and baby Miguel who wasn't his but he loved them anyway.

They decided to talk to him together about their concerns and brought an equalizer with them. As Janeth rang the doorbell but got no answer "where is he I know this is the address mami said they just moved in" Janeth says. Going to ring the bell again when the garage door opens to Bishop smoking his cigar.

As she looked up at him shaking her head "I was here to surprise Dillon because I heard he got a hotel room here. And I thought it was for us but it wasn't. I caught him with another girl and it didn't even faze him. That I caught him with someone I thought was a friend" Kiki cried when he wrapped his arms. Around her "shush it's okay he doesn't deserve you" he said as she cried in his chest. All the while they were being recorded "I think we got it manito let's go" Lana said as her and Tony drove off.
