It finally hit her, pain. The pain came through her body when she saw Dawson at school at that moment. It was so painful that it made everything else burn and her eyes water.

For two weeks, she went to school until she mentally blocked out everything and ending up telling Bessie she was sick.

Joey had luckily got her period that week and she started to allow herself to lay there in bed, not caring about anything or anyone. Why did she throw herself onto Dawson? What was the purpose of her doing that? She was just glad she wasn't pregnant.

By Friday, Bessie had told her she was going to take her to the hospital by the way Joey was acting. But Pacey came to save her at the front door.

He walked into the house, and Joey could hear Bessie say. "She hasn't eaten, she hasn't shower, and she refuses to talk. I don't know what's wrong with her Pacey. But I was hoping you could find out."

Joey then heard the bedroom door shut and the light turning on.

"Pacey!" She screamed as she covers her head with a blanket. But Pacey didn't take that as an answer as he pushed the mattress off the bed and Joey came rolling off. As she hit the floor, she felt the memories flood her mind.

Dawson. Sex. Floor.

She wanted to sleep forever. She wanted to get this pain away.

"Come on, Potter. You and I are going on a road trip." Pacey said as he helped her up."No." Joey groaned as she sleepily rests her head on his chest.

"I need your help picking up Andie." He told her and Joey looked up confused.

"I don't think I can get up Pacey." She said as she cried a little. "Joey. Come on. You can't live your life like this." He said as he picked her up and walked to the bathroom and put Joey in the shower. He then turned on the cold water, and Joey squealed as it hit her.

Pacey then walked away as she was screaming at him and he grabbed what she would need clothes and her hairbrush. She was glaring at him but he didn't care.

He grabbed the shampoo bottle and handed it to her along with body wash.

"I'm not going to allow yourself to ruin your happiness by wasting time in bed, Potter," He said as he sat down by the tub and watched her slowly put the shampoo on her hands. He got up and she said nothing clearly still pissed off at him.

He walked into the kitchen to see Bessie sitting there at the table looking at the bills. "Is she ok?" Bessie asked.

"No," Pacey whispered and grabbed a thing of bacon and eggs. "I think you need to talk to her, Bessie. But is it alright if I take her down to pick up Andie with me?" He asked.

"Please take her."
