Friday afternoon, Kurt and Sebastian finished putting their uniforms on right before Sam and Trina arrived to stay with the girls for the evening.

Kurt opened the door and let them in.

"This is the first time I've seen the two of you in a Warblers uniform," Trina said. "I'd like to watch the concert with you at some point."

"When we get a copy of the DVD, we'll let you know," Sebastian said as he came up from behind Kurt. "You'll be able to fast forward it through all of the boring speeches I'm sure we'll be subjected to."

"Now, Bas, some of them might be interesting."

Sebastian rolled his eyes where Kurt couldn't see. "I suppose."

"I heard you roll your eyes."

"I'm sure you did. You're so familiar with the sound from rolling yours so often." He kissed him on the side of his neck. "Let's get going." He nudged Kurt forward a bit.

"Would you stop?" He turned around quickly and kissed Sebastian. "You're like an excited 7-year-old."

"What can I say? I love to perform. Let's go."

Sam and Trina laughed at him as he took Kurt by the hand and led him out the door.

"What's the big rush?" Kurt asked as he slid into the passenger seat because Sebastian had opened the door for him.

Sebastian leaned in and kissed Kurt. "You'll see." He kissed him once more before shut the door and went around to get into the drivers' seat.

"You're being very cryptic."

"You like mysteries."

"I do. Hmm."

Sebastian pulled out of the garage and turned out of the driveway heading in the opposite direction of the way to get to the highway. He stopped by their favorite coffee shop and got both of them half regular/half decaf versions of their favorite coffees through the drive-thru and headed back towards the highway.

"So you were in a hurry for a coffee? I don't think that's it."

"You're the one that wins murder mystery dinner parties. You don't need clues from me."

Kurt didn't quit thinking about it, but he quit talking about it. "I had so much fun in Tennessee. Next year might be kind of hard because we've read a little ahead about how temperamental 2-year-olds can be. They'll be too young to actually hike, but potentially a little old to agree to willingly ride around in backpacks all day. We'll just have to see. If they're not at an age where it will work, we could still go and just mostly stay around in the cabin and go to Dollywood one day and go hiking once together and then split up to hike the rest of the time. We can let the girls stay with Sam and Trina while we hike for a bit."

"That could work. I'm sure there are rides and things that they'd like. And by then, they'd be old enough to at least enjoy that big aquarium we saw that we didn't go into."

"That's true. We'll just have to do some research and see what attractions there are that are toddler-friendly." Kurt turned on the CD player and they sang along for a while.

They pulled into the lot and headed inside to sign in again. They went straight to the auditorium. The small groups from the first half practiced while the large groups from the second half practiced on the stage. Once the large group numbers had finished, they smaller groups spread out into classrooms and the commons to rehearse on their own. Russell and Jon had to practice with other groups, plus the eight of them had decided not to go through their song again anyway. Sebastian and Kurt went outside to take a walk before they joined everyone for the light dinner just the Warblers were having.

Once they were far enough into the gardens that no one from the building could see them, Sebastian took Kurt's hand and steered him down a path.

"This leads out to a little pond on the edge of the property between here at Crawford Country Day."

"It does. But between here and there, the school put in a few benches my senior year."

"I see. And you have plans for one of those benches? Bucket list plans?"

"Perhaps."

"I had figured you had something fun in mind when I found that you had put a paper lunch sack in my small messenger bag that I brought with me."

"You found that already?"

"My bag was making crinkly sounds. I looked inside to figure out why. The bottle of water I had packed was pressing against the paper sack."

"Damn bottle of water. Gave way my secret bucket list idea."

"Oh, no. We're not NOT doing your idea just because I found your stash of stuff. Now, I'm just going to get to anticipate your idea rather than be surprised by it, which is still fun." He stepped in front of Sebastian and wrapped his hand behind his neck pulling him into a searing kiss. "The anticipation is going to keep me on edge." He kissed him again. "I love you, Sebastian."

