"Discord must not realize how big his mouth is. Good thing it's Autumn." Fluttershy observed in the mirror Monday morning. All three love bites were still dark, the smaller one under her ear more pink, so she used a scarf and left her hair down inside the scarf to hide them as best she could, since she didn't have makeup. Moving her hair a bit, she felt a squeezing elation in her chest looking at the one between her neck and shoulder, it more of a bite than a hickey.
Blue eyes came across her mind and a wave of nausea hit her like a heat wave. She shivered, already feeling sick and trying to burn Discord's touch and odd eyes there instead.
Shaking her head, she left her bedroom with Angel, him in a cute sweater, and went to prepare lunches with some things she got shopping with Sombra the day before.
Her stomach clenched painfully and she bent forward, almost falling forward when she heard Chrysalis' voice.
"What's wrong, Hun?" Her heels clacked over along with the longs legs that matched.
Fluttershy looked up, smiling, still keeping one hand on her belly to stave the nausea away. "Just feel a bit sick."
Chrysalis looked at her oddly, eyes moving over her.
Fluttershy looked back before thinning her lips and trying to continue walking.
Chrysalis didn't follow her at first, probably finishing getting ready.
When she walked into the kitchen, Derpy was already preparing the lunches, even one for her. She didn't have the heart to tell Derpy no. Maybe if she bumped into Rainbow she could give it to her.
Derpy looked over, her wrinkles a bit more prominent but she still smiled warmly. "Good morning, Fluttershy. Hope you like lunch today. I used some of the things you and Somby got yesterday, if you don't mind. I'm thinking of going through the house today if you want to help after school. Oh, also, do you have any Halloween plans?"
Fluttershy giggled at Derpy's back and forth. She went to open the fridge and get Angel breakfast. "Not sure yet. Discord, the others and I were going to get Halloween costumes and do random things. Why?" She saw the dark bottle in the fridge with her name on it. Raising a brow, she added, "hey, what's this bottle?"
Derpy looked over. "Ah. Yeah, Discord left it in there for you since Capper came to get him. Said something about a VERY important client coming over at work." She rolled her eyes. "That man. He's a workaholic, you know. Despite his flippant attitude, he does work hard. Maybe too much." A sigh. "Anyway, I was just curious about the Halloween topic."
Fluttershy nodded. When she saw Discord next though, she was going to rip him a new one. He knew better, especially while still healing. Her stomach clenched painfully, though the nausea began lessening.
Chrysalis came in along with Sombra. Chrysalis was snickering and Sombra stared at her just like Chrysalis had before he rolled his eyes, taking out a notepad and jotting something down.
"Uhh...what're you two doing?" She asked, their staring putting her off.
"So Chrysalis was right." Sombra spoke.
Chrysalis slid over to Fluttershy and put something in her hand. Derpy looked curious as well, so she leaned over.
When Fluttershy opened her hand, her face felt like it was on fire. She spluttered in a high pitched voice.
"WHAT THE FUCK?!" She looked at Chrysalis in alarm and horror...but mostly embarrassment.
Derpy gasped. "Fluttershy Breeze! Your parents-bless their souls- taught you better!" She scolded, hands on her hips.
Panic made her heartbeat quicken. She looked at Derpy pleadingly, so panicked she couldn't drop the item. "But-I'm not-it's not-I don't-"
"You said you were feeling sick. Plus the-"
"Do you at least know-"
"I'm going to have to document these, if you don't mind."
They all said at once, causing Fluttershy to feel uncomfortable and barely able to breathe. Her face was bright from embarrassment and her lip wobbled.
"But-I've never even-"
She wasn't sure if they were serious or playing with her.
She began to feel sick again. Cigars. Smoke. Captive forever.
The brand on her thigh burned hot.
They stopped their questions, seeing how upset she was getting. Derpy reached out and Chrysalis began apologizing. Like Derpy, Sombra began to reach towards her too. It was too much. She had to run.
"I'M NOT PREGNANT!" She yelled, tossing the pregnancy test in her backpack without thinking about it in her flustered state. It was only open so she could toss the bottle in her bag, feeling the magic on it protecting the blood inside.
