AN: Hey peeps, welcome to new chapter. In this arc the Family has to now deal with Tribunal and the fallout of Wesker declaration of war. Things go from bad to worst for the Family, let's just hope our favorite characters will be able to make it out of this alive. Also I have a AU movie planned after the end of the next arc. The title of the movie will be revealed at the end of this chapter.

The Tribunal have come to capture the Family, what their plans are, who knows? But what ever it is cannot be good for Shadow and company. And yes Project Amazo is not forgotten, you will see that latest creation of Dr. Gero in action in season 4 of the story.

Chapter 42: The Family On The Run

"An unprecedented scene last night. The world nuclear arsenal launched into the sky."

"The days of heroes are over."

"A declaration war has come."

"The day the world stood still."

"Reports coming in that many breakouts have happened at the supervillain prisons."

"Game over man, it's game over! We have no one that can protect us!"

It didn't matter where one heard it. It didn't matter what channel you turned to, every news station was saying the same thing. The world was going to hell and it didn't seem like it was going back to normal ever again and in case you need a reminder allow me to help you.

Albert Wesker made his declaration of war against the heroes and anyone that stands in his way. He single handedly defeated the most powerful hero in the world, he even took his arm. He defeated the most powerful villain, a man that is a myth to others in his line of work and he did it easily. He then defeated a group of heroes that included the likes o f Endeavor and Edgeshot and he did that easily as well.

In fact the only ones that were able to push him and come close to defeating him were a group of teenagers, but even with their combined might was not enough to stop the chairman. They fell as well for Wesker summoned a power that has never been seen before. A form he calls Super Wesker.

When he was done destroying his opponents and they all fell to the ground one by one Wesker rose to the sky like god and gave his declaration. No one was going to stop him, not the heroes, not the villains, and not even his own children, and to get his already believable statement across even more he decided to launch the most powerful and destructive weapon ever created in human history into the sky. He launched all the nukes into the sky and detonated them, now leaving nations defenseless to his power. Now this leaves the world with many questions.

Who on god's green earth can stop this man? Who can protect them from Wesker and the forces of Trinity? Is the age of heroes over? But most importantly. Who can save them from this darkness?

"Ah!" Shadow screamed as he fixed his dislocated left shoulder, he bashed it into the wall to get it straight. Shadow was licking his wounds, he and his siblings escaped their father after they failed their mission in killing him. The red headed weapon was beyond pissed, he had so many emotions that he was dealing with right now, but the biggest was anger. Pure uncontrolled and raw anger.

Shadow not only was defeated by Wesker, but he saw what his father did to his first love Maria. He corrupted her and turned her into a weapon and if that wasn't enough the bastard cloned him. Wesker created another one of him in the clone called Mephiles.

Shadow will kill Wesker, oh, he will kill him. But not right now. No, now he must get out of the country for he has a feeling that after his father's public announcement was not the end, trouble was far from over.

"You good?" Shadow turned his head to his older brother in Knuckles, the dark skinned man looked like hell, but Shadow knows he was one tough bastard. Shadow nodded his head and rejoined the group, all them were looking like hell and licking their wounds, but they all had been through worse.

"Listen up," All eyes turned to Shadow, he had the room and everyone in it. The Family could not even express how much they missed that commander tone of his. It had been too many years since they were all together like this and as much as they wanted to hug each other and cry, but they could not. They had bigger things to worry about.

"We failed in our mission to kill Wesker. Now our father has brought Trinity to light, everything that he has planned has gone the way he has wanted."

"Wait you telling me this was planned?" Sonic asked with confusion and Shadow nodded his head, with his memories now returned he now knew of what his father did.

"Operation: Wide Awake. It was an operation that was meant to reveal Trinity and show our strength to the world. Taking out the heroes, All Might, and launching the nukes were all part of his plan. All For One was just an extra bonus for him. Now the world knows about him and is afraid."

"His declaration is on every news network in the world, the public is going crazy." Tails told them as he looked at his phone. It was the same thing everywhere, all of them were talking about Wesker and how he is the next great super villain.

"Then we need to get the hell out of the country and back to the base. Blink," Blaze called the teleporter and Blink nodded her head, she knew what the hell cat was planning. The loyal spy of the Family was about to create a portal to the base, but before she could Shadow stopped her.

"Stop! Don't open a portal! If you do Trinity soldiers will be on us in seconds." Blink looked at Shadow with shock, she listened to the leader and stopped creating the portal, but everyone shared her same thought. Why did Shadow want her not to create a portal?

"Shadow, what do you mean they could be on us. They couldn't possibly know where the base is...right?" Mystique was uncertain herself, but the look her brother gave her told her everything.

"He knows." Bumble Bee rubbed her head, Wesker must've always known where they were, but just didn't care about getting them...not yet anyway.

