Musa and Riven- Stuffy

He told her that dinner with her college friends would be a quick affair. That they would have dinner, maybe a few drinks, and then they would be gone. But it had been three hours and the night showed no signs of slowing down.

Riven sat at one end of the table, the full glass of wine in his hand and a glower on his face. He hated wine. He hated the soft music softly playing through their small house. And he hated being dressed up. It might just be a button-up shirt and slacks, but it was different than his usual t-shirt and jeans that he would wear as his job as a mechanic.

His girlfriend Musa was an academic woman. A Master's degree under her belt already and she was working on her PhD. Riven was lucky enough to have graduated high school and attend trade school. Musa always reassured him that she didn't care that he didn't have any typical higher learning, that he wasn't like the other people that she surrounded herself with.

But it was always nights like this when Riven always felt extremely inadequate.

The conversations that were had at these dinner parties always went over his head, so he always stayed quiet. Nobody cared about what he wanted to talk about. The scores of the latest game, the latest motorcycle models, or the funny things that his co-workers would say to him. That was something that he loved about Musa, the fact that she could laugh with him about the dumb shit the boys at the shop would say, no matter how "educated" she was.

"-What do you think, Riven?"

Riven's attention was drawn back to the conversation that he had mainly tuned out. Musa's red-headed friend Whats-Her-Face looked at him in anticipation.

"Oh, I uh..." Riven struggled to find something to say.

"Riven and I haven't really had time to talk about that, Bloom. We don't usually discuss politics."

Riven sighed. Thank God for Musa coming in to save the day. Well, to save him from a world of embarrassment.

"Oh, I see..." the redhead that Riven now knew whose name was Bloom replied as she took a sip of her wine.

Judgy bitch...

"What do you say about the latest election in Zenith?" some guy with blonde hair who sat next to Bloom asked.

"I don't know. I didn't know that they had an election."

"You mean that you haven't been following?" the blonde man asked.

"No." Riven replied curtly, "I don't really care about politics or economics."

"How could you not?" the blonde-haired man looked at Riven with shock glazed over his blue eyes.

"I got other shit to worry about. Like being the only one working while Musa is in school. I work long hours and I don't have time to worry about politics when I get home. I'd rather spend my free time relaxing and watching the game."

"I see..." the blonde-haired man followed in the same response as the redheaded woman next to him.

Riven had had enough. He didn't want to seem rude but he wasn't going to sit here with all eyes on him, judging him because he didn't "belong" in their world. He set down his full glass of wine onto the dining room table and stood up from his seat.

"Riven," Musa's voice called up to him from the opposite side of the table, "where are yuo going?"

"I'm tired," Riven answered as he undid the top button and untucked his shirt, "I'm going to bed."

Musa quickly stood up from where she was sitting. Riven could hear her silently excuse herself to her friends, but he wasn't going to stand there and listen to what they had to say about him. He knew that they were talking about him, they always did. But he did hear the clicking of Musa's heels against the old hardwood floors of their small house walking after him.

Riven made his way over to the staircase and began to make his way up the stairs to his and Musa's shared room. She was not far behind.

Once inside of their bedroom, Riven removed the button-up shirt and unfastened his belt before pulling the leather strap through the loops of his pants.

Musa was quickly in the room and she shut the door behind her silently, so that the other guests downstairs would not hear.

"What was that?" Musa folded her arms over her chest, her pale arms contrasting against the black fabric of her dress.

"I told you, I am tired," Riven replied as he threw his shirt into the hamper of dirty clothes.

"Our guests are still here...downstairs..." Musa sighed,

"Yeah, I am well aware."

"Riven..."

Riven snapped his head around to look directly at Musa, his violet-hued eyes boring into the dark blue eyes of his girlfriend.

