Hey everyone thanks for being so patient here's the next chapter I hope you enjoy! There may be a couple triggers of betrayal and sneaking. Also hints of spoilers though not outright spoilers. I am trying to not spoil the anime so I am a bit slow in writing because I will be changing things and from here on out there will be hints of spoilers in this story so I'll try posting slower unless I get asked to keep posting more faster. Nikki lays down in bed a couple hours later exhausted she had annoyed Endeavor all day,

Meanwhile Sarah crawls out of bed glancing at the giant sleeping man to make sure he didn't wake up. She had managed to get some sleep and felt tired but like she could do what was needed.

Tip toeing out of the room to the balcony she uses her burner phone she had gotten an hour ago.

She dials a number glancing around.

"Who is this? How did you get this number?"

Sarah rubs her face smiling grimly. "Hey sparky, wanna help me with something? It'll be worth your wilds."

She felt like she was going to hell for sneaking around like this but it was a necessary evil.

The gravelly voice on the other end smirks recognizing who had called, the man leans against the alley wall. "What kind of favor?"

"One that's right up your alley. It's gonna be a team thing though. Will give the details in an hour." Sarah replies before hanging up the phone and crushing the phone to dust.

Sighing she blows the dust into the night erasing any evidence before turning back and heading inside not bothering to change.

She glances at the two wine glasses a wave of guilt washes over her. "Sorry Gummy, I wasn't planning on you being here. It's for your own good." she whispers cleaning the glasses to hide her betrayal.

Peeking in the room she silently vows to come clean once it is all over, she then turns back to the balcony and jumps straight up taking to the air silently going over all the cameras. Her wings sprout from her back just in between the straps of her tank top, and with a single flap she is gone.

She makes it to the edge of the water glancing around for any witnesses before diving straight into the icy black water.

Gills form along her neck allowing her to breathe, her wings crack and go back into her back before her bones start cracking reforming. Her screams of pain are muffled as her body adapts to what she needed.

Her sweats rip giving way to her tail, shaped after a cross of an orca and a mermaid, her skin thickens as she adapts to be able to swim without any resistance. Breathing heavily Sarah floats in place for a second before looking down.

Her skin was two toned like an orca, she had grown fins along her sides to help with turning, along her back was a long dorsal. Her clothes sunk to the bottom of the ocean, her eyes glow slightly allowing her to see clearly for miles in the water.

Her plan was a dangerous one but necessary to keep suspicion off of herself and her friends. Turning away from the land she takes a deep breath, glad Hawks had thought of this idea months ago though no one knew she could change her body to this extent.

She swims towards Japan faster than a torpedo diving as deep as possible to avoid any and all sonar detections. Waves were created by each stroke of her tail. She had learned to use echolocation from Gang Orca the past months, she had been training with every hero and villain she could in order to be able to pull off her plan.

Within two hours Sarah manages to reach the secret tunnel under her and Nikki's house, they had found the underground cave that led to the ocean through a tunnel.

Sarah hauls herself onto the stone floor breathing heavily feeling every muscle burn and ache from the long hard swim.

Nikki blinks sensing her Sarah-radar go off. Getting up she heads downstairs past the several other floors and secret tunnels the past extra owners had until she hears heavy breathing.

Walking down the last steps she sees a giant orca tail? It looked strange though.

Sarah hears her footsteps and quickly sits up covering her chest. "Uh don't come over here! I need some clothes."

Nikki freezes before taking off her flannel and tossing it towards her friend who was half hidden behind a rock. Sarah snatches up the shirt and quickly puts it on needing a little more time before she could transform back. Her body was screaming at her in pain, this was the longest and farthest she'd ever done in this form.

"Dude….you're a mermaid? How the fuck did you keep this from me?" Nikki demands crossing her arms glaring at her friend, "And why aren't you in America? What's going on?"

Sarah lays back down holding her stomach from the pain. "Needed an alibi. You have the heroes watching you from the street and behind the house. We're going to take an entire town's Quirk away. And I am going to hell."

Nikki blinks lost but trusting her friend. "What?"