"No base is safe right now. In fact Blink I'm sending you away, I'm not risking you getting captured now. Until we find a secure location, stay hidden and keep moving." Blink nodded her head, she looked to Espio and then created a portal only for herself. Once she stepped through it the portal closed and now the Family was without their teleporter.

"Alright, we don't have our teleporter. So, now what's the plan?" Sonic asked again this with a sense of urgency especially when he heard sirens go by. Gambit took a look out the window and saw a couple cars passed by, they were in the clear, but they could not stay here long.

"We need to make haste frères." Gambit told them, as a master thief he knows that one should not stay one in place for too long after getting exposed.

"We can't leave, not yet. I need to get the file." The Family looked at each other, they didn't know what the file was, but they could see that it carried great importance with Shadow.

"What is the file?" Beast Boy asked his older brother and Shadow told them, the file may be there only edge against Wesker.

"It is a usb drive that contains everything on Trinity, our mother was able to get it before she died. She gave it to me, but I gave it to our mother's most trusted spy. We need to get to Smoker and get it from him, the hard drive could contain information on what our father is truly after." Tails did some research on Smoker on his phone and he could see that he was indeed a spy, an off book spy that was not in even in the database of Trinity.

"A hard drive like that could also contain information on where Trinity's base is." Omega spoke and even Shadow had to admit that could be a possibility.

"Ok, we get the file, then we get the hell out of dodge." Sonic commented as usual and it was a sound plan. They get mother's file, get out of the city, possibly even the country, they regroup, and then they take down Wesker.

"There is also the problem of transportation. We need a plane and before that we need to get a car." Espio reminded them, but there is still one thing that needs to be done and this one was personal for Shadow.

"I need to go to my house." All eyes turned to the leader of the Family, Shadow gave a look that told him that he was not going to be argued with.

"Seriously? This is not the time for sentimental shit, we need to get out of here." Knuckles reminded and Shadow glared at him with his red eyes, but how long has it been for Knuckles since he has seen that glare.

"I'm not arguing and this is not for debate, I need something and I will be getting it." Shadow made his way to leave, but he was not alone as his cell followed behind him. Rouge and Omega shadowed Shadow's left and right as they made their way out of the building.

"We are going with you. It's been years since the three of us were together and we got loads to talk about." Shadow caught the hidden message and nodded his head, Maria was an issue that they were going to have to talk about and then there was Ochako.

"Jesus Christ man." Knuckles rubbed his head, he couldn't believe this. Actually he can, Team Dark is known to do whatever the hell they want.

"Shut up, Knuckles. Shadow and his team go get his personal things. Amy and Espio, both of you take your teams and go get this file. Sonic, find us transportation." Blaze commanded them all, there was a reason why she was third in command of the Family and she was showing it with her leadership.

"What will you be doing?" Sonic asked curiously, he did fail to hear that Blaze did not mention her team and herself while giving out orders. The hellcat looked at the speedster and gave him a simple answer.

"I have personal matters to deal with." Sonic gave a knowing look to her, he didn't believe her for a minute and the Family including her cell have a good feeling that they know exactly where she is going.

"Fine, let's move out boys." Sonic got up from the ground, he was not the only one as the other cells began to move out, but before they could Sliver decided to address the large elephant in the room.

"Are we not going to talk about Maria?" Sliver asked, seeing her again, seeing her alive and like that was a scene that was never going to leave him. All members of the Family were silent, but none more so than Shadow. Maria was his first love, his heart belonged to her and he knows he is responsible for what she has become.

"Later. You all have your missions, now move out." Shadow commanded them, but all of the siblings know that he was avoiding the problem. If it was up to Shadow they would not be talking about Maria at all.

Shadow and Rouge will deal with Maria, they will deal with each other, and then Shadow has to deal with Ochako. Some many problems, so very little time, but for now he must gather some personal items and say goodbye to his mother.

Team Dark grabbed their leader's hands and in a blink of an eye they vanished with the assist of the flash step. Sonic grabbed his friends and zoomed out of the warehouse. Silver used his powers to lift both his lover and teammate off of the ground, they flew out the open window. That left Team Chaotix and Rose, both cell leaders, looking at each nodded their heads. They headed to the door, but Espio camouflaged them with his physic powers and prevented anyone from seeing them.

With the Heroes

Things are bad, real bad, worse than they ever were. Everyone was currently scrambling in the Kamino Ward to save as many lives as they still can. There was a lot of destruction and there were those that are missing. Nezu sat at the head of the table as he organized with other heroes to help as many as they can.

The heroes in the room consisted of Nezu, Present Mic, Aizawa, and Vlad King, everyone else was out assisting them locals in search. All the heroes were a mess, they didn't get much asleep last night, ever since Wesker made his declaration of war they have been scrambling to make sure everyone is alright.

