Everyone was still rather shocked to discover that the members of CP9 were, in fact, Iceberg's secretary and two of his foremen, but no one was more shocked than Palmer.
"Palmer… damnit," Iceberg groaned. "You've should have run."
Palmer was trying to process this. "No… what? This doesn't make sense. You're making it look like… like you guys were the ones who are after Iceberg. But that can't be right. What the hell are you doing with those weird costumes on? Stop screwing with me here! Hey, Kala… Burl… Silvernose… Lael! Say something already, damnit!"
"It's all starting makes sense now," said Hiccup.
Toothless nodded. "It would certainly explain how the government knew so much about the Galley Law Company."
"Then the attack on Iceberg was an inside job," said Astrid.
Chopper and the twins looked at them, confused.
"What? I don't get it?" said Chopper.
"Yeah, I've got no clue what's going on either," said Ruffnut.
"Care to explain what's going on?" Tuffnut asked.
Lael looked at Palmer. "Palmer, in all honesty, we're secret agents working for the World Government. But, hey, you forgive me if I say I'm sorry, right? We were comrades, building shifts together every day from dawn till dusk. I realise that this is quite sudden for you, so perhaps you believe me if I smashed Iceberg's face."
"Just shut the hell up!" Palmer roared. "I've heard enough! You were that guy in the bull mask, weren't you? I thought your voice sounded familiar. All those years, working together, and it was all fake! I'll teach you for making fun of me!"
"Palmer, stop!" Iceberg pleaded.
Palmer charged at Lael. "Pipe Hitch Knives!"
He then launched a rope from his sleeve with a spiralling row of knives tied to it. However, before it made contact, Lael vanished, and a few split seconds later, he was directly in front of him.
"Finger Pistol!" said Lael as he thrust his finger at Palmer's right shoulder, and it punctured right through his skin. "You still haven't learned your lesson, have you?"
Palmer dropped his rope, and Lael pulled back his finger. When he did, Palmer nearly toppled over, took everything he had to stand straight.
"Hey, you okay?" Hiccup asked.
"Screw you… Lael!" said Palmer and fell to his knees.
"It's pointless to resist," said Lael. "Our abilities far exceed of those of a normal human, as you can see. After many years of training, we've mastered an art called the Six Powers. These techniques transforms the body into a living weapon with the strength of over a hundred men."
Palmer just knelt there, thinking about all the times he had shared with them.
"Drinking, Palmer? What about all that debt," Lael asked as they drank it at Burl's bar.
"Come on, I want some cash today," said Palmer. "The next round on me, okay. Bring it, Burl. Let's go!"
"You got it," said Burl as he poured him another drink.
"Kala, you hussy!" Palmer yelled as Kala walked by one day at work. "That skirt is way too short!"
Kala merely smiled.
"Hey, give it a rest Palmer," said Silvernose. "If you don't like it, don't look at her, okay."
"After all this time," said Palmer as he rose to his feet. "Why?"
Lael then grabbed his shoulder and raised his hand. "Sorry, Palmer. Our friendship is over; I have to eliminate you."
"Lael, no, don't!" Iceberg pleaded.
"Not on my watch!" Hiccup yelled as he took on his hybrid form and swung his fist at Palmer.
Lael quickly grabbed his fist, the impact of the fist would have sent a normal man crashing into the wall, but Lael looks completely unfazed.
"Dragon…" Hiccup roared.
"Iron Body!" said Lael, standing firm.
"…Combat!" Hiccup yelled.
Hiccup then began swinging his fists, feet and tail at Lael with incredible speed. However, Lael was completely unfazed. In fact, he didn't even move a single inch.
"It had no effect on him?" Hiccup stared as he pulled back.
"You're nothing but a test," said Lael. "Shave!"
He then vanished once again.
"He's gone?" Hiccup stared.
Lael then appeared directly in front of him and thrusted his finger at Hiccup's throat. "Finger Pistol!"
Everyone was completely shocked and feared the worst because they had just witnessed the effect on Palmer. Fortunately, Hiccup's hard scales shielded him from the blow, but the force of the impact did send him flying across the room.
Hiccup grabbed his throat as he coughed, trying to catch his breath.
"If it weren't for your dragon scales, you'd be dead with a hole in your neck," said Lael. "Lucky you."
Hiccup then took on his dragon form and spread his wings. He quickly took off, but he flew around Lael and grabbed Palmer and dropped him off with the others.
"You're protecting him," Lael noted. "But why?"
"Why not? Perhaps I don't want you to kill him?" said Hiccup as he reverted back to his human form. "You guys were friends just the other day. How could you do this?"
"We were; now things have changed," said Lael.