"I love you too. You have a naughty streak I didn't expect."

"You bring it out in me. We just can't get caught, wherever you're planning this little tryst."

"Definitely not." He was breathing hard. "If we don't stop, I'm going to need to amend my plans for a walk."

"I think I need to see one of these benches. I have an idea. I think you overlooked my addition to the bag."

"Which was?"

"The bottle of water, of course. Plus, a tin of cinnamon Altoids."

Sebastian chuckled. "Perfect."

Before the concert, they met up with Nick and Jeff outside the common room they had practiced in the day before. Sebastian went to find Wes. Nick went off to talk to Thad.

Jeff said, "Hey, do you have any more Altoids? I ate some red onions on my burger before we came and now that's all I can taste."

"Yeah, sure." Kurt opened his bag and pulled the tin out an held it open for Jeff to take one. They went inside and stood in the back corner of the room. "Are you nervous?"

Jeff turned so that his back was to the room and spoke quietly. "A little. Only because it kind of feels like we've been lying to everyone for five years."

"Don't feel that way. You've lived your lives the way you thought it was best for the four years that you were here. Your choice didn't affect anyone else's life in a negative way. Staying in the closet isn't wrong or bad. Each person has to figure out what makes sense for their life. If coming out means losing everything, then that might not be in that person's best interest. Coming out could be dangerous. It's not 'inauthentic' or whatever to protect yourself from danger and harm. I was in a glass closet. My interests in 'girly' pastimes gave me away. I didn't pass. Telling everyone I was straight was like telling everyone that a cat is a dog. But again, I had an accepting parent. If I had grown up in a homophobic home environment, I'm sure that I would have not pursued my 'girly' hobbies. I would have become knowledgeable about something that I had no interest in just to feign interest in the 'right' kinds of activities. I was naïve and believed that 'living a lie' or 'living an inauthentic life' nonsense when I was younger. I tried to convince someone to come out when it absolutely would have not be in his best interest. The timing to let people know isn't always easy to determine. Some people stay in the closet and make the best they can of their lives for their entire lives. Those people astound me in their ability to find the good in a bad situation."

Nick walked up. "What are you two going on about over here? Wes has called our group a couple of times and you two haven't moved."

"Lead the way," Kurt said.

Kurt and Sebastian went outside and met up with Burt, Carole, Richard, and Dotty for just a few minutes before they had to go back inside and get in their places.

The concert kicked off with a welcome from the Headmaster Matthews, followed by a short historical speech from one of the previous headmasters. All of the Warblers present filed out onto the stage and led the the Dalton Academy school song. The words were projected onto a screen at the back so that the audience could sing along if they chose to.

The oldest group performed first. Afterwards, slide show of the oldest photos of the school was shown. After that the large groups, small groups, and more slideshows alternated.

The Warblers that Wes had sung with his first two years in the group were the last to perform in the first half. There was a brief intermission before the second half of the concert started.

Wes took the stage and explained how the Warblers had moved from traditional Barbershop quartet to performing as a vocal band in order to compete in the show choir competitions. The group filed in behind the curtain while he spoke. When he finished, he slipped behind and took his place. As soon as the curtain opened, Blaine moved up to the front of the stage and tossed the papers up in the air as he sang the line about the letters.

Oh, yeah!

So scared of breaking it,

That you won't let it bend.

And I wrote two hundred letters,

I will never send.

...

You say your faith is shaken,
And you may be mistaken.
You keep me wide awake,
And waiting for the sun.

I'm desperate and confused,
So far away from you.
I'm getting nearer.
I don't care where I have to run.

Why do you do what you do to me?
Yeah.
Why won't you answer me, answer me?
Yeah.

Why do you do what you do to me?
Yeah.
Why won't you answer me, answer me?
Yeah.

I am in misery.
There ain't nobody,
Who can comfort me.
Oh, yeah.
Why won't you answer me?
The silence is slowly killing me.
Oh, yeah.