There were still a half of a dozen heroes that were still in hospital including All Might and there is the fact that no one has seen Izuku since his confrontation with Wesker. All For One was still unaccounted for, Nezu himself believes that he escaped with the help of his associates.

"How's Toshinori?" Vlad King said as he looked to the animal, Nezu rubbed his eyes, but answered anyway.

"I spoke with Torino. He is out of surgery, but still unconscious. His injuries were very surreal and his left arm is completely gone." The room grew silent after hearing that, they already knew that All Might was on his way to retirement, but after hearing that they now know for sure that it is over for him. Symbol of Peace and the shield that he put around the world was now gone and the world is reacting to it.

"Endeavor?" Present Mic asked about the flame hero now, last heard he was still in the hospital, but that was last night.

"He is out, home with his family, but knowing Enji like we do it's only a matter of time before he gets back in the field."

"Good, we'll need him. I spoke with Edgeshot as well, he and the Team Kamui Woods are up, but still recovering in the hospital." Aizawa told them, the heroes and All Might were checked now that just left one person.

"And Izuku?" Present asked his older friend with concern. Mic saw his face turn solemn and he could already see that what was coming was bad news.

"Nowhere to be found. Nemuri is a mess and currently at home." Mic took off her shades and rubbed his eyes, it had been a long night and there day is about to get worse. The doors opened in the conference room and all eyes turned to the unannounced visit, when the heroes in the room saw the unannounced visitor they widened their eyes especially Nezu.

"YOU!? What are you doing here?" Nezu's expression told the entire story and he was not the only one Present Mic, Eraserhead, and Vlad King all stood up from their seats. Their powers were ready to be activated at a moment's notice to do battle with the man in front of them. The man was wearing a black suit with white button shirt and black tie, he had on black shades and looked everything like a government agent.

"Everyone in this room is now under arrest for hiding a fugitive, you will be detained and if you resist these gentlemen here will gladly take you down." The man was soon flanked by soldiers and these soldiers produced their weapons and pointed them at the heroes in the room. Nezu gritted his teeth for he knew what this was, they had come and now things just went from worst to absolute shit..

"Bishop. So the Tribunal has sent their dogs." Nezu knew who Bishop was, he was one of the Tribunal top agents and was one that worked in the shadows to take down super level threats.

"Everyone associated with Trinity including Izuku who is the weapon that you are harboring is now under arrest. All of you will face judgement from the Tribunal and if you try to resist you will be put down." Bishop let the threat hang the air and to show that he was being serious he uncuffed his sleeves and undid his tie.

The heroes in the room were unsure of what to do, this was a difficult situation. Nezu being the genius that he is, ran the solutions quickly in his mind, all the outcomes ended in their defeat with great pain. There was only one solution that they had and he hated the idea of doing it.

"We surrender." Nezu put his hands up, Aizawa looked at him with anger, but Nezu gave him a glare that told him to do what he was asking. Aizawa as much as he didn't want to knows that Nezu was right, as good as he is even he could not take on the Tribunal forces. With that conclusion Aizawa and the rest of the heroes in the room all put up their hands. They had lost, but they only hoped that Izuku, where he is, is able to get away.

"Don't look so down, your friends will be joining you as well. From this point on UA and everyone associated with the weapon known as Shadow be it students, students parents, or faculty is now under arrest." Nezu widened his eyes at that and unknown to him Tribunal forces were all moving throughout the city. Doors were being kicked down as they apprehended the students of Class 1-A and their parents.

Katsuki's family, Momo's family, Kyoka family, Minoru's family, Ochako's family, the list goes on and on. All of them were being captured and were being arrested just for knowing Iuzku. All of them are going to be judged by the Tribunal

Elsewhere with Smoker

Smoker was having a bad day, the worst one of his life. The station was a madhouse and everyone was on the phones, the spy himself was in his office. He was trying to reach Shadow, but there was an answer from the phone. Smoker began to worry if Shadow was captured, he was the only one with the file and he knows that he can't stay here for long. He needs to get himself and it out of here till he can think of a plan.

Not only that there was word that the Tribunal was here and if those rumors are true then that means that GUN and the Hounds of Justice are here as well. Smoker might need to make a stop home, he fears that he might not be seeing his Hina for a long time and he wants to tell her that he will always love her.

Smoker bit his cigar, the man turned to the window. He looked out the window to see that countless officers at work, sneaking out was not going to be hard, but he will need to make a cover story. Lucky for the smoke man help had arrived and had reached to him.

"Smoker," Smoker heard the voice on his head and he knew that he wasn't going crazy, so that meant that it had to be telepath. "You can relax, Smoker. My name is Espio, I am the brother of Shadow and-"

"Leader of Team Chaotix. Holiday spoked about you, you are the best hand to hand combat fighter in the world." Espio won't lie, he did smile when heard that, but the time for ego would be for later. Right now he needed to focus on getting his hands on the file.