She then ran passed them and out the door, knowing at the rate she was going, she'd be late. She'd never even had-
The only person she did anything close to that with, was Discord.
The nausea returned, along with a few unpleasant memories. Every few feet, she'd have to stop and heave, though it was lessening by the time she got close to the school. "I didn't grab...the lunch."
Lunch rolled around and she greedily drank the blood from the bottle, her being right about magic keeping it fresher. Doing so helped ease the stomach cramps but the memories still wracked her.
"Hey, Shy! Finally got a free lunch so I thought I'd find ya." Rainbow said, suddenly sitting across from her. "Hey...you okay? You're not looking so good."
Fluttershy shook her head. "I'm okay. Just bad dreams. Oh, did your dad make your lunch today?" She observed when she looked at Rainbow.
Rainbow nodded. "Yep! It's been awhile, with him being busy and all. Want a bite? Oh, I also gotta tell ya-"
Fluttershy folded her arms and laid her head on them, turning her head to look at Rainbow while she prattled on and on. Rainbow's ranting seemed to be helping, even just a bit, with distracting Fluttershy.
She closed her eyes, the chilly wind helping relieve her nausea.
Her eyes stayed closed, the air was still, not cold. Not hot. No scent.
She couldn't bring herself to open her eyes, even as she felt a warm, rough hand against her cheek, petting. She knew that hand and she smiled, sighing, already picturing the deep chuckle Discord would release.
As she went to open her eyes, knowing she had to be dreaming, the rough, warm hand was suddenly thicker, fingers cold with rings, the grip tightened against her cheek. Possessive. Cigar smoke.
Her eyes flew open, gasping she leaned over the table, heaving.
"Shy! What's wrong?" Rainbow was up and by her in seconds.
Fluttershy waved her off after a bit. "Must...must've dozed."
Rainbow gave her a doubtful look but then it morphed into disgust. "Shy...don't tell me creeper guy gave you that."
Fluttershy gave her an odd look before she realized the angle Rainbow was at gave her a good look at the dark purple bite Discord gave her under her jaw. She blushed, even while still feeling queasy. "Uh...yeah. I let him though. He asked and waited for my consent."
'Though I might have to not let him again...at least for awhile.' She thought to herself bitterly and began to tear up suddenly.
"Ah. That's-Shy, that's okay! It's okay! If-if you wanted him to, then it's okay. It's obvious he tried putting it in a discreet place." Rainbow began panicking, not meaning to stress out her friend.
The bell rang shrilly, bringing them both back to reality.
Fluttershy rubbed her eyes, trying to be normal and ignore the belly dropping guilt she felt.
Rainbow hugged her and they parted ways for class. She'd have to ask Rainbow to repeat her story.
As she saw Rainbow go through the doors, Fluttershy decided to pause and call Discord. She had to know what he thought. She couldn't have the trauma and the guilt eat at her for long. She would just have to be late for class.
She took out her phone and scrawled through her contacts. Finding his quickly, under "Dissy", she smiled small. His profile picture was a candid photo she took earlier in the year, before her feelings for him got too deep.
He had been gazing outside, the dawn light hitting him. He'd still been in his work clothes, looking tired but refusing until he saw the light. He had looked content and had a peppermint in his mouth, like a cigarette, but as far as she knew, he didn't smoke. Maybe he did before and the peppermint sticks was a good replacement?
Her gut wrenched again. She had to. She didn't know it would trigger memories so strongly. She bit her lip, hoping he wouldn't take it bad and she wasn't sure when he'd return so she wanted to get it over with.
Loosening the scarf, she brushed her fingers against the bites, feeling a temporary jolt of happiness before it crashed into shivers and nausea as Rich's face went through her mind.
She pressed 'call'.
It rang. Rang. Ringing.
"My Dear?" His voice came through after the second of static. He sounded curious.
She smiled, swallowing the lump. "Yes, it's me, Dissy. Just, uh..." she took a breath, not sure how to continue at first. "I feel so bad." Her voice broke. "I can't keep your mark on me. I thought I could. But-but ever since this morning I've been having flashbacks and I've felt sick. I'm so sorry. Please don't be too mad." She waited. She waited for the disappointment or anger. Besides, isn't that how someone you view as a partner, a lover, supposed to react to that? They'd get mad...wouldn't they?