Sarah sits up swinging her tail in the water. "Gummy was with me….I had to betray him and drug him to sleep…"

Nikki softened going to her friend and kneeling next to her placing her hand on Sarah's shoulder. "You did it to protect him, I'm sure he'll understand once it's all over."

"I hope so...I need my caffeine pills. This will be a long night though. We need two others, this will be a big job." Sarah says her bones beginning to crack and return to her normal pale legs.

Nikki flinches with each crack and snap staring open mouthed at her friend. No wonder Sarah hadn't shown it to her, it sounded painful and from the looks of her biting her lip and clenched fists it was.

Once back to normal Sarah sits there breathing heavily for a minute before Nikki helps her up, thankfully the flannel was bigger and covered her to her mid thigh.

"Cool, who are we hitting?"

Sarah smiles, glad her friend trusted her even when she was unsure of herself, she didn't know if this would work or if they could pull it off but they had to try.

They go to one of the storage undergrounds and she finds some clothes to put on, all dark and she puts her hair in a black beanie finding a face mask. Nikki also finds some clothes to change into so no one could recognize them.

They both meet back at the water cave and find Dabi waiting there as that's where Sarah usually met with him. He had been helping her control her body temperature under his flames.

"Hey kid, what did you need?"

Nikki raised her eyebrow at her friend wondering how the hell he knew where this place was. Sarah coughs acting as if she didn't see the glare.

"Well we need to take out a town of heroes…"

Dabi smirks catching on. "Without them thinking it's you two doing it right? So you need villains to take the fall. Typical."

Sarah shrugs. "Hey, I keep telling you we're not really heroes or villains. I was made a hero as punishment, Nikki just isn't the type to sit around and wait to be saved. So you in?"

Dabi smirks, shrugging, slipping his hands in his pockets. "Why not, it'll be fun."

Sarah purses her lips knowing that wasn't the only reason but doesn't say anything more. She had contacted the last two people before even leaving about the mission and would be meeting them there.

"So what's the plan?" Nikki questions.

Sarah rubs her face glancing at the two. "Well you two will be on containment. Dabi I'll need you to surround the city in fire, Nikki you keep all aid from entering the city. Not a single soul can get in or out until I let you know."

Dabi raises his hand. "How are we going to get there without you two being seen, the heroes have this place on lock down."

Sarah looks to the tunnel before looking back at them.

Nikki's eyes widen. "Oh hell no. The water is ice cold!"

"Fuck that. I'm not swimming in that."

Sarah rolls her eyes growing out her wings changing the color to dark green seems everyone in the country knows her black wings. "You two are so narrow minded, I'm flying you two there, plus there's no water to be able to swim directly there anyway."

Her wings were much bigger and her body grew slightly wider.

"Your quirk is so not cool. Who the hell adapts to shit?" Dabi mutters while Nikki nods stating.

"If you manage to make it an offensive Quirk it'll be way too OP."

I roll my eyes hugging her back while Dabi wraps his arms around my waist. "Dude, right now OP is what we need. Plus you already know the draw back."

Before either could say some smartass thing Sarah took off carrying Nikki in cradle style while Dabi rode piggy back style as Sarah flew heating her body to keep the two warm in the cool fall night.

She takes them high up to avoid direction but low enough for them to be able to breathe. It doesn't take them long to get to the city hidden in the mountains . landing just outside the city limits where a black car sat running.

Once landed Sarah releases Nikki and Dabi lets go looking to the car wondering who exactly the two women had called for this thing. He still wasn't sure all of what would conspire here tonight and he wasn't sure they would answer if he asked them out right.

A portal to their left opens and out steps Shigiraki and then Kurogiri. The back door opens and Overhaul steps out fixing his gloves.

Nikki's eyes go to her friend wondering exactly how she had gotten the big shots to come. Hell knowing her friend this would stop something huge for one of them yet here they were unaware they were going to be helping their downfall.

"What's going on? Who are these people?" Shigiraki demands scratching his neck, eyes flickering over the small gathering.

