The wonders of a rubber duck

Summary: Arthur Weasley meets Harry adopted, muggle parents. Mr. Dane questions the magic school system.

This had to be the strangest question Mr. Dane had ever heard. Surely, he heard it wrong.

"I'm sorry, Mr. Weasley can you repeat that."

"Oh, please call me Arthur and yes I can. Tell me Mr. Dane what is the function of a rubber duck?"

Mr. Dane raised an eyebrow walked over towards the sink. Put the plug in and let the water rise up before he places the duck into the water and ta-da it floats.

"Fascinating," Mr. Weasley said.

Mr. Dane wonders for a second if the man was faking his surprise only to find out it was real surprise.

"Harry!" he yelled.

"Yeah, dad," Harry is heard three rooms down. "Talk to your mum about holiday study."

He hears Harry whined, but really, he was just worried because if a wizard didn't know what a rubber duck was for then he is going to question the magic school system.

"What else does it do?" Mr. Weasley asked.

"Kids play with them when it's bath time," Mr. Dane explained. "These are kid's toys."

"Fascinating. Now, tell me how does muggle money work?"

Mr. Dane got a feeling he would be here all day.