"It doesn't matter, either way; you're nothing more than a bunch of traitors. The point is you are my enemy now. I made a promise with Palmer to take down anyone who hurt Iceberg."
"I see; you decided to trust him over us, huh?" said Silvernose.
"That's right because you guys took away one of my friends," said Hiccup and looked at Heather. "Speaking of which, I think you owe us an explanation, Heather. If you want to leave the crew, that fine, but you could at least give us an explanation."
"Yeah, and why would you want to team up with people from the World Government?" Astrid asked. "That's crazy."
"Do I have to repeat myself? I believe I said my farewells to Ragnar, Fishlegs and Chopper before I left," said Heather narrowing her eyes and looked towards Chopper. "Did you pass that along, Chopper?"
"Of course I did, but just because I heard it doesn't mean I accept it," he said. "How could you do this?"
"I did it to make my wish come true, a wish that can't happen so long as we're together. Even if you can't accept that, I'm sorry. You may not find it fair, but to accomplish my goal, I will make any sacrifice."
"I see, so that includes framing your own crew members for attempted murder," said Astrid. "So what is this wish of yours?"
"I don't have to answer that question."
"You out of your mind?" said Iceberg. "Wake up, Heather, you have no right to do this! I don't care what it is you're trying to accomplish. The consequences are far too great!"
"I've heard enough; this is no longer your choice to make," Heather snapped and waved her hand. "This should shut you up!"
Arms immediately sprouted from the floor and grabbed hold of Iceberg, and began to twist his body.
"No!" Palmer yelled. "Iceberg!"
Everyone was just completely stunned.
"I won't let anyone get in my way," Heather vowed.
Iceberg was still alive, but he was unconscious.
"What you're saying isn't making any sense," said Hiccup looking at Heather. "Do you really expect me to believe all this?"
"Heather, what happened to you?" Chopper asked.
"I knew she was an assassin, but this is just too much," said Ruffnut.
"Yeah, it's like she's a completely different person from when we first arrived," said Tuffnut.
"You're our friend, right?" Chopper asked. "Please, Heather, come back."
Lael then placed himself between them and her. "Sorry to break up this reunion, but I'll have to stop you there. You see, we have a date this evening with a very important individual, one that's been four years in the making. We're finished here; in other words, that means we're finished with you as well. Kala, how much time is left?"
Kala then pulled out a pocket watch. "Two minutes."
"Here's the deal," said Lael looking at them. "I know this is sudden, but in two minutes, this building is going to go up in a ball of flame."
Everyone's eyes widened in horror upon hearing this.
"You're kidding," said Hiccup.
"Of course not; fire is an effective tool for erasing all sorts of evidence," said Lael. "If you don't want to be burnt alive, I suggest you leave the building as soon as possible. Well, I say that, but I have no intention of letting you go."
The other members of CP9 then stepped forward, clearly proving that they weren't going to allow them to escape. With that in mind, the twins immediately drew their swords, and Astrid had her axe at the ready.
"Looks like it's going to be us against them, and our friend Heather has clearly picked her side," said Toothless, and then he looked at Hiccup. "Hiccup, it's your call. How do you want us to proceed?"
All the Dragon Riders and looked at Hiccup. "We're going to keep on with our objective, no matter what."
"Either way, the first floor is about to set fire, and it won't be pretty," said Lael. "But to be fair, the culprits are just pirates; you can't expect them to be subtle."
"You bastards," Palmer glared.
"That's nice of you to give us credit for your attempted arson, but I think I can speak for all of us when I say we'll pass," said Astrid.
"What one more crime when we're going to execute you anyway?" Burl asked.
"Well, I suppose I'll take my leave now," said Heather putting her hood over her head.
"You've done exactly what you were told; good work," said Lael.
"Heather, don't go; you're still one of us," Hiccup pleaded.
"This is farewell," she said.
"Heather!" Astrid and Chopper cried.
"Stop her… Dragon" said Iceberg weakly.
"We finally found you; I won't let you run away again," said Hiccup running towards her, but Burl stood in his path. "Out of my way!"
"Iron Body!" said Burl.
Hiccup then swung his tail directly at Burl's face with as much force as possible, but it had completely no effect on him.
"How can nothing I do to these guys doesn't even phase them?" said Hiccup.
"In addition to our offensive techniques, our training has also given us the ability to make our body as solid as an iron wall," Burl explained. "Of course, your attacks are weak, to begin with."
"Okay, then let's try something else," said Hiccup as he began swinging his fists, feet and tail at him. "Now out of my way!"
"Paper Art!" said Burl.