Sarah takes a deep breath clapping her hands. "Well let's go with we have a common enemy here. You see this entire city is full of fake heroes." She points to Overhaul "they threaten your business and plans," she points to Shigiraki "they will be screwing up your plans of destroying AllMight" then to Dabi "And they're fake heroes the kind you hate. So the goal of tonight is to erase every person's quirk before anyone knows what happened here."

Overhaul narrows his eyes at the woman. "And what is it you get from this?"

Sarah meets his eyes tone hard. "I'm saving as many lives as possible and I know they're planning to kill a lot of people. Which they can't do without their Quirks, and by doing the childrens as well we prevent future trouble from any of them."

Shigaraki takes a step closer. "So why should I help you?"

Sarah sighs rubbing her face knowing they would all want something in return for this. "Fine. I'll play that stupid zombie game and go to that gaming convention dressed as whatever."

Shigaraki grins. "Deal. You're also buying all the merch I want."

Dabi steps forward. "Hold it if he gets that you owe me something too."

Sarah holds up her hands. "Ok, ok. We'll do this after ok? We have exactly three hours to pull this off and they have some pretty powerful people in there. Yes you too Overhaul. Now do you have the serum?"

Nikki couldn't help but snicker at her friend's misfortune. She was just glad her friend was the one with all the knowledge here or this would be her problem.

Overhaul nods signaling the driver to open the trunk and at the sheer amount Sarah felt pissed knowing this was all from Eri. shaking it off for now seems there was nothing she could do at the moment about the poor child.

Sarah steels her nerves knowing there would be no way to come out of this without people dying, not with the team she had made but it was currently the only team who could or would do the job.

"The heroes deal with as needed but all civilians are to be unharmed just their quirks taken. Nikki and Dabi are perimeter control, Kurogiri you teleport everyone you can to the main square, Overhaul you get the people he teleports and mark them with the pink powder so we know who's quirk has been taken already. Shigaraki you are with me, you and I will be giving the serums."

"And if I chose to kill one or two of them?" Shigaraki questions balancing one of the vials in between his fingers.

Sarah grabs the box glancing at Nikki who shrugs, they both knew Shigiraki was still a childish Villain right now. "Then it can't be helped. Just try not to if you could."

A hand wraps around her arm and she stills watching his pinky that he left up to keep from disintegrating her. "What if I were to just kill you here and now?"

Sarah waves Nikki off as Nikki frowns about to send the man child flying but stops just glaring at Shigaraki.

"Then you won't have someone to game with or take you for all the merch that you want."

He scratches his neck before releasing her. "Fine. ruin all the fun, why aren't you afraid?"

Sarah raises an eyebrow shutting the trunk. "Shigi there's something called. I don't give a fuck about living."

Strapping the box to her front she nods to the others who disperse to their rolls. Before Shigiraki could reply Sarah grabs him and throws him on her back using her super speed to get them into the city and they begin the job of taking the quirks.

Seems most of the people were sleeping so the team of five worked quickly keeping the peace for the most part with a few patrolling "heroes" getting quickly handled. Within two and a half hours every single person was covered in pink powdered and the list of names Sarah had to check off was done. They met back at the cliff side all exhausted but some feeling exhilarated while the two women felt sick.

Overhaul was glad of the success of the serum, Shigiraki was proud this was his first villainous act, Dabi was glad the world was one step closer to the world he wanted.

Sarah felt dirty for the plan and for what she had done to FatGum, Nikki felt tired and knew this would be hard for the people seems Quirks were many people's livelihoods but trusted her friend in the fact that she believed it had to be done.

Sarah flew Nikki and Dabi back home to the underground cave before taking a small break. She was exhausted from using her quirk so much and was slightly worried about the swim back to America, the ocean held many dangers and the swim here had let her see things that should never be discovered by people.

Dabi heads upstairs to use Sarah's room to sleep as she owes him now. Nikki waits in the entryway watching her friend.

"You good?"

Sarah nods slowly, shivering. "Just not looking forward to the bone rearrangement. It hurts more changing into it than out. Also dude there is shit in that water no one should ever see."

Nikki tilts her head. "Dude...did you see megalodon?"

Sarah paled, shivering again. "Worse. Like dude I don't actually know how to describe it. But at the same time it's so goddamn beautiful."

