The Intruder

Making his way to the building of the Intruder, the gossip site that Emily owned, Andy wondered what Emily wanted from him. When he got an e-mail from her the other day of her wanting to see the man, she didn't lay out why but just told Andy it's important and urgent. It was confusing to Andy at first, but then he thought maybe Emily wanted to talk to her about doing a story for Hope's rape. If that's what she wanted then Emily could take that idea and shove it, showing that all Emily wanted was exposure and to make his daughter uncomfortable. Andy didn't think Emily at first would do anything like that, but this is the same Emily that slept with Tom behind Margo's back after she told Margo about Diego raping her. How could she live with something like that? Daniel was the innocent one out of all of them when he came into the world but that really showed how cruel Emily was. Coming inside, Andy checked in with security who told him to take the elevator and go to the last floor which is where Emily's office is which Andy just did. Sitting down in a chair after he also checked in with the receptionist, Andy waited before taking out his messages on the phone to see what he messed before hearing Emily's voice.

Emily - "Andy?

Andy looked up and saw Emily outside the door, motioning him to come in. Andy stood up before he walked up to the office before she moved out of the way. Andy takes a seat before Emily closes the door behind her, then goes to her desk to sit on the edge of it

Emily - "Thank you for coming Andy. I am glad you got my message but there's a part of me who thought you weren't coming"

Andy - "Well at first I didn't know what to believe, maybe you wanted me here for some kind of story or there's a dumb excuse m"

Emily - "About what?"

Andy - "Hope and her rape, that you would put it out in front street and treat it like crap"

Emily - "Andy, of course I wouldn't do that to Hope, she's your daughter. Something like rape is very sensitive, I have been through that experience MYSELF Andy, remember?"

Andy, who felt like a complete idiot for what he said to her before, remembered hearing about her rape back then so at least she was being serious.

Andy - "Of course you were, look, I apologize for being harsh to you Emily. But if this isn't about Hope, then what's it about?"

Emily - "These…"

Emily takes the big envelope off of her desk and give them to Andy. Looking at Emily and then at the envelope, he opens it up before taking out the pictures of him and Mindy which left him shocked.

Andy - "What the hell…how did you get these?"

Emily - "Someone sent them to me the other day before I e-mailed you. She wanted me to do a story on you having sex with the woman in those pictures"

Andy - "Who?"

Emily - "Some lady named Sonita Paulson? Her name is on the address"

Andy looks at the named and the address at the upper left corner which made him start to boil in anger. He really couldn't believe she sent those to Emily Stewart of all people who owns the Intruder by the way. This couldn't be happening and now Emily knows what's going on…well kind of.

Andy - "This bitch…"

Andy threw the photos and the envelope down before standing up and walking over to the windows looking out into the city. Just when he thought he was getting Sonni off of her back, she does something like this to probably warn Andy that she hasn't forgotten about him or Mindy. The past couple of months Mindy and Andy have slept together after they were blackmailed by Sonni. For what reason? You'll have to ask Andy but Emily could feel something or someone's after Andy for some kind of reason. In the past Emily has had her back against the wall, being blackmailed and threatened by others unless he or she was going to put her out on front street. Emily even at times has been the town pariah for causing trouble in Tom's marriage to Margo, and if you ask Emily, she deserved all of the flack. Deep down she knew Tom didn't want her but Emily just wanted to feel loved and respected. Maybe Andy was going through the same process, maybe this woman who he slept with is married and they don't know how to end it. She didn't know all of the details, but maybe Emily could help Andy in anyway she could, but how? As for Andy, he ran his hand through his hair, frustrated and shaking his own head and wondering how he can get himself out of this mess with Mindy.

Craig Montgomery's Penthouse

On his way over to the penthouse, Craig wanted to speak with Samantha about what he found on her husband Kirk. It took Craig sometime to get information that was useful which can lead to something, better than nothing. Craig expected the best from his top contacts with sources that are very helpful, so Samantha should be glad, happy that Craig at least was doing something to help her out. Craig doesn't know the exact issue that's going on between Samantha and Kirk but at least it was between them. Seeing Samantha the other day at his office where he worked was something he's never going to forget. Everyone thought they died off the face of the planet and now here she was at the presence of Craig Montgomery for his help. No one has seen either her or Kirk for years but there's nothing else Craig could do if he came up empty. A part of him did feel bad for Samantha because he could imagine her life being miserable for all these years. He's surprised that she didn't break it off with Kirk since he pulled so much crap on her since they first met. But as he pulls up to the home, Craig parks his car before getting out and walking up to the front door. Taking out his keys, Craig opens the door.