"I am not going to sit there and let those people speak to me like that. They just see me as some idiot who didn't-"

"You know that isn't-"

"They do think that, Musa! I might not be a college man with fancy degrees like your friends but I am not stupid! I hate these dinners! I hate drinking their fancy wine that costs more than what I make in a week! I hate politics! I hate economics! I don't give a shit about what they talk about but I love you more than I hate these fucking dinners. The worst part is that I know they don't think that I am good enough for you and..." Riven took in a breath, "they might just be right."

Musa's face and body softened as she looked at Riven, "You know that isn't true."

"Hah," Riven scoffed, "I think that we all know that one day I am going to embarrass you so much that you are going to want to be rid of me. I'm gonna say something stupid or do something that ain't fancy. I ain't like y'all and I don't know if I ever will be."

Musa sighed as she took a step towards Riven, "I could never be embarrassed by you, Riven. We have been dating for years and if my friends can't see how amazing you are and accept you for you, grease and all, then I don't want friends like that. I love you for you and I don't want you to change who you are for some stuffy academics who have never seen past their own noses."

Musalet out a soft laugh, "The only reason that I might leave you is for the simple fact that we have been dating for years and you haven't asked me to marry you yet."

Riven smirked as he looked at Musa, "Well shit, Muse. You know I'm gonna marry you if you will have me. Just gotta wait for you to be done with school and figure out where to go from there."

"Well, don't keep me waiting too long or I will-"

Riven reached out for Musa and pulled her close to him, "Don't threaten me, Musa. You might be the brains but I am the muscle of this relationship."

"Now who is threatening whom?" Musa rolled her eyes as she placed a hand on Riven's bare chest.

"You know you like it when I manhandle you." Riven wrapped his arms around Musa's waist.

Musa giggled as she pressed a kiss on the underside of his jaw.

"I better get back down there." Musa turned and tried to escape from Riven's arms but found that she was stuck in his hold. "Riven, let me go."

Riven smirked as he tightened his grip around Musa. He lowered his head, his lips now hovering over the junction of Musa's neck and shoulder.

"You can make them wait. Especially after how rude they were."

"Riven..."

"That redheaded bitch and her douche of a boyfriend. That blonde girl and her boyfriend were also insufferable." Riven's lips grazed Musa's pale skin.

"Now who is being rude?" Musa tried her best to keep her voice as steady as possible.

"I never said that I wasn't rude. I thought that you knew me better than that, Muse. Anybody with eyes could tell you I ain't no good."

A soft and breathy moan escaped through Musa's lips as Riven placed a kiss on her shoulder, another on her neck. His hands moved from around her waist, down to rest on her hips. She was warm and soft under his hands, unlike the hard and cold metal that he worked with every day.

"Riven, I really have to get back downstairs..."

"Stay up here for a few more minutes," Riven whispered, his usually raspy voice smooth as it traveled through her ear.

His hands moved from her hips and up her back. His fingers found the small, silver zipper of her black dress. Riven paused, giving Musa a silent opportunity to move away.

"Riven..."

Riven slowly moved the zipper down, exposing more of Musa's soft, pale skin. The back of her black bra was exposed, just begging for Riven to undo the clasps. Soon, the zipper had gotten to the small of her back where he saw the top of her black laced underwear. Musa reached up and slid her arms out of the black dress. The dress fell off of her body and crumpled onto the floor by her ankles.

"Musa, I didn't know that you were wearing this underneath. And to think, I was just going to go to sleep."

Musa stepped out of her dress and turned to face Riven.

"You have five-"

"I have as much time as I need to make you come." Riven reached down and picked Musa up. Musa let out a small yelp as she felt her feet leave the floor.

Riven threw Musa onto the king-sized bed that they shared. Crawling above her, Riven pulled down her black underwear and placed her legs over his shoulder.

"Riven what are-"

Musa gasped when she felt Riven's mouth cover her damp center. His hot breath caused her legs to quiver against Riven's shoulders.

"You're going to have to be quiet, sweetheart. Or else our guests are going to hear." Riven smirked as he looked up at Musa.

"You're the one who decided to e-" Musa bit her bottom lip as she felt Riven's tongue against her clit.