"Smoker, listen to me you need to head outside. Outside there will be a grey van with me in it. Come to the van and drop off the file, once we get it you need to head back inside. Understood?" Smoker did indeed understand, he went to the window where he could look outside and saw the van.

He nodded his head and went to the safe, he quickly input the combination that would open it. When it was open he grabbed the black usb drive and with the file in hand Smoker quickly left his office.

Smoker left in a hurry, but he had to not make it suspicious, if he did then someone would be onto him. All he had to do was make it to the elevator, get to the ground floor and then drop off this drive. In and out, no troubles. Smoker arrived at the elevator and pressed the down button, he now had to wait for his ride and he would home free. Too bad life is never that easy.

"Smoker," Smoker internally cursed, it was Naomasa who would call out his name. The man brought his eyes to the elevator and saw that he only had a couple floors, the lift was coming up.

"Naomasa, what's the word on All Might." Smoker had to make small talk, if he didn't he would look suspicious. He saw the detective's face turn grim and he could already tell that it was bad news.

"He's out of surgery, but his arm is gone. All Might has a long road ahead before he is back to normal." Smoker didn't know whether or not Naomasa meant physically or mentally, he suspected both. Wesker not only beat him, but humiliated him. The chairman of Trinity embarrassed the former number one hero.

"Damn," Smoker was hoping that would get rid of Naomasa, but he was a fool for thinking so. The spy kept his eyes on the numbers as each one brighter signifying that the lift was coming. Naomasa caught the slight tension on Smoker's body, he could see that something was bothering him.

"Smoker, are you alright?" Smoker looked at the man with a side eyed look, he was fine and that was what he was going to reply with.

"Fine, just on edge with all this nonsense."

"Uh-Huh. What is on the drive that you're hiding?" Naomasa asked with curiosity, but Smoker being the detective that he knew that he was trying to interrogate him and he was not going to allow that happen.

"Something Naomasa, something that could help us." *Ding* The sound of the elevator had come and Smoker was done talking to Naomasa, he could deal with him later, but for now he needed to get the file to the Family.

"Now if you excuse me I need to get to Ne...zu." Smoker paused in his words as he turned his head to the elevator to walk in, but there was a problem and that problem was that someone was already in the elevator. That person in the elevator made Smoker widen his eyes in fear and Naomasa widen his eyes in shock.

Smoker's problems were not over yet as that man in the elevator smiled and bright yellow light was soon shining making Smoker's eyes get even bigger as he was blasted backwards by a yellow energy beam, the man crashing through his office's walls and the wall behind it leading him outside.

Outside

"Where is Smoker?" Bumble Bee asked with frustration as she was in the driver seat of the van, next to her Gambit was shuffling his cards. The rest were in the back, but like Bee all of them were in edge. Espio had contacted Smoker and told them where to meet them, so it shouldn't take this long unless he was getting stalled by someone.

"We need to be patient, Smoker is a capable spy and someone that our mother trusted. I read his mind and he is loyal to this family. He will not betray us, he knows what will happen if he does." Espio kept his arms folded and his eyes closed, he was already furious for he lost his sword in battle against his father. That sword was a gift from his mother, the last one that he ever received from her.

"Espio is right, Smoker will come through in the-*Boom*" All Family members in the van looked outside when they heard the boom and widened their eyes when they saw Smoker crashing to the ground and landing on top of a car. Espio and Amy's team ran out the van and went to the downed spy, they checked on him while everyone else was wondering what was going on.

Smoker was down and hurt the teams could see that, but they wondered who did this to him. They would soon get their answer when they heard laughter coming from the smoking hole.

"Kukukukuku...Well, what do we have here." The Family widened their eyes when they heard that voice, that smooth and lazy voice. They recognized it anywhere and it only belonged to one man.

Footsteps could soon be heard as the Family got ready for a fight and boy was it going to be a fight. They knew who was coming because they had fought his kind before and now they would do it again. The smoke cleared and reveled a light skin dark man wearing a yellow suit with white shoes, a white jacket hung over his shoulders as he smiled down at the teenagers below him.

"Kizaru." Espio growled out as he looked up at one member of the Tribunals Hounds of Justice. The man who controlled light itself, Kizaru, and is now the man that they will have to fight in order to survive. Fighting Wesker was hard enough, but now they would fight a Hound. Shit just hit the fan and the Family knew it.

Espio created dual swords in his hands, this was not going to be easy. Amy ready herself with her fist, her hammer was destroyed by her father in their last battle. Gambit grabbed a small stick from his jacket pocket, he held it tightly and it turned into a staff. Beast Boy turned into a gorilla and pounded his chest. Bumble Bee ready her stingers and Shadow cat grabbed her dagger, a fight was about to go down between Kizaru and Team Rose and Chaotix, but they were soon joined by more uninvited guests.