Craig - "Samantha, it's me! Come out wherever you are!"

Craig closes the door behind him and walks further in to the house. Stopping at the living room, Craig looks around the room before he felt the butt of a gun in the back of his head.

Samantha - "Don't move…turn around"

Craig immediately turns around with his hands up and Samantha sighs before shaking her head. She puts the gun away in her holster before smacking Craig in the arm, thankfully without the gun.

Craig - "What the heck was that for?"

Samantha - "I had to be sure, yeah it was your voice, but there's other people out there who have more tricks up their sleeves than you do"

Craig rolled his eyes and wondered who else has tricks up their sleeves to fool the man. This was Craig Montgomery were talking about here, not some stranger"

Craig - "I'll be sure to remember that"

Samantha - "Why are you here?"

Craig - "To make sure the place is still in one piece thankfully and number two, to give you good news on Kirk. One of my contacts knows where he is"

Samantha - "Really? Where?"

Craig - "Take a look at it yourself"

Craig pulls out a folder from his coat and gives it to Samantha. Taking it from him, Samantha opens the folder before looking at what was in front of her before she slowly smiles.

Samantha - "Honolulu, Hawaii…that's where he is?"

Craig - "That's correct, now do I know where his exact location is in, god knows what the man is doing. But he's-"

Before Craig could say anything else, there was a knock on the door.

Rosanna - "Craig!? Are you in there!?"

Samantha - "Rosanna!? What's she doing here!?"

Craig - "I have no idea…just go upstairs, take your gun and hide alright? Just go!"

Samantha groaned before running up the stairs immediately and Craig made sure that nothing else here was out that the blonde left behind. At least the place wasn't a mess or Rosanna would know something's up right about now, as Craig slowly walks up to the door. But why was Rosanna here and what did she want?

Rosanna didn't know anything about what Craig is up to with Samantha does she? Because if so then Craig is busted and she may even take Johnny from him but even if that happens, Craig can always go to court with the lawyer who can discredit Rosanna on her past too. There were things that the find people of Oakdale didn't know about Rosanna, well they thought they did but actually not. Then again, Craig shouldn't panic because this is his ex-wife, one of his baby mama's, someone he trusted but at the same time had problems trusting someone like her. He already broke her heart many times, so maybe Craig just needed to man up and be honest to her. Craig wasn't going to tell Rosanna that he loved her, he wouldn't do that…not now. Approaching the door, Craig cleared his throat before he slowly opens the door seeing Rosanna standing in the outside.

Canada

Making their arrival in Canada after a long flight from Australia to the maple leaf country, Simon and Molly immediately got to work. Getting everything they needed, the two of them traveled to the farm where Molly remembered her and Jake looking for answers when it came to Vicky and his twin daughters. Vicky, from what they found out, died while giving birth to both of their girls on that dark and twisted day, but at least they were safe and raised by Enso and his wife at the time. While they were on the way to the farm, Molly had a feeling in her gut that told her Jake was alive when she got not only the text message but a phone call. It couldn't be some sick joke could it? No, she knew Jake better than anyone besides Vicky, his daughters and the people of both Oakdale and Bay City. Molly still remembered how Jake would always sweep her off of her feet whenever they out to events, worked on cases./stories, and encouraging each other when all hope was lost. When Jake died, Molly was encourage to carry out Jake's legacy of reporting on stories that matter to everyone. As the two of them were still on the road, Molly remembered seeing the farm house up ahead before she immediately pointed to it.

Molly - "Right there Simon, I recognize the farm house, it belongs to Enso and his wife. Jake was there with me almost twenty years ago when we were looking for Bridget and Michelle"

Simon - "Alright, are you sure this is it Molly? Hopefully there's no traps and were not blindsided when we come in"

Molly - "I'm sure of it Simon, but I am not sure who or what's in that farm house anymore. But there's only one way to find out"

Simon parks his car near the farm house but not right upfront since he didn't want anyone to notice he was here. So he decided to have his car parked near a part of the trees and bushes before stepping out of the car with Molly.