"I'll try and get home soon to see if I can use magic to get rid of them. Can you bear it till then? If not, I'll tell Rutherford I have to leave." He said after a pause, though he didn't sound upset. He didn't sound happy either, but his reaction wasn't what she thought it'd be.
For some reason, she found his acceptance even more heartbreaking. "Why are you agreeing so easily? Sh-shouldn't you be mad?" Truthfully, she WANTED his mark. But seeing the hickeys brought back memories she wished to avoid.
"Simple. I trust you. I don't need to mark you, it's just an impulse when you-ah"he coughed. Not a real one, an embarrassed one. "Just...anyway...what I'm trying to say, is your comfort means more to me than my desires. I'll be selfish a different way with you. Like kisses or snuggles or getting to hold you around your waist while we're in the kitchen. Or dancing, watching movies, trips, planning yearly trips to take. There's plenty of things I can do to show you you're mine...without leaving something so possessive."
After his little speech, she was smiling with a wobbling lip, throat clenched and not able to fathom how she deserved such a great man. "I...I'll try and bear it-it until you return. I'll probably need some snuggles after. I also have to scold you for leaving while healing." She laughed breathily.
"Fluttershy?" His voice went serious and almost like a whisper.
Just him being on the other end of the phone was making her feel better. She fought the tears of relief that threatened to clog her voice. "Yes?"
There was a small pause. "I love you. All of you."
She felt her face burn. "I-uh-I l-l-love you...t-too. N-n-not just as-as a friend. R-r-romantically." Her heart was a beating mess.
She couldn't understand how just hearing his voice could ease so much of her insecurities.
She heard him snicker, like he was holding back laughter. She grinned. "Same on my end, my Dear. I have to go now, but I'll try and check on you later. If I don't, just text me when you get home."
She nodded, though she knew he couldn't see. "I will. Hey, Dissy?"
He hummed.
"I love you."
He chuckled deeply. "You'll be the death of me, my Dear. See you later."
She giggled back and hummed.
They hung up and she smiled big. She still felt a strange guilt at having him do it, but relief he understood and she knew he was right. She wondered if his magic could do that, maybe it could remove the brand on her thigh? A sliver of hope budded.
"Long time, barely see, right...Doll?" A man's voice drawled.
Fluttershy froze, that hopeful feeling that began to bud, suddenly wilting. She turned fast, only for her to be grabbed by her scarf, pulled as Rich twirled the scarf so she couldn't easily slip out from it.
Her heart beat with fear.
She lied to ButterShy in that dream. She had forgotten what being ALONE with him was like. Being away from him and being with the other's...that made her forget how this man could truly be like.
Her eyes darted around, seeing they were alone. Completely alone.
She tried to scream but the look in his eyes shut her up.
Her throat was dry. She quickly looked down to her phone, trying to keep her breathing in check, though it was hard and it hurt.
"I wouldn't do that if I were you, Doll." His smile turned to a frown. "Let's talk in the Dean's office, yeah?"
Using his other hand, he ripped Fluttershy's phone from her own and once he dropped it, he stomped on it roughly, only showing a sliver of his anger. It shattered.
He dragged her, so utterly confident that no one would see.
And he was right.
Fluttershy could barely breathe. There were none of his goons to help shield away who he was hiding from others.
She didn't bother praying for help. No one would hear her.
••••••••••••••••••••••TW for some non con touching, just in case. I'll do this same dot thing when it's over. This is just in case someone who's reading this has trauma. Spoiler: it's just some touches and a few hickeys and demeaning slurs. But still.•••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••
He tossed her into the office, locking it before grinning at her.
When he tossed her in, she flailed from the force and dropped her half open backpack, spilling some books, notebooks, and of course the pregnancy test she'd tossed in in her panic to leave that morning. She hoped he wouldn't notice. He'd get the wrong idea and then she would be in real trouble.
