Rita's Point of View

Hmm, my reporter sense is tingling. There's story I can use here… something perfectly scandalous. I had my eyes on Rebecca, her friend Hermione had outsmarted me once by threatening me with my unregistered Animagus form. Oh, and there she is. I walked over to her; my quick quotes quill ready for taking good notes. "Hermione! how are you doing?" I said, my enchanted quill had begun to write 'I spoke with Hermione granger who has no right to be here she had been looking at her friend Rebecca for a while. The two despite their clothes, obviously didn't belong.'

"I'm fine Rita. I don't have any news for you so don't ask me." I huffed internally, such attitude! I turned away and decided to walk towards Rebecca. She had been talking to that looney Lovegood. They might be purebloods, but the family is positively disgraceful, just like the Weasleys. "well, it seems you really can teach an old dog new tricks." I said hoping to gauge a reaction. She simply smiled which aggravated me, "don't flatter yourself Rita, the only thing me and Hermione was ever able to teach you was how to turn and leave when told to." I gasped I tried to keep it in, but this was absolutely horrid! and I couldn't use it because it wouldn't make the front page.

Still, the story my sense has been tingling for had yet to show itself. I couldn't help but think 'you have a skeleton in your closet Rebecca and I'm going to find it' "so I wanted to do an exclusive interview say tomorrow at three a 'clock?" she still looked smug, "I apologize Rita, but were leaving for Italy tomorrow. Before three, so we can't do it. sorry." I could tell she wasn't

"or how about right now?" I couldn't help but notice my pad writing, 'she refused an interview, it must be because she has something to hide. This reporter rest assured will find out what it is.' "Rebecca! It's been far to long!" it was Arthur. I had to resist the urge to roll my eyes, I left certainly any juicy gossip I would get I wouldn't get it now.

Rebecca's Point of View

"Rebecca! It's been far to long!" I looked to see Arthur standing there. It was a part of common curtesy that a reporter couldn't ask questions if they are approached by someone hoping to talk to the person in question. She left aggravated and I couldn't help but feel proud for myself. I followed common curtesy. That thought was thrust from my mind when I turned back to look at Arthur. I smiled warmly; he was right. It had been too long.

I also noticed molly on his arm. I hugged Arthur, then molly. Though I disliked what she did with teddy. I realized that she might have been right. A seventeen-year-old depressed without a job. Woman-who-won or no, I might not have made the best mom. Which did make me wonder, could I handle having the hybrid child that was now inside my stomach? I noticed that she was pregnant to. "molly! How is teddy doing?"

I tried not to sound pushy on the subject, but I wanted to know how my godchild was. Technically he wasn't my godchild, as the papers weren't finalized. They couldn't be finalized since they had the child during the war. The death eaters wouldn't allow that, and I was to busy fighting Voldemort to sign the papers that the order made. Molly argued on legal grounds and I couldn't keep teddy. "he's fine the angel sleeps through the night mostly now, and has a very healthy diet. I remember when I first met you, you were all skin and bones my cooking certainly did you good. Eh?"

Right, I forgot how much molly liked to act like she was your mom even if she wasn't, "yes I remember" it was a terrible summer. The one thing I was happy about was that I lost contact with the Dursleys. Or I don't know, but Aro might have ordered their death. "so. Arthur, how's life been treating you? How's the twins? What about you're other kids? Has Ginny gotten better? I know it hit her hard"

He got that face like most people did when I asked to many questions that might be hard to keep track of, "okay, well most of our family has moved on. Ginny's an aurorer. (sorry I don't know how to spell it) The twins are working on their business as usual. Everyone is living their dreams; our lifestyle is a bit easier since were not supporting five kids at the same time." I nodded "oh, and we rebuilt the burrow." I gasped "really?!" I had a lot of memories from the burrow, "that's so great!"

I realized something "oh," I said shaking my head "I forgot to introduce you. Arthur meet Aro." the attention of the two of them diverted from me to Aro. Arthur was usually pretty chill about this sort of thing. He pulled his hand out to shake. I don't think he knows I thought. When they touched, Aro's eyes glazed over for the slightest moment, then returned. If I didn't know about his gift, I would have guessed I miss saw it. "It's been very nice to meet some of Rebecca's friends," Arthur nodded, he didn't even flinch at the coldness of Aro's skin.

Aro's Point of View (yes, another one deal with it)

When I touched Arthurs hand, I saw his memories, I picked out ones of interest. For me specifically, the ones of Rebecca, teddy and his interest of 'muggle' objects. I found enthusiasm I could relate to. Though I wished I could see Luna's mind. Perhaps even Hermione's, but alas I couldn't. I resisted the urge to take his hand in both of mine as I usually did. That would portray the wrong message, so I only used one. "it's been very nice to meet some of Rebecca's friends." I noticed that he didn't flinch, he had mentally prepared himself for this. "right," he said while nodding.

"I would very much like to get to know you better." I nodded, I would as well. His interest was certainly contagious, "now molly, Aro." We shaked hands and I looked for the same things. Knowing Rebecca would like to know about teddy, even if she didn't like my methods. I greatly disliked some of the things I gleamed from her mind, but I held back my growl. Diana was calling us, probably noticing my features we said goodbye to the Weasleys and left to go to my family.