"Tell me children, do you know what it's like to kick at the speed of light?" Kizaru asked them all as they all got ready to fight, but it was not over trucks could be heard coming down the street.

Drones appeared in the sky and locked their guns on the cell members, the trucks revealed GUN soldiers with weapons in hand, all of them were aimed at the Family. Team Rose and Chaotix were trapped and they knew it. They only hoped that the others were fairing far better than them, unfortunately for them they were not.

With Team Blaze

Sliver had taken himself and his team to a location where the leader saw the one person that she has always wanted to see. They were in the air, they could not get any closer without being spotted and being way up here suited Blaze better. Mystique and Silver both knew that she was not ready to face Endeavor.

Blaze aimed her red eyes down at the home of the Todoroki family, she could see the servants moving about and doing their daily duties, but she wondered where Endeavor was. Where was he during all of this crisis? Blaze thoughts were soon cut short when she narrowed her eyes at the many vehicles that were pulling up the large house.

"Blaze, is that who I think it is." Blaze didn't answer Mystique question for she knew who it was already as did Sliver.

"Blaze we need to leave." Sliver urged his lover, they were not ready to fight them, not now of all times. They needed to go and quickly find the others, they needed to get out of here and avoid capture.

Blaze did not answer though, she still glared down at the truck with the word GUN painted on the sides. Blaze knew that she had to leave, but she couldn't...she couldn't leave Endeavor or his family to fend for themselves.

Blaze turned her ruby eyes to her team and they all knew that look, they knew that they were about to do now. "If they don't kill us, Shadow will." Sliver just told her, but Blaze knew that he would leave her. Silver and Blaze were going to be together till the end, even if that end meant fighting the Tribunal.

"Let's go." Mystique was in as well as grabbed her guns, both were in her hands and were locked and loaded. Blaze smiled at her and turned back down to the trucks, her hands ignited in red flames.

With The Todorokis'

"Enji you need to rest!" Rei yelled her husband, children were with her as they pleaded with the father to rest. Enji was not listening however as he fought with them to get his costume back on. He needed to get back out there, now more than ever since All Might is still out of commission and it looks to be for good.

"Let me go Rei! I'm needed out there!" Enji grabbed his side for he was still feeling the effect of what Wesker did to him, he was humiliated, outclassed, and embarrassed. He was stepped on by the bastard and he swears he was going to kill him.

"Dad, listen to mom." Fuyumi argued with her father, outside of herself and her mother they were trying to stop Enji from hurting himself even more. Shoto and Natsuo were still uncertain of how to feel about this new change in their father. Natsuo was still uncertain, he still had not seen enough proof and Shoto. Shoto was still on the fence, on one side he was starting to believe that his father was changing and there are times like this that his father is still the same old bastard.

"I..Ah...I need to get out there. The world needs to see that they are still protected." Enji knew what happened last night and he wasn't talking about the nukes or the embarrassment by Wesker.

Enji saw what Wesker truly did, he saw how he attacked the psyche of the world, the belief that heroes could always save the day. Wesker single handily destroyed that notion and now the world is a fragile state than it ever has been before.

"Let him, nothings changed." Enji didn't make a sound when he heard that from his oldest son, he just let the comment hit him. Rei on the other hand was not having it, especially when they almost lost him last night.

"Natsuo, enough!" Rei scolded her son, she was not going to be doing this. She wanted her family together so that they could help their father and stop him from killing himself, but things were not going to be that easy as a servant came in and got the attention of the family.

"Sir, you...you have a guest." The servant was mainly speaking to Endeavor than the family, but with the entire family there, they were not going to be deterred. They were going wherever Enji went and that place was the front door to see a very unwelcome guest.

Enji and his family arrived at the front door and when they got there Enji widened his eyes to see someone that he never ever wanted to see. The man in front of Todoroki was a man wearing an all red suit with black shoes and a white jacket over his shoulders.

"Akainu!" Enji flames were blazing when they saw arguably the most dangerous hound in his home. Enji got in front of his family to protect them, he was not going to let him hurt them.

"Endeavor, you will be coming with us. You and your family are now under arrest with acts of conspiring with a terrorist. If you resit you will be killed, absolute justice always prevails." Akainu read them their rights, no, he read them their death warrants.

Enji got even more angry when he heard that, he knew what this was about. The Tribunal had come and now they were coming after Izuku, but he was not going to let that happen. Enji was going to protect his family above all else.

"Terrorist?! What the hell are you talking about?!" Natsuo was just as confused as the family, but Enji kept his eyes on Akainu. If he made a move Enji would light him up with his flames, but even he was not sure if that was going to keep the red dog down.

"The weapon known as Shadow and this woman here," Akakinu pointed at Rei making her and the rest of the family even more confused. "Rei Todoroki, you are under arrest for working with the terrorist known as Killer Frost."