He then suddenly began to move at extraordinary speed and avoided every single one of Hiccup's attacks leaving everyone completely stunned.
"Even though he's big, he sure is fast," said Chopper.
"He's moving like his body is made of paper," said Astrid.
Heather then continued to make her way towards the window.
"Oh no," said Hiccup noticing this and stopped his attacks. "Heather!"
Unfortunately, he couldn't get anywhere close to her since Burl was still blocking his path.
"Move it," Hiccup demanded and clenched his fist. "Dragon Fist!"
"Shave!" said Burl and vanished before Hiccup's attack made contact.
"He disappeared?" Hiccup stared.
"My legs are so strong that I can move faster than your eyes can see," said Burl behind him.
"Standstill!" Hiccup yelled, performing a spinning back kick.
"Moonwalk!" said Burl and began jumping in midair. "In fact, I can even leap off the very air itself."
"He's flying," said Chopper, stunned.
Silvernose and Kala then moved in towards Hiccup while his back was turned.
"Tempest Kick!" they yelled, kicking him at the exact same time.
Toothless saw Hiccup heading straight towards them, but he immediately realised that was not the big problem.
'A slashing attack?' he said and quickly looked at the others. "Get down! Hurry!"
"Why?" Astrid asked as they all complied.
No sooner had they ducked than they felt a slash of wind directly above them. It was so powerful that it went straight through the wall, and Hiccup was sent flying into the corridor.
"Hiccup!" Chopper yelled.
"They did all that with a single kick?" said Astrid looking at the damaged doorway. "No way."
"Technically, it was the sharp gust of wind that followed it," Kala explained. "We call it the Tempest Kick."
"Happily named," said Tuffnut.
"What other crazy powers do these guys have?" Ruffnut asked.
Toothless wasn't going to wait to find out and immediately charged at Silvernose, drawing his sword, but he quickly pulled out his chisels and blocked the attack.
"We met on your ship, didn't we? Toothless?" said Silvernose.
Toothless narrowed his eyes and quickly drew his second sword, but Silvernose blocked it with his second chisel like before.
"You said you people aren't real worshipped rights. So does that mean that you lied about the Tiger too?" Toothless asked.
"Unfortunately not, I was quite honest about my assessment," Silvernose assured him.
"I'm sorry to hear that," said Toothless, pushing him back and then quickly moved in.
The two of them began clashing swords against chisels, but it looked as if they were pretty evenly matched.
Hiccup then got back on his feet and looked at Heather just as she opened the window.
"Don't go, Heather!" Hiccup yelled. "We're not done talking yet!"
"No, it's over," she said, looking at him. "This will be the last time you see me."
"Heather!" Astrid yelled.
Toothless then managed to cut right through Silvernose's chisels and then quickly pushed him back. "Hiccup, quickly go after her! Whatever happens, don't let her get away!"
Hiccup then immediately rushed towards Heather as quickly as he could.
"Confident, huh?" said Silvernose, who was standing on one hand. "You really shouldn't take your eyes off me.
Toothless quickly turned towards him, but he quickly spun around punctured his scales with his finger three times.
"Finger Pistol!" said Silvernose as Toothless collapsed. "It turns out there are some things more deadly than bullets."
Lael then grabbed Hiccup's face and held him in place, preventing him from reaching Heather.
"Get out of my way," said Hiccup began punching him in the face, but none of his punches fazed him.
"All of those punches, and he's not even blinking?" Astrid stared.
"I have him, now go," said Lael looking at Heather with the corner of his eye.
Heather then stepped off the windowsill and vanished.
"Heather!" they cried.
Lael then tossed Hiccup into the wall like he was nothing.
"Hiccup?" Astrid screamed.
"Toothless!" said Chopper cried.
"Those two are some of our best fighters, and they took them down without breaking a sweat," said Ruffnut.
"How can they be so strong?" said Tuffnut.
"I knew you were tough, but this is too much," said Palmer.
"We're not like you," said Lael. "As members of CP9, as long as we can remember, we've trained to surpass the limits of the human body and vowed home those skills into an instrument of absolute justice. The result of that training are the superhuman techniques known as the Six Powers. So now I'm sure it's abundantly clear why the four of us are the Governments most elite agents, and by the same token, you must realise how miserably we got a band of pirates is in comparison. Of course, the full extent of our powers are strictly classified, but rest assured scum like you will never make the cut."
"Lael, the ignition device is about to detonate," said Kala. "We should probably hurry."
Lael nodded. "But a chance like this one is quite rare. Let me show you something interesting."
Then to their shock, he began to grow larger.
"You're kidding," said Palmer. "Lael, what the hell is this?"
"He's huge," said Hiccup.
