Kenickie's POV
The boys and I were still at Frosty at the counter telling Vi everything at the Thunderroad. "I always knew you'd win." She smiled.
We smiled.
"Thanks." Danny smirked.
She smiles as she wipes down the counter.
"Alright, I think we should get goin' guys." Danny said as we stood up.
The guys and I walked to the door to see Marty walking in.
"Hi Sonny!" Marty smiled.
"Sup." Sonny said as he walked out with the guys.
I glanced over to see Marty frowned.
"I'll be there in a sec guys!" I called out.
I walked over to Marty.
"Hey kid," I said. "You ok?"
"Why is he avoiding me?" She asks me.
I let out a sigh.
"Well can you blame him." I told her. "I mean, the way you treat him like he don't exist and make him feel wrong about himself."
"Really?" She asked.
I nodded.
"Why do ya care anyway?" I asked.
"Ok, the only reason why I acted that way towards him is because…" She started. "Because I wanted to see if he'll make a move." I stared at her confused.
"Ok, so let me get this straight…" I started. "You treated him like shit because you wanted him to make a move to see if he's into you?" She nods. "I'm sorry, but that is the stupidest thing I've ever heard!" I told her.
"Will he ever like me again?" She asked me.
I just let out a big sigh.
"To be honest kid," I said. "Probably not." I shrugs my shoulders. "I'm sorry." I said. "But you really lost a chance with my boy." She bite down on her lip. "And I don't mean to upset you," I started. "But he got super drunk at the dance and Danny told me he literally cried cause he felt he was no good…and what was worse is that we always hear him talking bad about himself." I crossed my arms to my chest. "Yes, we may be the T-Birds!" I stated. "But that doesn't mean we don't have freakin' feelings Martina!" She looks away, clearly trying to hide the tears. I don't care if I'm yelling at a lady, but I am done with the treatment of her towards my best friend, Sonny is like a little brother to me! He's my sidekick for GODSAKE! "I am so sick of you and the Pink Ladies putting my boys down." I said, referring Rizzo and Frenchy, who broke Doody's heart which I am still mad at her for. I mean how can I not be upset that some bitch broke one of my bros' heart for what he DIDN'T even do anything!
"I'm sorry." She cried slightly.
"I'm not the only one who you should be saying sorry too." I told her. "Look, I'm all for women's right but start learning how to respect boys like Sonny who'd do ANYTHING for ya!"
I stormed out of Frosty to see Sonny standing there.
"What did she want?" He asked.
"Just forget her, she or the Pink Ladies ain't worth it." I said walking back to my Greased Lightnin' as Sonny came running back as we drove off.