Simon - "Let's go up ahead but we need to be careful Molly. Like you said, you don't know who or what is in the farm house, the guy and his may have died"

Molly - "Right, it looked so old and outdated when I first saw it after all of this time Simon. Hopefully were not too late though"

After the two of them left the car, Molly and Simon walk up to the farm house before they look around. There wasn't a sight of anyone but the door was open which is odd at first but then again, maybe the person who owns this house now did it on accident. Molly starts to walk up to the steps of the farm house before Simon grabs her hand.

Simon - "Hey, wait a minute, just be careful before we go in alright?"

Molly - "Can you let go of my hand Simon? Please? I know what I am doing alright, besides you're a tough guy so this shouldn't be hard"

Simon - "And I still have the brain tumor, remember? If anything happens to you I won't forgive myself for letting it happen"

Letting go Molly, she slowly opens the door and comes inside before seeing the house almost looks like a mess. Simon follows in from behind before he looks around the place too, seeing how a farm house such as this one could change even though this is his first time seeing it.

Molly - "Boy, whoever owned this home or whoever owns it now must be a lazy person to not clean up around here. Where do you want to start?"

Simon - "How about we start-"

Before Simon could even finish that question, the sound of a clicking nose was made from a rifle. Molly and Simon turn around to see a man with a rifle in his hands pointing it at them. He was dressed like a farmer, wearing a hat that includes sunglasses covering his eyes, and had a goatee that covers his face along with a full color of gray hair.

Simon - "Sorry mate, we didn't know anyone owned this home, but maybe you can answer some questions we have in mind"

Molly - "Jake…is that you?"

The farmer removed his hat and his sunglasses revealing it was none other than Jake McKinnon. Molly immediately felt her eyes getting misty and so did Jake who couldn't believe he was seeing the woman he loved after all this time. Dropping everything in his hands and not saying anything to her, Jake and Molly embraced one another before they kissed passionate in their arms. Molly couldn't believe that she was kissing the man who was supposed to be her husband, supposed to be a father to the child they were supposed to make together by making love and here he is after all this time. Molly wondered what happened to him and why he didn't remain in contact. If there were people who knew about this death, then why wasn't Molly filled in? Was it to protect Jake or did Jake take the cowards route and decided to live his life away from his loved ones because he didn't want to go back to Oakdale or Bay City? Now of course, that couldn't be the reason but anything is possible, though it would hurt Molly especially if Jake choose to stay away from her after all this time. Simon arched his eyebrow and hope it wasn't a trap, because as much as he's happy for Molly, this all seemed way too easy.

The Intruder

Emily has never seen Andy this angry before when she first saw him, hearing about the guy through the grapevine through the gossip, but she could see he was bothered by this. The only kind of people who were probably after Andy were petty and they wanted one thing, maybe money but something else such as a power. But what could this Sonni person have over him that could be too damaging. Is this why Hope was violated in the first place because he or she, whoever Sonni is, wanted something from Andy in the first place and he hasn't done it yet? And is this woman a part of it, right? Whoever she is, maybe she is someone from Andy's past that he remembered or cared about, he just didn't want to see her get hurt. Or maybe it's not someone and Andy has to sleep with her in order to keep this going. Was this woman married or in a relationship? If so, then who is she? Does she even exists anymore? There's so many questions going on in Emily's head that she had to ask the man, but she didn't want to step on his toes. As of now, there's so many things right now he's going through along with Hope's rape, Andy didn't deserve to have this and have Emily find out about it.

Emily - "Are you alright Andy?"

Andy - "Does it look like I am alright Emily? I'm getting blackmailed by this piece of garbage and there's nothing that can be done!"

Emily - "Who are you talking about?"

Andy - "Forget it Emily, I don't need to drag you into my mess"

Emily - "Andy please, no one is against you, I just want to help and see what can be done next.

Andy thought about and sighed, as he was keeping this from his daughter out of the many people in his family who had to know about it. But what does Emily want from this? What's her game here?