Man, you really got me bad.
You really got me bad.
Now, I'm gonna get you back.
Now, I'm gonna get you back.

Sebastian watched them perform from the wings. He had already realized that Blaine had placed Kurt across from him in the semi-circle every time they formed on so that he could sing in Kurt's direction without being overly obvious. From his perspective, the song dragged on. He did appreciate the fact that Wes had vetoed him adding in the verse with the lyrics about the "way it felt to be completely intertwined." When the song ended, the group exited to the other side of the stage.

He was surprised when Blaine went back out on stage followed by a group of older guys that stood in a semi-circle behind him. Blaine sang lead, while they doo-wopped and joined in as the harmony in places.

My love must be a kind of blind love.
I can't see anyone but you.

Doo wop, sha bop.
Doo wop, sha bop.
Doo wop, sha bop.
Doo wop, sha bop.

Doo wop, sha bop.
Are the stars,
Doo wop, sha bop.
Out tonight?
Doo wop, sha bop.
I don't know if it's cloudy,
Doo wop, sha bop.
Or bright.

I only have eyes for you, dear.

Doo wop, sha bop.
The moon may,
Doo wop, sha bop.
Be high.
Doo wop, sha bop.

But I can't see a thing,
Doo wop, sha bop.
In the sky.

I only have eyes for you.
I don't know if we're in a garden,
Or on a crowded avenue.

Doo wop, sha bop.
You are here.
Doo wop, sha bop.
And so am I.
Doo wop, sha bop.
Maybe millions of people,
Doo wop, sha bop.
Go by.

But they all disappear from view
Oooh, Oooh, Oooh.
And I only have eyes for you.

Doo wop, sha bop.
Doo wop, sha bop.
Doo wop, sha bop.
Doo wop, sha bop.

Sebastian saw him look towards Kurt each time after he sang the line "I only have eyes for you." He had figured that Blaine would make some sort of 'musical pass' at Kurt. He just hadn't expected it to be so blatant. Because of the total darkness in the area he was standing, Kurt couldn't see him, which was really bothering him. He slipped out from where he was and very quietly exited the stage and re-entered stage on the opposite side.

Once Sebastian had closed the door quietly, he looked across the area to find that Kurt was still standing where he had been. He made his way over to him quietly and he stood next to him to his right so that no one else could see that he was touching Kurt's hand. He didn't take it. He just pressed the back of his hand to the back of Kurt's. Kurt relaxed the instant Sebastian touched him. He felt Kurt slip his hand behind his own and slide it up into position to interlace their fingers. He squeezed Kurt's hand and he squeezed back. The tension in Kurt's body drained as he soaked in the comfort Sebastian offered. He glanced over, half-expecting to see rage, but he what he saw was much better – Sebastian's smirk was firmly in place. He hadn't come to Kurt because he needed comfort. He came to make sure that Kurt was okay.

Another small group had taken the stage and had been performing, which Sebastian and Kurt had completely missed, but the instant the stage lights went down for Kurt's group to move into place, Sebastian gave Kurt's hand one more squeeze and he headed back out of the area before Wes had time to realize that he wasn't where he belonged. He went back out into the hallway and back to the other side of the stage. By the time he joined the rest of his own group, Kurt and Blaine were about to start.

Blaine entered from the top of the risers, with Kurt joining him center stage after entering from stage left. Sebastian had the misfortune of being able to see Kurt's face while he performed, which made him seethe that Kurt had to perform as if he were interested in Blaine. Kurt's acting skills had improved dramatically over the version Sebastian had seen on video or Kurt hadn't been doing his best that day, which seemed more likely because he had managed to get Sam to show him videos of old performances that Kurt had never shown him. The song finally came to an end.

Oh, oh. I want some more.
Oh, oh. What are you waiting for?
What are you waiting for?
Say goodbye to your heart tonight.

The audience clapped enthusiastically when they finished.