"Wha-What?!" Rei couldn't even begin to comprehend what she was hearing. She wasn't working with a terrorist, she would never do that, but Akainu didn't give her time to explain. The magma man just walked forward ready to grab her, but Enji would be damn if someone takes his wife away.

"Get your hands off my wife!" Enji roared as he got in front of Rei, his hands were on fire, hell he looked like he was about to spew fire like a dragon. Rei had never seen him that angry or protective before, in fact she actually liked seeing that side of Enji.

Akainu was not going to be denied even if it meant going through Endeavor, his hands turned red with magma as he activated his powers. Flames vs Magma, a great battle was about to commence, but it was not going to be with Endeavor. No, Akainu found another opponent when heard the explosion of his trucks coming outside.

Akainu turned his back on Enji quickly and went outside to see the red flames burning around, he narrowed his eyes at them as a figure was walking towards him.

"Hellcat," Akainu growled as he made his hands into fist, they turned red and Blaze saw his moves. The hellcat was with her cell, they would deal with the GUN soldiers as she dealt with the mad dog.

Blaze made a fist and red flames were soon produced, Akainu walked dashed forward and so did Blaze, when they got close their fist collided and fire battled with magma. An epic explosion came as Enji tried to protect his family, but it got a little harder with GUN soldiers aimed their guns at them.

"Shoto, protect your mother and siblings. I will deal with them." Enji's voice turned very dark as he made his way to a group of GUN soldiers, he was very pissed that they came onto his property and he was going to make them pay.

"Voltage...Nova."

With Team Sonic

"Streets are looking hot, very hot." Knuckles commented as he knew and the crew were above on a rooftop. At The car dealership, they found a couple rides that would get them out of the city. All they had to do was hot wire and meet up with the rest of the Family.

Sonic nodded his head at Knuckles comment, the streets were starting to get flooded with sirens and since both Sonic and Knuckles were from the city they knew a thing about sirens. When there is one there is always a dozen more right behind them. Sonic grabbed both his boys and zoomed down to the ground, they needed to get these rides moving and then get the hell out of this hot zone.

"Knuck, start hot wiring. Tails I...Tails you listening." Tails was not listening, no instead he was panicking. He was panicking very badly as he continued to type furiously on his laptop, Sonic had never seen his brother type so fast unless there was something bad going down.

"Not good, not good, not good, not good, not good, not good."

"Tails, what the fuck is going on?!" Knuckles yelled at him, Sonic and he hates it when he gets like this. What could make Tails panic so much they wondered, but lucky for them Tails gave their answer and boy was it an answer they would not.

"Tr-Tr-Tr-Tribunal...The Tribunal is here!" Sonic and Knuckles eyes widened in shock, they were screwed...no, they were fucked. They needed to get the hell out, but it was too late, especially when they all collapsed to the ground like rocks.

"AH!/NHG!/RAHH!" Sonic, Tails, and Knuckles felt their whole body collapse to the ground with immense pressure. It felt like gravity was pressing down on them and they were right. Sonic knew who was doing this and got him pissed just thinking about it.

"It's...Nhg...It's Fujitora!" And right on cue a man wearing a purple kimono with a white jacket over his shoulders came upon the eyes of the cell. All three of them were fighting the gravity, but they were able to glare at the blind man. Team Sonic and Fujitora had done battle before, the blind samurai could control gravity and right now he was making Team Sonic's body weigh a ton.

"I'm sorry young men, but I must arrest you." Fujitora told them solemnly, he was an honorable man, but he also is a hero of justice. He must protect the innocents from those that threaten them and right now Team Sonic is his target.

"Fuuuuuuck!" Knuckles roared as he tried to power out of the immense gravity that was crushing him. The young man was one of the strongest in the Family, but Fujitora had spent decades mastering his power.

The blind elderly man lifted his brown walking stick and simply tapped it back on the ground to put even more pressure on Knuckles. When the powerhouse felt more gravity on his chest he was slammed down back down onto the ground cracking the concrete.

"I hope...everyone else is... doing better...than us." Tailes prayed aloud as he and his team would be a lot longer than they hoped they would be. Unknown to him the rest of his siblings were having trouble as well. All of them were combat with the Tribunal forces, all except one.

Team Dark

Shadow, Rouge, and Omega all appeared in his room, the teen let go of his hands and quickly went to his closet to grab a duffel bag. When he grabbed the black bag and threw it on the bed, Shadow quickly began to grab a couple of personal items such as clothes, sneakers, his gun that he hid.

He threw it all in the bag, he wasn't packing a lot, but he needed to pack the things that he wanted to cherish such as the photos of his mothers. One of his biological mothers is Inko Midoriya and one of his current mothers.

