A/N: since I think that I was grasping at straws on Game of Life, I decided to document the supposed events that can support this pairing.
Chapter 3: Life with you, but without you [part 13]
Byakuya unbeknownst to Rukia and Kaien, followed them in the mountains.
For he just could not left Rukia in the company of Shiba, knowing what a trouble maker he is.
By now, he understood that Shiba's nonchalance might have cause a steering in Rukia's innocent heart. And he could not let it.
For the moron has a wife, and yet he does not know how to act appropriately.
He could not trust him with her, knowing that Shiba might have some feelings for his Rukia, no matter how he hides it.
He might possibly decide to make her, his second wife.
And that, he would not let to happen.

.
And thus he found them in the mountains…
Thankfully, just training.
Cause if not, he would not know if he can stop himself from revealing his own feelings, by fighting Shiba.
And as he observe them, while perfectly hiding his presence, he concluded that Rukia knows her place, and can be relied to act appropriately, despite Shiba's stupid actions.
And so he had stuck around, up until he had watched Rukia trained all on her own: trying her hardest to release her Shikai.
And she is successful…
Byakuya on the other hand could only stare in awe at the most beautiful zanpakuto he had ever seen in the entire soul society.
Sode no Shirayuki.