Andy - "What can you do to help? Or are you going to make matters worse?"

Emily - "Who's in trouble Andy? This will be between you and me, no one else"

Andy - "It's…my daughter Hope…she was raped because of her…she sent someone after my little girl Emily"

Emily - "Why?"

Andy - "You have to ask her. This person's name is Sonni Carrera, she knows everything so I won't speak to her. She's been blackmailing me to sleep with Mindy Lewis. Mindy is from Springfield"

Emily - "And if not?"

Andy - "Then she'll come after me and Hope again Emily, it's not simple. Sonni has a hold over Mindy too and it's not good

Emily - "Why not come after the cops?"

Andy - "Like I said, it's not that simple Emily, we don't know what were up against"

Emily - "Then how about this, if Hope is interested when the time is right, she can come to the Intruder to talk of what happened and of her experience Andy. If not that's fine but if so, then you can bet she'll be treated right and with respect"

Andy - "And no tricks? No last minute schemes on your part? What about Paul?"

Emily - "Paul won't interfere or come between us or Hope. You have my word"

Andy - "Okay then, I will see what Hope says but for now just stay out of it alright? I'm sure I will come up with something to get Sonni to back off"

Emily - "Understood, just remember…"

Emily puts her hand on Andy's shoulder.

Emily - "You're not alone in this okay? You have everything and everyone on your side including Hope. When you see Hope, talk to her and tell me what she says, but I won't push"

Andy looked at Emily's hand on his shoulder before he nodded, then left the office with the envelope of photos. Closing the door behind him, Emily watch Andy go to the elevators before he pressed the button and went inside, as she felt so bad for the man. Andy was a good guy with a lot of flaws, even if you ask his parents they would tell you that Andy has a good soul. Now he was being tested because someone like Sonni wanted to use him and Mindy, having them sleep with one another, blackmailing both people for sick reasons. It didn't make any kind of sense to Emily at all, but it did remind her of the affair she had with Tom. She wasn't being blackmailed, she did it because she wanted Tom all to herself but didn't care about the damage the affair did to both Tom and Margo. If she went back in time, she would of moved on to another man who wanted her, at least she learned her lesson. In the elevator, Andy waited for the elevator to reach the lobby and couldn't believe the last person to know about this was Emily Stewart herself. At least she wasn't going to tell another soul about this, hopefully but none of this felt right Andy punched the wall of the elevator with his first before the doors open, as he left the Intruder before going back to his hotel.

Craig Montgomery's Penthouse

Looking out of the window a bit, Samantha, who was upstairs in one of the rooms notice Rosanna Cabot at the front door waiting for Craig to open it. Samantha rolled her eyes and shook her head, now she was going to deal with not just Craig but also one of his ex-wife's and also one of his baby momma's in Rosanna of all people. If she was going to walk around here and try to find out what Craig is hiding then Samantha is going to take action and not wait any longer for her husband. She would have to go about this on her own the rest of the way because she couldn't trust Rosanna to keep a secret, even if it meant saving her own ass in the end. So far Craig was living up to his end of the deal and helping Samantha out but he would owe her more if Rosanna became a problem. For all she knows, BOTH Rosanna and Craig could turn their backs on them since Craig didn't mind throwing others under the bus for his baby mama's. Outside of the penthouse, Rosanna waited for Craig to open the door which he did. Immediately she saw the fake smile on his face and had the feeling Craig was hiding something. But what is it? Looking behind Craig everything seem to be fine in the penthouse but it couldn't be this easy.

Craig - "Rosanna, this is a lovely surprise, what are you doing here?"

Rosanna - "I was trying to get in touch with you this morning but your cell phone went to voicemail. So I called your office and the receptionist told me you were out"

Craig - "Yours truly is a very busy man Rosanna, you know that, but how did you know I was here?"

Rosanna - "Let's just say when I was driving after taking care of some things, there you were driving in your car past me. So that's when I knew when to follow you, which was the best choice. Now, what are you hiding?"

Craig - "Excuse me?"

Rosanna - "Stop trying to play the innocent act Craig, what are you hiding in the penthouse?"

