Kenickie's POV
Danny and I arrived to Thunderroad and we got out, walking over to the guys with Leo, the leader of the Scorpions known as the Craterface! In front of us. "So you guys think you got a winner there huh?" Leo asked.
"That's right!" I told him.
"You guys aintin thinking about changing your mind are ya?" Leo asked.
"No way." I responded.
"Good, cause we're racing for pinks." Leo said.
"Pinks?" Danny asked.
"Pinks you punk! Pink slips! Ownership papers!" Leo yelled.
I knew Zuko was ready to pound on the creep, I don't blame him though!
"Oh, ho, ho, ho…" Danny laughed angrily and tried to go at Leo but I stopped him and pushed him back. "Come on!"
"Ohhh…." Leo oohed.
"Relax." I told him. "I'll take care of it, alright."
I walked over to the Greased Lightnin' to see Putzie going through it.
"Good to go Kenicks." He said as I ruffled his hair.
"If it were in any better condition, it would fly." Mrs. Murdock said to me.
"Yeah, well, she's gonna." I said.
I saw Marty walking over to me holding out a penny.
"Here, Kenickie. I brought you a little something for good luck." She said.
"Gee, thanks." I said holding my hand out.
But she dropped it to the ground.
"Oops, I'm sorry." She said.
"Hey, don't worry about it." I assured her, holding my hands up. "Don't worry, I'll get it." I told her.
I bent down to picked it up, but suddenly I saw blackness and I woke up to the sound of Danny's voice calling my name.
"Kenickie, talk to me." Danny says.
"What?" I asked.
"You ok?" Danny asked me.
"Yeah, yeah I'm ok." I said with a laugh. "I'm fine. Oh god."
"He can't drive." Mrs. Murdock said.
"Really, I'm all right." I lied. "I'm just seeing two of you man."
"You want me to drive for you man?" Danny asked me.
Then I looked up at Danny and nodded my head.
"Yeah…yeah." I said.
"All right, help him up." Danny ordered them as they stood up while Sonny and Marty helped me up and I saw Putzie walked over to me.
"Kenickie, I'm so sorry! I didn't see you there!" He said feeling guilty.
"Putz, it's ok buddy." I tell him. "Don't worry about it man, I'm ok."
"Oh you don't know how happy I am to know that you're ok!" He smiled.
"Of course, you're my Babyface and I could never ever be mad at ya." I told him.
He smiled as he walked over to the car as Marty puts her sunglasses on me.
"Thanks." I mumbled.
"It's bad luck, Kenickie." She says.
"Yeah, well if it wasn't for bad luck, I wouldn't have no luck at all." I told her.
I saw Sonny laughed a little.
"That's Kenicks." He smirked as I chuckled. "You ok Kenicks?" He asks me.
I smiled at him.
"I'm Kenickie, I'm always ok." I winked.
He grinned.
"Always a legendary." He smiled.
I gave him a smirk as we went up to see Danny races.
"You aintin gonna see me for dust, Zuko!" Leo yelled.
They started their engines and then off they go.
"Go Danny!" Putzie yelled.
"Whoo, that's my boy!" Sonny yelled.
"Go Zuko!" Doody yelled.
"Yay Danny, kick his butt!" We heard Jan yelled.
Then we heard Leo's friends yelled "Losers!"
"Your mother!" Frenchy yelled.
"Whoo!" I cheered.
Then we saw Danny made a big jump and he won!
"All right!" We cheered.
I knew he'd won! Know why, cause he is DANNY FREAKIN' ZUKO! So we ran over to Danny, trying not to get water on me and I went over to my car as Danny gets out while Sonny and Doody picked Danny up by his legs and sung, "Aw for he a jolly good fellow, for he a jolly good fellow, for he a jolly good fellow! Which nobody can deny!" Then they sat him down and I walked over to him.
"Way a go man!" I smiled, shaking his hand.
"Thanks buddy." He said.
I was walking over to Doody.
"How's ya head Kenicks?" He asked me.
I chuckled at him.
"I'm fine kid, thanks." I said ruffling his hair.
"Hey, did you see that car fly?" He asked as he pointed behind him while his eyes lit up like a little kid on Christmas morning making me chuckled at the child-like innocence in him.
"Yeah, I knew my car was a magic." I said pointing at my car.
"Yeah!" He grinned as I headlock him before side-hugging him.
"Love ya kid!" I smiled.
"Yeah!" He said with a laugh of glee and I laughed.
I saw Putzie walking over to me.
"Hey Kenick, how's your head?" He asked me.
I chuckled at him.
"Putzie, I'm fine. Let's celebrate, Danny won!" I smiled.
"Yeah!" He cheered as he jumped around making me laughed at the child-like innocence in him.
"I knew my baby was smooth ride." I said again.
"True that Kenicks!" Doody smiled as I patted the back of his head.
"Thanks kid!" I smiled.
"C'mon guys, let's go celebrate!" Danny called out. "Ladies, you wanna come?"
"Sorry Danny, I gotta babysit my little brother and my baby sister." Jan said with a smile and he waved.
"Nah, watch the cute little kiddos." Danny smiled.
"And I gotta study some more." Marty said with a sigh annoyed.
We saw Danny looked over to see Sandy and Frenchy gone.
"Of course." We heard him muttered.
The guys and I felt so awful for him! Our brother! The man loves her! Sandy is one and only true love for Zuko!
"Danny…" I started as he turned to us.
"Don't worry boys, c'mon let's go celebrate!" He cheered.
"Yeah!" We cheered.
We got in Greased Lightnin' and drove to Frosty to celebrate!
"What a great day!" Putzie smiled.
We chuckled at him.
"He's not only just a T-Bird!" Sonny, Putzie and I sung. "He's the best! One of the kind! He's our best friend, brother and role model! He's Danny freakin' Zuko!"
Danny and I looked at each other, chuckling at them and so then soon joined in as well! WE'VE ALWAYS KNEW HE WOULD WIN CAUSE HE IS DANNY FREAKIN' ZUKO BABY! That is why we wanted him to be the leader, cause he is our hero, our freakin' role model! So I sped fast to Frosty.