Kurt and Blaine were standing front center on the stage and Blaine reached out to take Kurt's hand to bow, only Kurt didn't reach out. Blaine made it looks as if the move had been part of his elaborate bow by swiftly making a large sweeping gesture with his extended hand to his waist and moving his left hand behind his back and bowed. Kurt followed his lead and placed his hands in the same position and bowed in tandem, without the flourish that Blaine had added to cover over his move to take Kurt's hand. A few seconds later, Kurt turned and walked off the stage towards stage right. They stood together as a group, quietly reveling in their success.

Sebastian observed from where he was on the opposite side of the stage. Blaine stepped into the wings of the stage and began watch Kurt. He saw Blaine pull his lower lip in and let it slip free as stared at Kurt. Sebastian had sat and watched Blaine flirt with Kurt through the rehearsals and again during the performances, which made his blood boil. He saw Blaine try to inch his way closer to Kurt, which set him off and he left and went back to the other side of the stage again. He closed the door behind him quietly. He scanned the area for Kurt, but couldn't see him. He stepped in farther and moved to the middle of the space and rotated.

Blaine had pulled Kurt into the corner, where no one could see. "I knew you still had feelings for me. Your acting skills are nowhere nearly good enough to look at me like that without meaning it."

"Let go of me, Blaine. And my acting skills are just fine. They always have been."

"Not when we performed 'Animals' the first time."

"That was a mess. I'll grant you that. The day we before we performed, I went back through the recordings from rehearsals. I watched you perform 'Raise Your Glass several times and I copied your sexy moves instead using my own."

"What? That doesn't even make sense."

"Whatever. Believe me or don't. Watch the recordings of both songs and see for yourself."

Blaine moved in closer. "I know you want me still."

"I don't, not at all. You're in my personal space. Back up."

"You like me up close and personal." He slid his hand up Kurt's arm to the side of his neck and leaned in to kiss Kurt.

Kurt used his stage combat training to grab Blaine's hand and twist it up behind his back quickly. "Leave me alone. I have to go perform." He pushed Blaine to the side a bit, causing him to stumble slightly, but he made his way back over to the group, which was when Sebastian caught sight of him.

Sebastian was relieved to see him. He gave Kurt a quizzical look, but Kurt shook his head and moved towards the stage to get into his position. It dawned on Sebastian that he was on the wrong side of the stage, but he knew he couldn't make it back to the other side in time, so he lined up at the head of the row across from the one he should have been leading in from the other side so that he could make it to the center where he belonged.

They moved into position in the dark and when the lights came up, they began to sing. Sebastian sang out loud and clear with Russell echoing the first two lines.

Come on, stand. (Come on, stand.)
Up again. (Up again.)
Stand you're gonna run again.

Don't give up.
You're gonna see tomorrow,
That you'll be on your feet again.
Sometimes the world's gonna knock you over,
But you will see who are your friends.

When the song ended, the crowd clapped and cheered. The group exited stage right, back to where they had been. Trent, Thad, Sebastian, Nick, Jon, and Jeff stayed on the stage and did a remix of "Uptown Girl" with Trent and Thad splitting the verses. Kurt was surprised and enjoyed the beginning of the piece until Blaine walked up to him again and pulled him by the jacket sleeve back away from the group again.

"This thing you have with Sebastian isn't going to last. He's going to want someone more adventurous than you. Sure, he might stick it out for year or two while seeing other guys behind your back, but he'll eventually get tired of the burden of being tied down. You know we're meant to be together. I've told you how sorry I am. I will never, ever cheat on you again. I swear."

"Blaine, stop. We aren't getting back together. Please just leave me alone."

Blaine looked like he was going to step away, but instead he quickly grabbed Kurt's shoulders and rotated them, pushing Kurt back into the wall and Kurt's mind started to flash back as Blaine nearly kissed him, but he instantaneously pulled himself back into the moment and shoved Blaine back and smacked him. Fortunately, "Uptown Girl" was loud enough to block the sound of Kurt's hand making contact with Blaine's cheek.