Craig - "Rosanna, do you not trust me anymore? I was just stopping by to check and make sure this place was still in tact"

Rosanna - "Nope, don't think so, out of my way Montgomery"

Rosanna pushed through Craig who wished she didn't just do that and now she's going to see what he's hiding so to speak when it's actually who.

Craig - "Rosanna I can assure you that there's nothing going on here. Now can you just leave?"

Rosanna - "What's this?"

Rosanna walked into the living room and noticed a piece of paper on the floor which had a picture of Kirk Anderson. She picks it up and shows him after he came in the living room, now wondering why Craig had this all of the sudden.

Craig - "Oh…that…."

Rosanna - "What is going on Craig? And why do you have this information of Kirk Anderson?"

Craig - "To be honest Rosanna…"

Samantha - "Don't you even say another word Montgomery…just shut it all the way up"

Rosanna and Craig saw Samantha behind them with the folder in his hands that was given to her by Craig in the first place. Rosanna's eyes widen at the sight of seeing Samantha Markham after all of this time while Craig closed his eyes and sighed, shaking his head, realizing that he was caught red handed too.

Rosanna - "Samantha Markham? You're alive, but-"

Samantha - "Yes Rosanna, it's me, and before you ask what's going on, it's real simple. Craig is trying to help me look for Kirk who's been missing as of late"

Rosanna - "Is this true Craig?"

Craig - "Yes, if she stayed here long term, I was going to eventually tell you Rosanna. Samantha staying here is for her own safety"

Rosanna - "From who?"

Samantha - "We don't know for sure but Ripley Wells is one of the people who wants us both dead since James Stenbeck is no longer around"

Rosanna - "Then why would he want you dead?"

Samantha - "I don't know, ask my husband who is missing, but right now you can't say anything about this, to anyone Rosanna. Craig just showed me information on where Kirk could be right now so the only thing that has to be done is go after him"

Rosanna - "Okay and how are you even going to find Kirk?"

Craig - "You don't need to worry about that Rosanna, I have that under control"

Rosanna - "Well I hope you and Samantha do have it under control Craig, the last thing we need is for you to go to jail because of Samantha over here"

Samantha - "And I wouldn't do anything to harm Craig or anyone that you care about Rosanna. Please, just don't tell anyone, can I trust you to do that, if not for me…do it for Craig too"

Looking at both of them and narrowing her eyes, Rosanna slowly nods her head. She still cared for Craig and not much of Samantha but Samantha wouldn't even care at this point.

Rosanna - "Alright, I will keep my mouth shut but if anything happens to Craig because of you then there'll be hell to pay. Hopefully you find Kirk and stay right out of Oakdale to not cause trouble…see you later Craig and please call me. It's about Johnny and after school tomorrow"

Without saying anything else to Samantha and Craig, Rosanna left the penthouse and closed the door behind her. Going back to her car, Rosanna opens the door with her keys and sat down in the drivers seat, frustrated that Craig was risking his own damn life to help Samantha who Rosanna knew all about hearing things about her here or there of what she did over the years. Her husband Kirk was no better and the people they've hurt in the past, even if they didn't mean it, deserved far better than what they are getting from the two. She didn't want to admit it as Rosanna was starting to have those feelings come back to Craig, despite all the horrible things he's done in the past. Deep down she knew there was some good in Craig. Rosanna saw that the past ten to eleven years when it came to his children. As of now she couldn't put her heart again through the ringer because of Craig's stupidity at the moment, he's going to get hurt. Starting up the car, Rosanna drives away before Craig left the penthouse to catch up to her. In his heart, Craig knew he let Rosanna down in some way when he was trying to protect her but now he needed to help Samantha get out of Oakdale and straight to where Kirk could be.

Still kissing the woman he loved, it's been a long time since he last saw Molly when he went in there like a dummy to save her life without protection. Molly knew the kind of man Jake was, he didn't care about the consequences or the risks, if he was saving her life from someone like Martha then Jake will do it all over again. Now of course, he has a lot of explaining to do but right now he just wanted to take in the moment with Molly. Everything for her felt like it was going too fast, like it was a dream but if that's the case then she didn't want to wake up and not remember the man who stole her heart in the first place. Simon though still felt uneasy about how this was turning out so far, as he wasn't going to deny or judge Jake but there's a couple of questions Simon had in mind to ask the man. No one else was here, so he must of lived here his entire life after his death and remained in the quiet life without any kind of interruptions or danger from any potential enemies. But Jake still hasn't explained how he continued to live without anyone noticing it or he would of told them from the get go. Letting go of Jake and breaking the kiss, Molly stood back before she looks at him from head to toe.

