Lincoln's friends immediately engulfed him in a group hug. "Clincoln Mcloud is back!!" Cheered Clyde. "It's great to see you guys again!" Replied Lincoln. "That sword fight was intense! You had us really worried!" Said Stella. "I had so many theories about that gem!" Cried Zach. Lincoln suddenly gasped. "Oh my gosh I almost forgot!" He pulled out his phone and sent the picture of the map to the police telling them to pass it on to Abby as quickly as possible. "I'll explain later." He said. "That was some purty fine work there buddy, if I do say so myself." Added Liam. "Let's hear it for Lincoln!" Cried Rusty. "Lincoln! Lincoln! Lincoln! Lincoln!"
Lincoln's friends weren't the only ones eager to see the Louds return. Many of the sisters' friends came to see them. Ms Carmichael from the mall even came to see Leni!
As everyone happily shared the story and accepted many thanks, a voice came from a microphone in front of the house. "Attention please! Loud siblings, please come forward." It was Mayor Davis! Soon, all the Louds were in a line next to Davis. She turned to the crowd. "Citizens of Royal Woods! Today is a day to celebrate! These wonderful kids have saved hundreds of lives today by capturing the most dangerous criminal in the state and stopping her from taking over our homes!" The crowd cheered.
Lori then whispered something to her. "And I've just been informed that the state would've been lost if weren't for Lincoln Loud. How he continued to do the right thing even when the odds were against him inspired his family to do the same. Lori says this makes him the hero of Royal Woods!" The crowd cheered once more. "And I'm proud to present these medals of bravery from the governor of Michigan herself!" She went along placing a gold medal around each of the Louds' necks. Even Lily got one! The medal read: For Bravery And Heroism. Lola was very pleased. "Oh thank you, thank you! You're too kind!" She gushed. "This totes goes with my outfit!" Said Leni excitedly. "Let's make some noise for our heroes!!" Shouted Mayor Davis. The crowd roared and applauded for the heroes of the hour!
"And now, to kick off the celebrations, I give you, The Moon Goats!" Luna gasped as she saw Sam, Mazzy, and Sulley appear with their band equipment. "C'mon Lunes! Let's make some music!" Cried Sam. Luna ran inside, grabbed her guitar and joined her band. "1! 2! 3! 4!" And Luna and the others began playing a revised version of "the best dang brother anywhere around"!
As everyone danced and sang, Lincoln knew one thing was certain: He had the best family anyone could ever ask for.