Blaine moved his hand to cover the area where Kurt had smacked him. "God, Kurt. I thought you were all anti-violence."

"I am, but you weren't listening and I will not be kissed against my will again. I am against violence, but I am also in favor of defending myself these days." Kurt moved away from the wall and began to walk back towards the edge of the stage.

Blaine grabbed his arm once more.

Kurt turned on him with fire in his eyes. He broke free and grabbed Blaine's upper arms and held on with enough force to keep him in place, but not to leave any bruises. "Leave. Me. Alone. I've told you repeatedly that I am not interested. I am married. You know that. You've known that for about five months."

"What's Sebastian going to say when he finds out that you kissed me?"

"I did not kiss you. You tried to kiss me against my will. As for what he's going to say, I believe the words 'restraining order' will be some of the first out of his mouth. I'm going to let go of you so I can go on stage and perform." He let go of Blaine and walked sideways keeping an eye on Blaine as he made his way to the area of the wings where he belonged.

The lights went down and they moved into position. They performed the song just as they had for Regionals Sebastian's junior year. The choreography for the piece was the most complicated of the songs so far. The audience really got into it and began to clap to the beat. They performed the jumps and the flips and the younger members of the audience got up on their feet. As the song drew to a close, Kurt sang the echo part that Hunter had sung during the competition.

Let's go crazy, crazy, crazy 'til we see the sun.
I know we only met, but let's pretend it's love.
And never, never, never stop for anyone.
Tonight, let's get some,
And live while we're young.

And, girl, you and I,

We're 'bout to make some memories tonight.

(I wanna live while we're young.)

We want to live while we're young.

Come on, young
(Wanna live, wanna live, wanna live)
Wanna live while we're young
(Wanna live, wanna live, wanna live while we're young)
Tonight, let's get some
And live while we're young

When they finished, the applause and cheering started. They bowed and exited as the lights went down.

Jon and Russell grabbed stools and moved to the center of the floor area in front of the risers. Kurt, Sebastian, Nick, Jeff, Wes, and David removed their blazers quickly, put their sweater vests on, rolled their sleeve up to their elbows, and quickly moved to their line formation and stood in pairs. They split up the verses and David sang the descant in the chorus.

People say we shouldn't be together, (Kurt)
Too young to know about forever. (Sebastian)

But I say they don't know what they're talk, talk, talkin' about. (Jeff)
'Cause this love is only getting stronger. (Nick)

So I don't wanna wait any longer. (Wes)
I just wanna tell the world that you're mine now. (David)

Oh, they don't know about the things we do.
They don't know about the I love you's.
But I bet you if they only knew. (They don't know.)
They would just be jealous of us.
They don't know about the up all nights.
They don't know I've waited all my life.
Just to find a love that feels this right. (They don't know.)
Baby, they don't know about, they don't know about us.

One touch and I was a believer. (Kurt, Jeff, Wes)
Every kiss, it gets a little sweeter.(Sebastian, Nick, David)

It's getting better, (Kurt, Jeff, Wes)
Keeps getting better all the time. (Sebastian, Nick, David)

They don't know how special you are. (Kurt)
They don't know what you've done to my heart. (Sebastian)

They can say anything they want. (Jeff)
'Cause they don't know about us. (Nick)

They don't know what we do best. (Wes)
That's between me and you, our little secret. (David)

But I wanna tell 'em. (Kurt, Jeff, Wes)
I wanna tell the world that you're mine. (Sebastian, Nick, David)

They don't know about the things we do.
They don't know about the I love you's. (I love you)
But I bet you if they only knew. (If they only knew)
They would just be jealous of us. (They would just be jealous of us)
They don't know about the up all nights.
They don't know I've waited all my life.
Just to find a love that feels this right (Feels so right)

They sang the last phrases in pairs.

