The situation in the control room was now a bit less tense. Hamada was on the phone as Hoskins was coordinating the rescue of the lost tourists and Masrani was walking back and forth. He was still a little angry. Vivian and Lowery then watched at the cameras. They were displaying Tim and Jackie transmitting messages to their superiors and giving orders to the park staff and military personnel. Everyone could see Tim and Jackie's men motioning people to enter the evacuation tunnels. Journalists were now interviewing survivors and Navy members. All of the military staff was now wearing respirators with the matching nuclear environment suits. « Ms. Krill. A helicopter is going to take me to the mainland tonight and the US 11th Fleet is going to evacuate people once the quarantine is over. They will be assisted by the WHO and the USAMRIID. UNO representatives will come to San Jose and need me to oversee the evac from the outside. », « What did Wu say ? », « Wu has reported Interpol has begun to arrest people and the leaders of the anti-Jurassic World group are all recognized as innocent. The hacking has been performed by lone wolves. They begin to suspect – as US Navy Lieutenant Murphy did – Nick Van Owen and Lex Murphy. », « Hammond's granddaughter ? She's now the CEO of a IT company in Silicon Valley. She reportedly rebooted the safety network of the first park. », « She also supported these terrrorists. She didn't want to design the park network. », « I understand her. », « Turn the TV on. ». Lowery turned the TV on. A journalist then appeared on the screen interviewing the two Navy officers. « I'm now on Isla Nublar where a huge scale evacuation is now underway. The park is apparently in quarantine because of a viral hazard – hence the awaiting confirmation of the cancelation of the said quarantine from the UNO – the USAMRIID and the WHO. Lieutenant Murphy can you tell us more ? », « Yes. My men are now evacuating people as my second-in-command Ensign Jackie Nolan is giving orders for me. I only can say there's a big biohazard threat like in '28 Weeks Later'. », « Hence your respirators and protective clothes ? », « That's it Ms. Parkinson. The Navy hates to have an infection spreading too quickly. ».
Then another picture appeared showing Ian Malcolm giving a makeshift press conference. « I want to say this ; my friend Nick Van Owen isn't cruel as he wouldn't cause an action leading to innocent people's death. After a violent argument between Masrani on one hand and Hamada and Hoskins on the other hand – the first of them decided to pay Dr. Wu a visit. The two other then headed to a hangar where Hoskins proudly shown his Jeep to Hamada. Hoskins then opened a locker and retrieved two tranquilizer rifles – a modified rocket launcher and an AR-15 rifle as well as a Katana sword. « We're going to hunt the dinosaur with this. Wu told me acquire these in case such a thing would happen. These guns have a laser aiming device for better accuracy. If we don't take down the T-Rexes with this I'll open my own stomach as did the samurais. », « Congratulations to Dr. Wu. He anticipated this. », « Indeed. ».
Hoskins then drunk a little wine. The reason was that because of his divorce and because of PTSD – he feared to be depressed and abuse his now ex-wife and their two sons. After leaving the 82nd Airborne – he performed menial tasks as a cleaner or even a waiter. Even if he was hired back by InGen – Masrani's blame affected him and triggered that need of alcohol. But he was planning to get a cure and he eventually managed to reconcile with his family via videoconferencing and was now planning to rekindle with his ex-wife Martha and their sons Bill and Frank.
Knowing he could only shoot and not drive – he gave the keys to Hamada.