Musa's hands left her sides and reached down to Riven's maroon hair, the smooth strands slick between her fingers as she gently pulled.

"Mmmmmm..." Musa softly moaned as Riven continued to move his mouth over her core. The sound of his tongue lapping at her wet center filled the room, Musa doing her best not to let out too much of a moan. Her grip tightened on Riven's hair and her thighs began to squeeze his head as the building tension of her impending orgasm began to grow.

"Riven...please...I need you..." Musa panted as she screwed her eyes shut, doing her best not to scream.

"No," Riven breathed against Musa, "because when I am in you, I want to hear you scream."

Musa whined as she squeezed her legs together around Riven's head. His mouth returned to his work between Musa's legs.

Riven smiled against her core, loving every second spent between Musa's legs pure heaven. She was salty but so sweet as the wetness filled his mouth. He loved feeling her squirm under him and when she pulled his hair and squeezed his head, it was the best feeling in the world. Maybe even better when he was in her? No, but pretty damn close.

Musa began to pant as Riven moved his tongue over her aching and swollen clitoris over and over again. He knew she was close and all he wanted to do was make her come; for her to soak his mouth, nose, and chin. Musa was going to know that he was the only one who could make her feel like this, that he was the only one for her. She said that she loved him and that he had nothing to worry about but those stuffy, bitchy, and insufferable friends of hers made him nervous. That they would convince her one day that he wasn't good enough for her, that he didn't deserve her. He knew that it was only a matter of time so he was going to show her how much he loves her. He was never good with words.

"Riven...I'm..."

Riven only hummed in his confirmation that he understood, giving her permission to come. And with one more movement of his tongue, Musa pulled at his hair and her thighs stiffened. A loud moan escaped through her mouth and surely made its way down the stairs and to the awaiting dinner party.

His mouth stilled as he pulled away from Musa. He looked up and saw the flush of red that coated Musa's face, neck, and chest. She gasped for air as she came down from her orgasm and all Riven could do was smirk. His mouth and chin damp and his hair a complete mess from Musa's tugging. Riven wiped away the moisture over his mouth as he removed Musa's legs from his shoulders and made his way over to Musa's black dress, picking him up, and handing it over to Musa.

Riven made his way over to the dresser where he pulled out a pair of sweatpants and a t-shirt.

"What are you doing?" Musa asked as she finally regained her breath.

"I'm going to go take a shower." Riven shrugged, "I told you that I am going to bed, I am tired. But..."

"But what?" Musa scoffed as she searched the floor for her underwear.

She looked up to see Riven leaning against the door frame to the master bathroom, "Oh I was just saying that you could join me if you wanted, and maybe then I would find the energy to stay up a little later." Riven held out Musa's underwear. "Looking for these?"

Musa walked over to Riven and made a move to snatch her black underwear from Riven's grasp. Riven pulled his hand back.

"Riven." Musa huffed.

"I'm just saving some time for later."

"And what makes you think-"

"Are you going to send our guests on their way and join me?"

Musa inhaled and let out a short huff.

"I'll be right back."

Riven chuckled as he watched Musa storm out of their bedroom and make her way down the stairs. Stripping away the rest of his clothes, he walked into the bathroom and turned on the shower, the water warming up and creating steam. Riven knew that Musa loved a steamy shower. As he stepped into the shower, he heard the front door slam and thunderous footsteps make their way back up the stairs. Riven chuckled as he heard the bedroom door slam shut and before he knew it, a naked Musa had joined him in the shower.

"Well that was quick."

Musa reached up and grabbed Riven's face and pulled him down, their lips crashing against each other. She pulled away and smirked.

"They looked ready to go, I think that they might have suspected what was going on up here. And to think I was trying to be quiet."

Riven laughed as he placed a kiss on the top of Musa's breast, "I would have loved to see the looks on their faces. Bunch of fucking prudes."

He placed a kiss on Musa's lips, "Now, let's make some noise."

Okay, I really didn't know how to end this. Not my best work, I know.
