RAW is WAR: 12/4/1999
RAW is WAR was live at the Joe Louis Arena in Detroit, Michigan. The Main Event had finally come, a main event which was for the WWF World Tag Team Championships, pitting the Champions against Triple H and Test. In the arena...
OOOOOOWHOOOOOO!
Jim Johnston's Dark Side plays as Fire explodes on the stage and the lights change to dark red and dark blue as the Bladewolf and Kane walk out, getting a loud pop from the fans. They had their WWF World Tag Team Championships on their right shoulders
"The following tag team contest is scheduled for one-fall and it is for the World Wrestling Federation Tag Team Championships!" Tony Chimel announced. "Introducing first, at a combined weight of 636 lbs, they are the World Wrestling Federation World Tag Team Champions...THE BROTHERS OF DESTRUCTION!"
The two brothers step into the ring, Bladewolf taking off his trench coat as Kane raises his arms and throws them down which causes fire to shoot out of the turnbuckles with a loud explosion as usual.
"This team has been unstoppable." Jerry Lawler said. "Nobody has been able to pin them at all. They're undefeated together."
"But tonight we may see them gain their first loss." JR points out. "Indeed these two have been dominant monsters, destroying every tag team that is put in front of them and tonight they once again defend their Tag Team Titles against the team of Triple H and Test."
The Corporation's theme hits and out comes Triple H and Test, accompanied by Chyna. "And their opponents, accompanied by Chyna, at a combined weight of 541 lbs...TRIPLE H AND TEST!"
"I don't know about their chances of winning this, JR." Jerry said. "I mean, no team thus far has been able to take them down and become the new Tag Team Champions."
"I agree with you, King." JR nods.
Bladewolf and Kane hand their titles to the referee once Triple H and Test entered the ring and their theme died down. The referee holds the titles up to show they are up for grabs tonight before handing them to a stagehand.
Bladewolf gets out onto the ring apron as does Test. it will be Kane starting it off with Triple H.
'Ding! Ding! Ding!'
Chyna suddenly distracts Kane, allowing Triple H to land a sneak attack on the Big Red monster. He lands blow after blow but Kane reverses an Irish whip and nails a hard clothesline. Kane picks Triple H up before nailing an uppercut, causing him to stumble back into the corner where he tags in Test.
Test doesn't know what just happened and Kane doesn't give him time to figure it out as he pulls Test into the ring and hits two uppercuts then a powerslam on Test. He hooks the legs but Test kicks out at two. Kane drags Test over to Bladewolf's corner and tags in his brother who comes in and stomps away on Test's chest as Kane gets out onto the ring apron. Bladewolf glares at the referee when being warned before grabbing Test and chokes him to the count of 4 where he stops then floors test witha hard right hand.
Bladewolf Irsh whips test into the ropes and bends down for a body slam but Test stops himself and kicks Bladewolf in the shoulder which causes him tos traighten up witha dark glare as Test goes wide eyed only to be knocked down with a hard right then a leg drop. Bladewolf doesn't go for the pin, instead he picks Test up before tossing him right into Triple H which knocks him off the ring apron. Test stumbles and turns around only to be hoisted onto Bladewolf's shoulder, looking for the Tombstone Piledriver but Test fights out of it by elbowing Bladewolf in the face and slides off, nailing a DDT in the process.
Test makes the tag to Triple H and he comes in stomping away angrily on Bladewolf, then starts hammering away at the masked forehead until the referee has to pull Triple H off and warn him, allowing Chyna to sneak in from behind and nail Bladewolf with a cheap shot before rolling out the ring before the referee could notice. Triple H goes for the pin but Bladewolf kicks out at two.
Triple H tags in Test who comes in and lands a gut wench powerbomb on Bladewolf for a two count. test tags Triple H back in and both stomp away on the 7ft man before Test gets out onto the ring apron. Triple H pulls Bladewolf to his feet, boots him in the stomach and goes for s Pedigree but Bladewolf lifts him over for a back body drop, rebounds off the ropes and goes for a leg drop but Triple H moves out the way, nails a facebuster, rebounds off the ropes and clotheslines Bladewolf. Triple H locks in a headlock, trying to wear Bladewolf out. Bladewolf grabs Triple H tightly before lifting him up and drops him onto his back.
Kane reaches out, wanting the tag. Bladewolf sees this and rolls over before tagging in Kane to a pop. Kane comes in and takes down Test who Triple H managed to tag in. Kane nails Test with an uppercut then gets him into the corner where Kane hits several turnbuckle clotheslines before scooping Test up and hits a sideslam. Triple H runs in but is met with a big boot from the Big Red Machine.
Triple H rolls out the ring and retreats with Chyna as Test is left all alone with the Brothers of Destruction. Test stands up and turns into two hands grabbing him by the throat.
"Uh oh, test is in deep trouble here!" JR said.
Bladewolf and Kane lift Test up...AND PLANT HIM WITH A DOUBLE CHOKESLAM! Kane grabs Test, scoops him onto his shoulder and holds him upside down in front of him...BEFORE HITTING THE TOMBSTONE PILEDRIVER! Kane holds Test's arms for the pin! ONE! TWO! THREE! THEY RETAIN THEIR TITLES!
'Ding! Ding! Ding!'
Burned plays as Kane gets to his feet. "The winners of this bout and STILL WWF World Tag Team Champions...KANE AND THE BLADEWOLF!" Tony Chimel announced.
The brothers grab their titles and do their signature pose in the ring before leaving and head to the back as RAW is WAR comes to an end...
And I hope you enjoyed that chapter.
I like that many of you are happy with the idea of Bladewolf evolving his character to fit the era WWE was entering at the time, I'm not trying to completely rip off the American badass gimmick Undertaker had, but it would show a human side to the Bladewolf while still keeping him as that uncaring ass kicker just without the supernatural elements.
Basically his human gimmick will be if someone took the personalities of American Badass Undertaker, Stone Cold, and CM punk and merged them into one being.
I may make a hybrid gimmick of the human and demon gimmicks in 2006 or 2007.