Now, they know 'bout us. (Kurt, Sebastian)
Now, they know 'bout us. (Jeff, Nick)
Now, they know 'bout us. (Wes, David)

As soon as they sang the last note, the couples reached out and held hands and bowed with Russell and Jon, who quickly grabbed both stools after the stage lights went down and they all exited towards stage right, except Russell who took his place on the stage with the current Warblers. Kurt did not let go of Sebastian's hand and pulled him out into the hallway as the current Warblers took their position on the stage to perform the first of their two songs.

As soon as they were out in the hall, Kurt pulled Sebastian down to the next hallway and turned into one of the room. He threw his arms around Sebastian.

"Quelque chose s'est mal passé. Dis-moi, mon loup." He tipped Kurt's chin up and tried to kiss Kurt, but he turned his face away.

"Blaine m'a presque embrassé."

"I'm going to have him arrested." Sebastian reached for his phone, quickly realizing that it was in Kurt's bag, which was locked up for the duration of the concert. He took a deep breath. "You said he almost kissed you. So, he tried and didn't succeed."

"Yes. I almost flashed back and froze, but I caught myself. I pushed him away from me and smacked him."

"Seriously? Damn. I wish I had seen that. He's had that coming for ages."

"You know I don't condone violence."

"I know, but his ears don't work. Maybe you smacked his ability to listen back into place."

Kurt smiled sadly and sighed. He forced himself to look Sebastian in the eyes. "You're not mad at me for smacking him?"

Sebastian ran his thumb along Kurt's jaw. "Not at all. Smacking does practically nothing in the grand scheme of injuries, as opposed to kicking or punching. Plus, it was in self-defense."

"Can I have that kiss you offered?"

"Any time." He wrapped his hand behind Kurt's neck and kissed him tenderly. "Let's get back to the stage before we miss our entrance for our final piece."

They managed to make it back to the wings just in time to get their vests off and put their blazers back on, but they had to leave their sleeves rolled up to be able to file in with the rest of the Warblers onto the risers. The curtain went up for the last time and the entire group sang the Nation Anthem. They stayed in place while Headmaster Matthews gave everyone in the audience directions on where to go for the reception, which was being held outdoors.

A few of the former Warblers hadn't been able to make it on time to the rehearsal, so they had waited to do a large group photo until the end. They quickly slipped their blazers off and rolled their sleeves down and put their blazers back on while the photographer directed a few people to move around and change positions so that everyone could be seen in the photo. Once the photographer was satisfied with several of the photos, all of the headmasters that were in attendance joined the group for several more photos. Once the photos were done, the group dispersed and everyone headed back to the rooms where their personal possessions had be locked up during the concert.

Kurt quickly retrieved his bag and they went out to the table in the hallway to pick up name tags. He didn't want to be in the small room with Blaine any longer than necessary. While they waited in line, Kurt slipped Sebastian's ring to him and he put it on. This time Kurt wrote Kurt Hummel-Smythe, 2010-2011 and Sebastian Hummel-Smythe 2011-2013 on the name tags and stuck them to their lapels quickly, but before they got a chance to escape, Trent approached them.

"So, you two?" He paused and looked at their name tags. "Wait. You two are married?"

"We are," Kurt said cheerfully. "Quite happily so."

"Well, congratulations." He looked down at their hands. "I didn't see rings until now."

Sebastian said. "This concert meant a lot to the school and we didn't want to be the cause of any drama beforehand."

"Yeah, I guess that makes sense. Does Blaine know?"

"He does," Sebastian responded cooly. "He's not a fan to say the least."

Trent snorted. "I bet. I remember what he said at Christmas."

"Yeah, me too."

"You were wearing Kurt's scarf," he chuckled as he remembered the conversation.

"I was," Sebastian smiled and nodded. "But in all honesty, I knew nothing about the brand or anything else about it. Kurt just wrapped it around me neck and tied it and that was that."

Trent turned to Kurt. "You were there when we came by?"

"Think about that question." Kurt raised an eyebrow.

"Right. Married. Live together. Duh. Why didn't you come with us?"

