The following morning, Fox and Krystal paid a visit to Corneria. There, they were greeted outside a store by a waiting Vixy.

"I'll let you two do this." Fox told them, "I'll wait in the Arwing."

"You're coming too." Vixy told her, much to Fox's annoyance, "This is going to be your day just as much as it's hers."

"Fox..." Krystal warned, "We need your say just as much as we need mine."

"Fine. Fine." Fox groaned as she followed them into the store. Inside was a wide assortment of wedding gowns and veils.

"I can see why the guys leave this stuff up to the girls." Fox commented. Vixy and Krystal ignored his comment as the trio walked up to a worker.

"How can I help you three?" the female bird asked.

"These two need wedding dresses." Vixy explained.

"There's no set date for the wedding yet." Krystal added.

"I think we can help." the bird told them gleefully, "First, we need to take measurements."

The bird led Fox and Krystal to a separate room and took out a measuring tape. She started with Krystal, measuring everything below her neck. She wrote down the measurements and then did the same for Fox.

"This is so exciting." Krystal told Fox, "The level of ceremony involved fills me with a feeling of whimsy."

"It's so whimsical." Fox commented sarcastically.

"Follow me." the bird instructed, leading the pair to a room full of dresses, "We'll try a few dresses on you and then you'll pick out the one you like best."

"You go first." Fox offered. Frankly, she was ready to 'pick' the first thing offered and call it a day. But she also knew Krystal was not someone she wanted to disappoint. Instead, she sat and waited patiently while Krystal tried on a few dresses.

The first one was a dress with a short skirt that Krystal rejected immediately. She rejected a few more until she put on a long, sleeveless dress.

"I really like this one." Krystal told the bird, "What do you think, Fox?"

"It's nice." Fox replied.

"Now it's your turn." Krystal said as she removed the dress, "Unless... how would you like to dress more Cerinian for the wedding?"

"I wouldn't mind." Fox answered honestly, "I know how much you like it when I try out Cerinian things. What were you thinking?"

"Wedding dress and heels with Cerinian markings."

"I'll let you handle the design." Fox told her, "You know Cerinian designs better and aesthetics was never my thing."

"Go try on some dresses." Krystal told Fox, "I'll handle the Cerinian design elements."

Fox walked up to the dresses and examined them. Eventually, she settled on a long sleeveless dress similar to Krystal's.

"Nice choice." the bird told Fox. Krystal approached the bird and handed her a few pictures of Cerinian clothing.

"We'd like her dress to have these markings." Krystal explained, "It's a Cerinian cultural thing."

"I understand." the bird said as she took the pictures from Krystal, "We'll generate a few models of the dress with the design and send them to you. Once we've settled on the perfect design, we'll make her dress."

"Great." Krystal said as Fox approached the bird.

"How much do we owe you?" Fox asked.

"Your mother already paid." the bird explained, "It's not unusual for the parents of the bride, or of one of the brides in your case, to foot the bill."

"Don't worry about the bill." Vixy told Fox, "I just want my Foxy to look forward to her wedding without worrying about the wedding putting her into debt."

"I have a job." Fox told Vixy, sighing, "But Krystal really wanted something 'traditional' in the Lylatian sense. Just don't go overboard."

The three of them left the store and headed for their ships.

"So where to now?" Fox asked Krystal.

"I was thinking we'd try looking for the perfect spot for the wedding." Krystal suggested.

"We could always clear out a good spot on Sauria." Fox suggested jokingly, "Those Andronians seem to not want to fight back half the time."

"Corneria has a few spots." Vixy told them, "James bought a coastal plot of land so he could have a spot to work on and test new Blue Marine prototypes. A beach wedding would be lovely."

"Better than my suggestion." Fox told her, "I don't think the guests would want to have to shoot a few Andronians during the reception."

"And great weather had been forcasted for the area for the next few weeks." Vixy added, "Now we just need to worry about the guest list. Do you have anyone you'd want to invite, Krystal?"

"Not counting those that are also Fox's friends and family, no." Krystal answered, "My parents were slain in glorious battle, taking out a few enemy tanks with just their staffs. They had just pried open the final tank's hatch and slain the crew when the few remaining infantry managed to get a few lucky shots."

"I can see that happening." Fox told Krystal before thinking of the guest list, "Not counting mom and the surviving members of the two Star Fox teams, there's Bill, Lucy, Fay, Miyu, and Star Wolf."

"Star Wolf?" Vixy inquired, not remembering where she heard that name, assuming she wasn't mistaking it for another team she's more familiar with.

"Some guys we met a few times." Fox explained, "Well, we met one of them a few times, after Fay and Miyu introduced us to him, and he introduced us to his teammates."

"I'll do a background check." Vixy told Fox, "And I'll ask James about them. He'd be more familiar with other 'teams'. That's still a fairly small wedding. There's still the matter of planning the reception and, of course, your honeymoon."

"Leave the honeymoon to us." Krystal told Vixy, "I'll give you some pictures of Cerinian things and leave the reception planning to you two. I just want a wedding that follows Lylatian traditions, Cerinian theming optional."

"I'll pass on the planning." Fox told Vixy, "We can get you Cerinian things if you want. We'll be busy with Krystal's test and the possibility of another mission. If you need assistance, I can have Falco voluntold."

"I'm just so excited." Krystal told Fox, "I'll be a Star Fox pilot and I'll experience a traditional Lylatian wedding ceremony as a bride."

"I guess I'll see you guys again soon." Vixy told the pair as the three of them climbed into their respective ships.

"Tell dad I said hi." Fox shouted as their canopies closed. Krystal flew their Arwing back to the Great Fox.

On board the Great Fox, Fox and Krystal found Falco and Fara meditating in the recreation room.

"What are we doing again?" Fara asked. Fox and Krystal decided to stand quietly and observe.

"We're meditating." an exasperated Falco explained, "We'll see if we can learn to read minds and shoot fireballs out of staffs and whatever else Krystal did on Cerinia. So shut up and focus."

Fox debated sneaking back to her room to grab a camera. She never expected to see Falco meditating without a direct order. Of course, he'd need quite a few lessons before he'd see any results. He'd also probably need a trip to Cerinia too.

"We have no idea what we're doing." Fara complained.

"I could give you lessons." Krystal told them, much to Fara and Falco's shock.

"How long have you been standing there?" Falco asked, almost embarrassed to have been caught meditating.

"A minute or two." Krystal replied, "If you're really serious, we could take a trip to Cerinia where you'll get lessons from a more experienced priestess."

Falco contemplated the offer. On the one hand, he'd be able to shoot fireballs out of a metal stick. It wouldn't be as deadly as a gun, but it would probably be cooler and few weapons are as scary as a weapon that shoots fire. On the other hand, he knew nothing about Cerinia other than people from there apparently shoot fire from sticks and read minds and the fact Fox went there a dude and came back a vixen. How the heck does that even happen? He'd ask, but he doubted either of the vixens are anywhere close to figuring out the answer.

"I'll think about it." Falco told her, "How did your wedding stuff go?"

"We picked out our dresses." Fox answered, "We also decided to have it on Corneria over by my dad's Blue Marine facility. My mom's working out the details, since neither I nor Krystal would have any idea what we're doing and we both already have enough to worry about. I just hope she doesn't go overboard."

"So what now?" Falco asked.

"Why not meditate some more?" Krystal suggested earnestly, "Even if you never 'unlock' anything, it's still great for the mind."

"I think I'll hit the simulator." Falco told her, "I think I've meditated enough for one day."