While Shadow was packing Rouge and Omega, more so Rouge than Omega took a look around the room. Rouge saw all the pictures of Shadow and Nemuri, she was actually sad that the woman was never going to see her son again. She would have to thank her for taking care of her leader, speaking of Midnight the woman was down stairs when drawing her worry and sorrow in a bottle of wine when she heard noise come from upstairs.

When she heard it she didn't need to think that it was her son, she knew that it was her boy. Nemuri got up from the couch and bolted right up the stairs to his room, when she got there she rushed right through the door pushing it right open and to her surprises, relief, and happiness her boy was right there.

"Izuku?" Shadow stopped packing when he heard her voice, he had hoped that she wasn't home, it would have made this less painful, but now. Now he has no choice, but to face her. Nemuri didn't even pay attention to the other two guests that were in her son's room, she just wanted to see her child, that is all that she wanted.

"Izuku, Izuku look at me." Nemuri commanded and Izuku sighed, he turned to face his mother which was probably for the last time. Nemuri saw her son, she saw his injuries that were not healed from the battle with Wesker, but she also saw that he was hiding something.

"Why are you packing your things? Who are these people?" Izuku looked at his mother with a solemn look on his face, he closed his eyes and braced himself for what he was about to say. Rouge and Omega just stood back and let the scene play out before them, they had nothing to say neither could they say something. This was between mother and son.

"I'm leaving." Nemuri's eyes widened beyond belief when she heard those two words come out her son's mouth. She didn't think she heard that right, Izuku said that he was leaving.

"What?"

"I'm leaving mom, me staying is going to make more of target and-*Slap*" Izuku words were cut short when he felt stinging pain come from his left cheek. Nemuri in her anger and frustration had slapped her son, it was the first time she had ever laid a hand on him. Omega was ready to restrain the woman, but a single glare from his leader stopped all motions of android. Izuku would handle this, he didn't want anyone else to get involved.

"What makes you think that leaving me, our family will solve anything. I don't know if you remember very well, but I became a target when I decided to adopt you, but that didn't stop me. I saw a boy who had lost everything and I wanted to help him fill that void with love, but now you want to throw it all away."

"Not by choice!"

"There's always a choice Izuku!" Nemuri and Izuku were raising their voices at this point, the two rarely had arguments, the last one they had was when Izuku chose the name Shadow, but they were able to make up quickly. It doesn't seem like that will happen this time around. Mother and son were at crossroads now, they were at a moment that will change their relationship forever.

Nemuri and Izuku glared at each other, neither was going to let up. Nemuri was not going to let her son go so easily, she doesn't care what he wants to do. They were family and they were going to face whatever Wesker or Trinity had coming together.

Izuku on the other hand could see the wagons circling around him, wagons full of enemies. Bane, the League, Bullseye, and now Wesker. He knew that this day would one day come and now it was time for him to say goodbye. The life that he had was well lived, but at the end of day he was a weapon. He needs to be on the front lines.

"Hi," Rouge decided to break the tension between mother and son and introduce herself.

"My name is Rouge, Rouge the Bat. I am Shadow's teammate and the girl that has been keeping him out of trouble for so many years. This here is E-123, but we call him Omega. Say hi, O." Both mother and son looked too Omega to see that the stoic face of the machine was replaced with a force and uncomfortable smile that creeped both of them out.

"Since you've been gone I taught Omega how to smile. I know, it still needs some work." Omega stopped smiling because his sensors had picked up on movement. The teen turned his head back to his mother and began to argue with her while Omega looked out the window, he hacked the traffic cam to see what was coming and when he did he saw the heavy armored trucks that were all too familiar to the machine.

"Shadow, GUN forces inbound." Omega warned Shadow and that made all three humans widen their eyes in shock.

"What?!"

"Omega, how far are they?" Shadow ignored the shock from Rouge and his mother, they had trouble coming and if GUN was here that meant that dogs were not far behind. *Bang* That was the sound of the door going down and that meant only one thing.

"They are here." Omega told them and Shadow had to act now, but first he had to make sure that his mother was safe. More than anything he wanted her safe above all and he will do so.

"Omega, protect my mother. Rouge, let's go." Omega grabbed the arm of Nemuri, he put her in the closet and crushed the knob to prevent her from escaping.

"Izuku! Izuku! IZUKU!" Nemuri screamed as she pushed into the door, meanwhile Team Dark headed out the room, they had a date with a dog that had come after them.

The footsteps of armed soldiers could already be heard from outside the room, Shadow fired off an eagle pulse to see where the men were. One was coming up stairs as the team hid, Shadow got ready for when he was close all he needed was one more step.

Shadow made a fist and that was a signal for Rouge to throw a smoke bomb into the ground and that smoke surprised that soldier that was on the stair. The soldier did not have time to recover as his gun was grabbed by Shadow, the teen pushed it down ward and then he drove his elbow into the black helmet sending him falling backwards. The other soldiers stopped moving when they heard the fall of one of their own. They all aimed their guns at the top of the stairs, but the smoke was still there.