Wes called out from the doors to the room. "Let's head down to the reception. They had a couple of speeches set up, but we're expected to get down there as soon as possible."

Perfect timing. Kurt ushered Trent towards the the group leaving the area.

Everyone who hadn't put a name tag on grabbed one quickly, moved down the hallway, and headed towards the rotunda to go out the back.

Kurt held Sebastian's hand and walked more slowly that the rest of the group and turned the opposite direction when they all turned towards the rotunda and led the way through one of the rooms that had two doors and went out on the other side of the room and down another hallway to a set of stairs, which he was happy to find unlocked. He opened the door quietly and made sure it closed quietly once they passed through. He pulled Sebastian up the stairs to the third floor, then all the way down the corridor to the restroom at the very end of the hall. By the time they got there, he was having a hard time not laughing. He pulled the door open and nudged Sebastian inside and into the handicap stall.

"You're serious?"

"I thought this was what you wanted? You packed everything we'd need."

He kissed Kurt. "Only if you're sure."

Kurt wrapped his hands behind Sebastian's neck and kissed him fiercely, "Oh, I'm sure. I'm very, very sure." He stepped backwards and slipped his pants off and hung them on the bag hook on the back of the stall. He kissed Sebastian again and pulled out what they needed from the supplies in his bag and hand the lube and a condom to Sebastian. He turned around and faced the wall and pulled his shirt up.

"Oh, God. You're wearing a dance belt with the straps."

"After I saw what was in my bag, I changed quickly to this type. I thought you'd approve."

"Oh, I approve. Very much so." He kissed along the back of Kurt's neck. "Although, it is a little weird that you're half-dressed."

Kurt wiggled his tush. "Get on with it or people will start calling and asking where we are."

Sebastian did as he had been told, but less than five minutes later, something caught his attention on the edge of his peripheral vision. Being used to playing lacrosse had trained him to use it frequently. He removed his left hand on Kurt's hip and stepped back silently and grabbed for what he had realized was a phone.

"Hey!" the person yelled as his phone was snatched.

"Blaine?" Kurt said immediately.

The next thing they heard was Blaine again, "Stop, Wes! What are you doing?"

"I'm protecting my best friend and his husband from your stalking and voyeurism, obviously." He sent the photos he had taken of Blaine following them to both Kurt and Sebastian. "Let's go."

"Let go of me," Blaine demanded.

"No. I mean it. Walk out of this restroom and head towards the reception. I'm going to walk right behind you to make sure you make it there."

"I need my phone back."

"I'm sure that it will make it back into your possession by the end of the reception. Move."

"The next thing they heard was Wes pulling the door closed a little forcefully."

Kurt broke out laughing. "Oh, my God. Was getting caught having sex on your bucket list?"

"Definitely not. What do we do with the photos? I've kept his phone from going to sleep."

"Give it here." Kurt took it from him and went into his settings and disabled the passcode. "Done." He stuck Blaine's phone in his bag. "Did he completely kill the mood?"

Sebastian laughed. "Kiss me and I'll be in the mood again. What about you?"

"I'm over it. He's ridiculous and he saw nothing since he's too short to have been able to see the photos he was taking while holding his camera up that high. I love you. Let's get back to what we were doing."

"Your wish is my command."

Kurt and Sebastian joined the reception and found their family members.

"You guys are late," Burt said. "The rest of the Warblers got her about 15 minutes ago."

Kurt spoke quietly. "We had a little altercation with Blaine."

"Again?" Burt asked.

Kurt sighed.

"Yes, again. The third today for Kurt." Sebastian said. "But don't worry. We have proof. We'll talk to Daniel in a bit and go from there. Let's go get some food. I'm starving."

"Worked up an appetite, did you?"

Kurt smiled, trying to keep his response under control. "We definitely did."

The six of them moved towards one of the buffet lines.

Dotty said, "I remember the song with the flips, but I didn't expect to see Kurt singing with you. That was a fun surprise. I remember him saying that he was a cheerleader, though, so i guess it makes sense that he could do that stuff too."

