As Wyatt was on a dune buggy riding through Kenya to find the second of the other four male pilots, the driver Niles ask "Not that many folks come this way without an injured animal with them."

Wyatt responds "Well it's something important so I'm willing to make the trip."

The American teen saw all sorts of animals run across the land and thought "Never thought I could see something like this up close."

Suddenly he saw a cheetah pounce on a gazelle and ribs it to pieces as Wyatt exclaimed "Damn nature, you're scary."

Niles laughed and says "Trust me kid , stuff like this is common place in the savanna. Plus we're almost to the place."

After about five minutes the dune buggy pulled up to the gate of an animal sanctuary as red headed woman in her 40's opens the gate she says "It's good to see you again Niles."

Nile grins and says "And it's always a pleasure to see you Dr. Kirby."

Dr.Kirby says "Still what may I ask got you to make the trek here."

Wyatt waves from the back and says "That would be me, the name's Wyatt Danforth."

As Wyatt got out of the vehicle to shake Dr. Kirby's hand , before he made contact she says " Trust me , I just cleaned the animal's outhouse."

These words made Wyatt back off and says "Still it's an amazing place you have here, I'm impressed."

Dr. Kirby says "Thanks it was from the joint effort from my husband and myself. But we do have a son who helps out as well, he's probably about you age."

Wyatt sighed says "Look I'm going to be honest with you , I'm not just some fan of your work here. I'm from the IS academy."

The second those words were utters in came a 5'1" teen with short brown hair and hazel eyes on a horse.

Dr.Kirby says "This is my son Chris Kirby, Chris this is Wyatt-."

Chris shouts "Of course I know who he is mom, he's Wyatt Danforth, The first American IS pilot. It's an honor to meet you."

Wyatt gives a small smile and replies "Don't worry, the honor's mines as well. The reason I came here was to talk to the both of you."

Dr. Kirby says "Maybe we should do this inside, it's almost supper time."

Before Wyatt could object, he's stomach rumbled as he says "A guy could always eat."

A little while after a fine meal from Dr. Kirby , Wyatt says "Anyways the main reason I came here was because it seems your son also has the ability to use an IS."

Dr.Kirby says "Yeah I was kinda of surprised when researchers came here a while ago and even more shocked when they were correct. May I ask how did my son acquire this ability."

After taking a deep breath Wyatt says "What I'm about to say is 100 percent classified info that can't ever be said again. Are you willing to take this secret to the grave?"

The two nod in argument as Wyatt says "Okay I'll give you the abridged version. Myself, your son and 2 other individuals were genetically altered several years ago by scientists posing as surgeons."

Both the Kirbys' were dumbfounded by this information as Wyatt ask "I want to ask if at any point in about the last decade did Chris go through any surgeries."

Dr.Kirby says "Yes when Chris was 8 he went beyond the sanctuary and was hit by a stray bullet from a hunter."

Wyatt says "That's probably it, when I was ten , I had my leg broken and strangely ended up in the hospital for the whole summer. Granted it was probably easier to hide the treatments your son was given."

Chris says "Does that even matter , this is my chance to finally get out and see the world."

Dr Kirby nervously says "About that dear I'm not so sure it's the best option for you to go."

Confused the two boys asked "Why not?"

Dr.Kirby says "Chris, you've spent you're whole life here. To go all the way to Japan would be a big adjustment. Plus I need help with the sanctuary."

Chris says "But mom this is a once in a lifetime chance. Besides I need to get out there at some point."

Dr. Kirby says "And you will but this school isn't the best option."

Chris silently stormed out of the house as Wyatt says "I don't think I told you yet but the meal was delicious. Also can I also be excused."

Dr Kirby says "You may and Chris probably went up to the barn to pout."

As Wyatt left the house, Dr. Kirby looked at her guest plate and thought "Strange, even with the small servings I gave him, he barely finished the plate."

Once Wyatt followed the younger boy to the rooftop to the barn , the American saw Chris staring at the star filled sky.

Wyatt says "You know other than during Football camp, I've never seen the sky like this."

Chris says "Well it's pretty empty space , so you get to see the sky a lot clearer. But for me I've seen this sight more times than I can count."

Wyatt ask "So how many friends do you have around these parts?"

Chris answered "Not many, and you're the only person my age that wasn't here for a tour or an animal emergency."

This got a small chuckle from Wyatt as he says "Yeah but you at least go to school am I right."

Chris sighed and says "If you count mom's schooling. I'm somehow both the valedictorian and the class clown."

Wyatt began to chuckle more as Chris looked at him awkwardly. Wyatt says "Sorry I thought that was joke."

Chris says "Nope, my life completely revolves around this farm."

At that moment Wyatt got a video call from Kaitlynn and decided to let it ring until it automatically hanged up.

Chris ask "Is something wrong l, you didn't answer that call?"

Wyatt says "It's nothing, I'll call back later."

Chris says "You sure, you looked a bit worry once the ringtone went off."

As he took a deep breath Wyatt says "I'm fine, just got a little bit tired after this long day.Plus it wasn't important."

The two climb down from the roof and go back into the house with Chris going straight to his room.

Dr. Kirby says "You can sleep here tonight if you want it's pretty late as it is."

Wyatt says " Sure thing Dr. Kirby but there's something I want discuss with you."

Time flew as Chris woke up around 7:30am ready to start that day as he saw his mother and Wyatt at the table for breakfast.

Chris ask "Alright what's the chores for today, any injured animals or just basic maintenance?"

Dr.Kirby says "Well you have guess coming so probably best to put on your more decent clothes."

Confused Chris ask "Can I ask who's coming over?"

Wyatt says "Trust me you'll find out in due-." He was interrupted by the door bell as Dr.Kirby let a man in a suit inside.

Dr. Kirby says "Chris, I've talked with Wyatt and he made a couple decent points about going to the IS academy ."

Wyatt says "You need to interact with peers , sure most of them will be girls but there's going to be a couple guys there."

Dr Kirby adds "Plus I'm going to give you a phone so you can call me everyday."

Chris smiles and ask "So you're really letting me go to the Academy?"

Dr.Kirby says " Yes but there's a couple rules for you to follow. Rule 1 , no illicit sexual relationships. Rule 2 , respect your teachers and upperclassman and rule 3 you can only play video games 30 minutes a day."

Wyatt whispers in Chris's ear "We'll definitely break that last one a lot."

Dr.Kirby shots a stern look at Wyatt and says "As long as you follow those rules you can go to the academy."

As Chris was literally jumping for joy, the man passed Wyatt an envelope.

Wyatt opened it and reads "Two done and one to go , Greece shall be the last location."

Chris ask "Do you have to go so soon, we can hangout for another day or two."

Wyatt smirks as he tussled Chris's hair, the American says "Sorry but I've still got a good deal of work ahead of me. Especially since it's in Greece."

Dr. Kirby ask "And why is Greece such a challenge?"

Wyatt explains "A couple months ago Greece's Representative Candidate went rogue and betrayed her country.So the country is under a lot of pressure, if anyone needs a male pilot it's definitely them."

As he got up , Wyatt adds "Don't worry you'll see me again. Until then adios."

He left the sanctuary with the officials and thought "Hope I can change this Greek kid's mind."