"So, who's the man you let give you those? My little Doll, have you forgotten who you belong to?" He lit a cigar and got closer.
She backed up as much as she could, trying to find a way around his approaching form and to the door. She hadn't-couldn't- utter a word since she heard his voice.
Fluttershy tried pushing herself away when he grabbed her shirt. "I don't BELONG to you!" She tried yelling back, only for the cigar to get so close to her eye and smoke blown in her face.
"That brand says different. It's still there I would believe. No other man would want you knowing you belong to another. Hm?" His eyes must've caught something and she could only guess what as she saw his face change from a possessive smug grin, to fury.
"Or is it to make up for the brand, you're letting him have your body? What does he do to make you spread them?"
She snarled at him, her hackles raised. "That's none of your business! You couldn't have me before and you sure as fuck ain't having me now! At least if he hurts me I'll still go to him because at least it wouldn't be your filthy hands!" She knew she was poking the bear, but this man. HE! He's the one reason why she can't leave Discord's loving marks on herself! She wanted Discord's marks! She wanted to see his goofy, goggling face and his dopey grin at seeing them. Feel his growl vibrate through her. But no! This bastard had to stay as a trauma and make that near impossible!
He looked at her, unimpressed, though his blue eyes got dark with his possessive anger. "Oh? Maybe I've let you stay free too long, even while being busy."
Fear and adrenaline flowed freely through her veins. She'd pissed him off now.
He ripped off her scarf, pulling her shirt down so roughly, it ripped, and as she went to yell out, to snarl at him, to fight, he placed the burning cigar tip against the part of her breast above her bra, causing her to gag and yell from the pain.
Her breathing became labored as he did it over and over, no doubt branding her again but in an obvious spot.
He then gripped her long hair up roughly, practically pulling it from her scalp. Tears finally bubbled to her eyes, from the stinging, the pain, the smell of burnt flesh and fear.
"I've always loved your hair. So easy to pull you around. Like a leash you can't rip off."
Her nostrils flared as she tried looking him in the eye. "Go...fuck...yourself." She tried clawing at his hands, when he suddenly grasped her wrists in his hands, pulling her around to how he wanted her and using the one in her hair to yank her head out of the way as he bit and sucked on her neck, trying to cover Discord's marks she loved so much.
Even with her struggling, she knew he'd covered her whole neck (at least most of it) and her collarbone in bites and hickeys.
She couldn't take it! She felt like she was trapped in a pool of cockroaches and earwigs. Crawling all along her body and making her ill. She was beginning to zone out from all of it. Trying to disassociate from it, especially since she couldn't escape.
•••••••••••TW over.•••••••••••••••••
The bell rang loudly, breaking her from her spiral down and in a way, saving her. She saw how he was positioned and with as much strength as she could, she kicked his kneecap and rolled out from under him.
She was in fight or flight, barely even sure how she got out of the office, leaving everything, and getting out.
She ran.
She ran till she couldn't anymore and began clawing at her neck. Her hair made her feel ill now too, seeing it drape over her shoulder and in her face. She was still breathing harshly as she continued to claw at her neck, feeling it go cold as blood began to drip down, adding to the bug crawling feeling.
Rich smashed her phone so she couldn't even call anyone.
Slowly, she made it back. Or...she thought she did. When she stopped, it was in front of her old home. Her family's home.
A sob worked its way from her mouth as she looked around to find which way she had to walk to her new home.
Slowly, she headed there. She kept zoning in and out as she walked. She kept clawing, itching, trying to break off ends of her hair since she didn't have a knife. She'd have to wait, which made her feel worse.
It was nearing dusk, by the time she made it. The moment she stumbled in and breathed in the scents of her housemates that she called home, she bolted to the kitchen to find scissors, beginning to sob. She didn't know if anyone was home, not having seen or noticed any cars.
The kitchen was dark, but she was able to quickly find the shears they'd use for chicken or meat. Even with her hands drenched in her own blood, she grasped as much of it in her hand, swirling it so it was a giant swirl, and with a shallow, shuddering breath, she clenched her eyes tight, hearing the sound of scissors cutting effortlessly through hair.