Molly - "So it's really you Jake…you've alive…right?

Jake - "Yes I am Molly…and you…you look fabulous still"

Molly - *Smiles and blushes* "Oh gee Jake…you're already making me blush you know. Guess you still have that charm after all this time"

Simon - "So you're the man who called Molly on her phone?"

Molly - "Of course he was the guy who called me Simon, this is Jake"

Jake - "Jake…Jake McKinnion. And you are?"

Simon - "Simon, Simon Frasier. Molly came to me the moment you called her, so I traced the phone call and here we are"

Jake - "Well you came at the right time, though I am surprised you guys found this place here in Canada"

Molly - "What happened Jake? We saw you die…I saw you die…your daughters-"

Jake - "Are in Bay City and living the rest of their lives…right?"

Molly was shocked of Jake even remembering that he was a father to both Bridget and Vicky. Jake didn't look too injured or beat up, he was still extremely healthy and looked very active, especially handsome on the eyes.

Molly - "How did you know?"

Jake - "You and everyone else thought I died right? When my death was announced and Bob Hughes told all of you, before that happened Bob gave me a drug to make it look like I died when I really didn't"

Molly and Simon were both surprised as Molly was shocked of hearing about Bob's role in fake Jakes death which made her start to become angry.

Molly - "So Bob knew about this and didn't tell anyone? Not me, or his daughters? That son of a-"

Bob - "Bob didn't want to go through this but he had no choice, hell, I didn't have a choice either Molly"

Simon - "Because of who?"

Jake - "The Witness Protection Program…when I woke up they explained to me everything that was going on. You remember Mary right? She was in connection with one of Carl Hutchins enemies who were after the people Carl cared about Molly. It wasn't just me since I was connected to Vicky but someone else too"

Molly - "Who Jake?"

Jake - "Her husband…well…ex-husband in Ryan Harrison. He's Carl Hutchins son""

Molly - "So…Vicky is alive and so is Ryan? This is too much for me to try and understand"

Simon - "Are you sure about this Jake?"

Jake - "Yes Molly, they're alive too and were in the Witness Protection Program as well after their so called deaths because of Carl's enemies. That was until one of them started catching up to us and it was out of the program's hands, so the three of us decided to run and go our separate ways and try to stay in hiding ourselves"

Simon - "And so you came here? Wasn't there someone else who owned this place?"

Jake - "You mean Ernesto and his wife? Well they used to before they deiced move somewhere else further in Canada. The two of them don't even know I am alive, but no one else has been able to buy their home which is good luck. After I just got here the last month and decided to stay, it was time for me to call you Molly"

Molly - "Which I am so glad you did Jake and here you are. There's a lot you missed out on, but Bridget and Michelle are grown, they just graduated college and living the rest of their lives Bay City"

Jake - "That's wonderful, when this is all said and done I can't wait to see them"

Simon - "When this is all said and done? Who else of Carl Hutchins enemies are after you-"

And before Simon could finish that question he was about to ask, an explosion just took place next to the house when it came to the farm section of it. Simon, Molly and Jake immediately got down on the floor as debris such as glass from the windows, cabinets, etc were flying all over the place before dropping to the floor as well. Simon knew that this was too good to be true when they got here, as it was way too quiet when they came into the house. Jake was one of the good guys, there's no denying that and Simon felt like he wasn't pulling a fast one on them which would hurt Molly to the core, but this had to be one of Carl Hutchin's enemies coming back to bite them in the ass. Thankfully Simon didn't feel anything on the back on his head or anywhere on his body. The tumor that Simon had wasn't affecting him at the moment so that's another plus for him, but he had a feeling something like what they're experiencing now as going to happen. Jake kept Molly close to him as he wrapped his arm around her, protecting her, shielding the brunette from any danger as Jake slowly looked up, seeing no one storming into the home. What was going on? Who's responsible for this?