"I had a lot of fun. Sebastian asked me to step in for a tenor who couldn't make it that was a senior his junior year. That was the one without the flips. And then I filled in for a different guy who actually got expelled Sebastian's senior year."

Richard said, "I remember that. Such a shame. I'm glad you weren't a part of that, Sebastian."

Sebastian refrained from commenting on the subject. "We didn't get to see a lot of the concert. Did you enjoy the other parts?"

Carole said, 'I thought everyone was really great. I thought it was amazing that they got so many of the older Warblers to come and participate. It's just wild to think that this school has been here for 200 years."

"Seeing all of the different blazers, all so similar, yet small changes over the years has been fun," Kurt said. "It's amazing that this school meant so much to them that they had kept their blazers all this time."

"Your small group was interesting," Burt said. "I did my best to pay attention to the words. Were those other four guys singing with you coming out to everyone?"

"They were. They all came out after they graduated, so no one here knew."

"The school has a no-bullying policy," Carole said. "I don't understand."

"They weren't afraid they'd be bullied by students. It's not just peers that are problems."

"Right," she said. "Families too." She sighed.

"Yes. I won't say who, but one of them had a family member that paid their tuition to attend Dalton who would have cut off his tuition money if he had come out."

Dotty rolled her eyes. "Some people are just–" She stopped.

"They are," Burt agreed.

They took their plates and sat down together.

A few minutes later, Thad walked up to Kurt and Sebastian. "I wanted to congratulate the two of you before I missed my chance. Trent told us."

"Thanks," Kurt said.

"We'd like to take you both out one evening to celebrate, if that's okay."

"Um, sure," Sebastian said. "Wes has our numbers."

"Great. Sorry for interrupting." He headed back to sit with several of the Warblers.

"So, are you two just going to tell everyone now?" Burt asked.

"Yep. We just wanted to get our feet under us. We needed time to get used to being 'us'. I was never ashamed of being with Sebastian. I just didn't want us to be attacked by people who think they know more about how I should live my life than I do. Now that we've been open about it here, by the time we get home this evening, the news will have made it through the New Directions. Blaine won't keep quiet about it now that we've spoken about it publicly."

"What is it with that kid?" Burt asked. "Sorry. He's not a kid, but he keeps acting like one."

"If I knew, I'd tell you," Kurt said. "I do need to go find Daniel and talk to him briefly."

"Go ahead, honey. Take care of what you need to," Dotty said. "We'll be right here."

Kurt got up and looked around and found him. He made his way through the tables and approached from the side of the table where Daniel could see him. It didn't take long for him to notice Kurt, who silently got Daniel to follow him away from the tables.

"Is something wrong, Kurt?"

"Blaine. He was harassing me earlier and he tried to kiss me. After the concert ended, he followed me and Sebastian when we went the opposite direction from the group. Wes knows. He followed Blaine."

"What do you want me to do?"

"Go ahead and file for the restraining order, I guess. I don't really know. I just want him to leave me alone. Although, I'm pretty sure he's been drinking. He smelled like something sweet, but alcoholic. Maybe wine coolers?"

"Well, that would be an issue for sure since this is a high school where no drinking is allowed, no matter your age. And he is underage. I'm going to call a guy I know. When he gets here, I'll call you. Ask Blaine meet you at the entrance to the West Gardens."

"I can't. I have his phone."

"I'm not sure I want to know why, but I'll have Wes ask Blaine to meet you at the entrance to the West Gardens."

"Have Wes bring him. He's our witness that Blaine was following us."

"I love you boys. I really do. But honestly, I have dessert waiting for me," he teased. "I'm going to go eat my molten lava cake like I didn't hear any of this. I'm going to pretend for ten minutes."

Kurt laughed.

He turned to walk back towards his table and looked back to Kurt, "Ten minutes."

"Thank you."

He nodded. "Always."
