Tara and Jax stood right in front of her mom's grave. Tara quickly wiped her eyes and took a deep breath as she started to speak to her mom." Hey, mom. Long time no see." Tara says with a soft chuckle as she slouch down and placed the flowers down in front of her mom's tombstone." Yeah, I know what your thinking. Why haven't my daughter come see me anymore?"Tara asked with a small sad smile.

" I am sorry I haven't come around mom, but at the time it wasn't for me safe for me to come back here, and honestly it's probably still not safe. But doesn't matter now cause I had to come see you. I wanted to tell you that I love you and I wanted to thank you for raising me and being the best mom I ever had." Tara then gasps and a smile started to spread across her face as she placed her hand against her abdomen."" Speaking of that, um... I'm pregnant. You're gonna be a grandma." Tara says as she slowly stood up and glance over at Jax as she reaches out for his hand." Jax?"

Jax stepped next to Tara as he took her hand. He raised her hand up towards his lips as he pressed his lips against the back of her hand." I love you." Jax mouths the words.

Tara smiles softly as she nods her head and then turn her attention back to her mom." Mom, I want you to meet Jax Teller. The love of my life. My old man." Tara responded as she smiles brightly up at him." Jax, meet my mom and my best friend, Katherine Knowles."

Jax grins as he leans forward and kisses her temple softly as he rest his hand against her hip and pulls her even closer to him. He then looks down at the tombstone." It's a pleasure to meet you Ms.Knowles. I want to let you know, that you don't have to worry about Tara anymore. I love your daughter Ms. Knowles, with all my heart." Jax then took a deep breath as he pulls out the little black box he kept in his pocket for the past few days now. He held on to her hand tightly as he slowly got down on his knee." Tara..."Jax started to say.

Tara couldn't help but gasp as she watched Jax getting down on his knees. She covered her mouth in shock as she didn't expect this to happen now." Are... you? I mean it's obvious that you are, but here though? In a grave yard... right in front of my mom's grave." Tara always pictured her mom being there when the man she fell in love with propose to her. Just not like this.

" Believe me babe, this wasn't what I had originally plan. But now that we are here right in front of your mom. I don't want her to miss this." Jax took another deep breath as he started to speak again.

" Tara meeting you in the beginning of the year was like a dream come true. Before you came along babe, I was in a dark place and you were able to pull me out of it. You've truly changed my life babe, you also changed Abel's life and given him something that I always wanted for my son, an unconditional love of a mother." He then places his hand against her stomach as his fingers spread apart." Now, your about to give me another little miracle. You're an amazing woman Tara Grace Knowles and I do love you. I promise to love you always and protect you, and our family forever. I want you to be my wife. Will you marry me?"

Tara couldn't help but smile as she could feel a tear coming down her cheek. Tara glanced back at her mom's tombstone as she nods her head knowing what her mom was thinking. Tara then turn her attention back to Jax as she nods her head once more." Of course, I will marry you."

Jax grins even bigger as he opened the box and took the ring out. He grabs her hand and slips the ring on her finger." Perfect fit."" Jax stood back up and steps closer as he places both hands against her face and pulls her face up as he crashed his lips against hers and kisses her passionately and deeply as he buried his hands and fingers into her hair. He breathe deeply as he slowly pulls back and rest his forehead against hers." I love you so much babe." He says softly.

" I love you too Jax." Tara responded as she rest her fingertips against his beard against his jawline. She then pulls away and took a better look at her engagement ring." This ring is beautiful Jax, Were did you get it?"

" It was my mom's engagement ring."

" For real?" Tara asked as she looked at the ring again and then back at him.

Jax nods his head as he held her hand and gently brushed his thumb over the ring." JT gave it to her when he proposed to her, and after she passed away. He kept it and held on to it for me, he was wishing that one day I will give it to someone special." Jax says softly as he gazed into her eyes." And, it looks like he got his wish."

" Oh, Jackson." Tara leans up as she pressed her lips against hers and kisses him deeply and passionately. She smiles softly as she slowly pulls back." I am honored to be wearing your mom's engagement ring, and I promise to cherish it forever."

Jax nods his head as he kisses her forehead deeply." We should get going babe." Jax says softly.

Tara nods her head in agreement as she looks back at her mom's tombstone. She lets go of Jax's hand as she walked up and crouched down one more time. She then reaches over and rested her hand against her mom's name." I love you mom, I promise to tell my son or daughter all about their grandma Katherine and I will try to come and visit you more often. Bye mom, see you soon." Tara says softly as she stood back up and turned around and walked back towards Jax.

" You doing okay?"

Tara nods her head as she smiles softly." Yeah, I am doing fine. Come on, let's go." Tara says tugging on his hand as they both started to walk back towards the truck.

" Jesus Christ." Tara sighs softly just as she and Jax walked into her old apartment. Tara stood right in the middle of the living room when she noticed every furniture was turned over." He was looking for something." Tara says as she shook her head.

" Who was? Looking for what exactly?" Jax asked as he looked around at the mess.

" Josh. The morning after I left, he was here looking for something like a note telling him were I was going to go. He basically turn the whole apartment upside down.

" Did you leave a note?"

Tara snorts shaking her head as she glanced over her shoulder." Lyla sorta suggested it, but I told her there's no need and we left Chicago that night." Tara says as she shrugged her shoulders. She then headed towards her old room. Pushing the door open she noticed the mess. Every drawers was out and everything she ever own was tossed around the room. Just as she set her foot down, Tara felt broken glass crushing down underneath her foot. Tara quickly stepped back as she looks down and gasps in anger." Fucking asshole." Tara sighs deeply as she bends down and picked up the frame that held her mom's photo.

" Is that you're mom?" Jax asked softly as he looks down over her shoulder.

Tara nods her head as she stood back up." Yeah, it was the last picture she ever took with me. We had more picture together when I was very young. But this one has always been my most favorite." Tara responded as she gently ran her finger against her mom's face." People use to say I look at her."

" I agree babe, you do look like her. She was beautiful and so are you." Jax says softly as he kisses her temple softly.

Tara closed her eyes as she could feel more tears falling down her cheeks." Thanks. She then took another deep breath as she looked around the room." Let's just pack the rest of my stuff and get the hell out of here. I want to get back home as soon as possible."

After Jax placed the last box into the back of the truck and closed the tail gate up. Jax climbed back into the truck, closing the door as he sat down. Turning the engine over and buckle his seatbelt in. Jax glanced over at Tara." You ready to go?"

Tara sat up straight as she nods her head." Yeah, I am more than ready."

Jax nods his head as he pulls the shifting gear down and stepped on the gas and pulls away from the apartment building and into traffic. Tara glanced back of the window as she look back at the apartment one more time.

as Tara watch it disappear in distance Tara sighs deeply as she realized that chapter of her life is finally closed and the next chapter of her life is about to open, very soon and for the rest of her life.

Author Note: I'm back!!! for the past few days I have been having troubles signing back into my account and I was afraid I had to create a new profile and completely start my stories over including this one.
