Not my characters. I make zero dollars from this. Completely AU! Just plugging our favorite characters into my original story.

WARNING! Some things will be alluded to and not described in excessive detail. I'm not a doctor or any medical professional. This means there will be some creativity with the scenario to fit my goal. If something is a trigger for you. I apologize, this story will reference abuse, rape, and domestic violence. There is a great deal of drawing your conclusions on those fronts.

Thanks yall for sticking with me. I am hoping to regularly schedule an update. I'm trying to get my life together LOL! Please remember this story is IN PROGRESS. I know it isn't finished.

This chapter is short but I am working on the trip to the beach/date being one larger chapter.

Ranger POV

I've seen a lot of things over the years but a woman falling apart like this is a new one. After a while, the crying subsided and she fell back to sleep. Carefully I carried her into the bedroom and laid her in the bed. As I pulled up the blankets around her and flicked off the lamp. There was a pull I had to this woman that has never occurred before. This whole situation is throwing me for a loop. In the past women threw themselves at me with no concern with how absolutely desperate they appeared.

The men and I are not used to people or women specifically just wanting to be our friends. This is a new concept and I may need to ask Abuela how to proceed with this. Finding a notepad near the phone, I scribbled out a note and left it by her bed. After showing myself out and camping the flight to seven it was decided that a trip to the gym is in order before bed.

Unknown POV

Terri has no idea that her uncle has had her under surveillance. He told her again 6 months ago to break it off with that dirty cop. She agreed to do as he said otherwise she would be out of the family and penniless. I really hope he doesn't shoot the messenger. Knocking on the door I prayed for him to be in a good mood.

I heard a muffled come in and headed inside.

"Sir, we have a problem."

"What is wrong now?" Vito asked.

"The tap you have on Terri's phone. Tonight she spoke with Valerie Morelli. There is a problem that she wants to be handled and in exchange is passing her husband off to Terri for the weekend as payment for services rendered."

I watched his face start to turn red as he leaned back in his chair.

"Go on!" Vito growled.

"She's supposed to be meeting with her tomorrow morning at the Morelli home."

"Bring Teresa here now. These childish games end now. I've worked too hard to see her ruin my business."

"Of course sir, Thank you for seeing me."

He nodded at me, "Your loyalty to me will be rewarded."

Then he waved me out the door.

On my way to the garage I grabbed four guys I knew I could trust. There are a few guys that Terri gives favors to and they look the other way. I refuse to get on Vito's bad side because of her bad choices. We loaded up in two SUVs and headed 2 miles over.

Pulling up outside her townhouse, I started directing everyone.

"Two of you guys take the back. Vito has requested her appearance."

I knocked on the front door and waited with two of the men for her to answer.

The door swung open and she appeared livid.

"What on earth are you bothering me for? I don't know what right you thought you had to come to my home."

I reached out and grabbed her arm pulling her out of the house.

"Let me go. You don't touch me. My uncle will not be happy about this. Nobody touches me."

"Somebody close and lock that door. Let's move." I ordered.

She dug her heels in.

"Let me go." She screeched.

I tighten my grip and yanked her further along.

"No, your appearance has been requested by your uncle. My instructions were to bring you to him now."

"What are you talking about? I didn't have a meeting with him."

I pushed her into the back seat. Then slide in the front seat. We had the child locks on because we knew not to trust her. I was thankful for the short drive, otherwise, I would have muzzled her.

"I'm his favorite. You are going to eat a bullet for this." Terri screeched as we pulled up in front of the house.

I rolled my eyes at the guards that could hear her inside the vehicle. Yanking the door open, I latched on to her wrist again and hurried inside to the boss.

"Let go of me, you idiot." She screamed. The doors to the office flew open and a red-faced Vito stood there.

"Enough Teresa, In here now." Vito nodded to me and I took up my place outside the door.

Vito POV

"SIT NOW!" I bellowed at her. She looked shocked but hurried to the chair in front of my desk. I followed behind her and sat behind the desk.

"Your blatant disregard for the hierarchy of this family ends now. You will be on a plane within the hour to Italy. From there your future husband will be escorting you from the airport to your new home. The wedding will occur by the weekend. Teresa, you will not step foot in this country again."

"What? I'm not leaving. You can't make me." She pouted crossing her arms.

"That's where you are wrong. Your stupid antics have put me at risk. That ends tonight. Your cavorting with that Morelli scum brings shame to us. I am the head of this family."

"No, I love Joseph. He loves me and once he sorts out this misunderstanding he will leave his wife for me."

I tossed my head back and laughed.

"You want to marry that inbred racist. Over my dead body. The guards will take you to the plane now."

I watched her stand up, cross her arms and tap her foot.

"You want options, Teresa. One, you board that plane to Italy and follow the plan or two, the FBI has been sniffing around and I am willing to hand over all the evidence that points to you. Tic Toc, Teresa. Plane or Prison?"

That sweet little girl I raised as my own in no more. She was always smart but she attached herself to that Morelli scum. Rumor has it that Frank Plum just discovered the truth about his oldest child.

"Please, Uncle Vito, Please let me stay. I'll do whatever you say." She begged.

"No, You had your chance and couldn't control yourself. Plane or prison? This is the last time I ask. If I make the choice at this point you'll be going somewhere a lot less hospitable."

"Ugh, fine I'll get on the plane but it has to wait till after my appointment tomorrow. I can go in a few weeks to Italy." Shaking my head.

"You stupid girl. You screwed up. They will be taking you to the airport now. That appointment in the morning you have, I will be handling it. This ends now."

With a wave of my hand, my men yanked Teresa up from the chair and dragged her kicking and screaming toward the door.

"Gentlemen, If you need to shut her up. You have my blessing.

A/N- We are going to start pulling some of those strings and unraveling parts of this mess. Who will be joining them at the beach house? A few of the Merry Men, Abuela Rosa, a puppy, or maybe someone else? Hit me with your suggestions.