Omega stepped forward with his arms out, he fired his hand cannons that struck two guards down below. Shadow and Rouge then moved in with Rouge tossing two bata-rangs at the guards hands to knock the gun out of their hands. Shadow then came running in, he leg swept one guard which took him down. He got up quickly and ran to the next guard hitting him with a flying knee that took him down.

The guards in the house were taking down, but that left the ones outside. The outside saw what was happening and were about to fire at the teen for they could see him through the large window. Shadow quickly grabbed the guard's down body and tossed him out the window sending him crashing into the group. When the group down Shadow jumped out the window, he saw guns trained on him and began to run as bullets began flying at him.

"Omega!" Shadow called his partner and Omega answered the call by launching himself out the window, pieces of wood were sent flying as Nemuri house was becoming a battlefield.

The soldiers stopped the firing when they saw the large machine crash outside. Omega grabbed both soldiers and tossed them into the large trucks, he then fired a missile at one truck thus destroying it and causing an explosion.

Rouge flew out the ruined house, her purple wings were spread as she saw drones in the sky. The bat reached into her belt and grabbed small circular devices, she tossed them onto the drones that were trained on Omega. When she came to the ground the devices exploded causing the drones to be caught in it and thus being destroyed as well.

Shadow was battling with one soldier up against the truck, the teen crashed his fist into the soldier stomach. He then grabbed his armor and flipped him over so he could roll on top of him, the teen then created a red dagger in his right hand. Shadow was going to kill the soldier as he aimed the tip of his blade at the GUN soldier's neck, but was stopped when he heard his mother's and a lazy, but chilling voice.

"Izuku stop!" Nemuri screamed, she had broken out of the closet and was at the door where she saw her son ready to kill a man. Her scream left her mouth and at the moment her scream left her mouth another figure made his appearance.

"Whoa-Whoa." Shadow stopped in his action when heard the voice, it was that voice and not his mother that made him stop. He recognized the voice and to further prove that it was who he thought it was, the teen released a breath of air to see that it was visible. In all the action he hadn't even realized that it had gotten cold outside on a very nice, sunny, and warm day.

Shadow didn't need to turn around to know who was behind him, he knew this person more than anyone else in the Tribunal forces. They had battled so many times that he lost count, the last time they fought Shadow left him alive, but now it seems that that was a mistake.

With Nemuri

Nemuri continued to scream her son's name as she was trapped in the closet, when she heard the sound of gunfire, crashing, and loud booms she could figure out what was going on. Though it was the biggest crash that made her house tremble that she had enough and started to bash her arm into the window. Nemuri was not going to let a closet door of all things stop her from defending her home and from punishing her son.

It took Nemuri three bashes to break down the door, when she was out she ran out her son's room and made it to the stairs where she could see that large hole in front of her. Nemuri looked around, her home was destroyed.

She bought this house when she adopted Izuku, it was supposed to be their safe haven from all, but now it was ruined. Nemuri shook her head, there will be time for sentimentality later, right now she needed to get outside especially when she heard the explosions coming from her front yard.

Nemuri ran down the stairs, she ignored the downed soldiers and the feeling of cold that she was feeling, no, that was wrong. She felt the cold and feeling that cold air made her realize that he was here. Midnight realized that he, of all people had come here, onto her property and after her son. Nemuri made it to the door where she saw Izuku ready to stab the man that was beneath him, she widened her eyes and called his name.

"Izuku, stop!" Nemuri screamed her child's name, but at the moment teh scream left her mouth her eyes widened in shock because she saw him appear right behind her son.

A chilly wind was brought upon the battlefield as all the action came to stop. Rouge and Omega stopped what they were doing when they felt the temperatures drop, they turned their attention to their leader and saw that he was right in front of the hound.

Nemuri eyes were saucers, it had been years since she had seen him, but even after all these decades he still looked the same. The black curly afro-like hair, the white jacket hung on his shoulders, the white shoes and paints, and underneath the suit was a blue button shirt. With his hands in his pockets the tall man looked down at the teen as Shadow slowly turned his head to show him his red eyes.

"It's been a long time, Aokji." Shadow growled at the last member of the Hound of Justice and the man that Shadow will now do battle with. The Hero Tribunal has finally made its move and sent their forces to do battle with the Family. Team Sonic, Rose, Chaotix, Blaze, and Dark are now locked in battle with the forces of GUN and the Hounds of Justice.

AN: I almost forgot. There is the AU movie I am doing. The title of it is called Shadow vs the Unstoppable One!

Shadow and the Family must face a threat that even their father didn't want to face. When the wrong individual is broken out of prison he makes his way to Japan destroying anyone and anything that is in his path. His target is now the retired All Might for All Might is the only man to ever beat him. How will Shadow and the Family fare when they meet unstoppable force in the Juggernaut!