"Beauty holds danger." Nikki replies, earning a chuckle from her friend before she pops five caffeine pills and starts stripping and dives into the water.

A few moments later Sarah pops back up keeping her chest in the water as she grabs the bag of clothes that she had grabbed that looked exactly like the clothes she had on earlier. She waves to Nikki before diving back down, a flash of her tail the last thing Nikki sees before the water stills.

Nikki walks back to her room and grabs some new clothes to change into and heads to the shower.

Sarah lands on the balcony and just puts away her wings when FatGum walks out of the room looking around for her.

When he sees her walk in his whole body relaxes and he quickly walks over. "Oh thank goodness. I think someone at the party drugged us, my head feels fuzzy. Are you alright?"

He looks over her carefully as Sarah looks ready to collapse and cry. "I'm ok...I'm sorry."

She hugs him tightly wanting to come out with it but bites her tongue.

FatGum chuckles petting her hair. "Hey now, it's not your fault. I'm just glad you have the adaption and it didn't affect you."

Sarah squeezes him tighter, not saying anything for a minute. "Let's go back to bed and when it wears off we'll get some food."

He smiles nodding returning her hug and leads them back to bed where they fall to sleep holding each other to sleep.

The next morning FatGum woke before the woman curled into his chest, his face was buried in her hair and he got the scent of ocean and strawberries which confused him slightly. They were on the ocean sure but she hadn't gone in the water so he wondered why her hair smelt like she had been.

Shaking it off he figures it was his imagination, he studies the sleeping woman. Even when they had lived together he had always fallen asleep before her and woke after her, this was the first time he had actually seen her sleep not just dozing.

Sarah had a slight frown on her face and she had hidden herself half under the man, her arms holding him in a deathlike manner as if he was her anchor and if her grip loosened she'd fly away.

Suddenly his phone goes off and both of them jump awake, Sarah scanning the room for danger only relaxing when FatGum speaks.

"Sorry, I should have silenced my phone."

She smiles, relaxing and rubbing her face, her entire body sore from overuse of her quirk as FatGum reaches behind him grabbing his phone answering it.

"Hello?"

The voice on the other end surprises him with how hostile it was. "Was the Hero CrowSong with you this entire time?"

FatGums eyes flicker to the woman who had turned to get out of bed pausing, sensing his eyes on her so she tilts her head.

"Yes, she's been with me this entire time, your call just woke her up. Why?"

"Because overnight an entire city has lost their quirks and very few groups or people could pull it off."

FatGum caught on. "So because she's new you suspect her of doing it?"

"Yes. we know her friend was home last night as the two heroes watching over her yesterday report she hasn't been out of the house since nine last night."

"Well she's been in the hotel with me this entire night. She actually was helping me on a case unofficially and got the details to bust a dealer." FatGUm states beginning to get angry while Sarah hides her guilt by grabbing her bag and going into the bathroom, still clearly able to hear what was said.

"Well then that clears her. Thank you for the information Fat."

The line goes dead and he angrily tosses down the phone onto the bed when Sarah comes back in dressed in jeans and a tank top with her flannel in her hand. She had done an extremely quick shower and her hair was in a towel.

"Hey you ok?" She questions coming and sitting next to him, the smell of mint and strawberries wafting over him calming him.

She always smelled like mint and strawberries from her body wash and shampoo, plus mint gum or plain mints were always found on her in huge quantities.

He reaches for her and pulls her to him hugging her tightly. "Yes, the committee was trying to blame you for a city losing their quirk. There's no way you'd do something that villainous."

Sarah hesitates hugging him back, changing the subject. "Why don't you go shower and we can explore the city some. I don't have my mission till tomorrow so while you're here we can try new food together."

FatGum nods noticing how she didn't comment on the town, he had been a detective before being a hero so he knew there was something behind it but he couldn't see her doing that to an entire town without reason. Plus there was no way she could fly there and back in the couple hours from when he fell asleep to when he woke up finding her on the balcony.

Shaking it off he smiles and grabs his bag going to shower while Sarah sits on the edge of the bed brushing her hair.
